This video offers a sharp diagnostic for toxic dynamics, distilling complex social friction into actionable boundaries. However, it risks encouraging a culture of disposal rather than navigating the inevitable imperfections of human connection.

IF THEY DO ANY OF THESE.. runAñadido:
All anyone ever wants to talk about is red flags in men. So, let's talk about red flags in friendships. So, arguably this is more important. Number one, and this is probably the biggest one for me, is friends that make everything a competition or a one-up battle. Let's say you're sharing something about a guy you like and they immediately feel like they have to share something like, "Oh, well, my guy did this." You're sharing something that happened to you and they're like, "Well, I went through this." And that's not how a friendship should be. Run from that. Number two is a friend that just never hypes you up.
If your friend is never complimenting you, never like uplifting you, it's a red flag because girls that are truly girls, girls want to see other girls succeed and want to see other girls have fun, look good, be their best version of themselves, especially when they like never comment on your Instagram and like do like petty little things to dig at you. Number three is if you're talking to a guy and your friend starts snapping that guy that you mentioned. Number four is someone that is overly friendly to everyone around them. And I don't mean like a nice person. I mean someone who goes out of their way to make it seem like they are friends with everybody because I heard a saying, a friend to all is a friend to none, and trust me, it's true. I find with those people pleasers, it's really hard to have a genuine friendship. You end up feeling really betrayed if something happens.
Number five, I know you guys are going to agree with me. This is the worst one.
If they put you down intentionally in front of a group of guys, that's gross.
Got to go. Like people can act different in front of guys, like whatever, you know, we're girls. If someone starts genuinely putting you down to make a joke in front of guys consistently, that's weird. You don't need that. No one should be making you feel bad, especially to like get guys' attention.
Let me know if you guys agree with me. I feel like these are just a couple things that like I look for now in friendships that I'm just really more aware of.
