[00:00:00]World Health Organization announced the Ebola outbreak in the Congo is spreading rapidly while the situation in Uganda is stable and the global risk still remains very low. The UN agency raised its risk assessment after it sent more medical supplies and isolation tents to the Democratic Republic of Congo where 82 cases and seven deaths have been confirmed and hundreds more cases are suspected.
