The video effectively uses evolutionary biology to expose the hollow nature of digital intimacy, reminding us that our brains aren't wired for modern solitude. However, it occasionally leans on self-help clichés to address what is actually a profound systemic crisis of human connection.

Why Social Isolation Is Killing You Slowly Based On ScienceAdded:
All right, we live. Let's get it.
Let's go. We live.
All right, we live. Let's go.
Yo.
Let's go. Let's go.
Have not been Hopefully my chat is working. It's not popping up right here on the screen. Let me see if my chat working.
Yo, we finna get into it. Yo.
I got a lot to talk about. A lot to talk about. A lot to talk about. Definitely.
Definitely got a lot to talk about.
I got a lot to talk about.
Boy, I got a lot to talk about.
What's good with y'all, bro?
All right, let's get it. Hold on. Let me fix my chat real quick.
Fix my chat real quick.
All right, let's go.
Let's go.
Let's go. I'll fix it later. I don't even care.
Your recent vi- video fire. Appreciate you, man. Appreciate you. All right, so let's get it.
Hey, baby. Hey, baby.
Hey, yeah, you put that Hey, can you turn that down a little bit?
Just like you knock the noise.
Thank you.
All right, bet. Let's get it. Let's get it. Let's get it.
Let's get it.
So, I I I really want to start this video off with, you know, a very a very important statement. Social media is killing Yo, not even social media.
Social isolation is killing us slowly.
Killing you. Killing me. It's killing us very slowly. I'm really tired of this [ __ ] I'm really tired of it. I'm really tired of social isolation. Like that lone wolf [ __ ] is just rude and ignorant and ignorancy, right? Like I don't even know if that's a word, but it's going to be a word today. Ignorancy, right?
Ignorant, right? But yeah, it's just it's just very rude and a lower expressional place and as humans we're not meant to be isolated.
Recently, I've just been doing like a lot of research on just like, you know, not even just ancient I'll say ancient ancestors but like just basically how humans lived before agriculture, how humans lived before we was in society.
And oh, we got buildings, we got cities.
Like and you know what I'm saying? Like I just really just started doing a lot of research and like and no even cuz because I'm very big on my habits and I'm very big on my work ethic, you know what I'm saying? And I started researching and one thing that I came to realize was that all ancient humans, right? Cuz and the reason why I even know this is because research groups actually went out to act the groups in different parts of the world like ancient ancient people that's in China or ancient people that's in Africa, right? This tribes over the world that still live like we used to live hundreds of thousands of years years ago. What they noticed was their time blocks are like this. Pay attention. This is their time blocks.
They start the day off getting things done, okay? We can relate on that. They start off the day getting things done.
It's very goal orientated. It's very okay, I need to find food to eat. Okay, we need to do this. We need to do that, right? Boom. They go do what they do, right? Then the rest of the day, I mean for about 6 to 8 hours, the rest of the day is social time.
Social time. All they do is interact with other humans. All they do is just interact with their environment. They don't worry about oh yeah, I need to optimize this. I need to optimize this.
So many of us, I got to take my jacket off. I tried to be cool with the with the with the jerk. I can't even do it.
Y'all [ __ ] me with the jerk. I tried to be cool with the jerk. I can't even do it.
I can't even do it. It's too hot. I can't even do it.
So many of us, right, have this lone wolf mentality like we need to do it by ourselves. You don't understand that you you are shrinking your prefrontal cortex by not interacting with other human beings.
Like you are you are increasing the risk of having dementia. You are increasing the risk of you of you dying from anxiety and depression cuz you can die from anxiety and depression. People think if you got anxiety that you you can die from that [ __ ] Like you are increasing your risk to develop brain neurological problems earlier on at a younger age by being so isolated.
Isolation [ __ ] up your mental. And this social media man like I can just go on and on about this [ __ ] Like I'm just getting mad talking about this [ __ ] I'm getting mad talking about this [ __ ] I'm getting mad talking about this [ __ ] So anyway, look, I'm going to just get to the point. I actually have this research paper. I wanted to make like a whole PowerPoint on this why uh social isolation is killing us slowly, but I just had to make a paper real quick because I didn't have time for a whole full-blown PowerPoint cuz I want to get back to like just giving PowerPoints and [ __ ] but anyway, let's get it though. I'm about to just go ahead, open this [ __ ] up. Let's go.
Here we go.
All right, bet.
All right, let's go.
All right.
So yeah, I have this whole paper right here, right? Real quick notes just for my note just so I can remember, right?
Cuz I I like I'm about business, you know what I'm saying? Anything that I give to the people I want to make sure this [ __ ] is organized so everybody can understand what I'm saying, right? And so I have points. So first of all, what you have to understand is that we are social-based creatures, okay? We are social-based organisms. Like we are not meant to do things alone. This is the reason why we are we have consciousness.
This is the reason why we are very vocal vocal I wouldn't even say animals. We are very vocal organisms because we are meant to work together, okay? We used to hunt in groups. We used to survive in groups. Like this is what we used to do.
We are group-based people. Like me being on social media, me being a artist, me being in a artist not even just with music, a artist cuz this is art that I'm doing right now. Me being on social media, I really [ __ ] I I love social media because it gave me an opportunity to put myself out there, get some money, etc. But I hate social media because this [ __ ] is not social.
This [ __ ] is fake.
Like this [ __ ] is fake. All of this [ __ ] is so [ __ ] fake. Like even now, like I'm on this goddamn live stream trying to interact with different humans. And it's like I can't talk to y'all [ __ ] Like I'm behind a [ __ ] black screen and I can't actually see people. Like I'm in this nice ass house and nobody around me in my nice ass neighborhood I can connect with cuz we all come from different [ __ ] cultures. And the only time I can connect with somebody of my [ __ ] culture, I have to go to the goddamn hood.
Or I have to come on a [ __ ] app and talk to a goddamn screen and look at [ __ ] words. I'm looking at [ __ ] words and usernames and [ __ ] This is not real connection.
And I'm losing my goddamn mind because I'm socially [ __ ] deprived.
I'm socially [ __ ] deprived. I'm about to lose my [ __ ] mind.
I'm about to lose my [ __ ] mind.
And everybody is thinking this [ __ ] and nobody has said this [ __ ] Everybody just [ __ ] scrolls and act like everything's okay. And yeah, just get high off of content, consume, consume, consume.
I digress.
>> [laughter] >> So look, right?
Let's get to the first bullet point.
Isolation could put the brain into threat mode. So, before I even read anything that's right there, the reason why isolation could put the brain into threat mode is because you have to understand this. This is why humans are naturally followers.
Humans are naturally followers because of the simple fact of you got to understand that following the crowd 100,000 years ago meant surviving.
If you was in a tribe of people and you did not follow your tribe of people, you were going to die. So, now you have to understand nothing. This is stored programming within our DNA, right? We have only been modern for I'm not even going to say 2,000 years. We have only been modern for less than 2,000 years.
Less than We're We're talking about hundreds of thousands of years of programming. We've only been modern for about 2,000 years, right? Stay with me.
We've only been modern for about 2,000 years. So, now whenever you want to go chase your dreams, you want to go something that, you know, get your family generational wealth, it literally feels like you're about to die. Like that fear that you have is literally the same fear your ancestor had because it's doing something that it hasn't seen before. It's doing something that is off the norm. And off the norm back then meant death. Like, okay, bet. My whole tribe's going to the right. All right, I'm going to go to the left. [ __ ] you finna die. Like, you're going to die.
You're going to get surrounded by animals, get ate. Like, you're going to die. And your brain still operates off of that. Let's continue, right?
Boom.
>> [snorts] >> Social connection is a safety signal.
When people feel seen, supported, and connected, the nervous system can relax more easily, okay? So, this is why you get a dopamine high off of being around groups. This is why you get You get like a sense of like belonging when you're in a tribe and when you're around people.
This is why. Boom. Chronic isolation can remove the safety signal, making the brain scan for danger more often. This can This can increase uh sensitivity to rejection, criticism, facial expressions, silence, and social uncertainty, okay? Boom.
Then, the amy got that that amy I can't really say this word, I don't know why.
Bear with me, y'all. The amy the ami the ami dollar the ami dollar. I think it's the ami dollar. The ami dollar is one key brain region involved in threat detection and fear learning, okay?
Boom. When someone is located when isolated for too long, neutral social cues can start feeling negative or threatening. Yes, okay? Boom.
Isolation. Next point. Isolation can dysregulate the stress system, okay? Let me just come Let me say that again.
Isolation can dysregulate the stress system. Basically, what we're talking about if you are by yourself constantly 24/7, you will have more anxiety, more depression, and you will be more stressed. Now, I know somebody's thinking this, "Well, Von, like, you know, we got to be by ourselves, bro, to get on our [ __ ] We got to cut off people, etc." I'm not saying that isolation for short period of time are bad. No. Every human being needs isolation for a short period of time, 100% for sure. If you need to go to the goddamn mountains and meditate for 3 months straight, cool. Go ahead and do that. Get your [ __ ] together.
But, what [ __ ] fail to realize is, and I had to tell one of my close homies this [ __ ] He would always want to do [ __ ] by himself. He wants to heal by himself. He wants to handle his problems by himself. And what I told him is, "No point in human history have humans solved problems by themselves." No point in history. If you had a problem back then, guess what you would do? You would come to your tribe and then your tribe would tell you jokes and make you laugh and [ __ ] and now you would forget about your problems.
If If you had a problem back then, you would go to your elders and go look for counseling to help your problems. So, the fact that [ __ ] even have the mentality of I have a problem, let me isolate myself, my [ __ ] that is damn near borderline mental illness.
Borderline [ __ ] mental illness, and I used to deal with this [ __ ] as well, too. [ __ ] if I have a problem, I don't give a [ __ ] oh if I look weak if I'm reaching out to help. [ __ ] the only [ __ ] that give a [ __ ] about looking weak are bitch-ass [ __ ] that are weak.
[ __ ] if I need help with something, I'm going to reach out. Yeah, [ __ ] I need help. Come help me. Yeah, bro, I'm going through this [ __ ] real quick. Can you give me some advice on this [ __ ] Like, closed mouths don't get fed. We are here as humans to build with each other and to have social connection. I'm so tired of [ __ ] acting like they too cool to need help. I'm so tired of [ __ ] acting like Nick [ __ ] is just nonchalant and it's just like, yeah, I can just do this [ __ ] by myself. I don't need no help. [ __ ] you are [ __ ] [ __ ] No man in history has got successful by himself. No man in history. I can bring up any [ __ ] YouTuber. I can bring up any businessman. Nobody did it by themselves. So, Lumeratti, I'mma bring up him right cuz I literally just had a conversation about this [ __ ] earlier, right? And the reason why I'm bringing him up because the demographic right now is mostly millennial people that's watching this. Everybody knows So, Lumeratti, you know what I'm saying?
Boom. [ __ ] don't even understand a [ __ ] like that that do content, he didn't do it by himself. He literally cuz he's a real [ __ ] you know what I'm saying? He speak real [ __ ] but he got initial start of fame by beefing with so many other [ __ ] He'll make expose videos on this [ __ ] on this [ __ ] on that [ __ ] Literally, that is collaboration. Bill Gates, this [ __ ] did not create Microsoft by himself. He did that [ __ ] with other people. So, what I'm saying is you in your [ __ ] uh crib right now, your closet thinking like, yeah, bro, I'm just going to do this [ __ ] myself and yeah, bro, you can do that [ __ ] by yourself. You're going to hit a ceiling. Like, there's a ceiling that every man and woman hits by themselves until they literally have to go out their way and okay, I need help.
Like, I need help. I need to hire employees. I need to have a team around me. I need [ __ ] friends, goddammit. I need friends. Like, I need [ __ ] that I can just call like, yo, like, this hey, this what I'm thinking this [ __ ] like I need people to bounce ideas off of. I need a [ __ ] community.
That's what it do. We need community.
This scrolling [ __ ] just being behind the phone, that [ __ ] is garbage. That [ __ ] is garbage. That [ __ ] is so garbage. Hold on, let me pull up my chat.
For the ones that's watching the replay right now.
Shout out to y'all, you know what I'm saying? Let me check out the chat real quick. I just want to check out the chat and we going to keep it going.
We going to We going to check out the chat real quick.
Anyway, let's get to it though. I just want to check the chat. Go back to the thing. Boom. Next point.
Isolation is linked with inflammation and immune changes, right? So, immune system changes. The immune system and brain constantly communicate. Chronic Chronic loneliness has been associated with inflammatory biology in several lines of research. So, now like think about this for a minute. It's so much push for yo, man, just sit in your crib, man. [ __ ] everybody. Do it on your own.
And like I said, that type of mindset is cool when you just got a fake circle, you got a whole bunch of fake [ __ ] around you, like you completely just at rock bottom, you got no support system.
It's cool to just put your head down, thug it out. But then it get to a point to where you have to come back to reality and like, yo, bro, I can't just be by myself. Let me call up my mom, bro. I got to talk to my mom. Yo, bro, let me call up my brother. Let me have a Like you need human connection or you are going to fry your brain. You are going to fry your [ __ ] brain if you do not have human connection, right?
Boom. Next one. Inflammation can affect mood, energy, motivation, and cognitive clarity. And by the way, you can screenshot all of this [ __ ] right now.
You can screenshot everything.
Obviously, you know what I'm saying?
This [ __ ] for y'all.
Uh boom, next one. Isolation can affect dopamine, reward, and motivation. What we just talked about. Dopamine is involved in reward, drive, learning, and motivation. Social contact Social contact can be rewarding to the brain because humans evolved to survive through relationships and group belonging. When someone is isolated, their reward system can become under stimulated or deregulated. But not anymore though. So this is the finesse.
You see what that [ __ ] say? The reward system can become under stimulated and under motivated. No, it's not. You know why? Because you [ __ ] are doing this. [ __ ] are scrolling. And this is how they get our [ __ ] conscious cuz this [ __ ] is a [ __ ] This [ __ ] is [ __ ] Saturn. This is a [ __ ] harnessing power tool right here that they use to harness your [ __ ] consciousness. This [ __ ] has some of the most creative minds addicted to it. This [ __ ] has I'm talking about the next the next goddamn top for lamp I don't even know the [ __ ] word. The next top artist, the next top [ __ ] legendary, whatever you want to call it, they have their consciousness stuck in this goddamn phone. Whoever created this [ __ ] concept of scrolling and this technology right here, this [ __ ] was a mastermind goddamn genius. This [ __ ] I I can't even be mad at him.
That [ __ ] is a mastermind. That [ __ ] That [ __ ] the team and I guarantee you it wasn't even one person it was a team like I just talked about. It was a group of people that did this [ __ ] Like them [ __ ] is masterminds.
These [ __ ] are These [ __ ] got These [ __ ] got godlike energetic beings controlled with this black portable device right here. That [ __ ] is crazy.
That [ __ ] is crazy.
Like I'm talking about [ __ ] if Michael Jackson was born today, he wouldn't even be Michael [ __ ] Jackson because this phone would have took his goddamn consciousness.
Like he wouldn't even This [ __ ] dopamine receptors would have been done.
This [ __ ] would have never made Billie Jean. He would have never made Thriller cuz this [ __ ] would have killed his creativity cuz this [ __ ] been scrolling too goddamn much.
Your dopamine is your creation power.
Your dopamine power is your creation power. If you are if your dopamine is fried, you're not going to be able to create [ __ ] cuz your dopamine fried.
You're not going to be able to do [ __ ] This [ __ ] keeps you comfortable. [ __ ] don't even got to watch the NBA or basketball no more. [ __ ] don't even got to [ __ ] don't even got to watch sports.
[ __ ] don't even got to [ __ ] don't got to watch none of that [ __ ] because this is the [ __ ] circus. This is the Roman circus. This is the Roman circus and this is the bread that they giving your ass. This is the bread in the Roman circus right here. This [ __ ] keeps you comfortable enough to be like, yeah, let me not change my life. This [ __ ] keeps you comfortable enough to be like, man, [ __ ] it. Let me just Man, what's going on in the world right now ain't even that bad. And we are so [ __ ] desensitized. I'm not It's not even just y'all It's not even just you. It's me.
Like it's not even just you right now.
It's me as well. We are so [ __ ] desensitized to [ __ ] Like we can right now see a [ __ ] head get cut cut off. Damn, that [ __ ] was crazy [ __ ] Like we can right now see cuz I already know how to YouTube [ __ ] yo. We can right now see the capital I bomb some [ __ ] right now. Oh, it is what it is.
That's crazy.
It's [ __ ] in the Congo right now putting glocks putting putting [ __ ] straps up girls' vaginas and the babies is coming out with STDs and we just like, damn.
I feel it. That [ __ ] crazy. We is fried.
Like we is over Like we is fried overly.
That shit's crazy. That shit's crazy.
That shit's crazy. You going to go.
Isolation can weak weaken emotional regulation. The free The prefrontal cortex helps with decision-making, impulse control, planning, and emotional regulation, right? The amygdala Hey, if I'm not saying that right, please let me know in the comments. The amygdala detects threats. The prefrontal cortex helps decide whether the threat is real and what to do about it. Chronic stress and isolation can make top-down regulation harder. So, what this means is you have to understand like stress is not just oh dang, I got to pay rent. Oh dang, I got to you know, I got to I got to go here. I got to do this. Oh man, I got to make sure that I Stress is literally your body being tense. Stress [snorts] is you being in a constant state of dopamine, a constant state of receiving, a constant state of being stimulated. That is stress. And we just be every time like our like if it's like if this is our stress levels, they're supposed to be fluctuating like this, you know, naturally. [ __ ] our stress levels if this is top and this is the bottom, our [ __ ] is here every time.
Our [ __ ] is just sitting like this every time. And even when we think it goes down, it doesn't even truly go down.
Like if this is calm and this is the high the peak of stress, a lot of people think this is this is this is calm right here. When in reality, calm is down here. Some people have never even felt the emotion of calm. Like some people haven't felt the the the embodiment of peace in so [ __ ] long.
Which is crazy to me.
That [ __ ] is crazy to me.
Like and then it's like and then it didn't even talk about spirituality. I really [ __ ] hate that word spirituality because spirituality bro, the crazy thing about it, we are so [ __ ] sick now in this day and age that people call anything healthy spiritual.
If a [ __ ] right now go sit outside and do nothing and he getting in nature, he getting sun, oh, bro spiritual. He getting vitamin D. Uh, no.
[ __ ] this is what ancestors were doing for hundreds of thousands of years on a regular [ __ ] day.
These [ __ ] didn't even have the concept of what a [ __ ] soul was. Like these [ __ ] just outside. It's like we are [ __ ] birds trapped into a goddamn cage. To we are birds trapped into a [ __ ] cage. when somebody stops out the cage, [ __ ] put labels on this [ __ ] Oh, this [ __ ] spiritual.
Uh cuz he be meditating. The [ __ ] spiritual because he be meditating when whole time the [ __ ] just meditating so he can uh lower his dopamine levels and not crash out on [ __ ] cuz he got anger issues. Oh [ __ ] this [ __ ] spiritual because he eat healthy and he do this and that. The [ __ ] spiritual because he don't eat processed food.
What the [ __ ] The [ __ ] My Like you see how crazy [ __ ] sound? That's why I hate that [ __ ] term spiritual because when a [ __ ] say something spiritual, I know he disconnected from something.
Like when a [ __ ] say, "Oh, this [ __ ] spiritual." That [ __ ] I know he disconnected from his roots. I know he disconnected. He disconnected. Stop saying some [ __ ] is spiritual. You can say some a nigger's intelligent. You can say a [ __ ] smart, wise, whatever the case may be. Stop saying a [ __ ] spiritual because it's like it's like it's like looking at a bear and saying that bear is spiritual. How the [ __ ] can a bear be spiritual?
A bear is spiritual because he's not trapped down by a [ __ ] bear society?
What the [ __ ] The bear The bear is spiritual because he's not taken out of captiv- He's not taken out of his natural environment and he's living in a [ __ ] corporate world. The [ __ ] spirit Like bro, it's so crazy. Like it's so crazy. Like when you really just start looking at humans like organisms, not animals, just organisms of this earth and then you just start seeing this [ __ ] and you're like, "Wow, this [ __ ] is so dystopian how we live. This [ __ ] is so dystopian." And it's like I'm on social media right now. I'm on YouTube just giving this live streaming [ __ ] and I'm just putting [ __ ] on the real game and [ __ ] and it's like, "Wow, like I'm aware enough to know like I'm literally doing this [ __ ] just so I have some type of connection to community."
That's the sad part about this [ __ ] That's the sad part. Cuz I might not meet none of you [ __ ] right here. The only way I will is if I actually set up some in-person [ __ ] and then that will happen, but other than that, I won't like [ __ ] y'all are I don't know y'all. Like y'all are not in my environment. That's what [ __ ] sucks.
Like that [ __ ] crazy. That [ __ ] is crazy, bro. Let's keep going though.
Haha.
Let's keep going, bro. Like I got to just Hey, I'm I'm about to just use these live streams as my vent as my vent. Like I'm just about to just come on this [ __ ] and vent y'all learn some [ __ ] [ __ ] it, but anyway.
Uh where we at? Isolation can affect the hippocampus uh memory and learning. I got to stop saying uh hate that. I hate uh like we used to say uh I hate that. I always try to you know I love to enhance my communication skills more and I just one thing I really want to remove from my vocabulary is uh like I be doing that [ __ ] a lot. Like isolation can affect the uh like I hate that [ __ ] Take that [ __ ] out my mind now. Stop that [ __ ] Isolation can affect the hippocampus memory and learning. The hippocampus helps with memory foundation, learning, context, and emotional processing. So a lot of you [ __ ] can't learn because y'all overstimulated. Do y'all understand this [ __ ] And and think about school for a minute. Just understand what I just wrote right there. Just think about school for a minute. A lot of you [ __ ] lack the ability to learn and y'all lack comprehension because y'all are overstimulated. And you will see hustle gurus come on this [ __ ] app and tell y'all, "Yo man, you got to keep working 16 hours a day and keep doing y'all Y'all Them [ __ ] are [ __ ] stupid.
Like [ __ ] especially in capitalist societies, oh my god, like they over-prioritize work. When [ __ ] if you're going to over-prioritize work, you need to have the intelligence to realize I can only work as hard as I rest. Rest is just as important as work.
[ __ ] my cognitive ability goes down if I am not resting. And if my cognitive ability goes down when I'm not resting, it's going to be harder to make more money because I'm going to be [ __ ] dumb and I'm not going to be able to comprehend [ __ ] Damn, bro. Like it's crazy. And I can't even be mad at hustle guru [ __ ] because they're smart enough to realize that a lot of people don't [ __ ] research and they're just taking advantage of [ __ ] that watch YouTube videos and want to get money and want to strive for success and [ __ ] Oh, so yeah, man, you got to you got to work hard as [ __ ] Yeah, bro, you got to work about 12 14 hours and [ __ ] bro, every day. That's the only way you're going to make it. Whole time they made it by telling you how to make it.
What the [ __ ] [ __ ] Gary V talking about Yeah, like I got to talk about this [ __ ] Yo, man, I grind for hours and hours and hours.
Yeah, bro, you got famous by telling other people to grind. Shut the [ __ ] up.
Like you built your [ __ ] platform off of telling people to hustle. [ __ ] you didn't hustle. [ __ ] hustle you hustled your god damn mouth up and down.
What I'm doing right now. That's what you did. You didn't go out there do some physical [ __ ] You didn't [ __ ] you hustled with your mouth by telling other people to hustle. If you've never told people to hustle, [ __ ] nobody would know Gary V.
Like it's it's a [ __ ] paradox. Like the [ __ ] is the [ __ ] is [ __ ] The [ __ ] is [ __ ] Let's keep going.
And this is no disrespect to Gary V. I'm just keeping it real. I'd tell him this [ __ ] to his face, cuz it's the facts, right? Anyways, keep going. Boom.
Animal studies of social isolation often show changes in the hippocampal function, neurogen- neuro- neurogenesis, stress response, and behavior. Human research links loneliness and isolation with poor cognitive performance and dementia risk, especially in older adults. [ __ ] that is literally saying, if you do not call up your mama and talk to her, if you do not talk to your siblings, my [ __ ] if you don't find somebody to interact with, [ __ ] if you don't interact with nobody at your job, if you don't interact with the people in your neighborhood, if you don't go to the gym and socialize, if you don't go to the library and socialize, if you do not go out into the real world and socialize, you are going to be a [ __ ] dummy.
[ __ ] you are going to be [ __ ] [ __ ] The you are going to develop dementia at an earlier age and you are your cognitive ability is not going to work to its peak. I've seen this in myself. Bro, I promise you put me by myself for 6 months and then put me by other people that are on the same type of time as me or even just, you know, trying to get to where I'm at. Put me around other people for 6 months and put me by myself for 6 months, I'm going to be my best version around those other people. 1,000%. If those people are not holding me back, I'm going to be my better version 1,000%. It's like duh, it's [ __ ] common sense. 1,000%. 1,000%. 1,000% I have a wife. So, I have some type of social, you know what I'm saying, simulation with my wife. I have some type of social interaction with my wife, but it's not about just having a partner.
You need a tribe, too. You need other interactions, you know what I'm saying?
Even now like I try to go outside as much as possible. Like no cap, like I'm literally about to sign up for a [ __ ] I have a gym. This is how big I'm about about this social interaction [ __ ] I have a gym. I stay in an apartment complex. I I I stay in condos, right? I have a gym on the second floor of me, right? Nice gym, got all the equipment I need, right? Nobody ever in there. I'm by myself. I'm about to go pay $300 a month, [ __ ] that, $450 a month for me and my wife to go to Lifetime gym. Who know about Lifetime gym? I'm about We about to go to Lifetime gym, right? We about to go to Lifetime gym, pay over $300 for a gym membership just to see other people.
Dead ass. That [ __ ] is crazy. That [ __ ] is crazy. One I just want to go outside.
I want to have a reason to go outside cuz I do a lot of my work from home, but I just want a reason to go outside and it's like all right, bet. We paying $300 for a gym membership. All right, bet. I know I'm going to meet some type of high-net-worth individuals in this [ __ ] or I'm going to get some type of social stimulation. Like, damn.
Like, I'm going to get some type of interaction. You know what I'm saying?
Let's get it, though.
Isolation can change social perception.
Loneliness can bias the brain toward expecting rejection or danger. Okay? So, this is another thing like if you are constantly by yourself, what I talked about in the beginning, if you are constantly by yourself and you're trying to be on self-improvement, you're doing your thing, like you're so disciplined and [ __ ] understand this cuz I've been on that phase before, too, before I had my wife.
I don't give a [ __ ] how much you optimize, how much you improve yourself.
I don't even care how much money you make. Something because you are not interacting with anybody. I mean, like, [ __ ] you don't even [ __ ] with your mama type of thing type like you something is going to feel wrong. So, because you are something is going to feel wrong. And you're going to think it's something else, like, oh, maybe it's my schedule. Oh, maybe it's the food that I'm eating. Maybe it's You're going to think it's a whole lot of things because your body is signaling to you signaling to you that something is wrong. In reality, though, [ __ ] you are just deprived of human connection.
That's all that's going on. You are deprived of human connection. And what happens is and and and this is because this is this I'm not going to say this almost happened to me, but what happens is especially when you gain more assets and you gain more wealth, you get more money, what happens is a lot of people that have money, we end up developing and having less empathy, right? Because also we not around everybody, the mass majority and [ __ ] But this is why society is [ __ ] up because we have a whole bunch of people with money making decisions for people, but these [ __ ] are not interacting with human beings. So, when a lawmaker that has money or when somebody that's working on Congress or whatever the case may be or when a [ __ ] billionaire is trying to influence because y'all have to understand that all of this [ __ ] like when it comes to voting and all that [ __ ] all of that [ __ ] is fake because everybody is paid for, [ __ ] Presidents are puppets, politicians are puppets, the [ __ ] that control [ __ ] are money or people with money.
Elon Musk, the reason why Donald Trump is the president is because Elon Musk funded him, okay? This is like common sense. Nobody takes president serious, okay? When you have billions of dollars, hundreds of billions of dollars, tens of billions of dollars, [ __ ] you Let's Okay, I'mma just put you in your shoes, right? Cuz this is why I'm not going to say poor, I'm not going to call y'all that. This is why people don't understand billionaires is because you haven't put yourself in their shoes.
You have billions of dollars, right?
You can buy influence. You don't have to come on the screen like I'm doing right now and get people to have your ideology. Oh, you don't have to do that [ __ ] if you don't want to. You can pay somebody to preach your ideology for you, right? Look at who endorses these politicians, and do you think these politicians endorse themselves? Get the [ __ ] out of here. Politicians say what sounds good, yeah, we're going to do this, we're going to do this, and then somebody cuts them a [ __ ] check. And then when this dude cuts them a check, you got to understand it from the politician point of view. This [ __ ] billionaire just cut you a $3 million check to do what he want and to incentivize his needs. Are you going to incentivize the [ __ ] that just cut you a $3 million check or all of these broke-ass people that have not gave you no money?
And this is why democracy is [ __ ] [laughter] Like, because of money. Like, [ __ ] anybody can be bought the [ __ ] out.
Anybody Like Like relying on democracy is [ __ ] crazy. It's [ __ ] crazy because [ __ ] if you do not have resources and money, you have no [ __ ] say. You have no [ __ ] say on anything. If I had billions of dollars, do you think Think about it. I have billions of dollars and my ego is inflated like a [ __ ] Do you think I'm going to have and live in the same country as another [ __ ] that they have not did the work I've done cuz you know I'm egotistical. They have not did the work I've done. They don't have the resources that I have.
You Do you think they're going to be on the same playing field as me? Like You [ __ ] Like do you really think like [ __ ] if I want this [ __ ] in office, I don't give a [ __ ] what these millions of broke [ __ ] saying. Uh, that's cool.
Hey bro, here go 10 L's real quick, you know what I'm saying? Hey bro, just like you need to make sure that I get tax less. Okay? Like and the [ __ ] the politician probably was on everybody's side, but he got he got paid out. Like that's how the [ __ ] works. That's how the [ __ ] works. So, hey, that's how the [ __ ] works.
Hey, let's make sure everybody can see me right. Everybody can see me right.
Let me make sure I'm good still. Let me just make sure I'm good. Okay, I'm good.
Let's go.
Yeah, man. Getting off topic, but let's keep going though.
So look, isolation can increase depression and anxiety risk. Social isolation is linked with higher rates of depression and anxiety in many studies.
Isolation removes emotional support, feedback, belonging, touch, laughter, routine, accountability, and shared meaning. Right? Boom. Hold on, we got a super chat. Somebody said, "I'm 27, have a wife." Let's read this real quick.
Somebody said, "I'm 27, have a wife, truck driver, and make good money Amazon FBA." Good [ __ ] bro. But I've never been a social person my whole life. How do I find my tribe, people I relate to that aren't close-minded and NPC combos?
We got to get outside. We got to And And now I'm glad you said that. We got to get outside. We have to get outside. I don't know. I was going to get to this at the end, but I'm going to go ahead and answer this. We You to get outside.
What I mean by this is, right?
A lot of people are trying to do it like this, right? Yo, I'm going to post my social media I'm going to post my content on social media, find like-minded people. That's cool. You can do it that way. Like I can find like-minded people on social media [ __ ] like that and connect with everybody.
Bro, I'm going to just keep it real. I don't give a [ __ ] about having online friends. I'm done with that [ __ ] I need the real or [ __ ] it. Like it's either going to happen in my city or it's not happening at all. You either in Atlanta or you not. Like like I'm I'm done with the oh yeah, man. This [ __ ] real ass [ __ ] I [ __ ] with bro. Man, this [ __ ] stay in California. Uh, I ain't thinking about this [ __ ] Yo, I'll tap in with you when I get to Cali, but you you can't be in my direct circle. Like you can It's just no. I need [ __ ] around that I can like I need real [ __ ] I need to talk to real [ __ ] people. I need to be able to go to your crib, talk to you. I need to like I need a real [ __ ] community. I need a real tribe.
You got to go outside, my [ __ ] So at this point what I'm saying is you got to find more hobbies. And this is really the most important thing, find hobbies.
A lot of people like to [ __ ] on hobbies, especially in this [ __ ] ass this [ __ ] ass entrepreneur circle and [ __ ] These [ __ ] don't tell y'all the real codes to wealth. If you really want to meet other wealthy people or just people in general, but if we're talking about on some networking [ __ ] you really want to meet wealthy people hobbies.
Hobbies. You're not going to meet anybody on social media unless you become me, start doing what I'm doing, talking some real [ __ ] or giving out some type of content and then people come to you. That's one way. But if you don't want to do that, cool. Start going to start have have hobbies that like-minded people like you have as well. So I'll give you an example, right? If I want to find high net worth individuals, I'm not going to go play basketball. No disrespect to any of my [ __ ] Caucasian people as well cuz my white [ __ ] be playing basketball and [ __ ] I'm going to go play golf. Because why?
Not only are is golf obviously a new hobby and [ __ ] and that [ __ ] would be cool to do and [ __ ] you know what I'm saying? But all [ __ ] love golf. All [ __ ] love golf. All rich [ __ ] love golf. Do you know the type of [ __ ] I'mma meet when I go play golf, bro? Do you know the type of [ __ ] I want to go horse riding. I want to do different type of hobbies. I want to start going to chess games. [ __ ] it. Hey, they got some chess games in the area. What's some chess events at? I want to go watch [ __ ] play chess. You feel what I'm saying? But once again, I'm not saying oh yeah, go do [ __ ] that you don't like just to fit in with other people. [ __ ] no. [ __ ] y'all [ __ ] I don't give a [ __ ] about that. If I like the [ __ ] and I'mma go do it. I love chess. I got a chess board here at my house. I love chess. I want to go watch other people to play chess and learn chess. I love books. Let me go to the library. Let me see who I can meet there. I love working out. I love being healthy. Cool. I love taking care of my body. Let me go to this gym where it's throwing with $300 a month where I can find other high net worth individuals like myself, but also have people that care about health. Do you feel what I'm saying? Let me go to Eventbrite. Let me see people that's like, okay, bet. Let me see if there's any events going on like and I don't say really networking events. [ __ ] those type of events. Look for events who where it's centered around things that you have interest in, whether it's centered around knowledge, whether it's centered around uh finances, right? On knowledge, whether it's centered around uh uh art, right? Music events, whatever the case may be. Go to events. Go to public paste places to where other people like you are. But that's what I got to say, bro. Have hobbies. Like I had to add a bunch of hobbies to my routine, bro. No cap. Like And just to my life overall. Like I started noticing like I I used to have a I ain't going to say a fear of having hobbies, but I used to be so business orientated to the points where I was like, man, nah, bro.
Like I got to I got to sit in the crib.
I got to work. I got to do this [ __ ] Man, that's [ __ ] [ __ ] bro.
Because I started getting more money when I just started having more [ __ ] fun. What's the point of having money if you're not going to have [ __ ] fun?
[ __ ] get more money to be [ __ ] slaves. [ __ ] be [ __ ] be proud as hell. Yeah, man, I just made 50,000 this month, bro.
Okay, bet. Uh what you going to do now, bro? [ __ ] bro. I'm going to keep working. I'm going to make even more.
Like, congratulations, you're a [ __ ] slave. Like, [ __ ] be happy to be slaves. Like, okay, bro, so like you ain't going to go outside? Like, you ain't going to Nah, bro, I got to [ __ ] with people.
Uh okay, weirdo. Like Like, okay, are you going to go have some fun? You going to go like travel? Nah, bro, I don't even want to travel, bro. I just want to sit in my crib and make more money.
Right.
Got you. Like, some [ __ ] are so broke that all they have is money. Like, that [ __ ] is so boring. What is the point of me having money if I can't interact with nobody? What the [ __ ] What is the point of having money if I can't go out and if I'm not going to go out and do fun [ __ ] with the money? That [ __ ] is [ __ ] That [ __ ] is [ __ ] [ __ ] Oh, bro, generational wealth.
What the [ __ ] [ __ ] [ __ ] them kids.
Like, not [ __ ] them kids, but damn, like [ __ ] I want to go have fun, too. And then what? My son What his What he going to do? Have all the fun that I never got to have and then he going to blow the [ __ ] money and not Like, what the [ __ ] man? [ __ ] that [ __ ] 50% pass it down to my kids. 50% Let's have some goddamn fun, you know what I'm saying?
Straight like that. Let me give y'all some hobbies, though.
Let me give y'all some hobbies. So, I got a lot of hobbies, bro. I ain't going to lie, like I even be playing the game.
Like, no cap. If I wasn't live streaming right now, I'd probably play the [ __ ] game. No cap. I'd probably play the game or some [ __ ] Well, what time is it? No, it's actually 10:00 p.m. I would have been asleep. I'm actually supposed to be going to sleep at like 9:00, 10:00 p.m.
But, I'm on a live stream for y'all, but it's all good. But, yeah, hobbies is like I like playing the game. I love playing the game. You got to be a sophisticated [ __ ] to be playing the game. I don't care. That [ __ ] helps your cognitive ability. I rather play the [ __ ] game than scroll on social media. I don't give a [ __ ] I would rather play the game for 2 hours a day then scroll on social media for 2 hours a day. Cuz at least with the game, I have some type of real entertainment. On [ __ ] social media, I'm just seeing a whole bunch of people's lives and just consuming [ __ ] content. God damn, at least [ __ ] I'd rather consume Spider-Man content on the god damn game.
[ __ ] I can get a [ __ ] live action movie not playing this [ __ ] That [ __ ] fire. So, don't feel bad about playing a game. Now, if you a bum ass [ __ ] and you ain't doing [ __ ] with your life, period, and you just playing the game for 10 hours a day, my [ __ ] come on now. Let's Let's chill. Calm down. Listen Listen, let me set the 2 hours, okay? Let's calm down. Anyway, moving on.
Uh start playing chess and board games like I already talked about, right?
Also, start reading fiction books. Oh my [ __ ] gosh, like Yo, I'm not going to lie. If you one of them [ __ ] to where you If you one of them [ __ ] to where you only read books because you only read like self-improvement books or like you read books to where you can get practical information out of, I'mma hold your hand when I say this, you have a low IQ.
I'm just going to keep it real. You have a low IQ.
The reason I'mma keep it real with you.
You only need about 10 self-help books.
This is because I've read all these 10 self-help books I'm going to name. I don't know all of them off the dome. I have to go to my notes to find them, but I'mma give you 10 at least I'mma try to give you 10 self-help books that I actually recommend for you. Once you read about I'll say 10 of them, [ __ ] you don't need to hear any more.
And self-help books as in including financial books, including finance. So, finance, practical information books, you only need about 10 of those. Once you got 10 under your belt, keep recycling those 10, keep rereading them, and stop trying to add new more more to your plate. That [ __ ] is [ __ ] I really I literally recently have tried to read like different self-help books, and I didn't give a [ __ ] about it because first of all, half of the information I already [ __ ] knew. And then the information that I didn't knew, [ __ ] it'd be like it'd be like 20 chapters in the book and I only need information from one chapter out the goddamn book. Man, [ __ ] your book. I don't want to read this [ __ ] That [ __ ] is so boring. Why would I read a goddamn 300 400 page book on some self-improvement or some financial information when I could just go watch a YouTube video that's like 10 15 minutes long and learn the same goddamn information.
[ __ ] Like I don't got time to be sitting down, but what I do have time to sit down and read is a fiction book.
Why? Because fiction not only helps your cognitive ability, but fiction actually teaches you things that self-improvement books could never teach you. We literally got our human culture from stories. Literally. All religions, the concept of God, stories were all made around fire, right? Campfire stories.
That [ __ ] was literally [ __ ] that that's where the whole concept of campfire stories are made from. When we were living in tribes and we used to sit around the fire after the tribe, [ __ ] where do you think God came from? Where the [ __ ] do you think any of our human culture and stories originated from? It originated from us sitting around in a fire and just telling jokes and telling each other what we think of the world and how we think everything came to be.
And then agriculture came and then we started we went from tribes to cities and then [ __ ] started saying, "Yeah, if you don't believe in this book or fan club," cuz that's all the [ __ ] religion is. It's a [ __ ] fan club.
"If you don't believe in our fan club, we're going to [ __ ] kill you."
Like that's all that [ __ ] is, bro.
That's all that [ __ ] is, right?
Anyway, but yeah.
Next thing I got is some physical activities, right? Some physical hobbies that you can start implementing is basketball, golf, horse riding, uh tennis, right? Get into that tennis. Yo, I [ __ ] with tennis. I ain't going to lie, I [ __ ] with tennis. Tennis five. If you not Yo, I ain't going to lie, don't sleep on tennis. I [ __ ] I get on my I ain't going to lie, I get on my Serena Williams [ __ ] On God.
Hey, with tennis, I get on my Serena Williams [ __ ] Like, no cap. Like, I remember I used to play that [ __ ] when I was a kid. Like, bro, like I'll be in that [ __ ] Like, I get Yo, I get crazy about tennis. Like, I [ __ ] with tennis. You know what I'm saying? Like, uh I [ __ ] with volleyball, too.
Boxing, you know what I'm saying? Also Also, hiking as well. You know, hiking, that's easy. I don't even call hiking a hobby. That [ __ ] just like That's my life, bro. Like, I I love to hike. I got to go on a mountain. You know what I'm saying? I got to go on some nature.
Like, that [ __ ] just got to happen. Um And another thing, too, like I ain't going to lie, something me and my wife been doing, bro, to like just basically make the vibe just way better in the house. And like, I swear to God, it's just these little things that make your home way better.
Y'all remember when we was little [ __ ] in like the 2000s and [ __ ] It depends what age you is when you watching this.
But you Y'all remember when we was little [ __ ] in the 2000s? And like, our mama used to always have or our grandma used to always have music playing? Bro, like who remember that [ __ ] when like whenever you go into the household, bro, it's a sunny day, back door open, and it's always music in the house. Like, and you know like when you wake up and there's music in the house or like you just a little kid in your in your in your people's crib and you hear music playing, it's like Yo, it make the whole vibe just way better. And like, I ain't going to lie, one thing me and my wife started doing, bro, we just started like I ain't going to lie, like we got a speaker, a JBL speaker. We'll put that [ __ ] in the kitchen. We'll wake up in the morning and we'll just start playing Michael Jackson from like the morning till like [ __ ] like all day, like 3:00 p.m. We just be having that [ __ ] on in the background. Like, dead ass. Bro, that [ __ ] right there, bro, that [ __ ] makes you so [ __ ] happy.
Like, constantly hearing just high vibrational music or just like, you know what I'm saying? Like, old school music and [ __ ] And that [ __ ] be playing in the crib. And y'all already know like I got the type I got the setup and [ __ ] like sun be coming through all the windows and [ __ ] bro this [ __ ] be looking fire. I'll be like damn boy it's a good ass day like I'll be in this [ __ ] I got to edit some videos and [ __ ] I'll be like man this [ __ ] a good ass day. Then like you know what I'm saying I'll turn it up I got to make some music and some [ __ ] you know what I'm saying but like if I'm just editing some videos real quick or I just got to talk to somebody real quick it just make the vibe way better like I'll just like why I'm way more happier. And then as soon as you turn off the music and then you just sit there it's like that's when you can get into your head like you'll start getting into your head about [ __ ] like damn like man I don't even feel like doing this [ __ ] right now. No cap so like if you struggle with like I don't know just being on your [ __ ] and just I don't struggle with that but let's say if you do struggle with being on your [ __ ] or you want to make your more your your home work environment more harmonious bro play music in the background of you working you know what I'm saying and not no drill [ __ ] not no like oh y'all [ __ ] hoes I'm [ __ ] like that [ __ ] no. [ __ ] like some like real calm [ __ ] like some real like you know what I'm saying like the [ __ ] that make you want to get up and dance like damn I [ __ ] with this [ __ ] like [ __ ] I'm in here being bopping like okay bet like uh like that [ __ ] that [ __ ] Billy Jean start playing this [ __ ] like I was like okay bet like you know what I'm saying like that [ __ ] make me feel good about my life like yeah like I'm doing what I need to be doing like hell yeah like that's so crazy. It's so crazy how music like even something so simple like that can just make you way feel way better like wow like that's why like I [ __ ] with music cuz it's like even this is like I got to create music for myself period because the simple fact is like this is cool bro you know what I'm saying I love doing this I love you know I'm communicating this but it's like I got I want to bring vibes as well too cuz it's like it's certain things that music like this right here this live stream it's certain things that this can do that music can't do like this is helping somebody this is giving somebody practical information they can digest and use it to better their life, 100%.
Music can do that too, but it's a little bit different. Music though, it's like you don't turn on a Michael Jackson song to like And that's another thing, I want to make more dancing music. After making seeing that Michael Jackson movie, bro, and then seeing I ain't even going to get too deep into it. I looked at the [ __ ] Charlie Chaplin all type [ __ ] I ain't going to get too deep into it, but I got to get back on topic, but like music in general, like when you like I'm playing this [ __ ] music, I'm like, bro, this [ __ ] make the music that want you to get You just want to forget everything about what's going on and just dance. Like I don't even got no [ __ ] problem. I just want to dance. I want to make that type of music. Like I don't give a [ __ ] about No disrespect to J. Cole, real [ __ ] shoutout to J.
Cole, but like I don't want to make that type of music. I don't like I just like no. I want to make music to where people can vibe, but like and I'm not saying no stupid ass [ __ ] I don't say stupid ass [ __ ] in my music nowadays anyway, but it's like I want to make music to where not to where a [ __ ] just like, oh, [ __ ] just in his crib like listening to that [ __ ] and he vibing, you know what I'm saying? Or like Or like, you know what No, I want to make [ __ ] to where it make a [ __ ] feel like he just want to get up and dance. Cuz that's a vibe that a [ __ ] cannot get from this. You can't get that [ __ ] from no [ __ ] YouTube video. You can't get that [ __ ] from a [ __ ] talking to you. Music is the only thing in this world that can make you forget what the [ __ ] is going on and damn, I'm just trying to bop like I'm just trying like it's the only thing that can do that. It's the only thing that can just tap you into that fun frequency, into that into that into that frequency to where you just forget everything and you just get in your body. That's what I'm trying to say.
It's the only [ __ ] frequency. It's the only thing that just makes you forget your brain. Oh my [ __ ] god.
Bro, that [ __ ] make you forget your brain.
Bro, that [ __ ] make you forget your brain though, like Bro, that [ __ ] put you so in the present moment.
My fault, y'all.
>> [laughter] >> Yo, like that [ __ ] put you so in the present moment. Like you like even a YouTube video like I can it can probably do that but like no, like it's just that [ __ ] immediately put you present moment.
Like present moment, you forget you have a brain, you forget your ego. Like you literally forget your [ __ ] ego. You literally forget that [ __ ] You forget aware like you just literally I'm just in my body, like I'm literally not even human. Like I'm just in my I'm a body, like I'm just in this [ __ ] like yo, I [ __ ] with music, like I'm not going to lie.
Okay, let's keep going.
>> [laughter] >> Hey, let's keep going. Hey, shout out to y'all, man. Y'all [ __ ] with the Y'all [ __ ] with the live stream, man.
Definitely going to do more of these.
Y'all leave a like, subscribe, do what y'all got to do. All right, let's end this off, right?
Isolation can reduce cognitive reserve, right? What we already talked about. Oh, I think I skipped one. Oh, isolation can affect sleep and sleep affects the brain. Sleep is very important for you, okay? Don't ever listen to somebody that's saying you don't need uh 7 8 8 hours of sleep. This is [ __ ] okay? This is [ __ ] Now, one thing I will say since we're talking about ancient humans, it was a study done saying that how we used to originally sleep is way different than how we sleep now, right? How we sleep now is we go to sleep at 10:00 p.m. We wake up at 6:00 a.m. We sleep for exactly 8 hours all the way straight through. That's how it's supposed to be.
Wrong. How it's actually supposed to be if I'm if I'm being 100% honest based off the research that I've done. How it's supposed to be is you go to sleep when the sun sets. You go to sleep for about 4 to 5 hours. Then you wake up for about an hour to 2 hours. During that time of you waking up during the hour or 2 hours, your brain produces a substance called prolactin, right? Prolactin is the same substance in your brain, it's the same liquid molecule that your brain produces during meditation. This is why meditation is so euphoric because your brain is producing prolactin during meditation. So, when you wake up during those first hour or two hours, right?
After being asleep for about 4 to 5 hours as a ancient human being, right?
You're in a deep meditative state. A very deep meditative state. So many humans never hit this meditative state.
We were supposed That's why it was crazy is a [ __ ] will call somebody spiritual for meditating, aka releasing prolactin in his brain, whole time that wasn't even a term. That was the norm.
That [ __ ] was the norm That [ __ ] was the norm. Like there was no such thing as a Oh, yeah, you different, you meditating or you you you're so calm, you're so stoic. [ __ ] that was everybody.
Like that was That's regular. That's That's our That's us when we have detached from the [ __ ] screens and detached from the lights, bright lights, and all this [ __ ] right? Boom.
So, then after that one to two hour cycle of you being up, you go back to sleep. And then when you go back to sleep, you're asleep for another 4 to 5 hours. And then you wake up and start your day. That's originally how we were supposed to sleep. And a study did this and they put about I think it was either 10 humans I'm just going to say four to be correct, but I think it was about four to 10 humans, something like that.
It wasn't a lot. It was about four to 10 humans. They took screens away from them, phones away from them, like no LED lights, no nothing. And all they had to do was just literally follow their natural sleep cycle and when they wanted to go to sleep. Slowly but sure surely after about 30 days, right? Cuz they was in they was locked away for 30 days. Not even a full 30 days, but within the 30 days of them doing this experiment, they all They never was given any instructions. Nobody told them, "Yo, go to sleep at this time." Never was given any instructions. All of them that was doing the test did the same exact sleep schedule as our ancestors. They went to sleep 4 hours, woke up for about an hour or two, then went to sleep again for another 4 hours, and then woke up again and started their day like normal. Shit's crazy.
Shit's crazy.
And I know what somebody's thinking, "Damn, Von, I got a job, bro. You know what I'm saying? How am I able to even do this if I got a job and [ __ ] like that?" That's what's crazy. [ __ ] was back then didn't have jobs. Your job back then was to make sure you get some food for your people. That was your job.
Like, your job back then was to watch over everybody, make sure, you know what I'm saying, [ __ ] wasn't getting hunted. Like, that was your job. But now your job is Let me sit down on my computer and condense my spine and tighten my hip flexors, so now I'm stiff as [ __ ] and I don't have blood flow properly moving through me anymore.
Yeah, let me do this cuz that's another thing, too. Movement is very important.
Like, [ __ ] now, it's just so crazy like, it's a status quo, a health status quo to get 10,000 steps a day in.
[ __ ] you're supposed to be getting minimum 10,000 steps a day in as a human. That's what's crazy. That's why I love walking around, no cap. Like, even now, this is the most that I ever sit down. During this live stream, this is the most I ever sit down. Like, if you catch me ever in my house, anybody ever like even see me in person, I'm always walking around. to God. If I get on a business call, I'm walk I'm pacing through my crib. Like, I never sit I [ __ ] hate sitting down. I [ __ ] Even now, like, I'm just doing this [ __ ] just so I can stay in the frame, but I [ __ ] hate sitting down. Like, I walk 24/7. It don't matter if I'm outside or in the crib, I'm always walking, I'm always moving around. I physically feel sick. Like, no cap. Like, I dead ass feel sick or just like not sick like, "Oh, I got a cold or a stomachache." But like, sick like I'm very in tune with my body to where it's like, "Bro, I'm just sitting down too [ __ ] much. This [ __ ] feels weird." Like, even now it's like, "Oh, fuck." Like, this [ __ ] just like I need to move around. I need to do something. You know what I'm saying?"
Anyways, get back to it. Then we going to end this off.
Boom.
Isolation can increase rumination and negative self-focus. Isolation can reduce cognitive reserve, of course. Isolation is associated with brain volume and brain brain volume differences in older adults. In older adults, studies have found associations between lower social contact and lower total brain volume or regional brain volume. These studies do not always prove causation, right?
Uh but they show I just did it again.
But they show a concerning relationship.
Brain areas involved in memory and cognition may be especially relevant, right? Lower social contact may combine with depression, inactivity, poor sleep, and vascular risk to affect brain health. Let's go.
Isolation during development can be especially harmful.
[ __ ] meaning if you So, look.
Look at this [ __ ] Look at this [ __ ] they said. Isolation during its during development can be especially harmful.
Early life social deprivation can affect brain development, emotional learning, attachment, and stress regulation. So, all of these chat GPT babies being born right now, all of these iPad babies being born right now, they're going to be [ __ ] [ __ ] Yeah. Like Yeah, they're going to be very like [ __ ] thought Gen Z was lazy.
[ __ ] thought Gen Z had mental problems. Okay.
Yeah, okay.
Yeah, okay.
[ __ ] ain't going to know what 2 + 2 is.
[ __ ] ain't going to have [ __ ] [ __ ] might not even be able to have a coherent conversation. [ __ ] ain't even going to know what coherent means.
Like [ __ ] [ __ ] Like We think we [ __ ] right now. [ __ ] coming out the womb. Bro, I'm a 2002 baby.
I remember having My [ __ ] we didn't have Bro, the only technology I had was a GameCube, [ __ ] I had a GameCube. I had that big-ass box computer and I used to watch Hood Elmo on that [ __ ] and Evil Super Mario, bro. I used to watch videos like that, like little internet videos and [ __ ] But, [ __ ] I was outside. We had social interaction.
I remember being in the crib and, you know, all the time, like every month or like every time in the summer, my family have a big-ass cookout session. Like, I was one of them Y'all remember them old like them in the like in the South You know I'm from North Carolina. Y'all know how we get, like in the South and [ __ ] when we got like family cookouts and you go in your backyard, it's like 60 [ __ ] you ain't never seen before, like real old-school real old-school uh melanated cookouts, like and we was the [ __ ] like you know how Some of y'all [ __ ] probably went to other people's cookouts. No.
My family, we held the cookouts at my crib. So, I was a little [ __ ] seeing all my cousins I ain't never seen any [ __ ] before in my like just a whole bunch of [ __ ] I ain't never seen before in my life and [ __ ] Whole bunch of grown-ass people around me and [ __ ] like that. [ __ ] outside playing music. [ __ ] in the crib playing music and [ __ ] And that [ __ ] was regular. Like, I had a lot of social interaction when I was a kid, like that [ __ ] was regular. So, and and you got to think we had a lot of social interaction growing up. These [ __ ] is coming out with Bro, my first phone was a flip phone when I was 10 years old.
Keep it Flip that sinking. [ __ ] I'm only a '02 baby. [ __ ] I ain't even 25.
My first cellular device was a flip phone that had minutes on that [ __ ] [ __ ] [ __ ] Y'all Some [ __ ] probably don't even know what the [ __ ] minutes are. [ __ ] I had a [ __ ] we had to type [ __ ] this is when you had to push the number twice just to get just to get a word a a [ __ ] letter that you wanted. These [ __ ] is coming out with full-blown iPhones straight in the face.
Crazy.
I would never never never let my child or anybody of a certain age Like, if a [ __ ] be like, "Oh, can I play games on your phone?" Little [ __ ] you shouldn't even know what a phone is, little [ __ ] [ __ ] you mean, "Oh, can you play games on my phone?" Little [ __ ] you shouldn't even know what a phone is, [ __ ] [ __ ] out my face, little [ __ ] What the [ __ ] You better go your ass outside and play god damn with them dandelions, [ __ ] You better go outside play with them god damn dandelions, play imaginary, talk to your imaginary friends, [ __ ] Kids don't even It's crazy like I went to When the last time a kid said, "Oh, there's a monster in my closet." These [ __ ] don't even know what that is.
These [ __ ] don't even got monsters in their [ __ ] closet cuz they on [ __ ] line on social media.
Like sometimes I be seeing [ __ ] 9-year-olds posting Instagram video.
[ __ ] you nine. What the [ __ ] You shouldn't even know what the got What the [ __ ] a Instagram is? What the [ __ ] Boy, these [ __ ] is These little [ __ ] is [ __ ] I'm telling y'all.
These little [ __ ] is [ __ ] Oh my god.
That [ __ ] crazy.
Isolation in adulthood still matters because the brain remains plastic.
Neuroplasticity means the brain can change with experience, right? This is why if you take shrooms, they have these studies to where if you take shrooms, it can regrow uh a certain this neuroplasticity that it's talking about. Even in adults, repeated [clears throat] isolation can train certain pathways, and repeated safe connection can help retrain them, right? The brain adapts to what is repeated. Safety threat connection avoidance stimulation or shutdown. This is good news because isolation effects are not destiny, right? So, like I said, there is a a potential to reverse this.
You can still reverse this. It ain't just like the end of the world. That's why I'm exactly making this video, right? Social media does not always solve isolation, right?
>> [clears throat] >> [ __ ] no.
Literally just talked about that. Social media is is And you know what? Let me read you what other points that I have.
Let me read you what other points that I have.
Let's go.
Oh, I I got one more point, and that's about it. Let's do this.
Social media is not [ __ ] social. None of None of this [ __ ] I was just talking to my wife about this [ __ ] the other day.
I was literally just talking to my wife my wife about this [ __ ] yesterday.
And that's why I needed to do this live stream because social media has gave you the illusion of social. This [ __ ] is not [ __ ] social. [ __ ] Instagram, the last time Instagram social media died when TikTok took off.
That's when social media died. I'mma give an example, right?
Back in 2014, 2015, [ __ ] it. I ain't even going to go that far back. 2017, even 2018. Back then, when a [ __ ] went to Instagram, you went to Instagram with one thing in mind. I want to see the people that I know or I follow. Either one. I want to I know them or I follow them. That's what you were going on to Instagram for. You were posting photos.
Everybody from high school and [ __ ] or everybody from your school's going to like your [ __ ] comment. You feel what I'm saying? Like, [ __ ] that was the block. That was like, god damn, okay, bet. I got to make sure this Instagram photo look straight. Like, hell yeah.
Like, god damn. I got to make sure the whole phone look Like, you know what I'm saying? Like, that's when like Instagram was Instagram. [ __ ] that [ __ ] was your reputation. Like, yo. Like, okay, bet.
Let me make sure I put the drip on for real. Like, hell yeah. Like, what? Like, you know what I'm saying? And then that's when [ __ ] used to actually DM each other. [ __ ] was actually talking.
Like, there was no such thing as a Reels. Like, you couldn't just go on there and see people that you didn't [ __ ] know. The only way that you could is if you followed blog pages.
Follow Say Cheese. Follow WorldStarHipHop. Like, you had to follow blog pages and then they posted other people that you didn't know about. You feel what I'm saying? And that's why even on social media it was way harder to gain attention because it was like, you either had to pay to get on blog pages or you had to really just be lit.
Like, you had to really just be unique.
Like, it was like, you know what I'm saying? Like, you had to really just know what the [ __ ] you was doing around that time. Now, anybody can get viral.
Like, anybody can go viral. Any [ __ ] body can go viral. I first blew up on YouTube in 2018 off of a [ __ ] storytime. Then I blew up again 2020.
And mind you, there was no such thing as scrolling reels. [ __ ] you had to really be that [ __ ] to go to You had to really be that [ __ ] Like, it wasn't no oh, pay and now your name everywhere. It wasn't no except it was blog pages. Now you can pay, everybody clipping your [ __ ] You can literally just Oh, let me go dick ride this [ __ ] go dick suck this [ __ ] go hop in his stream. Now I'm famous.
Oh, let me just repeat that everything that somebody else has said and let me just do the right caption, the right hook, and boom, now I have 400 K followers on Instagram. You have 400 K followers on Instagram, but if them same [ __ ] see you in real life, they ain't even know who the [ __ ] you are. That [ __ ] is crazy. Like, that [ __ ] is like This [ __ ] don't mean nothing. And it's not like I said, back to the topic of social media, it's not social.
Back then it was, right? You could actually interact with people like You actually had You could actually tap in with people. Now, you go to [ __ ] Instagram, [ __ ] you I swear to god.
Chronological order, we already know that [ __ ] is [ __ ] up. It's completely gone. Not even [ __ ] up, it's just completely gone. [ __ ] I follow my [ __ ] Dev. Bro, I go on there to post something. I'll see a post that my [ __ ] Dev made 3 days ago. I was like, damn, this [ __ ] posted 3 days ago. I ain't even see it. I refresh. I see a post that this [ __ ] made a day ago. I'm like, damn, this [ __ ] been consistent as [ __ ] I ain't see none of these posts. I take one swipe, I'll see a [ __ ] I don't even know.
Bro, I follow 280 people. [ __ ] I Oh my god, I follow 280 people, I only see 20 of their posts.
It's not even no point of following anybody. It's not even no point of following anybody. I follow 280 people, I only see about 10 to 20 of their posts. 10 to 20 of the people that I follow I actually see posts. Mind you, everybody else is still posting. I don't see none of their posts. I just see a whole bunch of [ __ ] people that I don't [ __ ] know. As humans, we were not meant to see that many different faces and consume that much different content and that much information. Oh my gosh. [ __ ] is crazy. [ __ ] is crazy.
Don't let me get started on TikTok.
That's the That's the whole reason for any of this. Because of TikTok, that's when Instagram said, "Let me jump on the wave and introduce short-form content."
YouTube did the same. "Let me introduce YouTube Shorts." [ __ ] I remember YouTube was our only form of scrolling.
Bro, you could only scroll on YouTube back then. Like, YouTube was scroll Like, Instagram, bro, you didn't scroll on Instagram. You You went to your bro, you went to go see your follow You went to go see who you was following. You went to go like they post and comment, and then you got the [ __ ] off of Instagram. Like, that was Instagram was literally, "Yo, bro, I'mma go tap in with my homie post. Oh yeah, I'mma go like old girl post, you know what I'm saying? Comment some Comment some hard eye emoji and [ __ ] you know what I'm saying?" And then like that. Like, then I'm about to put up a post of my own. Or [ __ ] that's it. And then I'm off this [ __ ] Or [ __ ] it, I'mma go watch some basketball highlights. Like, [ __ ] I remember you could only watch like basketball highlights on Instagram.
YouTube was the [ __ ] that you screw scrolled on. But the thing about YouTube is every video like 8 minutes long, 20 minutes long, 30 minutes long. Like, so it's like you don't It's like long-form content. So it's way better for your attention span. You're still learning. You're still consuming some type of content, but it's like it's long-form. You're not just spiked up with me. Spike up with me. Dopamine.
Spike dopamine. Spike dopamine. Spike.
You know what I'm saying? It's crazy, bro. Then they just They just added short-form content, and that [ __ ] literally just Bro, I I I'm not even going to lie. My prediction for this [ __ ] when it comes to social media, bro, I'm not going to lie. Cuz I've been preparing when it comes to like when it comes to business and [ __ ] I'm not even going to lie, bro.
My prediction for this [ __ ] is, bro, especially with AI, all these AI influencers coming out and [ __ ] bro, my prediction And this is based on astrology as well, too.
People going to get tired of this [ __ ] People going to get tired of this social media [ __ ] for sure. People already tired of it. But it it it's going to get to a point to where it's like, "I'm done with this shit." Like, even how I'm feeling right now. I know if I'm feeling this [ __ ] lot lots of y'all are feeling this [ __ ] You watching this right now is feeling this [ __ ] That's why you watching this [ __ ] You feel what I'm saying? Like it's going to get to the point to where we're going to dead ass say [ __ ] this [ __ ] Because AI especially right now it's it's it's only going to get crazier. It's some AI videos you can't even you can't even differentiate this [ __ ] from real life.
It's going to get to a point to where in 5 years everybody that you see is going to be fake as hell. Like everybody that you see is not even going to be real.
And then because of Uranus being in Gemini and all the advanced with technology happening this [ __ ] and more people are going to get salesy, right?
Because Gemini it's very it's a over it's a mental it's a sign that is literally about mental stimulation.
Analytical, find this out, research this, do this. It's going to get to the point to where there's going to be so much content for us to consume that we're going to burn the [ __ ] out. And it's just going to be a global or at least in America a [ __ ] global burnout and a global understanding of like we're done with this [ __ ] And more real connections are going to come back.
Like it's even happening now with Coachella. Like I don't know if you seen this [ __ ] but [ __ ] were taking out business loans. [ __ ] were taking out bank loans to go to Coachella.
[ __ ] Coachella? Bro, a [ __ ] took out a loan to go to Coachella. We got the economy so [ __ ] up and [ __ ] are so deprived of real human connection. [ __ ] the phone. Real human connection. A [ __ ] said, man, [ __ ] it, bro. I got to go get this loan, bro.
Damn. [ __ ] a loan? I ain't going to lie, like it ain't never that deep.
But like For like [ __ ] you went to go get a loan so you could afford Coachella just to be around other people? That [ __ ] is sad as [ __ ] That [ __ ] is sad as [ __ ] I'm telling you, this [ __ ] like I'm telling you, this [ __ ] going to hit the fan. So, I'm not trying to discourage anybody that's trying to be a content creator. [ __ ] I'mma be honest, if you had a dream of being a content creator or you know, you wanted to make a business and you wanted to promote your products on social media, I'mma to be 100% honest with you. [ __ ] you better do that [ __ ] today.
You better do that [ __ ] right now.
You better go ahead get that [ __ ] out the way. Do that [ __ ] right now.
Um, do that [ __ ] right now and have an exit plan cuz, yeah. It's going It's going to hit the Like it's going to hit the fan. It's going to hit the fan. It's going to hit the fan. For sure. Somebody said, "What I never hear" Thank you for the super chat. Somebody said, "What I never hear anybody any any anyone talk about is ads. They put all these pop-up ads to ruin our attention span and lose interest in videos we were locked in on." Yeah, so that's that Uranus in Gemini [ __ ] What you got to understand is there's going to be so much selling going on. More people are going to try to sell you [ __ ] and get you to consume [ __ ] Like real [ __ ] Even even connections. Like even even just so Like I said, social media connections and [ __ ] You have so many people on here nowadays. That's why the social media [ __ ] is just so fake to me because it's like everybody Bro, and this is and I'm Look, bro. I make money, too. Like I'm not I'm not going to say I'm not going to act like, "Oh, yeah, I'm just so better than every" No, [ __ ] no. I make money, too, but it's like there are so many people that don't have no passion for this [ __ ] or no love for this [ __ ] They're just strictly in it to sell you something.
Like 100% sell you something.
Like 100%. I'm not selling nobody's [ __ ] on this I don't have to do this [ __ ] live show. I'm just here to do it.
It's so many [ __ ] people that just selling something. Sell like I'm going to make this to sell something. I'm going to make this And and I get it. I'm not mad. [ __ ] trying to hustle. [ __ ] is trying to survive. The economy [ __ ] up. It's going to be less genuine content. That's why it's going to be more AI content because people are going to try to optimize content. And y'all watching this [ __ ] ain't going to fall for it, but it's going to be a lot of people fall for this [ __ ] It's going to be a lot of people You know how many [ __ ] businesses are ran off of just AI marketing? And [ __ ] just buy this [ __ ] Like [ __ ] will see AI model just talking about some [ __ ] And be like, "Oh, yeah, this would be a good product. Let me just buy this shit."
You know what I'm saying? And And like I said, I'm not even trying to demonize this [ __ ] I'm just speaking about the reality of it. Cuz I'll keep it I'll keep it 100% transparent. Will my company, Two Cut Health, will we start using AI marketing? Uh yeah, 100%. Why the [ __ ] would I Now, look, I know somebody going to say, "Oh, Von, how you saying" [ __ ] I'm a businessman. Like, I'm just a real enough businessman in a real enough [ __ ] to keep it real. Like, [ __ ] I'm going to do this [ __ ] too. You should do this [ __ ] too. Because at the end of the day, what I've realized is I came to the conclusion of bro, some people you just dead ass can't save. And it's like instead of me trying to demonize AI and demonize Oh, yeah, these people are doing this, these people are doing this. I'mma stand firm in my belief of I don't want to use AI and I don't That's [ __ ] stupid.
[ __ ] you either going to use AI or you're going to get left. That's [ __ ] stupid. How about I use the [ __ ] right, to actually give somebody something that's going to help them and solve their problem? And then, how about I use that money to not only better myself, better my family, and then eventually better my community, the one that I can end up creating with these finances that I have, right? Cuz [ __ ] I don't give a [ __ ] about Yeah, when I get Yeah, I'mma definitely Yeah, go get some Rolexes and [ __ ] you know what I'm saying? But like [ __ ] I want community. I want to be able to Yo, bro, and [ __ ] I'm [ __ ] I could do it now.
That's the crazy part. Like, even what I'm making now, I could do it now. Like, I want to start doing retreats. Like, yo, man, and we having a Thailand retreat, you know what I'm saying? If you want to come, here goes the link.
You know what I'm saying? Like, I want to start doing retreats. I want to start doing like, you know, even in the future maybe like free seminars and [ __ ] Like, dead ass to where I'll just pop up in the Like, y'all see this [ __ ] that I'm doing now? It's on the live stream, but it's like, do this [ __ ] person live and y'all just come and get some free game and it's like a networking event.
Everybody networking and [ __ ] like that, you know what I'm saying? And like, I want to start doing [ __ ] like that. You feel what I'm saying? And it's easier to do [ __ ] like that when you're not worried about damn, where my check coming from? Even though I don't worry about [ __ ] like that. And I haven't I haven't been on that frequency in a long time. You know what I'm saying? So, yeah, that's what I got to say about that. So, don't I'm I'm in no way am I ever going to demonize AI or be like, "Nah, bro." Because it's like based on the way the the transits are moving, bro, astrology and [ __ ] nah, bro. This [ __ ] is this is only going to get bigger.
It's only going to get bigger.
It's only going to get bigger, bro. It's only going to get bigger.
But, yeah, man. Let's finish this up.
Last thing, right?
We have practical ways to review verse, right? Practical ways to reverse the ice uh the isolation spiral. So, one thing I can say is let me see what I say is. Uh boo boo boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom. I don't even need to see this. So, look, man, this is the PowerPoint not the PowerPoint. This is the this is the uh breakdown, you know what I'm saying? Like I said, I came up with this [ __ ] real [ __ ] quick, real quick, like real quick. I wanted to do like an actual PowerPoint slide. have time for that. So, I just came up with this [ __ ] real quick. All right, bet, let's go. So, look, one thing I want to say is, right, just after this live stream, right, what you could take from this is some practical uh you know, just last practical tip that you could take from this is, like I said, make sure that you go get some hobbies, you know what I'm saying? Even if it's like, okay, bet, every Saturday I'm going to go play basketball. Like or, you know, man, I'm going to sign up >> [clears throat] >> for I ain't even going to say country club cuz unless you got the money if you got the money, country club, you know what I'm saying? But, or, you know what?
I'm going to find some place that I could play golf at and play a play a small fee to play the golf at, you know what I'm saying? Meet some different people that's playing golf. Yo, man, [ __ ] it, I'm going to sign up for the gym membership in this high net worth area. Maybe meet some people around this gym. Like, find a way to get outside of your environment. Find a way to get outside the house, you know what I'm saying? Find a way to network. If you make social media content and you have some followers on social media, you have some people that you can collab with, start collabing, bro. Collab, bro.
Collab, collab, collab. That's what another thing, like I said, back with the example I talked about with uh different influencers and just different artists and different business people.
Like you're never going to make it as far as you want to go by yourself.
You're never going to do that. Never going to do that. Everybody that you know right now that is successful did it with other people.
NBA YoungBoy, right?
A lot of people can relate to this. NBA YoungBoy, a lot of people know who this is.
People will say, "Oh yeah, bro, he's self-made, bro. He ain't never collab with nobody in industry. He did it on his own." [ __ ] like that, right? First of all, he was beefing with people in the industry.
Beef and collaboration is the same thing, right? His name was circulated around other people. You see what I'm saying? So Illuminati, he was beefing with people that beefing with other YouTubers.
He was using other YouTubers' names, getting on they ass, and he was gaining more of a fan base from that and got to a bigger position. You understand what I'm saying? You are never just going to do this [ __ ] by yourself with no name attached to nobody.
I am aware of this myself. Like it's a lot that I can do just by myself. Like I'm just that [ __ ] giving out real game, making music, but I know if I want to go farther, I'm going to have to utilize connections. I'm going to have to get out my comfort zone, go meet some people, go talk to some people. I might have to get out my comfort zone if a [ __ ] say something about me, I'mma have to respond to his [ __ ] his [ __ ] ass.
You feel what I'm saying? Like I just know that's what it's going to be. Like I know it's not going to be to a point to where I'm just in my own world and and it can be like that. I can just be in my own world, make money that I make, have fun, have a community, not interact with nobody, and just keep it like that.
But if I want to grow, if I want to make more money, grow finances, I'm going to have to work together with other people.
I'm going to.
Right? And this is why a lot of entertainment be fake or just a lot of [ __ ] on social media be fake because y'all don't understand. Like I said, beef is collaboration. A lot of [ __ ] be fake beefing. Like y'all y'all see when like I'm pretty sure y'all probably don't see this [ __ ] but if y'all do, it's cool. Y'all ever see like random [ __ ] on Instagram or TikTok when it be like, oh yeah, this this I don't even know, just random I don't even know these niggas' names. Just oh, this random streamer said this about this random streamer or this random streamer beefing with this [ __ ] that doing this. [ __ ] that's collaboration. That's collaboration.
Whether they got on the phone and said, "Hey bro, hey hey, when we hop on the stream, I'm about to talk [ __ ] about you when we hop on the stream and [ __ ] bro, no cap." Whether they did that or whether they genuinely don't like each other, they are both collaborating. Like they are both collaborating and they are stirring up drama because they know the masses like to consume. They the the masses love to consume entertainment and [ __ ] drama and they're finessing y'all [ __ ] for attention. Like that's all it is and they're going to get more money because now they're getting attention and then now they're getting fans that are going to support them doing other [ __ ] Like this [ __ ] is just a side up. This this [ __ ] is all a side up. Like it's all a [ __ ] side up, right? But that's how the [ __ ] go. That's how the [ __ ] go. But uh you know, that's why I make sure like any collaboration I do with anybody like, you know, I'm just getting into my bag about doing that and [ __ ] you know what I'm saying, working with different people. I make sure that it's like obviously we keep it real cuz I'm just not a I'm not I just can't fake [ __ ] Like I ain't going to lie. My my body my soul me as a soul, my body, my mind, I just can't fake [ __ ] Like I just really like it's only to it's to a certain cuz like if I start faking [ __ ] I just feel like I just feel like me faking [ __ ] is like me faking that I'm gay. [ __ ] I'mma start laughing. Like I swear to God, I'm just going to start laughing. I just can't do it. Like imagine Like that's why I couldn't be an actor. I could never be a actor that's that that that was doing gay [ __ ] Like y'all know when y'all be seeing straight actors and then they do some gay [ __ ] in the scene. Bro, I could never do that cuz I'm not gay. And for two, [ __ ] I would start laughing. Like what the [ __ ] Bro, I would start laughing. I swear to God. I'll be like, bro, what the [ __ ] am What the [ __ ] am I doing? What the [ __ ] am I doing? If I do some fake [ __ ] I'll just be like, what the [ __ ] am I doing? Like this [ __ ] I just can't do that [ __ ] Like if a [ __ ] if a [ __ ] call me up like yo bro hey we going to start fake beefing this [ __ ] I'm be like boy your ass weird as [ __ ] and [ __ ] off my phone. [laughter] Like I just can't do that [ __ ] Like I just can't do that [ __ ] cuz I feel like I'm working from a place of lack. Like I'm like nah bro let's just keep it real. Hey bro so like we ain't going to fake beef. Hey bro let's just let's just do a podcast and talk some real [ __ ] Like you know what I'm saying? Like let's just keep it real. Let's keep it cordial cuz like I'm I'm just not about to even be doing weird kid [ __ ] like that trying to stir up drama around my name. Like [ __ ] [ __ ] y'all. Like [ __ ] the [ __ ] y'all [ __ ] Cuz if I got problems with the [ __ ] I ain't even trying to like I ain't even trying to let that be known I got problem with the [ __ ] the [ __ ] Like that [ __ ] just weird like cuz that's how [ __ ] end up some [ __ ] end up happening and now that [ __ ] get tied to my name like damn. Bro went missing or damn bro they both got into a fight. Hmm maybe it was a serious fight and maybe we need to file an assault charge on Von cuz he also has a live stream where he's calling this [ __ ] a [ __ ] ass [ __ ] and telling him hey [ __ ] your mama and all that. You know what I'm saying? Like that I smoke all that [ __ ] That [ __ ] weird. Keep your beef off the internet. Beefing is inner the internet is not for beef. The internet is for I don't even [ __ ] know what the internet for nowadays.
Internet for [ __ ] everything. This [ __ ] just for everyone and everything.
Hey man appreciate y'all tuning in though bro. You know what I'm saying?
This was a great great live stream bro.
Great live stream. Uh I guess right now what we can do is I can read some questions. I know y'all was yo y'all was going crazy in the chat. I ain't even uh you know what I'm saying?
It's a lot of [ __ ] that I was not reading.
You know.
I should have but I'll take I'll take accountability though. I should have let y'all know save y'all questions and [ __ ] for the end. You know what I'm saying? I should have let y'all know that but it's okay though. You know what I'm saying? We still working. We good.
But um yeah. Von you look healthy as hell. Yeah appreciate you bro. That's what happen when you you fast you take care of yourself. You take natural herbs. You know what I'm saying? Hey this the OG bottle. It's called the men's amplifier today but this was the OG bottle. If you a part If you got the OG bottle, you a real one, my boy. This is the OG bottle. We had to change the name testosterone because, you know how that [ __ ] go. People think you're selling steroids and [ __ ] Whole time, only natural herbs, right? No synthetics, no healthy metals, no heavy metals, no parabens, preservatives, just natural herbs. That's all we sell.
Natural herbs. Natural herbs. But [ __ ] like, you know what I'm saying?
For marketing purposes, we like to get testosterone cuz it boost your testosterone levels. But [ __ ] was like, "Oh, yeah. Like Amazon, we trying to get on Amazon or whatever." And then Amazon was like, "Oh, y'all selling steroids and [ __ ] like that." I was like, "What you the [ __ ] you, you know what I'm saying?" So we just changed it to the Two Cut Men's Everlast. So, you know, if you was like, I know some people text me was like, "Oh, where that product go?"
Uh it's still there. Two Cut Men's Everlast. But yeah, man, appreciate that for sure, bro. Appreciate that.
>> [clears throat] >> How do we get people off the media, though?
Feel like this [ __ ] is killing society.
Nobody is even themselves anymore. They are either their favorite streamer or their whole personality is FYP. I swear to God. Thank you for that comment.
[ __ ] whole personality be another [ __ ] or be FYP. And I'mma be honest, I I'm just going to keep it real. Path of least resistance, you cannot save people. Like you really can't. You really can't save people. Like you just got to find people that's on the [ __ ] that you on. Like that's all you can do.
Cuz I'm one man, bro. I'm not Superman.
Like I'm I'm one person, bro. You know what I'm saying? I'm one person. I can't I can't just make everybody do what do do what I want them to do. You know what I'm saying? Unless I get a billion dollars.
Hundreds of millions of dollars.
And then I start funding for the things that I believe in to be pushed.
But then at that point, I'm the same as the people that's already doing it.
And so I was like, it's no difference.
Like it's no difference. It's no difference, which is hilarious. It's no different. My way might be better, but that's my personal opinion. Right?
That's my personal opinion.
It's no different. And that's really what it is. It's like it's all about control. Like that's really what it is.
It's It's all about control.
That's crazy.
But uh somebody said uh yeah, we get some more questions though.
Any advice for stop eating chips / junk food even when I fast our our verb bad.
Uh so I'm going to assume that you not So okay, if you're if you're in if you're in high school and you're still having trouble with uh like if you stay with your peoples and you're and you stay with family and you're having trouble with you know, reverting back every time to junk food, what I would say is you need to make sure that I would say go get a mini fridge, bro. Go get a mini fridge or go get put Make sure that you just cuz I know how that is. Like you going to your crib and then like you see all this temptation around you like oh you got cereal, you got junk food like and it's all your other people's [ __ ] but you don't really eat that though. I would say to make it as simple as possible, try to stay out of the kitchen, okay? And if you are in the kitchen, ignore that [ __ ] Get your own mini fridge. You know what I mean?
That's why it really helps to get your own crib. It really helps to get your own crib. Now if you younger, you ain't got the financial means to get that right now, I understand. You really just got to have not real power, but you got to have discipline. This is just really all it come down to. Have the discipline. Like know why you are doing this [ __ ] Why are you eating healthy?
Like you got to have a why to why you doing this [ __ ] My why was when I first wanted to be healthy was I don't want to reincarnate no more. Like that was my first why when I was 17. You feel what I'm saying? That's a crazy ass why. I literally thought [ __ ] if I eat unhealthy, I'm going to reincarnate. Oh [ __ ] Like you know what I'm saying?
That's crazy ass why, but that was like when I was 17 and [ __ ] But now my why is I want to make sure that I feel good at all times. Like I want to feel good.
I want to look good. I want to look young. And I really love myself. I have have love of myself to where I do not want to put any poison inside of my temple. You feel what I'm saying? So, that's my reasoning. So, you got to have that reasoning as well, too. If you Like that's why I couldn't see no chips and thing, yeah, let me go ahead and do that [ __ ] Man, [ __ ] them goddamn What the [ __ ] [ __ ] them chips.
[ __ ] them chips. Hell no.
[ __ ] them [snorts] chips.
Somebody said, "Uh what anime are you What anime are you watching?"
Uh I finished My Hero Academia. That show taught me manifestation since Deku didn't have a quirk. Yeah, I [ __ ] with My Hero Academia. My Hero Academia was hard. Right now, I'm currently watching Black Clover. Yo, I [ __ ] with Black Clover. Don't nobody put put no goddamn spoilers in the [ __ ] chat. Don't nobody Don't nobody Don't nobody say that [ __ ] Don't I'm I swear to god I'm I swear to god I'm going to look away.
But yeah, I [ __ ] with Black Clover.
Black Clover is hard. I [ __ ] with Black Clover. Like Black Clover is my [ __ ] right now. I've been [ __ ] with Black Clover. I ain't going to lie.
>> [snorts] >> I've been [ __ ] with Black Clover. I like the whole the whole premise of it, like don't give up, keep going. I just love that [ __ ] Like no matter what, [ __ ] I'm just going to keep going.
Like I just love that [ __ ] I just love the whole story line. Like that [ __ ] fire. I [ __ ] with I [ __ ] with Black Clover.
Somebody said, "Von, do you agree that the less passion that the less passion involved with your work, the less money you make?" Nah, I don't agree. And the And the reason The reason why I don't agree with that is because The reason why I don't agree with that is two reasons, practical reasons and also a astrology reasons.
Really, both of them shits is astrology cuz all of it is astrology. All of this [ __ ] is. I'mma stop saying that cuz it make [ __ ] think that astrology ain't practical, but it is. So, I'll just keep it real.
It's [ __ ] popping they [ __ ] right now becoming millionaires.
Like, you know what I'm saying? Like it's [ __ ] like I don't know who passionate about popping they [ __ ] Like I don't know. It's It's [ __ ] right now scamming people and they getting hella money. You know what I'm saying? Like it's just like, you know, it's So, passion is not really about passion. The whole point of needing the whole point of doing something that you are passionate about for money is so you can keep going when you are not receiving the money that you want to receive. Because it's like imagine scamming [ __ ] and you not getting paid for it yet and you not making the money you want to make. Bro, you going to feel like [ __ ] and then you not making money. You like, "Oh, I don't want to do this [ __ ] no more. God damn."
Imagine Imagine a girl popping [ __ ] on OnlyFans and she only making $50 a month from that [ __ ] [ __ ] [ __ ] What? Man, come on, bro. She didn't destroy her chances of getting a uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh competent husband. She has destroyed If If she gets a husband after that, it's going to be a dumb ass.
So, she has destroyed her chances of getting a competent husband, right?
For $50 a month? Come on, bro.
Come on, bro. That's why I say like do what you're passionate about and get money. So, now if it's not working out, it's you're able for it to keep going.
You know what I'm saying? You're able to keep going with that thing, for sure.
Um Oh, and then based on the astrology, some people just got it in their chart, bro, to make some money off of some [ __ ] that they might not be passionate about, you know.
If you want to know how to make money with your astrology chart, you need to look at where your lot of fortune is at.
My lot of fortune is in the third house, right? And it being in the third house Third house rules communication and thinking. So, it's easiest for me to make money by talking.
Talking. That's all I got to do. If I want to make some money, I just got to yap. Like, that's all I got to do.
I just got to yap. You know what I'm saying? It's deeper than that, of course. This is like the surface level cuz I don't have my chart pulled up. I'm not going in detail about it, but look at where your part of fortune is on astrotheme.com, whole sign, you know what I'm saying? Birth time, everything, birth date, and you can see where you can get some money at. You know what I'm saying?
It might not be where you're passionate about, but more than likely it's going to be something you're passionate in then. You know what I'm saying?
Somebody said, uh "Von, you be playing any sports?" Yeah, I named them all in the beginning. I like I like basketball like [ __ ] I just like moving my body, bro. I like moving my body.
I'll be I'll be in the house too much. I like moving my body, though.
>> [clears throat] >> "Von, how do you deal with cyberbullying or harassment on social media?" Delete the goddamn app.
Like I don't give a [ __ ] This [ __ ] not real. [ __ ] not real. Like [ __ ] not real.
[ __ ] not It's a [ __ ] words on the screen.
Like I I really don't look at this [ __ ] real. Like I ain't going to lie. Even y'all comments, like I'm I'm intuitive enough to know that these are real people talking to me. So, I'll talk to I'll talk to you like you're a real person. But like in reality, my [ __ ] I can't even see you. I don't even know what the [ __ ] you look like. So, it's still kind of dystopian to me cuz I'm just reading your comment on the screen with your name. But I'm going to still give you the respect as a human because I know you're a human behind the screen.
But a random ass [ __ ] just on a comment section on a YouTube Instagram video and they talking [ __ ] Bro, I can't even see what the [ __ ] you look like. You ain't even say that [ __ ] to my face. Man, if I don't even I don't give a [ __ ] Like what the hell? This [ __ ] not even real.
This [ __ ] not even real.
>> [snorts] >> Somebody said, uh "Do you think people Do you think people who are homeschooled are social anxiety and would you compare that to people who are in solitary confinement in jail because they don't know how to express themselves or that's different?" Nah, that's the same thing.
I feel like if you homeschool your kids, though, they need to have some type of social interaction, whether it's with their cousins, family members, or whether you put them in like ex uh ex extracurricular activities, right? So, like you feel me? They need to be playing some type of sports. They need to be having some social connection.
They need to be going to the park. So, like if you're homeschooling, you just need to make sure that like First of all, This is my personal opinion, but like you should not be homeschooling your kids if you are like not an entrepreneur. Like if you are not if you're not a work-from-home person or a entrepreneur to where you can just be at the house all day with your child and be actually active in your child's life, then you shouldn't be you shouldn't be homeschooling your kids. [ __ ] to be honest, you shouldn't even be having [ __ ] kids. If you can't be active in their life, you know what I'm saying? But like, you know, if you work a job and you and you got kids, okay, cool, you know what I'm saying?
But like, you they should not be homeschooled if you can't you know what I'm saying? But I don't believe in kids going to obviously uh public school, either. I'm just kind of like in the middle. It's like, okay, I I feel it, social interaction, but that [ __ ] that y'all teaching in there, I can't condone it. And then, y'all Did y'all know that being a teacher is not even a professional degree anymore? Like having a having a uh a doctoral I think not doctoral degree. It's a educator degree.
Having a educator degree is not a professional degree anymore. So, there's going to be less teachers in the next 10 years. Y'all know that, right? Like I I I truly believe that the Rockefeller education system is going to fall off in the next 10 years. So, I I I truly believe that in the next 10 years there's not going to be such thing as public school. It's not going to be such thing. I truly believe because of all the tax money we have been wasting uh the fact that being a teacher, and this is public record, being a teacher is not considered having a professional career, or it's not even considered being having It's not even a professional degree anymore. So, you're going to see way less people trying to be teachers. Um and yeah, like even now, like [ __ ] be out paying kids, bro.
Like [ __ ] lack comprehension, even teachers are reporting that like kids cannot sit down in school, like they can't comprehend what's being learned what's So, I feel like it's going to be Like what I truly see in the next 10 years, society is going to go back to communal living.
Like 100%. I truly see that within the next 10 years, especially the way astrology is set up the transits are set up. I see in the next 10 years there's going to be way less trust in institutions and government. People already don't trust governments right now and institutions.
They're going to be way less way less people enrolling their kids into school.
There's going to be more people trying to have community, have their kid being homeschooled, right? Or going to some school that was made by the people for the people. You feel what I'm saying?
Like we're going to have to rely on ourselves. Less people are going to be shopping at grocery stores, right? More people are going to be growing their fruits and vegetables. We're going to get to a point of not relying on a democracy or relying on a government or some type of institution, especially with AI. People ain't going to be trusting that [ __ ] Like I said, internet. People ain't going to be trusting the internet. We're going to get People are going to rely less on corporations and have to rely on themselves and their community more. I see this within the next 10 years, for sure, for sure. For sure, for sure.
100%. Cuz I'm already feeling this [ __ ] right now.
It's 2026. If I'm feeling this [ __ ] right Mind you, mind you. I'm always ahead of the game with a lot of [ __ ] I don't know why. Not even trying to talk [ __ ] I'm just always am. [ __ ] now is just finding out about uh uh uh uh uh uh uh pedophiles uh in Congress and pedophiles eating you know what I'm saying? Kids and [ __ ] Like I don't know why I did that. I meant to say eating kids, you know what I'm saying? But I [ __ ] it up. But [ __ ] is just now finding about about all these PDF files and eating kids and [ __ ] like that. Bro, I used to talk about this [ __ ] when I was 17, [ __ ] Like this [ __ ] is old news. I used to talk about this [ __ ] in 2020.
When I was 17, what the [ __ ] Like this [ __ ] is old news. Like [ __ ] is just finding out [ __ ] is sacrificing kids and [ __ ] Like [ __ ] this [ __ ] is old news. This [ __ ] is old news. Like this [ __ ] is old news. Like I'm ahead of the I'm just ahead of curve of with just a lot of [ __ ] Like this [ __ ] is old news. Like how I was feeling And this is what's Yo, this is what's been [ __ ] me up. Yo, this is on some real [ __ ] This is what's been [ __ ] me up. This is what's so been so crazy to me.
How I felt 6 years ago everybody is feeling like now.
That's what's [ __ ] me up. How I feel at 17 grown ass people are feeling like that now.
How I felt during COVID about all this [ __ ] [ __ ] are feeling like that now. It took 6 [ __ ] years.
6 [ __ ] years.
The [ __ ] I was talking about years ago, 6 years later, now [ __ ] is like, oh [ __ ] Oh, [ __ ] Oh, [ __ ] This [ __ ] real for real. Like I'm not This is not just COVID and I'm in the crib and everybody's tripping and scared. No, this [ __ ] is reality. That [ __ ] is funny as hell. Like that [ __ ] is This [ __ ] is hilarious.
That [ __ ] is hilarious.
>> [clears throat] >> That [ __ ] is just hilarious to me. But now because I'm not in that feeling no more, it's hard with me It's I ain't going to lie, it's very hard for me to resonate with a lot of the [ __ ] that I see nowadays because I've already felt like that 6 years ago.
Like I've already like I've already felt that 6 years ago.
Like it's it's very It's like it feels like I'm resonating with my younger version. Like I'm I'm resonating with the with the little [ __ ] version of myself. Like, oh, okay, bet. Like, oh, you just found that out. Okay. Oh, you Oh, now you think you should like eat healthy and [ __ ] Oh Oh, so now you're saying you need to grow your own food.
Got you. Like, oh, I get it. So now you're saying [ __ ] the government and we need to stop protesting and we need to make our own communities and organize Got you. Like it's like it's like I'm like this is just old to me. Like this is old to me. Like this [ __ ] is old to me. Like it's crazy. I'm I'm all for it though. I love this [ __ ] Like yeah. But it's it's crazy. It's like And it's like now I have to like damn, cuz I'm past that timeline. Like I'm past that timeline. I'm about to get my cuz this is this is the condo I'm staying in. I'm about to get my own crib. Obviously, [ __ ] going to be growing fruits and vegetables and [ __ ] like that. But like I'm already been thinking community, been thinking together and like I've been on that type of time, been on that type of time. But yeah. I say that's why I say right now and now how I'm feeling, which is crazy.
I wasn't feeling like this 6 years ago.
And now how I'm feeling is I'm feeling like [ __ ] this phone. Like I'm dead ass feeling like even like I swear to God I'm I'm I'm really bro.
Like I'm I'm really like feeling [ __ ] this phone. Like if I just got to keep it a bug, I'm really feeling [ __ ] this phone. Like [ __ ] this phone. Like I'm really big on this [ __ ] Like I'm I'm really big on like bro, I ain't going to lie. I might get to the point to where like I dead ass I dead ass just post I dead ass just record on my camera and I'll just post YouTube and make music, post music videos. And I'm done with short-form content. Like I'm really getting to that point. If y'all really want to see how I'm truly feeling, I swear to God I'm getting to that point. Cuz I remember back then, there was no such thing as short-form content. My life was so much simpler, bro. I swear to God. Like I didn't have to think When it came to content, I didn't think damn, I got to make this YouTube video, then I got to cut up the clips from it, then I got to post it on this platform, this platform, that platform. [ __ ] no. [ __ ] my my only bro, my only thing was [ __ ] I'm finna go work at Wendy's. I'm finna make this YouTube video, that's it. Then I quit Wendy's after 8 months. Then I'm finna make this YouTube video, that's it. I wasn't on I wasn't on Instagram. I ain't post on Instagram none of that. I used to post stories on Instagram.
That's it. Or photos. Like, I'm about to dead-ass Like, I don't know. Like, I really have an urge in me to just dead-ass go back to like no cap. And I'm not saying I'm going to do this, but like I really have a strong urge in me to just go back to like Yo, Instagram is for photos, bro. You photos. Photos on Instagram. YouTube, y'all can get the videos. [ __ ] get the music.
TikTok, man, I'm not going to lie.
I ain't never been a TikTok type of [ __ ] I I I've posted constantly on TikTok. I really don't like TikTok. I don't know what it is, bro. TikTok is so fake to me. TikTok so fake. Cuz it don't matter how many follow Like, a [ __ ] tell you, bro, I got a million followers on TikTok. Bro, a million followers ain't [ __ ] Them people don't [ __ ] with you for real.
[ __ ] TikTok it's just about the FYP.
If you ain't talking about some [ __ ] that's trending, you ain't dick-sucking somebody else, or you ain't being devil's advocate and going against the norm of what everybody [ __ ] with, and you ain't yapping your ass off, [ __ ] TikTok, bro, it's just FYP. FYP.
You could I swear to god, bro, it's just FYP. FYP on TikTok. FYP, that's it. FYP.
If you cannot build no business on TikTok, no, bro. Hell no. Hell no. If you using TikTok shop, something like that, yeah, that's different. But like, I'm talking about like build an organic Like, no, bro. You going to have Go to another platform. Go to YouTube.
Instagram better. [ __ ] I'd rather have you go on Instagram.
That [ __ ] crazy, though.
That [ __ ] crazy.
Somebody said IG is just flexing the egos. Yeah, bro.
Somebody said it took longer than 6 years. I was learning this [ __ ] in 2007 before YouTube was heavily censored.
Yeah, you was ahead of the curve, bro. I was 5 years old in 2007, so Like hey bro, I was still Yo, bro was learning about Hey bro was learning about the the Epstein files in 2007. Appreciate y'all tuning in. This is a real great live. I definitely want to keep doing these live streams, get more consistent with it. I got more vlogs coming, you know what I'm saying? More Just constant and general videos coming.
Um you know what I'm saying? We might even I might I might send something I might do something on here. Uh I'm going to read that super chat. Somebody said Oh yeah, shout out even. Somebody said be real after solution uh video did the government call? [ __ ] hell no, the government didn't call me.
[ __ ] no.
Government Government could have called Bro, government is Bro, especially at that time, government could have called me Bro, first of all, I I'm glad you said that.
Cuz it's like back then, bro, you got to understand.
When you a [ __ ] like when you was a [ __ ] like me and you staying in your mama house and you ain't got [ __ ] to lose, bro, [ __ ] the government does not want to contact you because of the simple fact for one [ __ ] you a little [ __ ] For two For two No, I ain't going to say that. For one [ __ ] you have nothing to lose.
[ __ ] I had nothing to lose. [ __ ] back then I was so [ __ ] Bro, I ain't have no no type of What's that [ __ ] called? Political pub- public Like I didn't give a [ __ ] bro. Like like What's that [ __ ] called? Um I don't know what that word called, but basically proper etiquette in public. I didn't give a [ __ ] [ __ ] I would have been on the phone with the government and live streamed that [ __ ] I'd have told y'all [ __ ] I'd have muted the phone. Hey, bro, they just called my phone. What the [ __ ] bro?
Bro, what? Like I would have I would have I would have what? I would have revealed everything.
So like no. [ __ ] talk about yeah, PR training. I ain't have no [ __ ] PR training.
[ __ ] would have told me Hey, if you don't do this, we going to kill you.
I'd have like [ __ ] go kill me then.
What the [ __ ] I'd be like [ __ ] [ __ ] you.
Bro, I'd have said [ __ ] [ __ ] you. I ain't got [ __ ] [ __ ] I was broke in my mama house. I had [ __ ] to my name, [ __ ] I'd be like [ __ ] come get me then, [ __ ] What?
Like [ __ ] said that the government call you.
Yeah, if they did, [ __ ] what? If they did, [ __ ] that would have been a horrible [ __ ] they're the best thing they could do. [ __ ] they would have closed bro.
They would have just banned They would have just Andrew Tated [ __ ] and just banned all of my media social media platforms if it was that deep. You know what I'm saying? Like that's what a [ __ ] would have done. That's what a [ __ ] would have done. Calling me is crazy.
[ __ ] would have called me. Nah, it would have only got crazy if it got to like IShowSpeed cuz like bro, look, if it got to IShowSpeed level of fame Yeah, now some phone calls some threats would have been made. Some threats would have been made.
It was it was up there. It was super big. Like it was big. You know what I'm saying?
But if it was like IShowSpeed, that's a different level of fame. Like I don't think y'all [ __ ] even Like that [ __ ] is the closest thing to Michael Jackson.
It's not Michael Jackson. I'm just saying it's the closest thing to it. But that's a different level of fame. Like that [ __ ] had a million people on his on his [ __ ] live stream. I've never had a million people on my live stream before. Like a million people is crazy.
I've had a lot of people on my live stream. I a No [ __ ] can say they had a million people on live stream before.
So like I show speed having a million people. Like if I go on a I show speed live stream and it's a million people and I'm saying the [ __ ] that I'm saying Oh yeah. They're First of all, he's probably not even going to want to me to talk about certain [ __ ] cuz I'mma be [ __ ] up what he got going on. But if he don't give a [ __ ] he about that [ __ ] and I talk that [ __ ] [ __ ] yeah uh uh I ain't going to lie, we going to definitely we going to get some phone calls. But [ __ ] ain't going to be able to do [ __ ] bro. I feel like it's it's it's to the point of to control to where it's like it's too many [ __ ] out here that's saying some real [ __ ] It's too many [ __ ] out here that's that's speaking. It's too many. Like they can't control. Like I really feel like a lot of [ __ ] is just I feel like the same [ __ ] that the people are feeling and how like you it's a lot of people scared nowadays. I feel like these [ __ ] that be running trying to just like control [ __ ] through the media and [ __ ] like that, you know, the juice box people and [ __ ] I feel like these [ __ ] is scared as hell too. Like them [ __ ] is living fear. Them [ __ ] are scared as hell. They're losing control.
They're losing power. Like they're scared as [ __ ] Like they I feel like they're just everybody's just scared as hell. Everybody's scared as hell and playing chess. Just scared as [ __ ] You know what I'm saying? Like it ain't that easy to where you can see Like I'll be seeing I've seen this one video. [ __ ] I've seen a video of Elon Musk baby mama.
[ __ ] I seen a video of Elon Musk baby mama talking about real baby mama talking about how Elon Musk told her This [ __ ] has 10,000 satellites in the sky and [ __ ] This is his real baby mama like they really got a kid together, all type of [ __ ] >> [snorts] >> [ __ ] told whole bunch of [ __ ] like Elon Musk was talking about, yeah, uh, you need to take a surrogate, you know what I'm saying? Because we need to have more babies before, you know, the apocalypse happening and like the American Civil War happening and [ __ ] like that.
You feel what I'm saying? Like, what the [ __ ] Like You know what I'm saying? Like Like And bro, that [ __ ] said Elon Musk a robot. Man, that's a ghetto ass [ __ ] right there. Elon Musk is a ghetto ass [ __ ] That [ __ ] got multiple baby mamas. [ __ ] how you How you don't like melanated people and you you talk about eugenics and [ __ ] Eugenics is such a dumb ass concept made up by Caucasian people. Because it's like you [ __ ] are These [ __ ] are just so dumb. Some [ __ ] Not Not all Caucasian I'm talking about like [ __ ] that believe in eugenics.
It's so [ __ ] stupid. [ __ ] you get your features from melanated people.
What the [ __ ] Like you get your Like not all melanated people look the same.
If you go to Ghana right now If you go to Nigeria, do I look [ __ ] Nigerian?
No, [ __ ] Like we all come with different features. Like all melanated people is the most diverse race because we all look different. You can find a [ __ ] that look like he Nigerian. This [ __ ] look Ethiopian. This [ __ ] look like he from a whole different continent. Like we just have so many different phenotypes. So, just even that concept of eugenics it's just [ __ ] stupid. It's just [ __ ] [ __ ] But anyway though, So, yeah. Basically like this nigga's ghetto as hell. I was watching his baby mama, uh, uh, uh, TikTok and [ __ ] Bro, and I was seeing everything she said. I said, bro, this [ __ ] ghetto as hell.
I'm like, the type of [ __ ] bro. This [ __ ] Elon Musk is a regular ass [ __ ] There is no difference between Elon Musk and a and a [ __ ] that be in the hood trying to [ __ ] on every [ __ ] body and have baby mama's. This [ __ ] Elon Musk got multiple baby mama's with multiple kids. [ __ ] the only difference between him and NBA YoungBoy is this nigga's a [ __ ] This nigga's the richest man in the world. That nigga's ghetto as hell. That [ __ ] is ghetto as hell, bro. That [ __ ] is ghetto as hell.
And I'm actually mad cuz I'm like, man, you got that much wealth and you that ghetto?
Like Man, that [ __ ] make me want to have that. Like, what?
That [ __ ] Like this is a [ __ ] disgrace. You have the label of the known of the of the know if the of the richest known man, cuz I don't think he's the richest man known on paper. But you have the label of the richest known man and you that [ __ ] ghetto? You that [ __ ] incompetent?
Oh my god.
Exactly, he didn't even create Tesla.
Like, you that [ __ ] incompetent?
Like, oh my god. That [ __ ] really make me mad. That [ __ ] wake up the [ __ ] hustler ambition ambition in me cuz I'm like, man, [ __ ] this. This [ __ ] got four Obviously, he doesn't have 400 billion in liquid. It's all tied up in Tesla stocks. Liquid, he probably has about 200 500 million, something like that liquid. Or I'll say like 100 million cuz obviously they just, you know, they just buy they just buy borrow and die. They do the the BBR method, right? I mean, not the BBR method should be in real estate. The buy borrow die method.
That's basically where Like, if this is nothing to If you don't know, this is public information.
Multimillionaires and billionaires, I'm going to do the same [ __ ] when I get to that stage, but basically they buy assets and then they take out loans against their assets and then they live off the loans that they get from their assets. So, I'll give you an example, right? So, let's say my net worth is $1 billion because I own these tech companies, I own these stocks, etc. and this real estate, this real estate.
Cool, right? Boom. So, on paper, I'm a billionaire. That doesn't mean that's in my bank account. That doesn't mean I can actually spend that. So, how do I make it to where I don't have to sell my assets and pay taxes on that cash that I get from my assets?
How can I make it to where I still have money, but I don't pay any taxes or I don't pay as much taxes as I would I should be paying. Okay, bet. This is what I'm going to do.
I'm going to take out a loan against my assets. I'm going to go to a bank that I work with that trust me, knows who the [ __ ] I am, etc. I'm going to go to this bank and say, "Yo, I need this loan, right?" So, for instance, if I if I'm a billionaire, I might want a $10 million loan. I might want a $20 million loan.
Maybe $100 million.
These are all the assets that I have.
Have this asset, this asset, this asset.
And what I am saying is, hypothetically, if I cannot pay back this loan within this certain time frame, you can have all of these assets, right? That's what I'm promising the bank. So, the bank cuts me a deal. They give me the loan, whether it's a 10-year loan, 20-year loan, 5-year loan. And it's usually lower interest, cuz obviously I'm going to negotiate for lower interest, and I'm a high-net-worth individual, so they're going to make sure I have zero to little interest, right? I wouldn't say totally zero interest, but it's going to be like 2%, 3%, maybe 4% interest, right? Boom. And now I pay them the loan back over time, right? Um and now I have $10 million.
$100 million that I'm living off of. So, I'm going to go buy a yacht with this.
I'm going to go buy a nice crib with this. I'm going to go have fun with this money, while I'm still a billionaire on paper. Once again, I still have a business, so I'm still receiving ca- cuz people are like, "Oh, well, so how are they going to pay off the the loan?"
Well, I still have a business, right?
So, this is what y'all don't understand.
On paper, I'm a billionaire, but my business that I own pays me as the CEO.
My business that I own pays me about, let's say, 1 million to 2 million dollars a year.
So now, this is the finesse. I'm a billionaire, but I pay taxes as if I was a person making 1 million to 2 million dollars a year.
Now, this is what you have to understand when it comes to money. There's a big [ __ ] difference between 1 million and 1 billion. Okay?
A millionaire is closer to a homeless person than a millionaire is closer to a billionaire. Okay?
If if you had if you get a dollar every second, like let's say $1 is 1 second.
And you let's say you spend a dollar every second of your life, right? If you had a million dollars, I think there was a calculation done on this. If you have a million dollars, you would spend that million dollars in about, I think it was either I'm not sure. We got to look this up, but I think it was about 37 days. If you was to spend a million dollars every second, right? You would spend a dollar every second, you have a million dollars. I think it would be about It was either 37 days or 37 37 minutes. I'm not actually sure. I think it was 37 minutes. I think it was 37 minutes. I'm sorry, I think it was 37 minutes. Anyway, that's not the point.
37 minutes compared to a billionaire, it would take a billionaire 37 years to spend a billion dollars if every second was a dollar.
That's the gap between a billionaire and a millionaire. The gap is this.
Between a poor person and a millionaire, the gap is about this. So, that's what you got to understand. If I'm a billionaire, my net worth is 1 billion dollars, and I'm paying myself on paper, right? 1 million dollars a year, 2 million dollars a year. [ __ ] it. Let's say let's say I do fair. Let's say fair. Let's say I do $10 million a year.
[ __ ] I am still paying the taxes of somebody that makes $10 million a year when I literally am getting loans for hundreds of millions of dollars. And mind you, you don't pay taxes on loans.
So, I'm just spending this money carefree. And then I'm using the money that I get as a CEO to just pay off the loan.
Feel what I'm saying? So, that's how that [ __ ] go, bro.
Yeah.
That's how that [ __ ] go, bro.
But yeah, man.
That [ __ ] was That [ __ ] was That [ __ ] was real, man. That [ __ ] was real.
That was a great live. That was a great live, no cap. I forgot what I even talked about Elon Musk or whatever. Oh, but yeah. I forgot I even talked about that, but anyway though, yeah, man. Appreciate y'all, man. Got to get tuned out. I got to go take a shower. I sweated like a [ __ ] on here, you know what I'm saying? I literally got done with shooting some content. I shoot I I shooting some content for my school told me not to do no drugs and I went to the doctor they gave me drugs. Hold on, I don't think y'all heard me.
Like school told me not to do no drugs and I went to the doctor they gave me drugs. You know what I'm saying? I literally just got done shooting some content for that [ __ ] I was like, let me come on live real quick, get y'all some game on it cuz I just really got passionate about this topic. I was like, I need to just I need to share this. I definitely do. I wanted to share but yeah, man. For sure for sure. Last question, somebody said, "If you're already successful, what do you do? Why do you do what you do?
What is your purpose? Do you just want to help people or is it to some is it to something else? Okay, first of all, success is not something that you get and then you just have. Success is a subscription that you keep subscribing to every day. That's number one. That's what success is. It is not something that you gain, right? It is never something that you own. It is something you subscribe to, okay? You either do with day or you just not success like it just is what it is like that is success okay. So you think yeah bro I'm just going to get all this money and then I'm just going to retire my mom then I'm just going to be a bum ass [ __ ] not do [ __ ] else you're not going to do that. First of all you're not going to want to do that cuz you're going to be bored as hell. So if that answer your question yeah that's why I'm bored as [ __ ] [ __ ] I'm bored as [ __ ] like that's why I help you but I'm bored as [ __ ] I'm bored as [ __ ] like oh god I'm bored like like [ __ ] I'm bored like I'm bored like I'm bored that's why I'm bored. Like I could have just sat in my crib and just read a book or I could have just sat in my crib and just chill with my wife.
Cool. I do that [ __ ] everyday [ __ ] like what the [ __ ] >> [laughter] >> Like I do that [ __ ] everyday I do that [ __ ] everyday I'm bored [ __ ] I'm bored that's why the [ __ ] I'm up here. You thought I was going to say some deep [ __ ] like oh yeah man like I just love y'all [ __ ] for real bro like yeah man like I just really want to give back to the community and [ __ ] I am bored like I am bored.
>> [laughter] >> Oh I'm so bored like I'm so bored I'm so bored like I'll I'll do love y'all [ __ ] for real I do love y'all [ __ ] but damn I'm bored. [ __ ] I'm bored like I am bored.
[ __ ] it let me just talk some real [ __ ] like let me stimulate myself.
[ __ ] it I can help somebody too.
[ __ ] it lay that [ __ ] down then. [ __ ] it put it down. [ __ ] it let's do it. Put it put the goddamn camera up. Let's do it.
[ __ ] it. Like let's do it.
Let's do it. Let's do it. [ __ ] it I can I can I can get some resources too. [ __ ] it why not? [ __ ] it. I'd [ __ ] it I'll do it.
[ __ ] it. [ __ ] it.
You know what I'm saying?
You know what I'm saying like yeah.
