Saskatchewan-based information services corporation ISC has been acquired by Toronto-based investment service company Plenary Americas in a $1.2 billion all-cash deal, with ISC maintaining its headquarters in Regina and continuing to operate as an independent provincial company; the transaction received unanimous board approval and is expected to close in the third quarter of this year.
