[00:00:00]Russian President Vladimir Putin has stated that the drone that fell in Romania was most likely Ukrainian, adding that no one can say for sure which country a particular UAV belongs to until an expert examination has been conducted. Here's what he had to say about previous cases when drones flew into EU countries.

Earlier, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said that not a single fact was presented that there had been a Russian drone in Romania and promised that Russia would soon respond to the closure of Russia's Consulate General in Romania. And she noted that the story with the drone was needed to the West to distract attention from what she called Kiev's crimes, where she meant last week's drone attack on a college and dormitory in Starobilsk in Russia's controlled Luhansk region, where 21 teenagers had been killed.
