He gets off of the bench and I am just like sprawled out. But then he gets back on the bench and he puts my feet on him and then he starts like massaging my feet and I like I don't understand like really what's happening and I'm like lowkey just being fine about it because I'm like okay like massage my feet. I guess it's not I guess it's not weird if he's not act No cuz it was like I want to ensure goodwill with that team and follow up promptly with meetings with these customers so that that team can see that we're taking advantage of it.
Third reminder, we've got a little engagement survey. I'm going to run this once a month in Q3. We believe it's anonymous, but nevertheless, everyone has their own custom ID. So, I'll ask Jessica to send it to Fabian and Karina.
Anybody else?
>> So, I just I hadn't seen it, Scott, but I searched my email real quick. Um, >> Josh did a great job of creating some new views.
Uh, one of which is sort of this flowchart showing how mature we're going to be at a given point in time, which raised questions about whether uh we were forecasting that accurately.
If you haven't already, please go in and either confirm that it's accurate or update it.
Thanks to Kenny for creating that issue.
Uh, somebody added direction maturity page.
You want to talk about that?
>> It was just me. You were so add Hey.
>> Hey.
>> Give me a nap. It's like two.
>> Oh, [ __ ] I just tired.
>> I'm just going to go to my room.
>> Okay. I'm so tired.
>> Is there something that's like wrong or are you just >> No, no, nothing's wrong. I'm just tired.
>> Okay.
>> Can we talk? Yeah. No, I'm fine. I just like wanted to maybe like talk since we never like talk in the daytime.
>> Yeah, we can talk. I I'm I'm just tired.
>> Okay.
>> Do you want me to get like water, food, anything?
>> No.
>> So fine. Thank you.
>> Okay.
>> Okay. Bye.
>> Oh, we just do things differently. It's just We're very different people and it sometimes it doesn't work.
>> Okay.
>> And especially when I'm doing work. I know that you're you don't have a job and that's okay, but I'm really >> I'm sorry. I'm really stressed out.
>> No, it's fine. Like, I get it. I just didn't think that me playing a phone.
>> It's just It's not the phone. It's more than the phone. It's everything. It's It's all It's >> okay. I'm sorry that I didn't I guess I >> I'm sorry. I just I It's messy all the time. You don't clean up after yourself.
I feel like I'm like living with some I don't know. I don't know. I I'm angry and I don't This isn't working.
>> Okay. Um what do you what do you want to do about that? I feel like I I just really like don't I don't know how to react to this properly. I didn't expect this conversation. So, >> but I >> You don't expect any conversation? I don't expect this conversation about you.
>> We've never had it. We never can have a conversation because you never want to have a conversation.
I'm sorry. I'm just stressed. That's all. It's just work and I'm >> It's okay.
>> Maybe. Yeah, we can talk about it another time. I'm I think I'm just a little I'm just tired from >> We can talk about it another time. I'm sorry, though.

When you were finishing up school, were you like nervous about it or like scared about it or how were you feeling?
>> Yeah, of course I was scared. I think it's like Ending things is hard and starting new things. It's scary, but I also I don't know. I felt very relieved when I was done with school. I think you'll feel the same way. But I don't know. I mean, do you like what you're doing? I just like I don't know what kind of thing I'll be doing after because you're just like constantly prepared for this real world and that is when you finish high school. but it's also apparently not because when you're in college they also tell you after that you're going to be into the real world.
So it's like don't know when that's going to start and I don't know what it's going to actually be like um if this isn't real because it feels pretty real. So well first of all you don't need to know what you're doing. Like I don't know. I think it all is just going to come and that's kind of like the whole real thing about the world is that's just like everything's just going to happen. And I think, you know, it's like I don't love my job.
It's like lifeless. It sucks it out of me. But I think the fact that I get to do auditions and stuff on the side for acting, it's like, okay, my my four years of school that I worked really hard at is like feels more worth it.
It's like, oh, I still get to try and do what I want even though it's like a hard thing to make money off of, I guess. Yeah.
Is it weird to see me go through like the same or I don't know if it's actually the same, but I guess similar thing that you did before or >> Yeah, it is weird. I think it just makes me feel really glad to be out of it.
>> Yeah. I don't know. It's Yeah.
>> I'm going to put this. Is it supposed to be like for front-facing light?
>> I mean, yeah. For this, I think that would be good.
>> Okay.
Does it look good?
>> I think it looks good.
>> Yeah, that's good. Okay.
>> Okay.
>> Okay. And whenever you're ready, Hi, I'm Ella Rimbo and I'm 24 years old.
I'm based in New York City and I'm 58.
And today I'm going to be doing Hannah's monologue from Arcadia.
>> Okay.
Like once again, not that I know of what is going to be good or bad, but I think speaking like a little bit more confidently, slower, >> but also more together. Like your sentence is more together.
>> You know what I mean? Like not that you're 5'8" after saying like, "I'm 5'8" like >> Okay. Okay. I think you got this one though.
>> Okay. Does it look good?
>> Yes. Okay. I just want to make sure there's no shadow.
>> Yes. Yes.
>> Okay. Should I go?
>> Yeah. Go.
>> Hi, I'm Ella Rimbo. I'm 24 years old and I'm based in New York City. Today I'm going to be doing Hannah's Monologue from Arcadia.
I hated that. Okay, >> redo.
>> Okay, one more time. Do you I'm like not confident in this light. Let me just turn on this lamp for safety. Okay. All right. Does that look good?
>> Yeah. Okay. Yeah, that definitely eliminates some shadows. All right. One more time. You got this time.
>> Okay. Should I go?
>> Yes. Yes.
[ __ ] >> You got it. You got it.
>> Okay.
Hi, I'm Ella Rimbo. I'm 24 years old and I'm based in New York City. I'm 5'8 and today I'm going to be doing Hannah's monologue from Arcadia.
>> Perfect. That was awesome.
>> Good.
>> Hopefully I didn't talk. Okay, wait. I think that would Let me just rewatch it.
Heat. Heat.
