The video provides a clinical deconstruction of leadership fitness, grounding political speculation in the sobering realities of geriatric health. It effectively shifts the conversation from partisan rhetoric to the tangible risks of cognitive decline in high-stakes governance.

Good afternoon. How are you? Well, it's kind of a muggy day. Uh Thomas Jefferson says our temperature is 73, but get this, our humidity is 82%.
And the wind, as you can see, nothing is moving. Is at 2 miles an hour. So that's our weather.
And so how's the health of our president? I'd say it's pretty damn bad.
Uh and when I think of him, I think there must be multiple things going on.
Uh those who do any participation in martial arts are probably used to the idea that you know, one punch doesn't mean as much as an array of those that destabilize the situation. So Trump, I think, is totally destabilized.
And we reap the whirlwind because while he's in this condition and won't concede it, nobody will do anything about it. We're at high risk.
The uh official report of his hospital visit was that he has chronic venuous insufficiency and what that can result in is blood pooling in the legs. And so that could account for some of that swelling at the ankles. But what about his delusion?
What about his word salads that go nowhere and mean nothing and sort of reveal him as some of the caricaturures of age do unfairly and with prejudice I I add. So, but you can't ignore a guy with these kind of deficits was asking for the nuclear bomb codes just a couple of weeks ago and I'm glad to say that he was cut short probably by General Kaine who denied him access to those.
One doctor aside from the White House said his day sleeping, Trump's day sleeping at meetings indicates a serious sleep disorder.
And there are reports, and you be the judge because there's enough tape film out there. He fell asleep at Arlington National Cemetery uh while he was blowing the meeting in terms of respect for those who served and risked their lives and died.
So Iran is over the horizon and this guy is in charge.
And one of the things that another doctor mentioned was that the condition of sleeping that way increases the re risk of dementia and reduce cognitive function. And Trump always talks about it in the reverse like to persuade the public that cognitive function is some sort of uh SAT or high level performance test and it's not that at all. It is to look for indications that what you normally can do even with the fit and starts of age um you can't do. Uh one of the examples is you know not remembering where your keys are. Some think that's a sign of dementia and I'm not saying it's not.
But true signs of some of the these diseases at their worst or sicknesses at their worst or disabilities at their worst are that you don't know what the key is for. You don't know how to use the key. You're someplace and you don't know where you are.
And his conduct in public, I could hear a teacher perhaps saying, "Do you know where you are?" But this would be a fair question during the cognitive function too. Trump, do you know where you are? Do you know what you're doing? Why do you go on like that? Why are you slurring words? Why can't you think like other people?
So when we were led to believe before the weekend was over that we were going to make great strides in settling the Iran conflict, it looked like we'd open up. You know, the United States is saying that um they acted in self-defense. Really? What are they?
It's a war, right? And you're either not engaged in the war or you are. And so, uh there was a it's more than a dust up when you consider the magnitude of the weaponry that's sitting around the Middle East these days. But the problem is I've always been concerned that Trump wants to appear to settle because he'd much prefer to blow it up. He'd much prefer to be cutting the Gordian knot as Alexander the Great did than advancing troops and seizing control.
And more than seizing control, he'd like to have a huge bomb go off.
But the Iranians decided to slip the punch in my opinion.
Instead of leaning into war, uh they are participating in the peace talks so-called and Pakistan and Qatar are driving the talks. it seems to me keeping the people at the table. Since we're not there, we don't see the the method, but most of us have been involved in some simple intermediate mediation in which a person shuttles back and forth between the parties, accentuating the positive, decentuating the negative, watching out for Mr. in between. I'm told that I quote that song wrong, but I believe that's right. And you're free to you're free to contradict me so I can get it right if I am wrong. Now, the parliamentary speaker from Iran is leaning into the agreement because the biggest thing left is of course the money. And what the parliamentarian hopes for uh Charlie is for the $12 billion that have been seized to be released.
And it looked like it was going to be released to Russia and then released to Iran.
So what this says is Iran has something in the business that could satisfy them.
The question of well the question of the enriching uranium making an isotope enriched such that it could lead to a military nuclear bomb.
The uh I we're not going to get our hands on that. I'd be very surprised. I know everybody's going to ask for it, but I think s calmer heads among the the Trump camp, I said heads plural, maybe there's only one uh might push the deal forward. I'll always be concerned that Trump doesn't want a deal and so he'll wrestle his way out of it to be all things to all people and perhaps he wants to delay it until it gets closer to the midterms. In other words, use it politically and otherwise can't, you know, we can't not give the president what he wants. But the leaders who ever succeed at that kind of an argument are well considerate of the fact that the people have expressed a support and interest in the war and so they're prepared to to support it. We don't have that here. What we have is we have a lot of people who are against the war. And I don't want you to think that the Iranian side is a pussycat because they at one point Iran said they know where Kushner and Witco stay when they come there. And it was a kind of a a fist to the face to make someone consider that if you close this down when we're close, we're going we're going to know where people are.
Now, I'm glad I'm not those two people, but I've always thought they're unsuited to the settlement and the and the necessary knowledge of the nuclear function, but also the others. what do they know about a port and how to settle that?
And I think Iran has a good idea how they're going to do it. And I think we'll get 10% consideration and they'll be in control. And if Trump stays that course, he'll leave with his leg.
Well, he'll he'll leave a loser. There's no way he can be a winner. Chose a bad fight. didn't fight it well. Presumed might would overcome all the necessary planning he ignored. He assumed he'd be supported at home. Then he didn't care.
So he made things worse for himself.
And we're still on pins and needles which way he'll jump. Well, this weekend he say the deal's in sight. And then throw some bombs on Monday and say, "Oh, no, it's not." And this cycle like a washing machine will continue on washing and drying, washing and drying. His cycle to break the strength of people against the war and to try to find lies that would encourage us that this is something that we should think to support. So in this kind of a muggy day, that's what I got to say. And uh hopefully we'll have more clarity on some of these significant issues tomorrow. It'll be interesting when the House and Senate come back to see if the period at home enlightened any of these people that Trump is not the path to reelection.
And so now they could they could pretend to actually care about the issues they've been ignoring to the damage of our republic to the compromised effect on voting and to the notions that there is such a thing as equality among men and women in this nation. So that's what I got from my cathedral of of trees.
I'll talk to you soon. Bye-bye.
