Military operations targeting vessels in international waters must adhere to legal frameworks, including due process and evidence-based procedures, as demonstrated by the 2022-2023 US boat bombing campaign where 205 people were killed without evidence of drugs or weapons on board, raising questions about the distinction between law enforcement operations and war crimes.

EXPLOSIVE REPORT: Trump’s Secret Boat Bombings Killed Innocent Civilians?!
Added:The war crimes committed by the Trump administration are apparently far worse than any of us had realized. Since September, the United States, under Donald Trump and Pete Hegsth's direction, have bombed 62 alleged drug boats in both the Atlantic, the Caribbean, and of course the Pacific oceans. 205 people have been confirmed to have been killed in these attacks, including those killed in Pete Hegsith's infamous double tap, where he decided to go back around after bombing a boat and then bomb the survivors bobbing up and down in the water. That of course is without question a war crime. However, all of these attacks uh could easily be classified and prosecuted in the Hague as war crimes. And that's just what we knew last week when Marco Rubio was in the uh you know Senate uh uh uh foreign relations committee hearing getting his ass grilled. We learned even more. We learned that this administration has no evidence at all that any of these boats had any drugs on them. We have not found any drugs. None has been recovered from any of the wreckage. And yes, crews did go out there when the wreckage was still there and floating. No drugs have been found. Furthermore, no weapons have been found. So the administration, because they have tried to argue, of course, well, some of them were smuggling weapons. Nope. We've not found any weapons. We've not found any drugs. But what the defense department and actual members of the military have confirmed is that some of these boats were in fact just people on boats, not criminals in any way. And of course, some of them were trafficking victims, people that of course had been kidnapped and were in the process of being trafficked and now they're dead. I mean, so are the traffickers, so I'm sure the administration counts that as a win. But none of these were acts of war. So by the letter of the law, these were actually law enforcement operations, which means you have to follow the judicial process. They have to have due process. You can't just kill everybody and sort it out later. That's illegal. So no matter which way you slice what this administration has done to the folks on those boats, it's either illegal here in the United States for the administration to do that and or it's illegal on the international level. But these are war crimes. These are denying people their constitutional rights. And sure, they're not in the US. They're not US citizens, so technically they don't have constitutional rights. However, this administration does have a constitutional duty when fulfilling these law enforcement operations to abide by our constitution because they are American and they are on US soil. So, they have to abide by it.
Also, in spite of what this administration claims, these boat bombings have actually done nothing at all to slow the flow of drugs into the United States from foreign countries. We are still seeing the same levels today that we were when the bombing started back in September. So, by every metric, this thing has been a complete and total failure. Innocent people are dead in the bottom of the Caribbean right now. their crime was deciding to pick that day to go out on their boat.
