[00:00:00]Under 11c1.1 of the federal sentencing guidelines, if the prosecutor and the defense attorney make it comes to some kind of agreement, they can make a plea bargain that takes the case out of the discretion of the judge. And what that does is it makes it so that the judge doesn't fully impose a sentence. It's something that's dealt with before court and agreed upon with the prosecution and the defense attorney. Typically, judges don't overrule them, but they have the power to do that.
