In civil litigation, a motion to dismiss (12(b)(6) motion) challenges whether the complaint states a valid claim based on the four corners of the document, without weighing evidence or determining truth. The court only examines if the complaint connects facts to legal claims in a way that could potentially succeed. Unlike criminal cases requiring proof beyond reasonable doubt, civil cases use the lower 'preponderance of evidence' standard. Courts typically dismiss cases at this stage, but if the complaint sufficiently states a claim, the case proceeds to discovery, depositions, and potentially trial.

Hello family. How's everyone doing today? I hope everyone is doing well today. Let's talk about it family.
Tiffany is still trying to play the bootleg female Nino Brown role of New Jack City to the village of Dalton. Now, Tiffany is 10 hours away from the village of Dolphin, and she says she's not a resident of Illinois anymore, but she is still in Falton County trying to give rules and demands to the residents in the village of Dolphin. You can't make this up, family. Tiffany is 10 hours away from that village of Dalton and running for a commissioner seat in Falton County, Georgia, while still playing the female Nino Brown New Jack City role on the Village of Dalton residents. You can't make this up. You can't. And the state judge family has come back this past week with a decision about Shinquilla's civil lawsuit against De Jane Jackson. Yes. So y'all already know we got a lot of tea up in here today. Y'all already know what we got to do for the ones in the back. Yes.

Thank y'all for the awesome support that y'all show. Cafe of Knowledge. Now family, let's get down to the bootleg New Jack City wannabe Nino Brown. Okay. Now Tiffany is trying to give demands, trying to give rules, trying to get orders to the Dalton residents in Illinois. She also trying to give the news outlets in Illinois demands and rules as well. while she in Fton County, Georgia. You can't make this up, family. No, you can't. Now, Tiffany was running the village of Dalton like Nino Brown. Okay, that's what she wanted to be. That is her idol.
She love him to death and she tried to run the village of Dalton and the Thornton Township in this type manner.
That is just how much Tiffany just admire this gangster that was on New Jack City. So, she wanted to portray him. As you will see, she dressed up as Nino Brown as well. Okay. She just wanted to be a bootleg female Nino Brown. Now, family, Tiffany is calling shots. And have y'all noticed that on Tiffany posts, when she posts on her Instagram or her Facebook or whatever she's doing, you notice that she has this picture up there. Okay, this picture was taken when she was the mayor at the village of Dalton and she continues to have that picture on her social media. So Tiffany actually considers herself still the mayor of that town regardless that she got booted out. Okay. And Jason House is the mayor now. Tiffany still walks around thinking that she is still the mayor of the village of Dalton. And if you notice up under most of her post, the majority of them, she still has super mayor. Okay?
Not former. Uh-uh. not used to be. Mm- She is the mayor. Okay. She's super mayor. Mm- And the super comes from the Thaunting of Township part. And then the mayor come from when she was a mayor. So she combined it together because she was a supervisor at the Thornton of Township. So she used the supervisor, used the super out of it. And then the village of Dalton, she's a mayor. So she combined those two and she labeled herself as super mayor.
Okay. And she still consider herself the super mayor of the village of Dalton right today. Mhm. Because it be on her post still. She doesn't say form or used to be none of that. Okay. Now have y'all noticed that that this picture Tiffany still uses as if she is still the mayor. Yeah. That's what she does. Uhhuh. But she's given orders to the village of Dalton as if she is still their mafia leader that lives in another whole state in Georgia. What?
Unbelievable.
Now check it out, family, cuz this is Tiffany's post. Y'all see her picture up there? I told y'all I should still use the picture as if she's still the mayor of the village of Dalton. So there was a incident that happened in the village of Dalton at a cigar lounge called Ruckers. Okay. and a very high-profile athlete was at this here cigar lounge in the Dalton area and he was pow powed and he passed away. He was deleted there. Okay. And so they are supposed to be investigating and things like that.
And I did see this young man's family uh on the news asking for answers as if they're not getting the type of answers that they want. So, we are hoping that they get the answers that they need regarding this terrible incident that happened at this here cigar lounge that's in the Dalton Village area. Okay.
and the village of Dalton, they have this place called Ruckers. It's the cigar lounge. Okay. Now, some people say, "No, it's not in the village of Dalton." And some people say, "Yes, it is in the village of Dalton." But anyway, that's what happened in that area of the village of Dalton. Okay? And this guy was a very known professional athlete, basketball player. So, as you see, Tiffany got on her post and this happened what, about a week and a half ago or something like that, family. So, Tiffany said, "It's deeply concerning how silent the village has been in the wake of this tragedy and even more disturbing that the media coverage seem almost non-existent. Our community deserve transparency, accountability, and real answers. Silence is not acceptable.
What?
Okay.
Now, like I said, the family does deserve answers. I seen his father standing there um on the news and was talking about it and he was saying how nice of a child his son was and things like that.
And he played basketball, I think overseas or something like that. but very professional basketball player.
Okay. But Tiffany jumps on her post and asks the village why they so quiet.
Okay. And um she said the media coverage has been almost nonexistent.
Okay. And so she tells the community that they deserve transparency.
We were saying that when uh she was running their town like New Jack City.
So all of a sudden Tiffany knows about transparency. I'm just asking a question. Then she says accountability.
Well, the village of Dalton is $8 million in a deficit and they don't know where they money is. And they've been asking Tiffany where is their money. She can't fork up any receipts. The federal government has subpoenas on top of her head and she's still being investigated by the feds as we speak, but she's saying that the residents need accountability.
But she haven't held herself accountable for dunking these people out about $8 million without receipts and then went and cashed over 250 checks out of a bank.
Don't nobody know where that money is worth $1.8 million.
So I find it quite strange that Tiffany does know. She admits right here that she know what transparency is. She knows what accountability is.
But she don't do it.
She don't do it. The same people she is telling that needs to hold whatever happened to this guy accountable, she's not doing it for herself.
Okay?
And we do want this young man and his family to get justice or whatever happened. But let me tell you this as well family as I pause right there on Tiffany little trifling and post is that Tiffany had a problem with this here bar place called Ruckers. This is where this young man had a confrontation inside of that bar allegedly and then he got pow powed and he died.
Okay. Hopefully they got some type of cameras or something that would show exactly what happened inside that bar and outside of that cigar bar called Ruckers. Okay. But the thing is, Tiffany don't like the owner. Never did like the owner. And she don't like that one of the trustees, Kiana, worked at this Rucker's cigar lounge as well. So Tiffany, you know, she could not stand Kiana because Kiana was her biggest critic as a trustee along with the other ones, but Kiana was very, very vocal on the Hen's criminal behavior.
And so this cigar place called Ruckers when Tiffany was in office, they wanted to, you know, renew a lot of things and they bar and want to do a lot of things and Tiffany really wasn't feeling them and she did not want that place to be there.
Not because she felt like that place would bring violence to the area, but because she didn't like the owner and the fact that Kiana Belchure, her trustee, worked there as well.
Okay. So, Tiffany was trying to block a lot of things that regarding that there cigar lounge. Okay. Now, this is where that young man got hurt at and and passed away.
in Dalton a couple of weeks ago. So, Tiffany hried up and jumped on her social media about this because she wanted to make sure people know that Kiana works there at that place where this this young man got deleted at and that she really don't like the owner. So, let me rub this in and try to make more trouble for them because I don't like them. This is basically what it was given. Okay? Because it's a lot of deletions unjustifiable that happened in Dalton, Illinois. And Tiffany is hushmouth.
Hush mouth. A lot of these deletions happened on Tiffany watch and Tiffany was hushmouth.
Mhm.
But all of a sudden because she know Kiana her biggest critic work at this here place where this happened to this young man and that Tiffany don't like that owner. Tiffany had to say something real quick to start some mess while she's sitting 10 hours away in Falton County.
So, let's go ahead on and finish what Tiffany said.
So, she was saying their silence is unacceptable. Okay. And so she said, "To all my supporters, please keep the family lifted in prayers during this difficult time. My heart goes out to everyone affected by this tragedy. Let's come together as a community with love, support, and compassion." And you know, um, Tiffany wrote that and she wrote that and, um, is given that Tiffany really wrote that because she really wants to get at Kiana and this here bar owner. Okay, but it's good that she wrote that. Okay, it's good that she wrote that. But see, when Tiffany does do stuff, it's really not out of concern for the people. It's because she wants to start mess about the place it happened at. Okay? Because there's so many other people that has been deleted in Dalton, Alexis Wilson, that Tiffany is hushmouth about.
Okay. So if Tiffany was doing this when everybody and Dalton who has been powpowed and deleted and things like that, if Tiffany had this type of heart when things like this was happening on her watch, I would say Tiffany was sincere.
But she didn't.
She's only saying something because it's involving the very bar that she didn't want to open because she didn't like the owner and because her biggest critic trustee Kiana Belchure was on her bumper and helped get Tiffany out of her seat.
So, I just wanted to run that down so everybody will know. Then Tiffany did this because my my thing is before we do that.
Tiffany said our community as if she still lives in Dalton. That's how Tiffany was putting it. OKAY. WHERE Y'ALL AT? What's going on? Why y'all so quiet? Ain't nobody gonna say nothing.
What about the media? The media is nonexistent. this that that that that cuz see she's mad that because she got so much uh criticism in the news about her criminal behavior and because of the residents was so loud about her criminal behavior.
she feel like is wrong that the person she don't like the public in Dalton, the residents are not saying anything loud about this incident that happened. Okay, but let's not forget that Tiffany says our community. Now, I don't know if a lot of people know or not, but let's not forget that she's still registered to vote in Illinois and Georgia. That's alarming within itself, especially with Tiffany running for a commissioner seat in Georgia. She is registered to still to vote in Illinois.
She's registered to vote in two states.
So this is why Tiffany says our okay because she really don't consider herself a Georgia resident at all or a Falton County resident. She's only in Falton County because she wants to get inside of their bag.
That's that's the only reason why Tiffany is there. That's exactly what is given. Okay. So when Tiffany is telling Dalton what to do from Falton County, you notice she'll say our or us or or you know all of us. She will always put it to where like as if she's still there. But when she's addressing the board of registration that time, she called them y'all. they you guys. Okay.
So, let me go to this right here as well, cuz if y'all will see, I don't know if y'all can see it too good, but if y'all could see, this is Tiffany writing about the lounge. Okay, she put this on her Tik Tok and uh she said a you know bad pow outside of South Suburban Lounge has sparked renewed concerns over alleged conflict of interest tied to local leadership.
Police say one person is in custody after a bad pile Thursday night in Dalton's 14100 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. Okay. Questions are now resurfacing about the trustee Kiana Belchure connection as CFO of the lounge owner. Okay.
While former mayor Tiffany Henyard has previously opposed the business opening over liability and ethnic concerns. Okay. Now, they say that Tiffany did not want this here lounge to open up because she said that she had business concerns and the liability concerns and the ethic concerns. Okay.
But um the way Kiana and the others people put it throughout Village of Dalton is Tiffany we know did not like Kiana. So she didn't want the business to open especially as long as they had Kiana Belchure as their CFO.
Okay. She was trying to give them a hard time because they had her biggest rivalry working at this here cigar lounge. And Tiffany also tried to shake these businesses down. But this Rucker cigar lounge would not allow Tiffany to shake them down. So Tiffany did not like them for that as well. Tiffany was able to close other businesses, shake some of them down to stay open and all that. But when it came to this here Ruckers Cigar Lounge, the owner of this joint wouldn't let Tiffany bully him. So now Tiffany didn't like him. And then he had her biggest rivalry, who was her trustee, Kiana Belchure, working for him as well as her C as their CFO.
So that's the problem Tiffany had with them. But they put it like, "Oh, Tiffany had a problem with this place because she said she raised concerns of liability and ethical concerns and things like that." Well, if that's the case, Tiffany should have been concerned about her own ass, right? Because Tiffany clearly herself when she was running the village of Dalton and Thornton Township, she was doing terrible business and she was a big liability and had a hell of a lot of ethnic concerns. Yes. Yes.
Yeah.
Then you'll see it has here bar owner pals customer after a bad brawl in South Suburb Lounge.
Dalton trustee Kiana Belchure currently serves as CFO for the suspect. So they are saying that the owner is the one who powpowed this here young man, this professional athlete. And I really do hope once again that they get down to the bottom of this so this young man's family can know exactly what happened to him. And I hope they got surveillance and things like that. But by there not being any surveillance and people are not really reporting it because it's almost they say it's under investigation. So they withholding a lot of information and all that stuff. But we just hope that this young man gets justice, you know. Uh, but we need to see I I I want to see what happened inside of there, you know, before I say anything because right now nobody really can tell. No, I'm looking for some witnesses that was inside of the bar at the time this broke out. I haven't heard it. I only thing I've seen just as me is the news report of this young man's father and mother standing there saying that they need answers and they want justice. Okay. So hopefully they will get that. Okay. And we'll see what happened within this thing. But anyway, this is what Tiffany put up as y'all see on her post and reposted on her Tik Tok.
Okay. And then y'all will also see that Tiffany says, "All I got to say is they don't really care about us."
Wow.
She's using Michael Jackson. All I really want to say is they don't really care about us. Okay. And that right there applies to Tiffany as well. And as y'all see, Tiffany also posted the Michael Jackson logo, his album cover on the bottom of her post. Okay. Yeah.
Yeah. She did that. Mhm. And she got down there. They don't care about us.
And Tiffany damn sure didn't care about the residents in Falton County. I mean, well, she don't care about the residents of Fton County, but she didn't care about the residents in the village of Dalton or Thornton Township, but she had the nerve to put this about Michael Jackson's album cover on her Tik Tok post and then say they don't really care about us.
Tiffany is so delusional and evil because the same thing she's accusing uh this bar owner and all them stuff. She she is the same exact way, you know, but I want to say this as well.
I want y'all to notice how Tiffany says, so Tiffany is basically calling shots to um the village adult residents like, you know, where y'all at? Y'all ain't going to do nothing. Y'all ain't going to say nothing. Y'all ain't going to, you know, protest and act up the way y'all did me. What's up? What's up? I don't hear nobody. The news outlet, they are non-existent. What's really going on? What's up? I'm calling on Dalton.
What's up? What y'all gonna do?
Y'ALL MIGHTY QUIET. Y'ALL THIS, Y'ALL THAT. Tiffany trying to call shots from Falton County to Illinois.
Still see when people try to be gangsters like Tiffany was doing over there in the village in the township, Tiffany feels like she still can bully these people from 10 hours away.
She still think these people are city flunkies. That's what she think. She still think the residents in the village of Dalton and the township are city flunkies up under her.
She's still trying to start mess all the way from Georgia. And now Tiffany sitting in Georgia trying to spark up some mess.
Unbelievable.
She want to start a whole big mess in Dalton.
Um they talking about the investigation.
The investigation is not over with and things like that. And you know that's that's one kind of report I seen on the news. But Tiffany is sitting back trying to call shots from Falton County to the residents of Dalton, Illinois. Remember I showed y'all what uh about a month back where Tiffany was still showing or trying to tell them what how to vote, who to vote for, what lever to hit, what ballot to hit. It looks like this. She's showing them what it looks like. This what I need y'all to do. This what I want y'all to do. Y'all deserve better. Don't Don't pick this person. Pick that person. This that that. She doing all that from Falton County.
calling shots to Dalton, Illinois, and telling them people how to vote, who to vote for, what ticket to get, what ticket not to get, all that. Now she's over in Falton County still calling shots, TELLING THEM WHAT'S UP, WHY Y'ALL SO QUIET? WHY Y'ALL AIN'T SAYING NOTHING? Y'all ain't going to do nothing? What's really going on? Oh, so y'all gonna let this just roll? Y'all ain't going to say nothing? And then the media is non-existent and all that. See, Tiffany is sitting back still sparking up mess. Fton County don't even need that as a commissioner inside of they board cuz it clearly shows Tiffany can be 10 hours away from another state and still keep up messing chaos in a whole another state.
Cuz she kept that state. She kept the village and she kept the township in chaos and mess when she was there.
So now that she's not there, she's still keeping it up.
Unbelievable. After taking their money.
Wow.
Well, I want to bring this to everybody's attention. Like I told y'all, Tiffany don't consider herself a part of Falton County at all because I've noticed on a lot of these here posts, Tiffany is always saying our when she talking to Dalton people, our us.
But when she is talking about Falton County people and Georgia, she say y'all.
Uh-huh.
You guys, she distanced herself from the Georgia residents and the Fton County residents.
Yes.
And you see as you look at this post right here that Tiffany did on her Tik Tok with the Michael Jackson symbol over here talking about they don't care about us. She got Kiana Belchure's face up there. Now, Kiana Belchure did not powpow anyone.
They are saying allegedly the owner did and they trying to figure out what happened between the owner and this athlete guy that caused this type of outcome, tragic outcome. Okay. But the thing is, you notice Tiffany does not have this young man on her social media with prayer hands, saying my condolences and things like that. None of that because it's not about that. She don't like Kiana. That's the face she put up there. But notice, people have to understand, Kiana is, they say, is the CFO of this Ruckers joint, cigar joint lounge.
But she hasn't pulled any pow pows. She hasn't did any of that.
Okay.
But Tiffany got her up there as if she is a part of this here crime.
Wow.
Wow.
But I want to show y'all how Tiffany disassociates herself with us southerners here in the north. I mean in the south. But she still want our bag though. Yeah. She still want our bag. She'll distance herself from us.
But >> she still want our bag.
>> She still want our bag after um >> Okay.
>> Now, let me get to this.
>> Would you raise your right hand?
>> Do you swear affirm that the information that you're about to uh provide is the truth? So, hope you got >> Yes. Okay. Thank you. Okay.
And you will have um a total of 10 minutes. Um you may not need all that time. Let me go to this right here.
>> Your evidence and discuss about your candidacy and your residency.
But I want to say I have a ton of evidence which I provided with you guys.
>> You guys >> I also sent you my insurance that I rent at the location of the news of evidence which I provided with you guys and I am a >> Yeah.
>> that I provided with you guys. Now, let me tell y'all something. Throughout this whole Fton County hearing, the board addressed Tiffany as candidate Tiffany.
Candidate Tiffany. And I remember one time that Miss Adams just addressed Tiffany as Tiffany or she. And then the other lady on the board said, "Let's not address her as she. Let's address her as candidate Henyard.
But the whole time Tiffany was disrespecting they ass and calling them y'all.
Y'all bored.
You guys never did address them the way it should be addressed. Every once in a while she would say and the board like whatever the board. But the majority of the time she would address them as you guys.
Y'all Tiffany don't give a damn about no Fton County. Just they bag.
So I was just showing y'all how in her post while she was trying to dictate and give orders to Dalton, she was saying our community us.
But when it come to Falton County, she say, "Yeah, you guys."
Which let you know Tiffany don't care nothing about no Fton County or Georgia.
Mhm.
And let me go to this one right here.
Uh what is it? Okay. Let me go to this one right here.
Check this out.
She going to say another one.
>> My next one is my voter registration card.
That's this one. ID card.
The next one is my lease, which I gave you guys. So, I have that again as well.
>> You heard her? Which I gave you guys.
>> I sent the email. I sent you the next ID card.
The next one is my lease, which I gave you guys. So, I have that again as well.
>> See what I'm talking about, family? I just wanted to show y'all so many different times Tiffany would say, "You guys, you guys or y'all don't give a hoot about Falton County at all." But when she talking to Dalton, she still thinks she's their bootleg Nino Brown. And she says, "Us and our when she is talking to Dalton or about Dalton."
Yes. Then she said one time when they was asking her about her lease and all that stuff, she say, "Y'all lost. Y'all laws." She didn't do that with uh Dalton. And that's even with her living in Falton County.
She'd never say when she was at this board hearing, according to the Georgia law, it says this.
The Georgia law says this. No, Tiffany will say according to y'all laws, which means Tiffany really despises Georgia and Fton County. She's just there for one reason. And it clearly came out all up and through this here residency hearing she had. Yeah. Let me go to that y'all laws.
Y'all lost. And then I That's all I want to show y'all. I just want to show y'all. It's at 17.
Where is at? 17.
Hold on. Right here.
It's in this Wait a minute. It's in this little area right here. Check this out, family.
>> I told y'all [ __ ] Tiffany ain't worth a damn >> May 5th or May 4th as mayor of Dton.
>> Yeah. And I wanted to automatically resist.
Put that on the record.
>> I I can't I couldn't hear what you said.
I'm reading something again from y'all laws and from YOUR >> WHAT FROM Y'ALL LAWS.
>> IT SAYS DRIVER license a late I put that on the record. I I can't I couldn't hear what you said. I'm reading some again from y'all laws and >> from y'all laws.
>> It says driver license.
>> Yeah. Uhhuh.
>> Georgia.
>> Uhhuh. Yeah. Uhhuh. Uhhuh. So that's how Tiffany do. Tiffany had no respect for that board whatsoever during her residency hearing. She had no respect for Falton County at all. Her website clearly says, we showed y'all and we talked about that cuz they had a news article on it in our last video. It clearly says that Tiffany lost by a big landslide. But anyway, she has on her website no platform, no agenda, no policies for her campaign that she's running in Falton County. You know why? Cuz she don't give a damn to have one because that ain't what she there for. She there for the bag.
Uhhuh. And even when she was running the village of Dalton and the township, she didn't have no policies for them and no agenda for them either.
because she didn't care nothing about them. She just wanted to keep draining their bag.
Mhm.
The nerve. The nerve.
How you going from Falton County, you telling the residents in Dalton that the current administration don't care about them?
And then when you was there, you didn't care about them.
And then she starting messing in another state from another state. Just a messy mud wing hand. I'm trying to tell you.
Wow.
That's disrespectful within itself.
So let's talk about it.
Let's talk about it. Cuz see, she said that this new administration ain't worth a nickel.
Yeah. She trying to call for the village of Dalton to start mess with the new administration, the new mayor, Jason House. Yeah. Start mess throwing out demands to the residents of Dalton.
But my thing is, family, am I confused?
I I mean, am I confused here? Because, see, Tiffany did that Tik Tok post and said they don't really care about us. Am I confused, family? I'm just asking the question because from what I saw, Tiffany didn't care either, you know? I mean, let me see if the articles can help me out. It says right here, during Tiffany Henyard's tenure as mayor of Dalton, Illinois in 2021 to 2025, the village record roughly 7 to 12, y'all know what, deletions annually, mirroring region crimes trending in the south suburbs. So Tiffany had about 7 to 12 deletions annually when she was a mayor. And guess what? We didn't see not one sympathy post. And you know why?
Because Tiffany didn't care.
And just like this post she did, she only did it because it's involving two people she don't like.
And that's disgusting.
That's trifling and disrespectful because it didn't come from the heart.
Wow.
Wow.
Y'all see right here.
Tiffany is a what? Gangster.
Yes.
She is running for the fifth district seat of Falton County Board Commissioner, but she's known to be portraying and acting like a bootleg gangster from New Jack City.
Mhm. Yeah. So, I'm just showing some of these articles cuz I start I'm starting to think that I'm confused looking at Tiffany Post cuz she act like she really cared about the people. But we know she never did.
You know, y'all need somebody going to be held accountable. Y'all need to hold the people accountable. Y'all need somebody that's going to be there with transparency and all that. all that she name and she didn't do when she was a supervisor and a mayor in the village of Dalton and the township.
Yeah. So, I'm trying to see are we confused? No, y'all not confused. Y'all not confused. Check it out. Check it out. Yeah. Mhm. Cuz see, Tiffany said that uh she basically cared about the people. Yeah. According to that post, they don't really care about us. You didn't care about them at all. Matter of fact, you left them 10 hours away.
Now, you'll see right here, it says the Illinois Gton mayor of Illinois like a mafia boss, threats, retaliation, and scandals in the small town of 20,000 just south of Chicago.
Dalton Mayor Tiffany Henyard is facing serious accusations of running the town of Dalton like a mafia boss. Critics say Henyard is accused of using her power to intimidate and control with allegations of harassment and retaliation against anyone who opposed her. Y'all see what I'm saying? This is why Tiffany put Kiana face up there on her post because she don't like Kiana. This is her way of retaliating against Kiana and against that bar owner that she don't like. It had nothing to do with her sympathy of what the tragedy that happened in that bar.
Unreal.
Wow.
But Tiffany said they don't really care about us. But according to this here article, she don't care about them either over there. And she damn sure don't care about Falton County or Georgia.
Then you'll see right here, critics and many citizens paint a picture of a mayor who will stop at nothing to maintain her grip on the town. Oh yes.
Oh yes, family. They ain't lying. They ain't lying.
They ain't lying. That's exactly what she did. Yeah. Let's talk about it. Cuz see, I start I'm starting to think I'm confused when I'm saying about Tiffany.
Then you read her post and I say, "Yeah, you know that the post is a good post, but it didn't come from her heart. It came out of retaliation for somebody else.
Cuz she don't like the people."
Guarantee you family if that didn't happen at that day cigar bought and say that would have happened somewhere else in Dalton that Tiffany had no problem with them people. Tiffany would never put that post up there. She would have never put it up there. She only did it cuz it was Ke.
That's a CFO at that there cigar lounge and she don't like that owner. But if that had happened probably at say uh a grocery store in that area, Tiffany wouldn't have post nothing.
She wouldn't have post nothing. Cuz matter of fact, like I just showed y'all, she had 7 to 12 deletions a year up under her watch and she ain't posting one of. We were following her the whole time reporting on her trifling behavior.
Now, as y'all will see, uh, Mayor Henard quickly gained attention for her unconventional behavior as mayor soon after taking office. One notable incident, Mayor Henyard had attended a board meeting dressed as a fictional drug kingpin, Nino Brown, from the 1991 crime classic New Jack City. That's her idol. If that wasn't surprising enough, she even had a DJ playing Rihanna. Bees better have my money during the meeting. Yes. Yes, family. Did y'all NOT KNOW? SEE, I thought I was confused, but now reading the article, I see we're not confused.
Tiffany is the delusional one. Okay.
Now, not only did Tiffany dress up like Nino Brown at a board meeting and because they was trying to stop her spending and all that and the residents was complaining, Tiffany bust up in one of their uh community meetings dressed like Nino Brown and then told her DJ, "Hit it, DJ." And the DJ started playing the song. Bees better have my money. Pay me what you owe me. Yeah, I would show y'all and play it, but I know that Rihanna might, you know, her songs and stuff, copyright, all that. But that's what Tiffany did. And she played it over and over again as she walked around with a bootleg uh rockwaller in her arms with a chain on it and she's dressed up as Nino Brown and walked all through that resident area where they was all sitting at at this here community meeting. She walked around that whole area intimidating them people. Why? That song was playing.
Beans better have my money. Pay me what you owe me.
What?
And then she was telling the people, "Oh yeah, y'all know who is up to trying to stop my spending." Yeah. Y'all got answers, don't you, Stan Brown? Or don't you, Jason? Y'all know what's going on.
She walking around intimidating the people dressed like Nino Brown with that Rockweiler play Rottweiler she had and then had Rihanna be better have my money in the background if that ain't despicable embarrassing.
Yes. And y'all to see down here the FBI have stepped in to investigate Mayor Henyard. Yes. With federal agents now involved. Yes, they are involved right today. See, Tiffany got four different personalities, family. Okay, she got four different personalities, which is very, very alarming within itself.
Now, she got the two gangster personalities.
And then she have the I'mma dig in your money personality.
Then she have this personality that will smile and con you as she have a plan for you to put you in deep hardship and dunk you out your money. Point blank period.
Ain't none of these personalities good at all. They all trifling.
Devil mode, demonic mode.
Yes. Yes. Let the article tell us some more. Yes, Tiffany Heno accused of running that place like a mafia. Yeah, she was Tiffany dressed up like the gangster.
Yeah.
Yeah. And she played bees better have my money. Now, this young lady here, Alexis Wilson, was deleted by some officers in Dalton, Illinois. Tiffany would not put up a condolences post for this lady.
And this happened up under Tiffany's watch. Okay. where they was trying to get Tiffany, Alexis Wilson, mother was trying to get Tiffany to at least give an apology or make their wrongs right for her daughter being deleted so terribly by Dalton police officers. Okay. They said it was like excessive excessive force.
They did show the video of it and the girl was scared, you know, she was trying to order some food. Um, and then for some reason these people that was in the restaurant called the police on her because she kept t uh Alexis was tapping on the window like, "Hey, y'all got my order wrong. I need to redo this here order." And they ain't want to be bothered with Alexis because it seemed like they was getting ready to close.
Okay. So, they called the police on Lexus. And then when the police got there, the police had excessive force when it came to dealing with Lexis. And Lexis was so scared at how they was bumrushing her in the car, she hit the gas to kind of leave and then they opened fire on her. Okay. Now, um but Tiffany never did say a condolences or nothing. Okay. Uh, and it went months had went by as y'all see.
And Tiffany still wouldn't say a word, but she got the nerve to talk to the residents this here week on her social media telling them they need to speak up.
But when this happened on Tiffany to our beautiful Alexis, Tiffany was hushmouth.
Yeah. Matter of fact, Tiffany has some nasty words about it. Yeah, she really did. Tiffany came out and it says investigators haven't yet said if Wilson was um and she wasn't found out she wasn't. Okay, but I just want y'all to see this part where it says Dalton Mayor Tiffany Henyard said she has not seen police body cam video yet, but is confident village officers acted appropriately. Okay. Uh Tiffany basically said uh this right here. Tiffany Henyard did do this is what she said. They did do the right thing. Mayor Henard said if anything they have saved the community from any crimes that could have happened last night. As if Alexis Wilson was a damn thug.
And this woman, Alexis Wilson, actually helped in the community, organized different other protesters. She helped in the community by helping others. She graduated uh from Flossmore College. I'm talking about just booming. She was um organizing her own business and things like that. But this is what Tiffany said about this here young lady.
She didn't even have Tiffany didn't even have the decency to say, "Hey, I haven't seen the video tape yet, the you know, body cams or anything like that yet, but we're still investigating and condolence to the family." None of that. None of that. She said basically, damn that uh basically it saved us from any other crimes that could have happened uh last night. meaning that maybe Alexis would have did something else. Wow.
Wow.
Yes.
And as y'all see right there, uh Alexis's mother, Miss Will Williams, she said that uh Alexis, you know, she helped protest and plan other forms of advocacy and organized organizing in the village. She did a lot. You know what I'm saying? So, she did, her mother did put down a lawsuit and I think her mother did get some type of settlement out of this deal, but it was a lot of deletions that happened on Tiffany watch that Tiffany ignored and would not give a condolences, wouldn't give nothing. And then one of the activists that was advocating for Alexis about Alexis demise and how the police officers was bumrushing her and how they did her and took her out and all that stuff. It was um advocacy group that was there protesting about first what Tiffany said was so coldarted, but that's just how Tiffany is. Okay. So, they was protesting about Tiffany coldhearted ways and how she said that with no regard, no condolence for the family, you know, losing their young daughter in this type of manner.
And Tiffany got tired of that activist protesting. And Tiffany had her police officers arrest the protester for protesting.
And that protester then sued the village for $30,000 and got a settlement for that because that protester was falsely arrested.
Mhm. That's how Tiffany do. But Tiffany got a nerve to say they don't really care about us. What?
And she the main one. So they just right here just telling how um you know that person was unjustly arrested and things like that. But I just wanted to say because see these here articles this is the Phoenix bird. See Tiffany renamed herself Phoenix. And I do know that a lot of people will say sometimes in my comment, "Oh, Phoenix means the rebirth of something." Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
We understand that. That's not what Tiffany named herself for. Tiffany is a criminal. Criminal behavior that's still operating in the same criminal manner.
So Tiffany renamed herself Phoenix just like y'all might have to go back and look at it because that chick who deleted a McDonald's manager has a evil and demonic soul. We went over that. The employee that deleted her McDonald's manager, her name was Phoenix Ryzen.
See, when some of these delusional, criminal behaved, evil, demonic souls, when they renamed hers they self Phoenix, it's not for the same reason that a lot of people think Phoenix is for.
You see?
Uhhuh.
Yeah.
See, this is a whole another ball game here.
You know, if a person had a substance abuse and something like that and then they say, "You know what? I'm I'm doing a new rebirth. I'mma be a changed person. I'mma do." That's totally different than from somebody with criminal demonic behavior saying rebirth, but then they don't.
They stay in the same demonic behavior soul of the devil.
The rebirth then becomes what you see on the screen. That dead bird Phoenix.
Mhm.
Yeah. So anyway, I want to say this too because wait a minute, it it's not over with family. I got to go to Shinquilla. But I do want to say this. I just forgot to take that part out of there. But it seems to me that the articles that we just read, it seems like Tiffany didn't care and don't care about the Dalton resident. She don't care nothing about the Falton County resident. She don't care nothing about Georgia, period. So, how can she fix her trout mouth to talk about somebody else? That's all I'm saying. Just toxic.
Just toxic.
So, let me go on because I'm just I'm blow, you know, because see, Tiffany is the type of person who would talk about someone else to manipulate others so people can't see through their dishonesty, evilness, and demonic ways.
That's exactly what Tiffany did on that post.
She used that post to kind of throw away the attention off of her to put it on somebody else.
Ant Tiffany demonic behavior that frequently accuses others of their flaws and their mistakes and their wrongs.
And she is actually guilty of the same thing she be accusing other people of.
She trying so hard to start drama in Dalton while she in Falton County and she's trying to start drama in Falton County. She full of drama. She full of chaos.
And she always stay in that gangster evil mode.
She soaks up criminal behavior. That's what she do.
And she still consider herself the mayor of the village of Dalton. And she thinks she's still in control of the village of Dalton. That's how come she we went over it a month ago with her still trying to tell them people who to vote for, how to vote, this what you do, this what's going on, this the ballot, this that.
She ain't helping them. She's trying to hurt people. that's in the village of Dolphin. She's trying to stop their bag while she's trying to dig in a bag in Falton County.
Mhm. And she still label herself as super mayor.
Mhm. She's still trying to pull those gangster tactics on the village of Dalton while she in Falton County.
Unbelievable.
Next.
Next. Shanquil, let's go to this because family, it took me a minute um to talk about the outcome that we heard in Shinquila's case, the last outcome about when they went to court May 13th, 2026. And when we heard and we went over uh De Jane had to appear in court, but she didn't appear in court, her lawyer did. And when we went over the fact that Dejane lawyer was using the fact that Shinquila's representatives on her side didn't turn in certain paperwork on time. They didn't file per proper paperwork on time. They was late doing that type of stuff. So Deja lawyer was using that to try to get the civil lawsuit against De Jane dropped. Okay.
And we was feeling real shaky and flaky about that. You know what I'm saying?
And the way he was describing it and putting it, we was like, "Oh man, we didn't know what the judge decision would be. Will the judge drop the civil lawsuit against Deja because of the paper filing was missed and things like that or will he continue or she continue the case to move forward? Well, we finally got a decision and I was going to talk about Shinquila's case further this week. I just needed time to cool off, family, because when I read what happened in their courtroom May 13th and we reported on it, I was too th I was heated, family. I was so disappointed. I didn't know how I just couldn't tell you how disappointed I was. Okay. Um, so I needed some time because I ain't want to mess around and be saying I want to ride some bumpers, but I didn't want to ride it, ride it till, you know, I lose my cool. So, I took the time to cool off.
Well, while doing that this week, that's when the judge came with a decision about Shinquila's case. And I have to say, it's a wonderful decision.
denied.
Yes, the judge came with some wonderful news and quicker than expected that Dejane request to dismiss the civil lawsuit against her has been denied. So, De Jane has to go to court about Shinquila's civil lawsuit. Mhm.
Pertaining her demise. Yes. Yes. So, family, please, that judge came with that decision quicker than I thought because y'all know when this case was in the Fed's hands, federal court hands, every time the judge will say he'll make a decision soon about what he going to do, it always took about 3 to four months for him to make that decision. Well, in this case, I thought the same thing. I kept saying it's going to be most likely another 3 to four months before this here judge make a decision. But no, no, no, no, no.
The state was rolling hard. The state moved quicker than the federal court.
That's what is given because it only been two weeks and that judge came right with the decision within a timely manner of two weeks and gave the their decision and their decision was to deny Deja Jackson her request to dismiss the civil lawsuit against her. Yes. So, can everybody put claps in the chat?
Please put prayer hands in the chat. Please put justice symbols in the chat. All that for Shinquila Robinson. Yes. Yes. Yes.
Please do. Let's take this moment to put claps in the chat, prayer hands in the chat, justice signs in the chat because that judge came back with their decision in a timely manner. It didn't take no months for that. No, it didn't.
So, I want y'all to hear some reports on the judge decision to deny fish stickick de Jane Jackson request to drop her from the civil lawsuit. Okay, so check this out right here, family. I want y'all to check this out. Man, if that's not some good news, I want y'all to check out this here news report that they talked about. The judge came back with that decision and said, "Oh, no. I'm not dropping nothing. This case will continue in civil court. Check it out."
woman who died while since this case now tied to the 2022 death of a Shinquilo Robinson. A Charlotte woman who died while vacationing in Mexico. So her death made international headlines after disturbing video showed Robinson being assaulted while on that trip. Her family later filed a lawsuit against the six people Robinson traveled with. So one of the group members who has now since changed her name the lawsuit dismissed.
Records now show that request was denied. That's the latest in this case.
Let's talk about it now with chief legal analyst Klay Rose. So when you look at this a name change first of all it's in the records what her old name was her new name now the judge now denied Ammani Green's request to dismiss be dismissed from this lawsuit kind of where does this stand and what does it say about this case >> most lawsuits >> okay so y'all heard him say uh de Jane with the name change and doing all that thought she was going to be slick you know and like oh they she didn't they didn't serve me a time manner, all that stuff like that. Okay.
Um, as y'all see, the judge denied it.
That was the most satisfying words of the week that the judge denied De Jane Jackson aka Immani Green. Yes, that you got to get up in that courtroom. Now check out what they say which most likely is getting ready to happen.
>> File this is the normal process. You file a complaint, the other side's going to file an answer and attached to that answer is going to be a motion to dismiss. Um so that that's typical lawyering. Exactly what you want to have this when you file a motion to dismiss specifically a 12P6 motion. This is saying that they have failed the state of claim which relief can be sought. And the court is not actually weighing the evidence. It's not trying to determine who's telling the truth. They're only saying, "Hey, inside of your complaint, in the four corners of this document, have you drafted this complaint in a way that connects with the law and is it a complaint where we can give you some type of relief?" If the answer is no, they're going to dismiss the complaint.
If the >> So, y'all see why me and my team was so worried because when they went to court on May 13th, okay, uh 2026, this case that day wasn't about what they did to Shinquilla, what happened to Shinquilla, none of that.
They was in court May 13th to see if all the paperwork was done properly, how it was done, and was it done in a timely manner, or if it wasn't done in a timely manner, is it something there to show that a big good reason for why it wasn't done or was done.
Okay. So, that what this was. And so, when Deja's lawyer brought up the fact that Shinquila's representation on her her family side didn't file some things at a timely manner, we was kind of shaky because the judge can make that call to dismiss. But then he has to weigh on why was it filed late? Was it a good enough reason? What was the reason? And the reason was Deja was playing identity swap.
She was swapping identities during the time they kept trying to file or find her file paperwork under Deja and then she would say oh no my name ain't de Jane my name Imani and now they have to refile right quick to put Imani on it and then when they put Imani on it some of the time had passed and then when they was trying to find Deja to serve her papers and they will find her but then they would say De Jane is no longer De Jane she's Imani Green so you got to change that uh little order or subpoena that you got trying to serve me and you got to make that name Imani Green before I accept it.
So Deja was playing identity swap at the time that they trying to server and file papers which was making certain things late.
Okay. And then De Jane was going to use that to say, "Oh, they ain't they ain't they ain't find me on time anyway." you know, the uh statute of limitation of them serving me is up and they they didn't find me and when they found me, it was after the statue of limitation and so throw this out. So it was just so confusing. And as you see the type of people that Shinquilla was actually dealing with down there in Mexico, Cabo, Mexico, she was dealing with some evil demonic people and po thing didn't even realize it. Because when you have some people like this that can swap identities just to keep from being served and then when people file paperwork with their original name on it, they turn around and switch their name to another name which they can say that's not me, that's somebody else cuz I done changed my name. So now find me under my new name that I identity swapped with. What?
Come on now.
So that was the reason why they was in court May 13th family. Okay. It was for that reason right there only.
And then if the judge let the case go on, then the case will go to trial about what happened to Shanquilla. Okay. and why her family feel Cowboy 6 is li liable in a civil suit. Okay. And so listen to what else he says. I just wanted to break that part down.
>> Answer is yes. Then ultimately the court will deny it and the case will continue to go forward. But most cases die at this moment. They sit at this motion for 126 dismissal stage and defense defendants are successful in getting them dismissed because alleging and being able to state that something occurred and being able to connect facts in the law to those things are something totally different. All right, I'm gonna go back to the name change though because we don't know why she changed her name but >> okay. So, as you heard him say, family that most of the time when the courts get to this point right here where you have about the filings and things like that usually and you have to have a lot of factual evidence. Usually, it works in the defendant favor and these cases usually stop at this point, meaning they usually be dismissed at this point.
But I guess because it was so many factual evidence and how Deja was swapping identities, the judge seen that, oh, she is really trying to avoid this. She was swapping names, which did make it so hard for the family to locate her. you know, she was doing this on purpose basically, you know, so he didn't dismiss it. But rarely does a case go on from this point. Usually the case does get dismissed when they're having a file and paper dispute type thing. Okay. But this judge let ruled to continue.
>> My thing is I know that 2 plus 2 equals four. So if you try and change your name, does that then take away your charges in any way? I mean, how just so people can understand, you changing your name doesn't mean the case goes away, right?
>> No, this is probably more to just outside of the court of actual court, but in the court of public opin opinion, you're trying to make sure that you can live your life and not deal with the the secondary consequences that come with being connected to a civil case involving a wrongful death. You're not talking about um a a criminal complaint.
They went through this and recognized that there was not enough information there to be able to charge these folks, but still having your name connected to when anyone searches for online to say, "Hey, your name pops up wrongful death."
You don't want that. So, you change your name to distance yourself from that. But no, it won't remove the charges to charge.
>> See, that's what Deja did. She changed her name to distance herself from the deletion that her and her goons did to Shinquilla.
Okay? And just by changing her name still does not change the fact that it's still the same damn trifling backyard Barbie who did it.
Okay. But De Jane was trying to be so slick.
Yes. And these are the two people that are talking family. Yeah, it was, you know, their show, but they broke it down and shout out to them because they did break it down very well for everybody.
So, y'all were here and know. Okay, now check out something else he said because I want to say something about that as well.
>> Will still be I should say the complaint will still be connected to you >> and your social security number. Okay.
So now that she is now remaining as a defendant, what are the next major steps in this case that we're >> I mean the discovery process takes a long time. I tell folks all the time, litigation is long. Litigation is expensive. So you're going through litigation. Discovery is key.
Interrogatories, depositions, you're waiting to answer a lot of questions. So if you actually get to a hearing to a trial, both sides, plaintiffs and defendants will be prepared to go to trial. You can't prepare if you don't go through the discovery process. Now understand family that's another thing.
So, we all going to have to be patient on that because he is telling the truth on that. Family, when you go through the discovery process, that takes a long time, months, at least about six to seven months, okay? Cuz you have to have depositions, all that type of stuff coming in now, okay? And that's just on de Janei because remind you, they are all looking like they're doing their cases separately. They're not joined in together. So now you got six different times to do all these discoveries. Okay.
But right now we only talking about De Jane because her case was denied. So what will happen from this point with De Jane is that discovery processes. That's when the depositions and things like that will go on. It's going to take some more money. Lawyer fees taking more time up. Now, in my opinion, Deja really probably didn't have loyalty to begin with because remember family when they did finally catch up with Deja, she tried to represent herself, remember?
And when she tried to represent herself, that's when she did fell in that quicksand and toll on herself and said self-defense is why Shinquila died. I plead self-defense and that she started it with me or whatever. But the thing is that was the first time that Deja messed around there and confessed that it was her that we saw on that video. Okay. So, we eliminate every everybody else. No, that wasn't her. That, you know, that look like this. That look like No, no, no, no, no. Deja said for herself when she was trying to represent herself without a lawyer, she said in her statement that she pleaded self-defense.
Then when I did a video and because it wasn't it I probably guess it was some more they did videos but I specifically pointed out this was the first time that uh De Janea confessed on herself and that it was a good go from there because she admitted it. Now after De Jane did that she realized uhoh I done effed up when keeping it real goes wrong. Right.
So then that's when she got her a lawyer.
And I felt I feel like my opinion that Deja didn't get a lawyer from the beginning because she basically didn't really have it. And then when she saw she made that terrible mistake by confessing that it was self-defense on her end, that it was her that attacked Shinquilla, then that's when she got something together where she had a lawyer. Well, now that this process is over with and the charges has been denied against her and she has to continue on all the way to the civil lawsuit trial, De Jane is going to need even more money to get this lawyer to continue the case. Or if that lawyer don't want to continue the case, she will have to find another lawyer and spend more money.
Okay. So, this is just going to be a big thing with her all the way around. And she most likely swinging in the air.
Yeah. Cuz she's mad. She kind of off, you know, to me. Anybody that do what she did on video is off to me. They not working too good upstead, you know. Uh that's just my opinion, you know. But she knew what she was doing cuz she still was smart enough to switch names.
And that's another thing. She can't say like, "Oh, let's take a competency test to see if she's competent." No, no, no, no, no, no, dog. You very well damn sure show competent because you went to every extreme to change your name to keep from getting caught. That shows you have plenty of sense, sister. Yes. Yes. Yes.
Yes. Yes. So, it's no getting out of that. Now, uh, on this other hand is that when they appear in court, you hear this man say if it goes to trial. Well, I want to say something about that if it goes to trial. But I'mma let them continue right now, family. So, check this out.
>> So, it'll be a lot more sitting down, a lot more interviews, a lot more discussion, a lot more written responses to questions. Now he's telling Hold on cuz he's telling he's telling >> you're going through litigation.
Discovery is keyverse depositions. You're waiting to answer a lot of questions. So if you actually get to a hearing to a trial, both sides, plaintiffs and defendants will be prepared to go to trial. You can't prepare if you don't go through the discovery process. So, it'll be a lot more sitting down, a lot more interviews, a lot more discussion, a lot more written responses to questions, and then ultimately either side will come together and say, "Yes, we can agree with some type of settlement or no, we're going to trial." So, a lot more waiting um on both sides and a lot more reading and writing.
>> All right, this is a civil case. It's not a criminal case. So, I know you've explained the differences before, but what needs to happen specifically and you know, what is what needs to be proven? Well, the the standard in a criminal case is a reasonable doubt, right? The standard in a civil case is proponents of the evidence. So, you're talking about two different standards.
Now, both of them are high higher standards, but they're not.
>> Okay, before he talk about the higher standards, family, let me just say this.
Y'all notice, cuz I'm going to say something about that, too. You notice he said, "If it be a trial, I want to talk about that." And then he said if it be a settlement uh about them settling and the agreement about settling. Okay. Um I want to say something about those two points right there, but I'mma let him continue.
>> Is high the the civil standard is nowhere near as high as a criminal case.
And so that is proving a case beyond a reasonable doubt is extremely hard. You have to get everyone on that same page to be able to agree that there's not even a doubt, but I should say a reasonable doubt that this occurred or didn't occur. Performance of the evidence is significantly lower. But again, that's if it gets to a jury trial. Um, which if I'm looking at this and I'm having a crystal ball, I doubt that this one goes to a jury trial.
>> All right, Kie France.
>> Okay. He said he highly doubts that it will go to a criminal trial, right? I mean that it will go to trial. He said he highly doubts that this case will go to a jury trial. Okay, that's his opinion, his professional opinion. Um my opinion, it will go to trial. I think it's going to go to trial.
The reason being family is that Cowboy 6 has avoided the Robinson family in every way they could. Okay. In every way they could.
And this civil case could turn into a criminal case if Shinquila family representative execute this case with stellar law skills. Okay.
um selling out of court.
I don't think that's going to happen because I'm trying to figure out what do they have left to kind of settle with and it's been four years that they could have switched a lot of their assets out of their names to make it look like they don't really have nothing for you to get anyway.
Okay, because look at all the extent that they have done to not be held accountable for Shinquila's deletion.
They have went through all measures, the Cowboy 6, to keep from being held accountable. They disregard her deletion. They act like Shinquila don't even damn matter. So they was coming on United States soil, tamping with evidence, getting rid of evidence, all that stuff. Um, most likely swapping assets out of their names. Hey, De Jane clearly changed her whole damn name to keep from being held accountable for the deletion of Shinquila. So when you say that a family may settle with these type people, I highly don't think so.
I really don't.
What will they offer in a settlement?
Jail time. That's the only thing I can see if it was me that I could settle with. Y'all gonna y'all y'all agree to at least everybody getting uh 15 years to 20 years in jail? If not, I don't want to settle nothing cuz y'all ain't about got nothing anyway. And you about done gave away all your stuff and gave it to somebody else, switched it over in somebody else name and all that stuff.
So, I'll be going a lifetime waiting on y'all to pay me what we settled. And then according to how y'all treated me within these four years about my loved one, y'all ain't going to still ain't going to pay me anyway. So I just I just take it all the way to the gusto. And let's let's just go ahead on do the jury trial because I'mma make sure that my pitbull lawyers do this trial in a stellar skills that it's going to turn into a criminal trial. And once it turn into a criminal trial, a civil suit can turn into a criminal trial if you do it right. It can turn criminal if the lawyers does it in a strategic way and do it right. Yeah. Yeah, it can.
It can. And there go right there. Okay.
Yes. A civil lawsuit can result in criminal charges in North Carolina through the civil case itself does not magically become criminal. Instead, the evidence or testimony uncovered during civil litigation can trigger a separate criminal investigation by state or federal authorities.
So yes, I would go all the way if it was me. You see what I'm saying? Ain't no selling with you.
Not the way you've treated me for goddamn four years without my loved one acting like my love one worth nickel.
Left her over there and everything hoping that her body wouldn't be found.
And then you come back here on United States soil tampering with evidence lying and carrying on and switching your names and all that kind of stuff. Oh no, no, no, no. See, I'm scared to settle with you because you done already showed me you're conniving. You're low down.
You're demonic. You ain't going to do nothing right even with a settlement. So I want a jury trial. Let's do it all the way through, sister. Yeah. Cuz most likely my lawyers that I have is going to do this thing so strategically till y'all are going to mess around there and this here silver suit is going to turn into a criminal trial because of the evidence inside of this silver suit.
Yes. Yes.
Yeah.
But the thing about it, Shrilla case is going to need a hell of a lot of hands-on attention.
Her case is going to need top priority with no missing deadlines, no late filings to the court, none of that.
This is where more work is going to be required out of Shinquila Robinson's representatives that's representing her case. Mhm. Yeah. So, y'all see it. Yeah.
It could turn criminal. And this right here can make it turn criminal if it's done right. Yes. If it's done right. If it's done right. See how De Jane is uh doing that. Yeah. Uh-huh.
That oxy, it can show criminal if it's done right.
If this case is done right in a civil trial, it can turn criminal cuz they messed up Shinquilla's spine, her front parts, her head, around her stomach area, all that. All that. So this case can go from civil and turn into criminal like I said if it's done right.
So shout out to the state judge for not dismissing de Jane from his civil lawsuit and for making the decision in a timely manner. You know my opinion this case will most likely go to trial. Okay.
I think so.
And you know, because these these six is just trifling, man. It's no way but to make them go all the way through. And I really hope that they do go all the way through with it. No settling. I mean, you can't we can't say nothing if the family does now. You know that that's up to the family's decision. I'm just saying my opinion. If it was me, they ass will go all the way to the jury trial because I'm going to make sure that the lawyers I have, them pit bulls, going to definitely make sure that this thing here turns into a criminal trial.
It's enough evidence to turn this trial into a criminal trial. Yeah.
With that stellar performance, it can.
Yeah.
And like I said, I would make sure you notice I said I make sure my lawyers with a S because you're going to need about two at least no less than two lawyers to tackle this because it's six of them. And most likely the way it looks, all six of them have different lawyers.
So you got to your lawyer have to be able to tackle six different lawyers.
Okay? So that's why I said I would definitely have like two of my lawyers.
Yeah, most definitely. No ands, ifs, buts about it, you know.
And this case just hit me so hard, family, because as you know, um, I talked to Mr. Robertson when a lot of this stuff was going on and you know it looked like the Cowboy when the Cowboy 6 was just playing in the family face or whatever and me and Shinquila Robertson's father had a long conversation. The Knowledge family who's been with me a long time already know this. Okay. And um we did offer me and my team that we would provide Mr. Robertson with an attorney. Okay. To tackle Cowboy 6.
Um it was three attorneys that um I deal with. Pit Bulls, uh Rock Wallers. They don't play in court. their track record is all wins. Okay. And they don't play with you. So when we talked to Mr. Robinson, uh, and we had I had a lot of I had a lot of haters to um on this here YouTube mail um that was mad that I was talking to Mr. Robertson and the family because I guess that person was close to the mother's side. I was talking to Mr. Robertson, the father. Okay. And he felt he was being left out of a lot of things. Right. So when me and Mr. Robinson was talking, I did uh offer that he didn't have to pay a dime. Okay.
These lawyers was ready to step in. I got with the lawyers. They said, "Yeah, we ready." Right. And Mr. Robertson was grateful of that. The only thing that my lawyers needed was a consent from the mother. Mr. Robinson would have to get consent from Shinquula Robinson's mother to say that. Yes.
he can get representation from these lawyers. Okay? And the lawyers that I was having was going to just take over the case.
But then it comes to find out that Shinquila's mother on that side wasn't really able or Mr. Robinson felt like she wouldn't sign it over to new lawyers because she was already up under contract with other representatives and it would have caused a big mess, right? So, we left it alone and Mr. Robinson always said, "She'll get justice. She's going to get justice." and we said, "Yeah." So, this is the type of work that I I do along with us doing weddings and parties and anniversaries for people. We also do this type of work, okay? Where we help people in a time of need such as this.
Um, and it was hurtful.
So when I saw that news article two weeks ago that said that Deja's lawyer was saying it was some filings missing and let's throw it out and dismiss and dismiss and all that. It hurt me harder to see that. So that's why I needed time a good two weeks before I come back and talk about Shinquila's case.
Well, while I was cooling off and I was just about this week getting ready to talk about Shinquila's case, the judge made a decision. So, that was awesome to hear. Okay.
So, um I just want to say that you know I've always we here cafe of knowledge and the knowledge family we stay on top of Shinquila case regardless. Okay. When I don't say nothing, believe me, we on top of it. Okay. Uh, and I know sometimes I have had some people say, you know, hey, the judge, you know, they they'll let me know some updates and I appreciate all the updates that people lets me know, but I already most likely know it. I just haven't got the time to talk about it, but it's coming. Just put it that way. Okay. So in Khalil's case, we know that Dejane fishstick Deja Jackson will be going all the way and she got to go to the civil, you know, lawsuit trial or whatever unless she settles. I don't think a settle going to be done or whatever. But then you have Khalil Cook down here that he went to court on the same day as Dejane Jackson, but they did they wasn't together now. They had two separate times of showing up, but it was the same day. Okay. And Khalil asked the court that he wanted to dismiss this case against him, civil suit against him, and he want the judge to send Shinquila's case back to Mexico far as he is concerned on his side of the case. Okay. And the judge said that Khalil motion he will make a decision on Khalil's motion in July. He or she. I don't know if that judge is a he or she.
I'm just saying. But Khalil has to do his motion will continue July 22nd, 2026. Okay? and we'll see what the judge say because we see that the judge came right back and did a dismissal uh did not dismiss Deja's.
Now is Khalil. Khalil asked for the case the civil lawsuit to be dismissed against him and go back to Mexico. The judge said that they did they got to come back to a motion on July 22nd and we'll see what happens there. my opinion, Khalil Cook's request will not be granted. I don't think so at all.
I don't think the judge is going to dismiss um Khalil Cook's case and send it back to no damn Mexico. I don't think that's going to fly. I don't think the judge going to do that at all. But that's the motion that Khalil put in. Okay. because I don't think that the judge is going to do that. And like they said, this right here is not for what he did to Shanquila or what happened to Shinquila and all that stuff. Um, it's just a matter of the filings. The same thing that went on with De Jane going to see was everything filed right, was he contacted in appropriate manner and things like that.
If so, then they will continue. But I noticed that Khalil put in his motion that he wants the case to be sent to Mexico.
So when they go back July 27th, that's when most likely Shinquila representatives is going to bring up why the case shouldn't be sent back to Mexico, which most likely will bring up the fact that Khalil had his hands on a crime scene. Some things of the crime scene evidence. He had his hands on evidence from the crime scene. bought it back on United States soil, which was Shinquila's suitcase.
Yes, Khalil took critical evidence from a crime scene in Mexico and bought it all the way back on United States soil, then bought the suitcase to Shinquilla's mother and said Shinquila passed the alcohol poison when the video shows us that's simply a lie.
Okay. So, Khalil tampered with evidence of at a crime scene, bought it back on United States soil, then took that same critical evidence and took it over to her mother's house, and then he was tampering with evidence. So, I don't think Khalil Cook case will be dismissed and sent back to Mexico because he did a hell of a lot of things on United States soil which can keep this case inside of a United States civil courtroom.
Yeah. So, I don't think that's going to fly family at all. and far as the other four trifling ones because these two already done been to court. Now it's these trifling four.
Okay. And all six of them tampered with evidence on United States soil. They covered up Shinula's deletion on United States soil. They was lying on United States soil. And they brought all that uh criminal evidence to Shinquilla's mother's house, which is Shinquila's suitcase on United States soil. They did a lot of things on United States soil.
So, I don't think any of them is going to get their case dismissed, but we'll see about Khalo case that'll be coming up in July 22nd and we will keep our eyes on that. We will also keep our eyes on the other trifling four for their court cases that should be coming up pretty soon. Okay. But it's long time overdue.
That baby girl get her justice for what these trifling cowboys did to her and then act like she didn't even damn matter. And I think 2027 will heat up with a trial.
I don't think a settlement. I'm going to keep saying jury trial that I think is going to go to jury trial. So that was the update on Shinquila Robertson. And uh I also want to say this right here. Um as we as I finish, you know, closing out on Shinquula's case, I do want to um play this right here. Just hold on, family. Just hold on for me. Hold on.
Just hold on. But anyway, I don't think that They're going to get no jury. I mean, I don't think they're going to get it dismissed, but here you go. Because I just want to end this little part of Shinquila's thing and then I do my donation shout outs. But I want to do this little thing about Shinquila's father and I want to end this right here, her segment with this part with my boy Mr. Robinson. Okay, I want to just close her part with my boy Mr. Robinson saying this right here.
>> Justice will be served.
Justice will be served. It's going to be served. It's going to be served.
>> And so what does that justice >> Yeah.
>> Justice will be served.
Justice will be served. It's going to be served. It's going to be served.
>> And so what does that justice look like?
>> Yeah. So see It will be served. It will be served.
