This video explores the legal and ethical boundaries of free speech in America, demonstrating that while the First Amendment protects the right to express controversial opinions, it does not grant immunity from consequences when speech provokes violence. The discussion clarifies that stand-your-ground laws only apply when someone is being provoked, not when they initiate confrontation, and that intent matters significantly in determining whether speech constitutes harassment or legitimate expression. The video emphasizes that while people have the right to express unpopular views, they must accept responsibility for the reactions their words provoke, and that provoking others into violence does not grant them the right to use force in response.

Inside the Chud the Builder Rally: The Unfiltered Footage They Didn't Want You to SeeHinzugefügt:
A Chud the Builder rally happened today in Tennessee. A bunch of yay-haw, honky-donkey Americans came together to defend Chud the Builder's right to bear arms and walk around calling the black people monkeys.
My man Andrew Callahan of Channel 5 News bringing you some news you can use. I'm just doing a review. Salute to the troops out there who are bringing the good word.
>> You seen anybody that you think is a free Chud the Builder supporter?
>> Here?
>> Yeah.
>> No, not yet.
>> I'm here in support of Dalton Eatherly >> Okay.
>> and an advocate for the First Amendment.
>> he acted in self-defense and Tennessee is very clear about stand your ground law and I don't think that he did anything unlawful.
>> It's not attempted murder. He was attempting to prevent his own murder. He has a right to defend his life, his liberty and the pursuit of happiness per the Constitution.
>> is this is America. We have rights and liberties that we must exercise and be able to maintain. We can't have any inch of those liberties being taken from us.
>> If we lose the First Amendment, they're going to come for the Second Amendment and we need the Second Amendment to defend the First Amendment.
>> Yes, this is true. The Second Amendment is all about the right to bear arms. First Amendment is freedom of speech, but both of those amendments are actually made towards the government. You have the right to bear arms so that the government gets too powerful and icky, you can defend yourself against tyrants.
The First Amendment is the same. You have the freedom of speech against the government. You can talk bad about political parties and people in power, but the First Amendment doesn't give you the right to not get slaps. If there's a certain word that you end up saying and you end up getting a good old knuckle sandwich, that's on you. That's on you, people.
>> This guy who assaulted Chud and Chud went to defend himself and now he has a book being thrown at him. Chud had every right to self-defense. Yes, he was a provocative person and there was premeditation in that provocation. But what he was trying to exemplify is that we had the ability and the freedoms in America to exercise our liberties to the full extent and that we should possess the full extent of our liberties and our rights and those things should be maintained.
>> I strongly think that Chud the Builder was antagonizing that man and he was not acting in self-defense, but I'm not out here specifically for the bond hearing.
I just saw on Lang's posts and stories that he was trying to get people out here to like protest and put up a banner and stuff. And we saw Lang once at like 8:30 in the morning. Didn't see him again.
>> And what side of the political aisle would you describe yourself on?
>> I would say I lean more conservative, but I very much disagree with those that call themselves conservatives because I don't think they show conservative values right now.
>> I noticed the 1776 shirt, so you're conservative as well?
>> Yeah, I lean more like that. Like the more normal people like, you know, like Charlie. Well, like Chud the Builder, it's more like white supremacy than it is like conservative values.
>> Do you know anybody that actually wants Chud the Builder to be free?
>> Not personally. Uh, just the big social media names.
>> So this man has a little bit better of a response.
He's saying he's not necessarily coming here to free Chud the Builder. He's more so coming here to protect the freedom of speech, which is different. He admits that Chud the Builder was in the wrong.
That he was des- that he was he deserved to get the molly whooping on side of his head and that it, you know, it's it's not really best when it comes to society to be walking around and, you know, doing these type of antics around people, you know, he has to res- uh he has to understand that, you know, respect is a man's number one thing and saying these things will easily get you a slapped where your mama made you.
>> You're outside Chud the Builder's courthouse right now. The fate of the future of white civilization is here.
Will we allow the court system to weaponize against us, or will we stand up as heritage Americans for Chad the Builder?
>> So, now that you guys know that this [ __ ] weirdo came up to him, and he took a blade of stance. Even if he did take a blade of stance, hell was going like this. It wasn't out. The dude hit him, and then they went to the ground.
THAT'S WHEN SHOTS WERE FIRED.
>> I mean, it does sound like a little bit of a of a case of self-defense. We're We're from Florida. You know what I mean? You We got a stand-your-ground law. It's hard to know without all the facts. I don't know if I'll be premeditating a confrontation or what.
>> You want to get maced >> right now?
>> There's always a time and place, and whether you deem something it disrespectful or respectful doesn't negate the fact that you have the right to express yourself in this country.
>> Saying something like that out >> Yes, you have the right to express yourself in this country.
Yes, this is a stand-your-ground state, but when it comes to provoking somebody, stand your ground goes out the law. It goes out the way. Stand your ground only happens when somebody's provoking you.
If you walk up to somebody and make them mad and tell them the things that you know that they don't want to hear, and they happen to do something about it, you can't then say, "Ooh, this guy is touching me. I now get to fight fight fight."
Yeah, that is That's not how to stand your ground works. And yes, you should be able to be able to say what you want in a creative space, but provoking black people by saying the N-word and calling them monkeys is not the best way about doing that.
Now, we shouldn't take people's right away from doing that. They shouldn't go to jail for doing that, but you have to have an understanding that if you get knocked out while saying it, then that's on you. Don't expect the police or the government to step in and throw the white flag and say, "Hey, flag on the field. You got knocked out, so that man's going to jail." That's not how stand-your-ground works. You can't just walk around saying whatever you think is funny.
>> out of somebody like that, man. I don't agree with it at all.
>> And if you don't like that, right? You go move to [ __ ] Canada where they don't have free speech laws.
>> With that being said though, what what do we learn in like what? Elementary school? Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words can never hurt me, right? So, I think at the same time to play devil's advocate, no matter what you call somebody, a grown ass man should be like, "Okay, cool." Walk away, right? The to go and fight each other over it is kind of crazy to me on both sides.
>> Let's turn it on its head with the shoe on the other foot. You're a black man you're calling me a cracker. If I was to then assault you, you were just exercising your freedom of speech. And we don't have words in this country that are illegal to say. If you're not threatening to kill somebody or strewing words together which are a threat to someone's mortal being, but calling somebody a name that they don't like or don't prefer, that doesn't give somebody just cause to then beat you up for that.
>> It's just disrespectful as hell.
>> Yeah.
>> Like you got to have some respect for people.
>> Yeah.
>> Like that's how I view it. Like if you don't have respect then kind of man are you?
>> Couldn't say it better myself.
>> It's not about the word. He did it with the intentions of attacking and isolating the black community. He knew >> It's all about the intent.
It's not about the word, it's about the intent. It's about what did you You knew that this person was potentially going to crash out. You knew this person crashed out and slapped you on cam and started getting mad and red in the face that you would get more viewers because people like to see trains crashing slowly. So, by then you knew that you were going to do whatever it takes to get a reaction. So, yeah, it doesn't really have nothing to do with the word, but the fact that you know that so many people will give you that reaction is why you are in jail. It is why you got beat up. It is why you had to pull out the fire fire on yourself and another black man.
Now, the other white guy said, you know, it's all about respect in America and once a man feels disrespected disrespected, he's liable to give you the old ram a jamma, and you can't really be shocked when it happens because that's the one thing men really care about is respect and loyalty.
>> He knew exactly what he was doing and who he was doing it he got exactly what he wanted. He wanted to shoot a black man. That was his whole point.
>> Let me see a [ __ ] with a weapon. Soon as I see you, bro, I'm [ __ ] shooting your brains out. Starting things and instigating and harassing people shoots and kills a black man.
That's what it's going to say all over the headlines.
>> So, why was he going to these communities starting trouble with them constantly knowing what it does knowing what that word how that word makes us feel. He knew what he was doing when he did it.
>> If what you're doing is going around using racial slurs and profanity that's a little different.
>> Okay.
>> Do you see what I'm saying?
>> Are you going to you're going to argue that in court?
>> Don't walk up on me Y'all ain't going to do nothing but chimp out.
>> He's trying to say I can't >> But yeah, basically the the the rally goes on and channel 5 Andrew Callaghan you know, they walk around and interview some of the other white folks about what they think about the situation. Um most of the white folks in the video, you know, I'm I'm just going to do a part two cuz it's a really long video. I'm going to do a part two tomorrow about the second part of this video. But as you can see here, most of the white folks understand why Tub is now locked up.
They don't agree with what he was doing, but they also don't agree with him being locked up. They think that freedom of speech should come first before any type of antagonizing um type of wordplay with anybody.
So, it doesn't make them complicit with with Tub the builder is doing, but you can see the nature of how they feel about the overall environment of race relations in America.
Go ahead, like, subscribe, comment, and I'll see you in the next video. Push that notification bell so I could bring you more mail. We are going to be doing a part two on the Raleigh.
Probably going to do a part three because that there's a lot of footage from the Raleigh, man. So, I'm going to I'm going to just chop it up because I say it's 10 foot a win.
Let me get a spinny, spin, spin.
All right, y'all. I'll catch y'all in the next video.
