3 - Story Bellevue Estate Sale

[00:00:00]All right, guys. This is a double-header weekend, and guess what? It is only 8 minutes or less away from our other estate sale, and this one's fantastic.

[00:00:08]It is a three-story home. I'm not on the top balcony. There's a balcony even higher than this. It is beautiful. They have wonderful finds in here, an artist's heart, a true artist's heart, so many artisan wares. Not quite to the level of Sawyer Brown, if you went to that one. However, it is still the same exact vibe, beautiful art pieces, everything. Like, you're going to want the light fixtures I'm not allowed to sell, but this has a ton of fun, a lot of treasures. Let's get inside and check this out. Get in, but before we get in, guess what? I have plant friends. How fun is that? And you know what? I never do this. This is the Oh, I was going to show you the garage. There's some tools, there's some camping stuff in there, a more this way sign, so you know there's treasures in there, but right when you get in, this is where the art begins. I mean, you can't even get in the door before we start showcasing the art. So, how fun is that? The clothing here ranges, a lot of it is absolutely spectacular. I mean, I got some Ralph Lauren jeans. We got a little bit of clothes, some TJ Maxx coupons. So, anyways, this is not the extent of the clothes. This is just the start of the clothes. So, this house is three stories. We do have rails throughout the house. I'm going to go ahead and start off by showing you this. This little piece of art, hello. And holy cow.

[00:01:31]I mean, I'm actually obsessed with these glasses. I don't think I have room for them, but I low-key am pretty obsessed.

[00:01:40]So, we got lots of fun wares, as you can see.

[00:01:44]There was not a lot of normal-shaped stuff. In a normal house, you might just have this as a white jar with on top.

[00:01:51]This one is art-inspired. How fun is that? Now, this stuff is purple. This is my my first time actually taking a look at this. I've kind of identified the purple that I'll be targeting. I did miss the purple items that I was looking for. Today, however, we've got some coffee cups. Ooh, look at that one. I like when it's an old coffee cup. We got your everyday kitchenware. And but I mean, look at this. How cute are these?

[00:02:18]Holy cow, they feel hand-painted. You can feel the paint on these. How much fun is that? Um yep, we got some of those wares. And oh, the other thing is, look at this. Normally, our clear glass is boring.

[00:02:31]I mean, look at it.

[00:02:33]This clear glass is not boring. We got some interesting clear glass. And of course, we had to have it because it's an estate sale, and you have to have clear glass to have an estate sale. But look how fun this is. These are interesting. Okay, let's go ahead and continue through the property.

[00:02:53]This is the one that I may or may not be targeting, if you're curious. And yes, it has a brutalist design. You can tell by the rough edges, which I do like.

[00:03:10]And look, even these little glasses.

[00:03:12]Look how fun they are. So yeah, lots of artist pieces throughout the house, some art throughout the house. We have our checkout over here.

[00:03:23]This These giraffes are going to be popular, I already know. The jewelry we got was limited, but we still got a few pieces.

[00:03:33]Um we got these wonderful modern nesting nesting tables. They're completely mirrored out. Super cool. We got my second little purple friend that I don't know if he's going to make it, but it's a small purple elephant.

[00:03:46]So yeah, and then we got these like wonderful little treasures. Now, there's three things in the this house that are not for sale. It's that couch, this, and that couch. So, sorry about that. It is what it is.

[00:03:59]However, the rest of these treasures are available and you get beautiful views down there. So, and plus it's a two-for-one special. We got two sales going on. We got this old globe, which I don't know. I love old globes.

[00:04:16]So, anyways, and let's go ahead and continue through the property.

[00:04:24]Wonderful piece. Look at this table.

[00:04:27]It's balanced on that. It's balanced pretty well. Do If your kid's going to try to stand on this table, maybe this is not the best estate sale for them, but for everyone else, this is a fantastic estate sale, especially with you have elephants. I don't think I have had this many elephants since last time I had a sale and they actually donated the proceeds to the elephant sanctuary in Hollenwall.

[00:04:53]I mean, are you guys getting the vibe of this? This is so cool.

[00:04:58]My gosh, that's so much fun. And this is a great table and chairs. I mean, all the plates have color. A lot of them have signatures. So, you just got to look around. A little end table there.

[00:05:11]Oh, we have two of these. I don't know why I didn't notice that before. Um we got some poker chips.

[00:05:17]>> [snorts] >> So, if you're into that, you're into that. We know we got the jean jacket with the lace. Come on now.

[00:05:24]Um another jean jacket. And what else we got here? Just some varying wears, Lands' End.

[00:05:32]This looks like some Adidas. So, yeah, we have some wears. So, um Hello, bird friend. All right. So, we'll go ahead and continue. And as you can see, we got more bird friends. I got to show you this. This cracks me up.

[00:05:49]I mean, isn't that Tao Sit? It's too too cute. We have more bird friends and one happy island.

[00:05:59]Aruba is so much fun and close to Cartagena Colombia, which is where mi madre is from. So, we got some different This is kind of office wares with a really cute lamp.

[00:06:21]So, yeah, a lot of fun. All right, now let's go to the upstairs and then this is for sale. Who wants this one?

[00:06:46]Some of you may or may not be aware, this is a Phil Sims piece.

[00:06:51]We I believe it's going to be available.

[00:06:54]Um, we're probably going to have to put a best offer on it. If you're familiar with Phil Sims, one L, one M, one um he is a a brilliant artist, um modern art and if you're in the know, this is 66 by 66, a giant piece and it's likely going to go for start at 12,500 or best offer if we're able to have this available.

[00:07:19]So, look at this table. I'm obsessed with this table.

[00:07:23]And that's 12,500. We'll have it hung on the wall. Look at that. How much fun is this? Do you see that?
