[00:00:00]Hello to my curious little children. I hope all of you are doing absolutely good. So hear me out carefully. There's an important update that have come from KSN regarding the marks entry. So previously I did a video on who all have to do marks entry and what is the entire process and everything and I saw certain comments regarding uh the problems that you are facing. Uh I'll tried my best to make sure that all of your grievances are being sorted over here with the help of this particular video. But make sure you watch it. And also the reason I'm redoing this particular video on the topic on the same topic is because there's an official notice that have come. Okay. So it's something new that I also did not expect to come. I because I understand that the gravity of this particular thing is very much that is exactly why they have put up a notice and in the notice they have clearly said one very important thing.

[00:00:48]You are informed to update the marks immediately feeling which your UGCT results will be withheld. That means you will not get your CCT results if at all you are not entering your marks. Now over here they had explained that is the bottom line of this whole update which is there. Now I'll try to solve some questions with which you will get to understand that who has to do it who do not have to do it and what are the things that you're going to face. Okay the first thing Karnataka PU board students have to do this process or not.

[00:01:18]Karnataka PU berance do not have to do this process as in basically if at all you had passed second PU from Karnataka this year or the previous year whether you are a dropper you do not have to do this process because the process of autofetching your details will be done automatically okay you do not have to do anything okay I hope that is clear second question Karnataka CBC board or IC board students have to do this process as in children who are there in Karnataka and are in some CBC affiliated schools or ICAC affiliated schools. Do they have to do this process since they are in also Karnataka? The answer would be yes, you have to do it. You have to do the process because you belong to a different board. That is the reason why you have to do it. Okay. Okay. Now, question number three, what to do if respective board results are not yet out. So basically this particular uh information has clearly said one very important thing that all CBC, IC and other state board students are informed to update the information immediately.

For example, you Telangana over here you have Kerala and I got um certain comments where they said that the results are not out yet for Kerala. What should I be doing? So for you children for uh those of you who results are not out yet guys you need to wait for some time as soon as your results are out please make sure you update it that's the only thing that you can do we cannot do anything apart from that and also one more very important thing I also for Telangana students I'm telling you even I tried to find the class 12th uh markshit through dijaka I was not able to if at all I get an answer to it I'll definitely make a video on it as well okay yes so I hope that is Clear? So anyone who is awaiting for their results, please make sure once you get your results, you put it there because we cannot do anything more. You cannot create your own results, right? Yes. Now what to do if it's fetched in the diger but still not able to be uploaded. Now I will be answering this question towards the end because I think the entire process need to be known for that. So first thing that you have to do is that you have to download DJ locker app from either play store or app store. App store in the case of iOS software and play store in the case of Android. It looks something like this. You can look at the ratings and according to which you have to download it. Do not download any spam things which are there. Cool.

[00:03:56]Now after you have done that you will be getting a popup of stuff like that and later you will be getting this particular thing. You have to click on get started. Okay this particular page is going to open and you have to click on get started. Now once you have done that you have to put in your mobile number a valid mobile number where you will be able to get receive your OTP and things like that. Now there are chances that you are someone who have already logged in before in diger you have created an account before that can also be the case. So in that case try to recall the number and then if it is active use that number okay yes if not it's okay totally fine you can create a new account as well. So anyway put in your mobile number and then go with continue. Once you do that what is going to happen? So over here my digil locker account was already there. I forgot the password but my diger account was already there. So the option that I am getting is that I can go into this particular account or I can create a new account. Similarly, Baba, if at all you are someone who had no account before, you will get an option to create a new account. Okay? And once you do that, you just have to fill in your certain details as in date of birth and name, uh your gender as well as your email and things like that. Make sure you put valid things. This is a government thing. So, you do not have to be worried about getting spammed by so many mails and things like that. Okay. So, once you have done that, what happens? Basically uh if you are someone who had your uh what do you say account they will be asking you an OTP as in so not OTP they will be asking you a six-digit security pin if you're creating an account they will be asking you to make a security pin either way now if you're someone who have forgot the security pin as in you had an account you forgot security pin basically they will be sending you an OTP and after putting the OTP you can create the new pin which is there so that is a process only if at all you're forgetting If you're not forgetting, if you're creating a new account all together, then my dear children, you just have to set a new pin and write it somewhere because that will be useful for you. Cool. Yes. So that is also done. And now finally you will be logged in your picture and things like that would be coming. Most probably other card picture would be coming in. And now what exactly happens is that over here you see the page entirely clearly right.

[00:06:16]Click on search and once you click on search you will be getting a tab like this where whatever your board is for example I'm looking for CBSC board so I'm writing CBSC when I'm writing CBSC automatically a lot of things would be coming up okay merit certificate this that blah blah blah a lot of things will be there so I see class 12th mark sheet I want the class 12th mark sheet so I just have to click on class 12th mark sheet okay once I click on class 12th mark sheet my name from the Aadhaar card I have to type it over here role number you have to type it you have to put in or year. Okay. And then finally year as in basically whatever you passed out that's the year and then you have to put a tickle mark and get the document. Now once you do that it will be showing that the fetch document is being fetched that particular window would be opened up over here. Similarly Baba for whatever board you are for example you're in Kerala board or any other board you just have to type it over here and that will be visible. Cool. Yes. Now this is the part I was saying I was not able to find for the Telangana uh region but uh if at all I get an idea about it I'll definitely let you know about that.

[00:07:23]Now there is one more step and that is once the document is being fetched it will be coming like this my issued documents. So documents that you have already fetched that will be coming over here. So Aadhaar and pan I had what do you call fetched it before and now I had fetched what the class 12th mark sheet this will be v is what do you say visible over here so you can directly go to click on this particular thing issued and there also you can try to find it okay yes and that's how it's been done it's done over here now what you have to do over here is that you have fetched in dig locker right after fetching in DJ locker just a secondh yeah after fetching in DJ locker go to KA website. Okay. You will be seeing this thing that is 2026 login for autofetching marks for CBC, CIC and other state boards. Click over here and uh fill in your details. Whatever details are there, make sure that uh you fill in all those things. Okay. Now here it is written this is only for CBC, ICC board students. Now stateboard students, it's not been mentioned over here. Okay.

[00:08:25]Login digilocker download your other stateboard mark. Anyways, so it's open for all of them. But there are chances that the other state board children can face some issues and I'm going to address that right now. So before that make sure you put in your application number, you enter your password, you do your capture verification, post that you will be asked to fetch your documents from the dig locker and it will be mentioned that successfully updated.

[00:08:48]That is how it is going to come. That means it is updated there. Cool. Yes.

[00:08:53]Now as I was talking about this there is a scenario that can happen that even if you have uh fetched the documents okay even if you have fetched the documents in digital locker but you are still not able to upload it what do you do at that particular point of time so first thing so there was a student who was from CBSC board and before the CBSC results came in she was asking me that uh how do I basically this process is not happening I am a drop student and still my results are already fed in digital locker still I'm not able to do it. Okay. So we tried our best. Okay. She and her both of us tried our best and finally when class 12th CBSC board results were out this year's CBSC board results were out and she did repeated the same procedure she was able to fetch it. That's why I'm telling you if at all you are belonging to some other state boards and probably you are a dropper. You passed out the previous year please wait for the results to come for this particular year. And also check one more very important thing and not just that I'm telling you please check these two things as in are your documents really fetched in digil locker second thing you have to do one more very important thing is that when you open the page of digil locker you will be able to see my consents so over here when you go there you will be able to see karnataka examination authority karnataka examination authority that means that there is a consent request that has come from them check whether it has come or not even after doing all this thing if it is not happening then I just have one thing to say and that is please contact to ka this is a number that is given in their official website I have also tried contacting them it's possible you can also do that I'll request you to do that in the initial morning hours as in 10:30 and not at 6:30 okay ma 10:30 and things like that you can just call them and ask them uh your whatever grievances are there you can just speak about it okay yes and give some give them some time.

[00:10:49]Sometimes they might not answer it. So you have to call back. Be patient out there. And also for your safety just put a mail also to the KA authority. This is the email address. You can try mailing them. As I said after doing all this thing if at all it's not happening then only you have to go ahead with these steps because as I said they also might be busy with a lot of calls coming in.

So everyone who is in CBSC board or any other board please make sure whose results are already out make sure you do that immediately because uh even your KCD results also would be coming soon. I will not say a date because even I'm I do not know about that but it could be coming towards the end of this particular month. So I'm expecting you guys to do it as early as possible and all your results would also be coming by then. So it should be happening smoothly. Got it?
