Uh yes the postmortem report has been uh declared that the viscera is going to be preserved and the cardio-respiratory collapse due to the massive pulmonary uh thrombus. This is the reason which is behind the cardiac arrest of Prateek Yadav. Although some of the facts are coming out from the sources that in the morning 4:00 a.m. Prateek Yadav was found in his kitchen and then uh the servants and the other people who were in the house and they took him to the civil hospital.
He reached there at 5:00 p.m.
The examination of Prateek Yadav the postmortem All right let's also go across now to Dr. P.S.V. Rao, Padma Shri doctor with us in the conversation here.
Uh Dr. Rao thank you very much for joining us. More and more cases are now coming forward of young people even under 40 years of age passing away suffering cardiac arrests and losing their lives. Why do you think this is happening? What are the reasons that are being enumerated?
The major cause is uh lifestyle problem. Mhm. People have become uh following a very sedentary lifestyle.
They have previous uh this generation would be doing a lot of walking, cycling and uh a lot of physical effort involved in day-to-day activities. Now, people are using vehicles to travel.
And uh uh they are also for all the when they're at home, they'll be sitting in a couch and watching TV using a remote. In the office, they'll be sitting in front of a computer all the time.
So, when there is a lack of physical effort, it increases the risk of cholesterol, of clots, of all these issues, and also of clots in the lower limbs if you're just sitting all the time.
And in addition to it, there is a problem of obesity because it is not only a lack of exercise, it is use of lot of uh uh processed foods, high-calorie processed foods without any fiber. So, we are not neither eating our natural diet, nor we are we uh walking around and doing any daily effort. Mhm. And in addition to it, there is a lot of stress, lack of sleep, and also the problem of uh uh this uh uh alcohol, tobacco, and various other such uh toxins.
Now, all this leads to these issues of body aging fast. The more obese you are, the faster you age.
I have repeatedly written about this Mhm. that the biological age is more important than your calendar age. Now, you your question is, people are dying at 40. I'm saying if you had checked their biological age before they died at 40, you may have found them at 60 years.
Okay. The So, the biological age is totally connected um with various other health issues, and especially with excess fat in the body.
Excess fat in the body disturbs the entire hormonal balances and leads to rapid aging.
It is very important to keep the fat content of your body as low as possible and to strengthen muscles and bones by exercise. Right doctor, for now thank you very much for joining us and for helping our viewers with that important advice. It's time viewers for a very quick break. We'll be right back with our IPL show.
