Overcoming Ignorance: The Root of Unhappiness

[00:00:03]And that makes a lot of sense because we think, oh, people no longer have willpower or they no longer have virtue, they no longer have all these things.

[00:00:12]But at the root of it all is ignorance.

[00:00:16]Is the fact that we don't know, we don't understand.

[00:00:21]We we do one thing thinking we are getting what we want and uh we thinking that this is what will provide us with happiness and yet in today's society we are more unhappy than we have ever been and there are more problems than we have ever had before especially mentally.
