[00:00:56]Um the the To be precise, there's a presumption that all courtroom proceedings that are open to the public, and this is I'll note that no one's here, um no one cares enough to come down, apparently, um despite their their interest online, um are subject to electronic coverage.

[00:01:16]So, there's an underlying presumption that there should be uh or it should be allowed, um and then I have to make particularized findings under that subsection, uh whether to allow it in whole or in part.
