I started to cancel, but not because of work, but I just uh for those of you that know me, um today's the uh fifth anniversary of my father passing. So, I've been bummed out for a little bit, but I figured the best way to uh get out of this funk is to have a little fun, you know?

So yeah, I um [clears throat] I find it ironic that all of these peoples that y'all remember for those of you who been with me from day one, y'all remember these people that were doing what they did to me and now the shoe is on the other foot Instead of being the lion, now they're the hunted.

[00:02:38]And I'd be lying if I said, "Didn't bring me some joy to my soul." I'd be telling a lie.

[00:02:54]Uh, on one hand I'm happy. On the other hand, sorry, that's my little puppy running through here. On one hand, I'm happy. On the other hand, I'm mad.

[00:04:28]Anybody that knows this situation knows two things or three, he don't have a copy of this audio and he never had a copy of the audio.

[00:04:45]The email that was sent to him proves he didn't get a copy of the audio because there was no attachment of the audio or any document whatsoever.

[00:04:57]Number two, the people that are codefendants in this lawsuit, half of them he don't even know.

[00:05:45]He never got any documents, any audio, any video. That's number one. Number two, half of the people that are named in this lawsuit, he don't even know who they are other than online Google searching. He don't know the half of them. And then the other half he don't like.

[00:06:04]So why was he added to this lawsuit?

[00:06:10]Well, according to the documents, it was said that he I'm I'm trying to make sure I put word right. He made an allegation as a regard in regards to the plaintiff and one or more of the defendants according to what's being put out there in the spaces has audio that would exonerate my brother Marcelis.

[00:06:53]Uh neither side wants to go to court because some of the uh defendants that are trying to expose or shake down the plaintiffs. In order to do that, they have to reveal certain things about themselves as well.

[00:07:16]So, it has been rumored that there's an audio of the plaintiff uh that has him in a compromising nature discussing certain things of a uh sexual nature with a man.

[00:07:38]I don't know how true it is. I don't have access to that. That's just what's floating around and I think that's what caused this lawsuit, the allegation of the plaintiff um being involved with a you know same gender loving situation. So, but somehow Marcelis got added to this lawsuit.

[00:08:03]Oh, I'm getting to that neo type. He don't have a copy of this audio. He don't have no documents, photos, videos, nothing.

[00:08:14]But I guess they were trying to link him to the person that does have it when we all know not only do he not like this person, I don't like this person.

[00:08:30]So to insinuate that Marcellis has formed a coalition with these other people to bring the plaintiff down is I'm saying it's ludicrous.

[00:08:45]Like I said, the people that are named in this lawsuit, half of them he don't has never spoken to, don't know them other than Google search. And then the other half he don't like them. And I don't like them either. and I'm not in the lawsuit. But anyway, Neil, I'm gonna get to that real quick.

[00:09:05]Uh, some of the defendants have the same lawyer, four of them, maybe five. We'll shall see who gets added on to being represented by this lawyer. But, uh, yeah, the same lawyer that's representing three are now representing the concubine. uh an additional concubine and uh so yeah, so four of them right now got the same lawyer.

[00:09:42]A fifth one might end up getting this lawyer too. I don't know. Um you know, it's just it was reported to me about in regards to this situation. But see, here's the thing. For those of you who don't know, when you're sued like I was.

[00:10:03]I didn't have an LLC, so I could go into federal court and represent myself if I choose to do so. If I chosen to do so.

[00:10:10]And in the beginning, I had a lawyer.

[00:10:12]Didn't have to have a lawyer. I could have represented myself.

[00:10:16]But what's that old saying? It's a fool that has himself as a lawyer. I'm paraphrasing. But if this hits a courtroom, Marcelis is not required to have an attorney. He can speak for himself.

[00:10:34]But everybody else that has an LLC, you are required. Now, the lawsuit is they're suing the the plaintiff is suing the LLC's and the individual. Now, the attorney happens has to represent the LLC.

[00:10:52]You can represent yourself as an individual, but since you already got an attorney representing your LLC, they might it just common sense. Let them go and represent you for everything. You're paying them anyway, so let them do the work.

[00:11:06]So old boy from the parking lot now has the same lawyer as his betroved.

[00:11:19]And then the other members of the betro empire.

[00:11:24]Um they all got the same lawyer.

[00:11:28]Marcel don't have an attorney. Why? Cuz I I have a this is my personal opinion.

[00:11:33]when this if this does see the inside of a courtroom, which I think it never will happen. I'm going to tell you why in a minute.

[00:11:40]If Marcelus McMillan is brought into a courtroom, all hell going to break loose.

[00:11:48]because they going to look because if the defendants who all have a lawyer release the uh information that they claim they have.

[00:12:03]uh that the plaintiff ain't going to want that as a matter of public record from now until end of time because once it becomes public record, anybody can look at the transcripts of what was on those audios that the defendant claims he had. And if what he said was on those audios, the plaintiff is going to have to do some fast talking.

[00:12:39]Neither side wants to be in court because for the defendants to expose the plaintiff, they have to admit certain things about themselves as well.

[00:12:52]And the plaintiff is going to be exposed if they go to trial.

[00:13:02]But here's the thing. The plaintiff, I'm not naming names, so but y'all know who we're talking about. The plaintiff was in a can't win situation. If the plaintiff didn't file the lawsuit then and didn't do certain things that were threatened to be done to him if he didn't file the lawsuit the audio gets leaked.

[00:13:33]In fact, there are people that already have the audio. So that's how the plaintiff thought that Marcellis was one of those people and he's not.

[00:13:43]this audio has been disseminated and had the plaintiff not taking legal action to slow that process down. It's already out there. So when they go to mediation, the defendants are going to agree not to disseminate that audio in question and the plaintiff is going to agree not to do certain things um as it pertains to those people. But that doesn't stop other people who have this information or audio, video, whatever, or pictures in their possession from coming out here on social media and putting that stuff out anyway cuz they're not a party to the lawsuit.

[00:14:29]It'll stop the defendants from doing it, but it won't stop nobody else. So even what the plaintiff was trying to stop from getting out, it's still going to get out. Just like one of the defendants, uh, you all know we had a mediation agreement. We agreed not to bother each other and it stopped me from talking about it, but it didn't stop the rest of the world talk from talking about it. I can't talk about it.

[00:14:58]But everybody else that wasn't a party to the lawsuit, they free to talk about it. And they do, and it got bigger and bigger and bigger. This is what's about to happen to the plaintiff.

[00:15:11]You go to mediation cuz you definitely don't want to go to trial because his ace in the hole, the main person you the plaintiff is trying to bring down, his ace in the hole is that evidence that he says he has. And if he comes into open court with that evidence and it's played in a court of law, it becomes a matter of public record. It's going to be on the official trial transcript and anybody that willing to pay for that transcript will know what was on that audio because they'll be able to read it verbatim from now until the end of time.

[00:15:48]And that's what the defendant is trying to prevent from happening. He was in like what the proverbial rocking between a rock and a hard place. He damned if he do, damned if he don't. If he didn't say nothing, it gets out. If he goes to court, it's still going to get out. But he could try and slow the process. The best thing he can hope for, in my humble opinion, and I'm entitled to my opinion, the best thing he can hope for is a mediation that will stop the main person that is in possession of said audio allegedly, but and then said defendant has admitted that they have said audio.

[00:16:23]So, the best thing he can hope is that said defendant will no longer be able to disseminate said audio.

[00:16:35]And I thank God nobody on either side can blame this guy, the vindicated cigar blogger, for anything.

[00:16:46]Anything. I ain't did nothing. I ain't I ain't part of no no coalition. No cabal, no evil empire. I have been away recovering. Uh had a heart procedure last year. That's what one of the main reasons why I've been kind of away uh back. Plus, I'm actually healing uh physically uh and mentally from you know, my parent my mother's been gone now three years. Today is the fifth anniversary of my father passing. Uh, I had a lot of my both my sons graduated college. I just got back about two weeks ago from my son gradu my second oldest graduated from college. Had a lot going on. Uh, getting finalizing stuff to shoot my movie. Uh, I had life life been lifing.

[00:17:41]U, some good, some bad. And I always said when this social media thing, I did it for fun, but when it became well, it was a burden or a job and it wasn't fun no more, I would step back. So, I stepped back to heal myself mentally and physically.

[00:18:01]Um, it wasn't nothing else for me to say because everything that I said was proven to be the truth. So, I didn't need to be the dead horse. I just sat down, folded my arms, and watched the [ __ ] show from the bleachers.

[00:18:18]I didn't have my silence. I said that last couple of videos I've done. My silence speaks louder than my mouth ever will.

[00:18:25]I don't have to say anything else.

[00:18:28]Everything I said was proven true.

[00:18:33]Now, back to story time, cuz it's not just this case. There's another case involving my college classmate and J I'm gonna say his name. Uh J thought it'd be slick.

[00:19:00]Jazz has been evading honoring the judgment and he owes my classmate almost $80,000 and he's trying to come up with every way possible to not pay and he has come to the end of his rope.

[00:19:23]Uh sir, whoever's been giving you legal advice um they have truly misinformed you because Yeah. Hold on.

[00:19:41]That cut the ringer down on my phone.

[00:19:44]I'mma read something to you, John.

[00:19:49]And it it's uh very simple. Filing for bankruptcy can temporarily halt collection efforts through an automatic state. That means you file bankruptcy, you turn over to the court, they'll give you temporarily like stay execution if you was on death row. But it generally cannot eliminate a judgment for slander or defamation. And that's what you were sued for, slander, defamation.

[00:20:18]under US bankruptcy law, debts arriving from willful and malicious injury. And that's what you did. You willfully and maliciously lied on my college classmate. He sued you.

[00:20:33]And now you don't want to pay up. So you thought it'd be slick of you if you filed a bankruptcy, but your bankruptcy don't cover willful and malicious acts.

[00:20:43]And that's what you got sued for.

[00:20:45]Willful and malicious act. You did what you did on purpose. You lied on him on purpose.

[00:20:52]You caused him harm financially and professionally and you were held accountable for that. And so what did you do? You tried to file bankruptcy while they was coming after you uh to get that money.

[00:21:07]You can't do that because your Now if you had made a mistake and did something, yes, you could have. But because you intentionally did and said what you did, you this filing that you did does not protect you from having to pay that debt.

[00:21:29]You can't discharge this debt in a bankruptcy.

[00:21:33]It follows you.

[00:21:35]Just thought you should know.

[00:21:40]And you have a nice day. I don't have nothing else to say to you, but I want to remind you when I was getting sued, when I was in court, y'all thought it was a haha and a key.

[00:21:55]And when I collapsed in the courtroom, y'all had a celebration over there.

[00:22:01]Y'all had a panel discussion. All of y'all was on the screen. Oh, he's gonna die. He gonna go to prison. You were rejoicing in what you perceived as my downfall.

[00:22:12]But what y'all fail to realize, I had a praying mama when she was alive.

[00:22:18]And she prayed for me so much, I still get the overflow of her praise.

[00:22:24]And I kept telling you, I said, "No weapon formed against me will ever prosper." And I told you, I said, "Y'all need to leave me alone. God has his hand on me." It's no way I could have endured what I endured from 19 I'm sorry 2019 to 2025.

[00:22:43]No, 2024. Five years I dealt with that.

[00:22:52]Sued for something I didn't do.

[00:22:55]had people calling my job, harassing my employers, threatening my life, putting my house, picture of my house and address on the internet, putting pictures of my parents on the internet, people saying that they wish my they prayed for my daddy to die, they prayed for my dog to die, all of that. And then when I collapsed in that courtroom, you celebrated by having a panel discussion.

[00:23:23]And look at what happened in one year from that day.

[00:23:28]The ring leader has two lawsuits.

[00:23:34]lost their house, lost their cars, lost their possessions, had to tremendously downsize.

[00:23:47]Old boy in South Carolina got evicted, sleeping on his brother's couch. Think don't nobody know where he live.

[00:23:57]I gave the plaintiff, in this case, the address and a picture of the house.

[00:24:04]claim. Still couldn't find him. I told him where he lived.

I gave you what you needed because I know where he is at all times just in case I have to go see him cuz I um now that my parents is dead, I ain't got nobody that can talk me down of doing what I feel I need to do.

[00:25:23]But yeah, everybody that was on that video celebrating what they thought was my pending death at any moment, just like Lazarus, I came forth.

[00:25:40]He got evicted sleeping on brother couch. J was on that panel and you see what J's going through.

[00:26:00]Uh I'm not even gonna talk about the other person cuz she left me alone. So I'm going to leave her alone.

[00:26:07]But everybody that was on that panel, something happened to all of you.

[00:26:15]The shoe is now on the other foot.

[00:26:18]Not only did you lose material possessions, people got sick unto death.

[00:26:29]People got stuff that penicellin won't fix.

[00:26:40]I'm still standing. Had my heart procedure.

[00:26:49]I'm not out here doing health and wellness challenges telling everybody, "Oh, I I'm I'm on I'm fasting. I'm doing it." You fast for passing away.

[00:27:28]So, all of this pillow talking has got all y'all caught up.

[00:27:37]See, 95% 95% of all lawsuits and court cases never see the inside of a courtroom ever. Why?

[00:27:50]Because like in my situation, the judge looked over at everybody. He was like, cuz he didn't want to be bogged. He was like, "Uh, y'all need to uh resolve this. See, can't you come to an understanding?

[00:28:02]Cuz uh neither one of y'all wants to spend $60 to $75,000 to deal with this.

[00:28:10]Basically, in a nice way, he was saying what we was in the court for was a bunch of [ __ ] which I already knew.

[00:28:17]But it is what it is.

[00:28:22]Uh I I was proven right.

[00:28:28]And I and it would didn't come out of my mouth. I was vindicated when other people came up. So it was nothing else left for me to say. So I just sat still.

[00:28:40]And when I got quiet, people that didn't like me had to even admit I was telling the truth. People that didn't like me came to me offline and apologized for how they treated me.

[00:28:52]Cuz we live in a time where evil is celebrated and good is mocked.

[00:29:01]And you know who you was treating me the worst who was mistreating me these that five years stretch? It wasn't people in the street. It was church folks, so-called bloodwash Christians, Bible thumping Christians. Those were the ones that were attacking me day and night.

[00:29:18]Those were the ones who were threatening my life. Those were the ones that were calling my job.

[00:29:28]The church folks called me everything but a child of God. Church folks. This who was doing this to me. That's who was threatening me. Saying they prayed for my daddy to die.

[00:29:43]Prayed for my daughter die. called my job telling people I was a convicted drug dealer, drug user, drug seller, woman beater, child beater, all of that stuff.

[00:29:57]And the lovers and the pillow talkers of the church folk who happen to be same gender, you you fill in the blanks yourself.

[00:30:08]Talk amongst yourselves. Anyway, back to story time. So I had to endure that. Let let's put in respect. I was telling the truth and and during that five year period my daddy health declined.

[00:30:32]There were people that said that they pray for my daddy to die. Well, no. One person in particular that happened and I started to retaliate and go to the cemetery and dig up the headstone of this person's dead loved one and drop it off at his boyfriend's house. But tit for tat ain't worth it. Life got him better than I could have ever got.

[00:31:06]cuz he had to see me be blessed in front of him. In spite of all the lies he told, in spite of all the thumbnails and videos, God protected me from him. I ain't going to sit and tell you it was all sunshine and roast. It was rough.

[00:31:21]Cuz my moderator can tell you and my friends over here can tell you there were many nights I walked the floor cussing, yelling, and crying. But God kept me because not only was I praying, there were people you know nothing about that was praying for me.

[00:31:38]People in that moderator chat pray with me and pray for me.

[00:31:44]So I I weathered that storm.

[00:31:50]My dad died five years ago today. 19 months later, my mother died.

[00:31:57]before she died, she was getting phone calls, getting harassed by these same some of these same defendants getting harassed.

[00:32:09]Uh, one of them, he not a defendant, but part of the defendants, one of some of the defendants crew and his own brother shot him.

[00:32:19]Now, he got a poop bag on the side. rest of his life. He got evicted out of his apartment too. Was calling my mother telling my mother that I was going to commit suicide. She gets upset call cuz my mother was in the beginning stage of dementia. [snorts] And I had to call and calm her down and let her know that I was safe and that I was okay and that I was not going to harm myself or anybody. And the guy called back again. He said, "Baby, it's obvious you don't like my son." So, he's a grown man. If you got a problem with my son, you need to talk to him directly. Don't call him no more. Click.

[00:33:02]Um, that's what I had to get a restraining order against that person and the person in South Carolina for three years. I had to get a restraining order. [snorts] Civil stalking protection on because they were stalking me.

[00:33:20]They were harassing my family. I had to get a court document. All because I spoke out all because I interviewed three young men who say they were molested by somebody.

[00:33:35]I got sued because of it. And I got harassed seven days a week, 247. I would I had to cut my phone off.

[00:33:46]Church folk.

[00:33:48]Church folks, not folks in the street. Church folks did this to me.

[00:33:57]Please click like cuz I know y'all in here listening. You might as well like it cuz I'm going to keep talking. Um, church folk did that during CO. My dad died.

[00:34:11]Shortly thereafter, I had a stroke. I don't know. I got CO then after I had CO I had a stroke.

[00:34:19]didn't know about the heart issue at the at that moment. Then my mother had a stroke October February. She passed away. I was talking to the people in the uh moderator chat and I I said, "Hold up.

[00:34:35]I'll be right back." And I clicked over and my sister was crying and said, "Mama had just died." I had just left from down there because I used to drive from this chair, this house to my parents' house. It was 888 miles on the dot. 888 miles on the dot.

[00:34:56]Did it twice a month, sometime every weekend, and turn around, go right back, drive all night on Sunday and go straight to work.

[00:35:09]be I had to write both my parents obituaries all while I'm going through what I was going through. Wrote my parents obituaries, laid out their clothes, plan their funeral, make sure everything was in order. All while I was dealing with this, had two children in college, working three jobs to help them out and pay the bills.

[00:35:33]Dealing with the stress of being harassed night and day.

[00:35:37]Dealing with the grief of burying both of my parents who had been married 64 years and nine months when my father died. Dealing with the death of two parents 19 months apart, stroke, COVID, the stupid stuff I went through, being harassed online and offline.

[00:36:02]But God kept me when I collapsed in that courtroom. That was just the my body just since I wouldn't shut down, my body shut down for me.

[00:36:14]And the judge saw the the panel discussion, the celebration of my pending death while I was hooked up to the monitors.

[00:36:24]The judge saw it and said, "Is this what you've been going through?" I said, "Yes, your honor. This is what I've been going through for the last five years.

[00:36:34]You remember, don't you? Don't you remember what you did? What you said?

[00:36:42]I know I did.

[00:36:46]I know I did. I sure did.

[00:36:50]So, yeah. You remember remember what you did?

[00:38:16]And the judge was like, he went back and called his clerk and he said, "Give him two attorneys."

[00:38:27]And they just happened to specialize in what I was dealing with.

[00:38:38]And I got them for free.

[00:38:41]I ain't been bothered since.

[00:38:47]That should tell you something. [snorts] You're right, Jacqueline. My mama prayed so much for me, she dead gone, and I'm still covered.

[00:39:06]That's why I'm able to weather the storms because I trust in God.

[00:39:14]So all of that sick, lost my parents, harassed night and day and I dealt with it and and I had help. I had good people over here in this chat. I had good people.

[00:39:38]And look at in less than a year from me collaping in that courtroom, y'all got lawsuits.

[00:39:49]You got Some of you got drug issues.

[00:39:56]Some of you got homeless issues.

[00:39:59]Some of you sick unto death.

[00:40:05]Some of you lost your your material possessions which you use to identify yourself as being successful.

[00:40:15]But this guy sitting up here watching it all unfold.
