Yeah, so [music] we had to pivot a little bit to come to Millenium, as you can see.
Which is always good. And then today we have 600 [music] 200 200 recovery. Me and Miller just go out and bang it out. And it's a pretty chill [music] day.
Normally we we've had a little bit of wind recently. And so the big goal is to push that 600, you get that 2-minute rest, that [music] lactic is going to build up. And then we're going to push the 200 and see where we're at.
Got one of the best amateur runners in the world in front of me, so might check the meta glasses on and >> [music] >> let you guys have a front row seat of watching one of the best bike guys in the world go for it, but I uh hopefully can stick pretty close.
>> [music] >> He can get out a lot faster than me, so I might get dropped a little bit in the first 200, but I'll claw my way back a little bit. That's the plan.

Um [music] inside and out, so we're just creating that baseline and then we have this reference point as [music] Josh is going for this world record to really evaluate and look at like are there things we can improve? Are there things we can push on? Right? So, today is to capture that.
>> The goal to me is just that I [music] can push and then as when it gets hard, I can relax a little bit into it and keep pressing and not get super uptight. And so, [music] if I'm up here and I'm like swaying around, I have failed my job. So, yes, [music] that's uh the plan is to stay relaxed and push as hard as I can and I'd like to run in the 1:15s [music] is the goal. So, we'll see. We'll see if that's if that's possible. We haven't pushed the speed work too [music] much right now, but uh I'm strong as an ox, so we'll see how that goes.
