[00:00:00]as we kind of slide back into we're sliding back into segregation. There are parts of this country that are very segregated. Yes. Um there are communities that are very segregated. As we slide back into denial of voting for people, as we slide back into segregation, I think it's important to remember this history.

[00:00:20]>> I am going to amen you on that, Professor, and say not only is it important that we will remember this history, but it's also important that different communities that have benefited from the challenge, the death, the lives of African-Americans for segregation, those communities need to remember it as well. Absolutely. They they need to learn about it. They need to learn about it.

[00:00:48]>> learn about it and be aware of the reason I can go into this hotel is because of African-Americans. The reason I can go into different colleges is because of African-Americans. So yes, we all need to remember that, but communities need to remember that and learn about it as well.
