Oh, that's a good way to look at it, >> right? They don't have a license to sell property. So, they say, "I'm not going to list your house or talk to the bank.

[00:04:21]>> But hey, when the house sells, I legally demand 30% of your equity. Or it's like someone saying they're just teaching you about medicine while actively writing you a prescription without a medical license.
