This video illustrates how unethical practices in the criminal justice system can occur when legal professionals exploit vulnerable individuals, such as when a lawyer demanded sexual favors in exchange for a reduced prison sentence, and how the pressure to accept unfavorable plea deals can be compounded by financial desperation and lack of alternatives, ultimately leading to unjust outcomes for those without resources to fight for fair treatment.

"My Lawyer Wanted S*XUAL FAVORS For A Reduced Sentence And The Judge Was In On It!" GreedyAdded:
She said, "I'm She didn't ask me, she said, "I'm going to need you to give up the guy with the gun."
>> [music] >> When I'm telling now, I'm going to get ready to sign with this lawyer. That's what I'm telling T. Jones like, "Man, when I come home, I still be young. I can still do this. I said they got college down there, they got this down there. I can do all this. It's like me going to school. Y'all just got to support me, you know what I'm saying?"
And on some negative [ __ ] So, she was like "I don't know." She was like, "I I'm going to get this money from uh that husband." She was getting ready to get a divorce. And uh T. Jones was like, "Uh when I get this money, I'm going to get this lawyer and this other lady. We're going to get her the money. If he can get you 8 years, somebody can beat that if we get them some more money."
>> What what is What did she want? She wanted uh She was hoping for 5?
>> Yeah, and she was really like on probation, but like I told her, I had already been on probation before, you feel me? So, like they I'm not going to get probation. You get what I'm saying?
Like I knew that was out the picture. 5, we praying on the star. We done got this from 30 to 8, you get what I'm saying?
>> 30 to 8, yeah.
>> Yeah, yeah. So, now T. Jones I was like, "I'm going to [ __ ] it. I I called the lawyer, fired him." Cuz I got to do what she can't do that, you know what I'm saying? So, I called my lawyer, I fired him. T. Jones sent the took the other lady the bread.
Now I'm in the situation, but you got to remind you like man, my T. Jones ain't even in the right state of mind even be doing something like this. You feel what I'm saying? My mom ain't always had no bread. You get what I'm saying? This really I was already on some [ __ ] like, "Mama, keep that money." You feel me? Like, "That'll help me do my time, help you out here in the world with my son." You know what I'm saying? Stuff like that. So, it was like everything just happened at the same time, you get what I'm saying? And then now as I look back on it, even when I was doing time, I used to tell her like, "Man, Mom, I wish you never did it." Cuz until this still to this day, my mom could have made a lot of decisions better and she >> Conway, so she wanted to go with a woman?
>> She did.
>> Did you want to You want to stay with the lawyer you had? And was like, "Let me just go and do this."
>> another lawyer down there. He was a former DA, and he was a bad [ __ ] you know what I'm saying?
And uh I wanted to go his way, but T.
Jones is on that that female dominance.
Uh uh uh you need a a woman to help you. You see right now [ __ ] got you in the [ __ ] you in. You know what I mean? You know you >> No, well, yeah. I told you then the woman the woman going to come save you.
>> So, mama took the woman like $6,500, bro.
>> $6,500?
>> Woman told my mom, she said she I looked at this case, I probably get him 5 years. This case can probably even get thrown down to probation. That's what she she promising my mom with money.
So, when the woman come see me, I'm feeling it. Now, I'm like, "Oh, this live." Like she said she probably get me 5 years. She like, "Yeah, but she Did she tell you what I need you to do first, though?" I'm like, "Nah, what she said?"
"I'm going to need you to give them the guy with the gun." I'm looking at this [ __ ] like, [laughter] You said that like you was finna ask me for my commissary or to meet or change religion or some [ __ ] You just said her I've been here 14 months.
>> And you already told the other lawyer that you ain't going that route.
>> We down down to 12, 13,000 dollars off a lawyer. [ __ ] the commissary. [ __ ] everything else that come with doing this time down here, my [ __ ] >> So, I need you to give up the guy with >> She said I'm She didn't ask me. She said, "I'm going to need you to give up the guy with the gun."
>> [snorts] >> I looked. I said, "Man, I already told my last lawyer we not going through this, you know what I'm saying? I can't believe you came in here with that. If you seen it already knocked off the list. If you said you went through the report and everything."
So, she was like, "Well, I still feel like it's a high chance because I know the judge and this is not a good thing."
So, I'm looking at her like, "All right.
All right. So, what you saying?" Now, my street [ __ ] kicking in like, "Man, this [ __ ] on some bullshit." Like she finna take that money and she finna make me go in here sign for that eight, you know what I'm saying?
So, she was like, "Well, I'm finna give you a couple days and I'll get back with you after I talk to the judge or what not. We going to get this fixed. Don't even worry about it. I'mma get it."
2 days later, they call me for court.
I'm like, "I ain't got no court. Y'all just reschedule mine." I leave. They like, "Nah, you really got court today.
Get up. You got to go to court."
So, when I get ready to go to court, I'm like, "Man, before I go in courtroom, I need to see my lawyer. You know what I'm saying? Where my lawyer at?"
So, she standing up, we going in the room. I'm like, "What's going on?" They tell me I'm finna sign or something. She was like, "Yeah."
The judge, he didn't want to go off of the eight. And they're saying if you don't sign today, they're going to back it up. I'm like, "Damn."
So, what what my what T John say? What my mom what she feeling is? You know what I'm saying? She was like, "Uh yeah, she she feel like it's the best thing for you to do. She feel like you've been doing this too long and you everyone's tired."
I like, "Damn. All right." Mind you, I'm already chilling on it. Like, "Hey, yeah." Like >> You've already been in the hell hole now.
>> About 14, 15 months.
>> going on two years now.
>> Yeah, so I'm looking at like, "Fuck it."
Like, "All right, bet. T John, long as T John I'm mentally good and you know what I'm saying? Like, I'm cool." Mind you, I'm finna thug it out. It is what it is.
But mind you, my mind already on I'm finna eight years, not four years, not five.
>> Yeah.
>> Because I'm knowing I'm still young. I'm knowing my mentality. I'm knowing how this [ __ ] finna go.
I'm knowing I'm not finna shut up when a [ __ ] tell me shut up.
>> Yeah.
>> I'm knowing I'm not finna tell a [ __ ] go smash or go do this cuz I'm knowing I'm not finna I'm knowing I'm finna not finna let a [ __ ] gamble me and you won't pay me.
>> Damn.
>> It's like all this was already in my mentality like [ __ ] we finna go down here thug.
>> Damn. So >> We going to handle our business though.
Cuz mind you, this whole time, [ __ ] I mean the whole time I may be in the penitentiary world, but I'm doing free world [ __ ] You see what I'm saying?
>> Oh, in the county while you're in the county?
>> Nah, once they sent me to the pen. You know what >> Oh, okay.
>> And because now they once they gave me the eight, I wouldn't sign for it.
>> All right, so you signed for it. Lost the money.
>> Yeah, that's lost. My lawyer lost that.
Never heard from her again. My T John was steady trying to call her, cuss out.
Like, "Why you make my son sign for it?
I ain't talk to you. Why you do this?"
Mind you, I didn't even tell T John till a week later.
>> Damn.
>> Cuz now I'm thinking in my mind like, "Man, let me let this sink in with mama.
Let I know this hurting mama, but she probably just come see me this weekend and we'll talk about it when she come see me."
>> Yeah.
>> So, when mama don't come see me that weekend, I'm like, damn.
Mama, you you all right? You ain't mad at me, is you?
>> [ __ ] >> She said, mad at you about what? I'm on the phone.
[ __ ] I signed for that years, remember?
>> You what?
>> Broke down.
I'm like, mama, don't be all right. You know what I'm saying? Like, mama, you would know, you know what I'm saying?
God don't make mistakes. You know what I'm saying? I'm cool, mama.
>> Would you have wanted to take it to trial? I mean, are you curious of what trial would have looked like?
>> No.
>> Okay, you pretty much knew like >> I wouldn't even I I'm being honest with you, bro, like I'm a very like a very very spiritual person, you know what I'm saying? And and like, I prayed for that.
Like, I actually asked and prayed to do something that I could do. You know what I mean? So, >> 39 out of 8 is >> Yeah, you know what I mean? And it was like, [ __ ] you did it.
Like, they going to beat you. You take this [ __ ] You know, I forgot what the [ __ ] this [ __ ] name. The damn DA had only won one trial.
That was the whole reason why they didn't want to do it.
>> Man.
>> The DA had only lost one trial. And the [ __ ] that he lost it to, they beat him and he booked them on something else and gave him 30 years.
On a [ __ ] small adult charge. It was like a zip or something.
>> Yeah, you got to look at that. You got to look at that. Now, the the last conversation we had uh before we get to, you know, your actual prison sentence um you we were speaking on uh you know, uh 2008 is when Obama won. And um >> Really?
>> was like a a proud moment for yourself.
But yet, you got to go you're you're about to go off and do this crime and do this time.
>> I went to jail the day Obama won.
>> Damn.
>> The day I'm telling the day Obama won president, we was in the crib we was in the crib. I had a appointment in the hood. I'm me and my partner everybody in that [ __ ] they saying the winner so-and-so barely won. Everybody thought he was going to spank something, you know what I'm saying? But he the third time he barely won, you know what I'm saying? And that's how black folks is as soon as we go outside you see everybody running around. Obama won, we got a black president. Females, [ __ ] everybody [ __ ] shooting everybody.
They were doing everything bro, you know what I'm saying? But man, when that [ __ ] went down like I'm telling you like that's how I when I got like in '08 I seen like the world history just started just switching up.
