[00:00:00]Hi friends, it's showtime. I am starting to look forward to the maker hour every week. It is so much fun. If you caught my social media today, I kind of did like a little, you know, uh, collage video of some of the interviews that we've done up until this point. And, um, if you've been here, then you know my urge to tag Crystal and be like, "Okay, fine. It's a podcast. I've come to accept it. [laughter] It's really here."

[00:00:27]Okay, so what's going on today? I'm going to go ahead and go through some of the announcements so I don't squirrel and forget. All right. So, we'll start with the first thing that is going on right now and UV inkfest. So, UV Inkfest is happening. Um, actually, you can enroll right now. The event I should know the dates off of the top of my head, but of course I don't. I've got the QR code for you right here. If you take a screenshot and then hold it down, it will open up for you later. This is pretty much for anybody in the um UV printing world. You want to learn all the UV printing things. It's a free conference. You can buy an upgrade ticket so you have unlimited access to all the videos. Definitely worth it, especially since the UV printing world is so it's not a new world, but its presence online and its accessibility to learn is definitely starting to bubble.

If you guys saw yesterday in my um that mom with a laser group, I was asking you guys like what do you like more? I really love the look of the natural wood, but a lot of people ended up voting for the uh the color version. So, in Mom's File Club, let me go ahead and put that widget up for those of you that don't know about it. This is a club where every month, um, I provide files that are scorable for those of you who might be working with a diode and maybe you don't want big engraves. Printable. Ow, I just whacked myself in front of everybody. [laughter] Score files, print files. Um, and we also have engrave files. Basically, we we provide everything in all the different file types. So, those are all the big announcements that I wanted to share before we get started. So, now I get to bring on my shop mates and our special guests. [00:03:21]>> Yeah. I love how she's like so over shrimp that she doesn't wear her shrimp earrings, you know, and we we have no excuse to wear them. So, >> look at that.

[00:03:30]>> At the ready. Well, this is Listen, this is this is how one of the genius ways that Heather has totally like, you know, built a very successful business and capitalized on Fernandina. [laughter] So, okay, I'm gonna >> I'm gonna hush up and um I don't know.

[00:03:50]Take it away, ladies. Heather, why don't you introduce yourself and talk a little bit about give them some clue as to why shrimp are such a big deal. How's that?

[00:03:56]>> So, yes, I actually don't even eat shrimp, but I um [laughter] and I honestly I used to work at Bubba Gump, so I feel like it's just chasing me. It was in my my blood the whole life. But yeah, Fernadina is the birthplace of the modern shrimping industry. So, one of the >> um we have a huge festival that's been going on for I believe this was the 61st year and it's an artisan festival and every year everyone goes all out for it.

[00:04:25]But as you can imagine, finding a shrimp door hanger or shrimp decor is not super prevalent in the stores. And about two years ago, well, three years ago, some people were hanging uh shrimp door hangers on their door, but it was like a cocktail shrimp. It didn't have a head and I thought I was just really [laughter] like a piece of meat like a t-bone steak is going to be up on their door next.

[00:04:50]And so there was one day I sat down and I just decided to try to make a shrimp look cute which is not a light task but I created this shrimp door hanger and that year we sold two of them. So I almost retired it and then the next year somebody had asked me about it and um I was like fine I'll do a pre-order. We'll bring it back out. We'll see what happens. And we sold like 410 and now we've sold over thousand. So, um, the shrimp follows me everywhere.

[00:05:18]>> And look, here is a picture from the shrimp fest that you guys just did.

[00:05:25]>> That's massive. That would give me so much anxiety. I don't know how you do it.

[00:05:30]>> It's fun and like it grows every year, you know. Um, but we do two big festivals a year. We do shrimp fest and then we do our Dickens on center which our whole downtown turns into like a Hallmark card and there's silt walkers and all the vendors have to dress in full period gear. Um so we always do a big double booth and now we use the same displays which has helped a lot.

[00:05:51]So how many how many Okay, how long is the market if you don't mind me asking?

[00:05:56]And how many people do you need to help you run it?

[00:05:58]So the market is um three days both well both markets but yeah Shrimpfest is Friday, Saturday and Sunday and um in the past like my team definitely helps a lot in all of the prep and the setup and everything. I last year they had to still run the shop. We weren't a big enough team and so it was just my husband and I working in the booth a lot. This year we were able to um move things around so we had two people in the booth at all times but then we're also running the studio. Um, but we definitely had help. I have four main girls that help me in and out, which is a huge, huge asset.

[00:06:34]>> I I swear one of these years I, you know, I want to go and be like your little apprentice, and I just want to help sell everything at the market. I always say I'm going to do it, but then it just doesn't happen. Maybe >> I don't. Well, it's not that. It's just life happens. You know, life happens.

[00:06:50]But anyhow, and Amanda this week is leaving me to go to a big event.

[00:06:57]I'm sorry I'm leaving you, but I am very excited. I leave tomorrow. I'm going to K&G Jamberee, which is going to be a lot of fun. It's um just like a camp themed maker workshop weekend. And it's my first time going, so I'm super duper excited. And I will be there hosting a laser mat maker workshop. So, we've already sent all the kits out. They should be arriving today. And uh Thursday, I'll arrive. We'll do an early check-in. We have a little uh kind of like meet up for a dinner and then the party starts on Friday.

[00:07:31]>> Speaking of Kim and Garrett, I don't For those of you um that follow them, did you guys hear they hit 150,000 subscribers this week? I'm so happy for them.

[00:07:40]>> 158,000 >> 58. Oh, excuse me. [laughter] >> Well, I can picture the numbers. So, yes, it was 158.

[00:07:50]>> Heather disappeared.

[00:07:52]>> It's okay. She'll come back. But I'm really excited for them. So, shout out to Kim and Garrett. Congratulations, you guys. That's awesome. What a great like milestone to have, you know, right before their event, you know.

[00:08:04]>> Yeah.

[00:08:05]>> See, I totally should come back.

[00:08:08]>> We went on a little hiatus. It was fine.

[00:08:10][laughter] >> Um, and Heather, you know what? Before I forget, okay, because I I definitely We'll mention it now, but I we'll mention at the end. I don't want a squirrel, and I have a big squirrel. I don't know. Squirrels are great. Maybe maybe I need squirrel earrings. I just thought of anyhow. See, I squirreled. I squirreled on my squirrel. Um, [laughter] what did I want to say? Okay, so Heather, all right, so as you can see, like this is not this is not fluff. All right, Heather is the real deal. Okay.

[00:08:41]Um, and she's built a very very successful DIY workshop type of business. So, if you're watching and that is a lane that you really want to explore, her blueprint is currently available. Okay. And it's, you know what, can you tell us all about it because I there's so much included I I lose track. Good, good stuff. Lots of good >> good stuff. Good stuff. Right. So, um I do have a studio. I would actually had the door open so you guys could see it, but then you know right when you're about to start recording, that's when everyone starts coming in. So, it's loud up there right now.

[00:09:12]>> That's how it goes. Um, but I've been doing this for 11 years now, which is seems crazy. And left teaching, kind of followed the same path. I know I've heard the story so many times where all were teachers and then left the classroom. I started this um >> all four of us today were teachers.

[00:09:28]>> Oh wow. See, >> yeah, >> they should do a study on it. Why they need >> Yes. [laughter] >> Um, but anyway, I started this just as mobile paint parties. So that's where I got my foundation. Um, had a lot of background in network marketing. And then a year later, I opened the first studio. And then three years later, we were able to purchase this studio. So, we have a 3,000 foot studio about a mile from our downtown. And when COVID hit, everyone kind of panicked, right? Like, how do you make money when your whole business was built on people coming into your studio? So, we started doing DIY kits, subscription boxes, everything else. And then there was a whole bunch of people that were asking questions and everything else. So, I took all of those questions and all of the information that I've learned through the school of hard knocks and popped it into a blueprint course. Um, and it's grown and ebbed and flowed throughout the years, but now it's six recorded modules, a 100page workbook to really help you stand out from your competitors. And then it leads into our raising makers mastermind, which is a group of just really core ladies that um, everyone's got zip code protection around them. So, we share files, we help each other out, and it becomes >> Wait, wait, wait, wait. We got to explain that. What does that mean? Zip code protection, >> right? So, it's probably like not a good business model on my part because it closes who can all be in the group, but for me, it's not really about the money.

[00:10:49]I wanted it to be where whoever was in that group could willingly share and they weren't going to have somebody right down the street from them having the same file access and the same, right, >> um, marketing images and the same blueprints for field trips and summer camps and everything else. So, I just keep a 15 milei radius around every uh member so that way they can really collaborate together and know that nobody's going to step on them their feet.

[00:11:15]>> Well, that's very nice of you.

[00:11:17]>> It's fun. Well, and it's just it's such a great group. Like they've >> I don't know. I feel like sometimes they pour more into me, but um but yeah, Blueprint starts it all off. And I don't like just giving just information and not acting on it because I don't like 30,000 foot views. And so we every three times a year I jump back into the course and we go through and have Zoom meetings all in groups so I can help answer any questions, apply it to their business and they get me for an hour every Monday. So anyway, those are kicking off again June 1st. So if you're interested uh in starting DIY parties or take and make kits or just really how to make your handmade business stand apart, that's what it's designed for.

[00:11:59]Yeah, I have to mention here because a lot of people have seen me um share videos from when I went to even though she had kindly in, you know, invited me for years, I was unable to go until finally this year, she has a maker meetup at the beginning of every year and it was so much fun. And that's where you could really tell that like Heather really has a beautiful tribe that loves her and they're all very much connected.

[00:12:22]There's an Angie is the reason Heather and I have have met because for years she's like, "You need to meet her.

[00:12:28]You're gonna love her." And she was right. I do love you. Um, so for those of you that are wondering, I get people people still ask me to this day that they'll like go watch my old videos and they'll be like, "How do we go to something like this?" That's this is how you get connected into Heather's universe and she will make sure you know.

[00:12:46]>> Absolutely.

[00:12:47]>> And you also have another event coming up soon.

[00:12:50]Is that like a publicly thing that you want to do?

[00:12:53]>> It is. Yeah. I actually just launched the registration today. Uh I'm glad you said that. We have because I have this big studio. Um and have a problem. I might buy machine.

[00:13:07]My husband called me a cat lady for l for machines yesterday. He's like, "You're like a cat lady. You just collect machines and want to adopt them all." And I was like, "I do." But I've collected lots of machines and we are blessed to be able to have Iconics PDS and Troek are all coming to the studio July 10th and 11th. Um, and it's all a hands-on workshop. So, you're going to be able to really dive into sand blasting. You can uh learn how to do print and cut with the troek. And then Michael Gas from PDS is going to kind of help us add UV into all of that, too.

[00:13:39]So, I absolutely love love love um combining all my machine power in one.

[00:13:45]Like I feel like it's Captain Planet like with our powers combined.

[00:13:49]>> Yes.

[00:13:49]>> You know, so anyway, that event is going to really just be a lot of fun. And I was telling the girls in my mentorship group, uh I'm really excited for it because I don't have like a per se speaking role. So, I can just sit and help people with their Shopify or their questions or answer questions because >> you don't have to do much. You just kind of like facilitate a little bit, right?

[00:14:10]>> You're the host, right? Here's food.

[00:14:11]Here's coffee. Ask me questions. Tell me I'm pretty, right?

[00:15:12]Okay. See, Amanda, I was just thinking of you the other day because I was thinking of Heather's pool. This is going to sound so funny, weird to you [laughter] guys.

[00:15:25]>> [laughter] >> Well, what was the conversation the other day where I think we were really tired, we were texting and I was telling you all I want to do is hang out at a pool with my girlfriends with a cocktail in a mermaid tail. [laughter] I have this dream like I don't want to be in any mermaid tail. I want to be in like a really like in Florida it's a big thing like we have mermaids everywhere and they have really nice silicone really cool looking real looking mermaid tails. I don't know. Like that to me is like the ultimate like >> we have to do it.

[00:15:59]>> Is it a clan of mermaids? I don't know what the proper word is, but we have a whole mermaid. [laughter] >> A pod.

[00:16:05]>> Is it a pod?

[00:16:10]>> But I was thinking of Heather's pool because Heather's pool and her background is like the perfect mermaid and margarita girls night. That's That's >> I think we just made a date. Oh yeah, [laughter] >> we're all going to Heather's.

[00:16:25]>> Sounds like >> mermaids.

[00:16:27]>> As mermaids.

[00:16:29]>> I love it. I have a question for you, Heather, since you're so good at this stuff. So, >> big news, guys. Although I haven't committed to it, and my husband does not know yet, so [laughter] don't tell him.

[00:16:42]Um, you guys know how the painted tree shut down, >> right? And it was like this big depressing thing. Well, the vendors at my specific location, they were doing so well that they decided to rally together um and they are going to rent out the space under a new brand and image. So, they're us they're giving us until tomorrow >> to decide if we want in or not, or else they're going to give away our spot. And oh, we have a laser granny managerie of mermaids. Yeah. [laughter] Um, basically I have to tell them by tomorrow if I want back in and you know I I have I feel some type of ways because you know it's new leadership.

[00:17:27]It's going to be a new system. I don't know if it's necessarily going to be any better. I want to be hopeful but there's still risk there. Um anyhow they're going to rebrand it and start it again.

[00:17:37]And I'm considering going back in. I think my gazebo is still there. So I I I was so sad because remember the beautiful gazebo I spent all this time making like I didn't have anywhere to take it, so I had to like abandon it.

[00:17:49]Anyhow, Sarah >> uh is gonna partner with me. Okay, I was having a hard time keeping up with it.

[00:17:57]And uh one of the main things that she's going to be focusing on is personalization for >> the boutique, but again, it's not something we man. So, Heather, this is where I kind of like want to pick your brain.

[00:18:09]How would you go about collecting sales for personalization at a painted tree style boutique?

[00:18:18]Ready, go. [laughter] So, what I would do is I would on your Shopify because Are you on shop? You're on Shopify.

[00:18:27]>> I I am on Shopify now. Yay me.

[00:18:30]>> Yes.

[00:18:31]>> So, I would have >> But this is this is this is advice for Sarah because we're going to be splitting the space now. Sarah's gonna finally start her own business. Do you have a name yet, Sarah?

[00:18:41]>> Yes. I haven't locked it down, but yes, we >> Yes, we haven't done all the things I should be doing, but yes.

[00:18:47]>> Don't say it out loud yet. It'll be a great reveal.

[00:19:09]>> So yeah, somebody just popped into the comments and said pretty much what I'll do, but basically I would have your example product already there and then just have a QR code or if you want to be really fancy, you can even have like a tap thing, right? You can they have like the >> NFC tag >> that you could tap and they that way they could just go ahead and fill out that order form right on there. So I use Infinite Options. You could use Eify.

[00:19:31]You can use Blowbo. There's a couple reasons why I default to infinite options, but um >> Oh, yeah. Wait, wait, wait, wait. Let's go slow here. We got to put that up so everybody knows what she said here.

[00:19:42]>> Hold on. Infinite >> infinite options. So, >> options and options with an s >> options.

[00:19:51]>> And this is a what? It's an app >> for Shopify, right?

[00:19:56]>> App.

[00:19:57]>> Yes. In Shopify. So, >> okay. both Easify, Globbo, and Infinite Options. There's a couple others. They all do very similar things. The biggest reason I default to Infinite Options when I'm building websites is because as a maker, I'm always coming up with more things. And so sometimes I want to be able to layer my product options on top of each other without having to create a whole separate set. like I might want my squares, rectangles, and something to be able to add a frame, but I don't want to create a system for everything separate. I'm just lazy. Um, and so that's why I default to that. But I would have a QR code or a tap thing that you're going to really like screw into your display so they don't take it and that way they can just easily fill out a form >> and order it. Um, it depends on your community. For us, we're a lot of tourists, so I would probably just raise my prices slightly so I can have that free shipping and say it'll directly ship to your house so they don't have to come back. Because I know for myself, from a retailer standpoint, if I say, "Oh, I can order it and then come back, that thing's going to sit at that store for six months and I'll never make it back there to pick it up."

[00:21:08]>> Um, >> and then when you're not managing it, that they might not want to deal with that in a in a situation. So, I would just raise my prices slightly so I can say it'll be to your house within whatever 7 to 10 days or whatever your turnaround window is, but make it an easy landing page form for each individual product.

[00:23:42]And I have in the past had people, no lie, submit their videos to me like 24 hours before everything goes public. So, I have a little bit of like trauma myself. So, I just figured the more I repeat it, the more likely we get a higher ratio of people getting things in on time. Um, and I squirreled because everybody is a lot of people are sending me like sneak peeks of their video. And Heather, I wake up at 5:30 in the morning. She messaged me a sneak peek of her thing and I don't know, it was like midnight or like 1 in the morning. What are you doing up, woman? But I gotta tell you, it was so good. so good that I told her it. It really is the best one that she has done yet.

[00:24:21]>> Yeah. Like because Riley Black um John from Riley Black Project made me finally get a new camera. So I finally have my gimbal. So I'm like >> there you go.

[00:24:31]>> Otherwise I was shoving my phone like in my mason jars and like you know >> Well, but it's not I mean the camera quality is good but that's not what I noticed. It was everything else. [00:25:40]So super sweet. My um I asked my kids they could go anywhere for their summer vacation and they wanted to go back to my grandma's time share like their great grandma. Um so my grandma is uh well she says she's 70 plus tax but I think the tax rate is [laughter] pretty high at this point. I'm just can't say that publicly. Um and so she's actually flying here right now. I pick her up right after this and then we leave all together. So they get to be with their >> fun plusy grandma. So that'll be awesome. A >> but all this is all this to say that every time it's LMC and because you know she knows I love her to death.

[00:26:20]>> I know it's because it's right after >> the hardest part and the hardest part was freaking good. Just saying.

[00:26:27]>> Yeah. I Well, the hardest part that is the hardest part. Teaching Shopify is easy. Um I have the Digi Osmo Pocket 3.

[00:26:47]>> Yeah. But I really like it. It's It's been really easy. And my uh my son does a podcast for um Salt Marsh Music Kids, which is a local event around here that teaches kids how to do live music. So, they run a podcast and interview all the kids after stage. So he's always running around um taking his little shots. So all the kids think it's now I need to get him his own.

[00:27:12]>> So but yeah, >> I'm starting to smell the cafeito brewing.

[00:27:17]>> It's just the It's just the grind the grounds. Wow.

[00:27:21]>> Can you smell it through the through the screen, my friend? No.

[00:27:24]>> I don't understand how we're not there yet. Like I thought we were supposed to be in Jetson's era and like we could just pass things through. [laughter] That would be >> that would have been fun.

There are so many. Um, but yes, I highly recommend Laser Launch Academy and that Mom with a Laser's YouTube channel because there's a ton of tutorials um and joining her Facebook group. Like in in addition to what she's sharing, there's a lot of people in her community who will share things as well and they're all great with helping you out.

[00:31:56]How do I make a football shape? Um, how do I make a 90 degree angle into a curved angle or rounded edge or something like that? So, I started by looking up super specific design things I was trying to accomplish and I stumbled across a bunch of really great blogs. I started following those people.

[00:32:18]I was watching a bunch of YouTube videos and I was also learning a lot by trying and failing with my laser. So, um I know one of the main goals that a lot of us makers have now is when we started all this content did not exist, at least not in a beginner user friendly way.

[00:32:38]So there's so much content out there and if you're following the right people, you know, even if you don't necessarily subscribe to any particular paid thing.

[00:32:49]Um, you have there are so many great resources and people out there who genuinely want to help because they know what it was like in the beginning when they didn't have those resources.

[00:33:00]>> That's exactly right. Amanda like the wild wild west, you know, 10 11 years ago. I remember just finding one person like have a small tutorial on painting wooden signs and I'm like thank god I watched that you know so many resources out there and I know for me I design in Illustrator and when I was first starting my biggest nemesis was text on a path on a circle like to get it inside and it was like eye opening when I realized that was one button.

I am a big advocate for LightBurn software and one of the main reasons is because it is a software that will grow with you um as you grow. Okay? Because um Xtool has creative space, which is great, but you were limited to the size of their biggest CO2 laser. So if you find that your business grows and you need to get a bigger machine, now you kind of have to go backwards because now you have to learn a new software. Whereas if CO2s is going to be like one of the main things that you do, you know, then you would you wouldn't have a problem expanding or getting bigger machines because you already know the software. Now makers were very resilient and with the industry growing so fast we are forced to learn a bunch of different softwares whether we want to or not because there's this constant rat race to keep up with the next big thing which I'm actually talking about on my video that is already recorded and scheduled for next Tuesday my friends.

[00:35:18]Ah, so that's why I mean I just say Lipurn's great. You can grow, it can grow with you. Creative space if you go the X tool route, it's going to be easier. The learning curve is is shorter because it's so userfriendly. It is limiting though in the things that you can do in the software and in the growth if you go beyond the PS3, right?

[00:38:16]>> If blueprint has nothing really to do with laser design at all, it's really just your foundations in business because it's all fun to create pretty things, but if you don't know how to market them, sell them, and push them out there, then you're just going to have a lot of pretty things sitting in your house. Um, so that's really what Blueprint's all about.

[00:38:38]>> I think especially Blueprint, it leans almost just towards creative businesses.

[00:38:43]There's there's a little bit of like how to do a paint party in there, but for the most part, it's setting up your website, your social media, defining your core values, your brand expectations, how to set policies within your business, so you're watching your pricing, right? like we all underpric.

[00:39:01]We all are guilty of, you know, pricing ourselves out of business really. Um, so it's a lot of structure your business mindset. Um, and then it leads into, like I said, mastermind, which most of us are mobile or DIY workshop studio owners, but there's so much training in there just on marketing and Canva and Shopify and everything else. there's enough for even if you never plan to do a party, there's probably enough in there for it. Um, but yeah, I don't know if that answers your question.

[00:39:35]>> I say it does. Laser Launch Academy for learning your laser, learning how to work with your laser and blueprint for starting your creative business or so.

[00:39:47]Would you say a majority of the people who will sign up for Blueprint are those who are looking to start their business the right way or they have already started a business and they're like, "Okay, I need guidance."

[00:40:00]Right? So, we have the gamut. Like I've seen I have some awesome ladies that have been running businesses for 10 years but are still pulling information out of it because it's all about those systems and your standard operating procedures. How are you going to structure? How are you going to get your website to collaborate with the fact that we can make anything really, but it's still got to be marketable to your customers. And so that's really where it started out where it was really all about just paint parties. But I think that whole world has just expanded and it's expanded for me too. I mean with having all the machines I can do all the things right. So my team [clears throat] in the studio pretty much runs on its own now. So I'm still leveling up into the different areas of just handmade business.

[00:50:19]>> I know you guys my life changing moment on this that I did yesterday. So, we put all of our my team, this is your tech help for the day >> because I do have a team and I hate when my phone gets stuck with like all my business photos and then I go to show like my kids and I'm like, "Oh, wait."

[00:50:39]Right after the laser and all of them.

[00:50:43]Um, so because I have a staff and I want them to have content all the time, we all operate in photo circle, which I know you could do like shared albums on Google, this that the other, but Photo Circle is free. I can create all these different circles. So I have them for all the events that I've had. But my team drops three pictures and three videos in here every day and they all do. So that helps a lot of content. But I even upload my own photos in there because then what I did yesterday and it was great. I went to the photo circle on the web, which I pay a dollar a month to be able to access it on the web. And I select them all. It downloads them into a zip folder. Then I just popped over to Cap Cut and did auto cut on all their templates. And I had like 13 reels in less than 15 minutes.

I hate typing on my phone.

[00:57:06]>> Yes, the raising makers community is open to the public and that's free and I still share stuff in there. I try every day, but at least like three, four times a week. Like they they your business depends on these people that come and pick up your packages every day, right? and I don't have a lot of packages going out because I haven't been doing the shop for a while, right?

[01:02:19]I I transitioned everything to the painted tree, whatever. Amanda shows up and next thing we know, we have a UPS guy showing up all the time. And can I tell you, >> Gab Bear seemed a little hardened in the early days, >> but I mean, I would just listen to the conversations and like we would roll up the big what do you call that?

[01:02:40]>> Bay door.

[01:02:40]>> Bay door. Yeah, >> the bay door. And Amanda would push up her cart with all her with all her packages and you would just hear her.

[01:02:48]Amanda's so kind. She's so sweet that I don't think Gear Bear could resist the sweetness that is Amanda. And now he is like the nicest guy. But I think he just reserves it for us. Like >> Yeah.

[01:03:02]>> It's like it's it's like the one part of the day where he like has a really big smile on his face is when he comes by our little place here. So to hear that he likes >> all of us. Yeah, >> it was nice.

Like, I I don't think I had my speech or anything the last day. So, I I went into that room to go hang out with them. Next thing I know, I made my little TM. Oh, let me show everybody.

[01:06:32]>> Yeah, we did it right before Shrimp Fest because I I did it for the personalization station and then I just decided why not epoxy two other tables.
