Multnomah County officials urge caution after Sandy River changes

Authorities say strong storms change the river's course in some areas between Oxbow Regional Park and Dabney State Recreation Area. They say that's created new hazards for Boers and swimmers. They caution old maps and GPS may no longer match the river. They want to remind folks to always wear a life jacket.
