Court Finds Okello Guilty of Murder of Four Children At Ggaba

In criminal law, murder requires the prosecution to prove four essential elements beyond reasonable doubt: (1) death of a human being, (2) the death was caused by an unlawful act, (3) the unlawful act was actuated by malice aforethought, and (4) the accused person caused the unlawful act resulting in death. In the Ggaba case, the court found that Christopher Okello was guilty of murdering four children at the Ggaba center on April 2, 2026, as the prosecution successfully demonstrated that Okello caused the deaths through his unlawful act of cutting the children's necks with a knife, which was actuated by malice aforethought.
