I stumbled across a recipe um of these various two ingredient bagels. So, today your girl going to try to make them.

Okay, so supposedly guys, we only need two cups of allpurpose flour, some Greek yogurt.
That's that's the standard twoingredient recipe. However, the way we're going to make them today is we're going to lose use a little bit of salt. We're going to use a little bit of baking powder. And of course, you need that egg for the egg wash. But let's get started. Okay, y'all. So, I got my two cups of allpurpose flour. We're going to put that right into the bowl.
Now, I'm hoping this is one cup. And this is Chobani Greek yogurt. This is all I have. So, that's what we're using.
I'm going to give it a stir and I'm going to see if I'm going to see if this is indeed one cup.

Well, y'all, this is we going to rock with two containers of yogurt because I am not messing up all my yogurt. I don't know what this is going to taste like, but that's what we going to do.
This is my protein.
So, yeah, I'm going to use two containers of Greek yogurt. That's what I'm going to do.
Get it all in there.
All right, that's two containers.
Next, we're supposed to use two teaspoon of I don't know if the girl said baking soda or baking powder. I'm going in with baking powder. This is a half teaspoon.
So, y'all going to see me do it four times. Okay.
And we need a pinch of salt.

I'm going to smash them around a little bit more first and see if that helps with the um trying to roll it out process.

If this works, it'll be the best thing, guys, because then if it really works and it tastes good, you can incorporate other ingredients, your chives, your onions, whatever.
I'm just basically trying to roll it and stretch it out a little bit.

Now we need some egg wash.
Let's go ahead and crack open this egg.
Okay. Now, we're going to wash the eggs with the wash. Going to take the egg and wash it onto our dough here.
Yeah. I don't know how much I'm supposed to put up here, so I'm just going with the flow.
I'm going to be generous with it. How about that?
That's a bit much there. Didn't mean to do that much.
All right, I think that is good.
So, they've been washed with the eggs.
Now, the last thing before going into the oven, we have to put our topping on.
And we are using everything bagel seasoning, jalapeno, and sprinkle it all over the bagels, y'all.
Look at that, y'all. Look at that. Now, we're going to place these into the oven for about 35 minutes inside.
Let's set up that timer.

So, curiosity sparked and I had to try it. And I have something else I was planning on trying this morning, but I don't think I have well, my cream cheese is not soft enough, so I'll probably have to do that later. I wanted to do it early because it'll have to chill for some a couple of hours. Um, so I figure if I do that early enough in the morning, we could enjoy that at dinner time. But we'll see.

The thing is, you know what you're putting into it when you make it at home yourself.

Y'all, that bagel was delicious.
Now, I've done other um two ingredient um recipes on my channel before, but this is by far the best. Now, the test will be um as these bagels sit Maybe tomorrow. What will it taste? How will the texture, how will the taste change? You know what I mean? Sometimes when you do um these ingredients where you're just using like the um yogurt and stuff, the texture changes and it's just different.
So, we'll see. But they look pretty good, y'all. I'm proud of myself.
First time making homemade bagels.
Oh yeah, that's what we'll have to do.
We'll have to test it um later after they've cooled off and toast them and see how they are like that.
Okay. See, that's why I'm hoping my garden does well. I want to be able to go out there and get some of my herbs and stuff and use it for my seasoning when I'm cooking on the channel.
That is my goal. CeCe is my inspiration.
She's going to be my helper.
I've got three strawberry plants out there. I've got romaine lettuce out there. I've got a whole bunch of stuff Miss Cece sent me out there. We gonna see how it goes and that um green stock planner that I got out there.
Y'all, why when I when I buy stuff, I got to do the most. I could have gotten the five tier for um maybe like $20 more, but that color was so pretty. And then I was drawn to the um it's like has that basket texture. It's not just plain.
I was like, "Nope, that's the one I want. We'll just have to add on to it later."
But I got to get that thing that goes underneath where you can spin it around.
But yeah, we're going to see how it does.
So yeah, just to recap, the bagels are extremely extremely eye pleasing and what's delicious. Now, when I first took these babies out the oven, you can smell I'm like, what is that smell? And that's the smell that you get when you use when you cook with yogurt.
And I thought it was gonna throw it off, meaning not good. But y'all, it's good. I don't know. It has like a I don't know. When you cook with yogurt, to me, it it has I don't know. It has some kind of fragrance. I don't know how to explain it to y'all. It just smells different to me.
So, I don't know. When mom gets up, we'll probably make something completely different for her. She'll probably want I'll probably do I don't know. We might do pancakes. We might do French toast.
We might do an egg sandwich. Who knows?
Okay. So, I What did I use?
Uhoh.
I think I did use inground soil.
I'm pretty sure I use inground soil.
because I use the same soil that I used for the um other pots.
Oh no.
Does that mean I'm not going to harvest?
It would be too heavy for the plants.
Well, guess what? I'm pretty sure. Oh, no.
I'm pretty sure that's what I used.

So, now what do I do?
