[00:04:28]Now, it seems as if while a person was walking along a roadway, a person who was operating a motorcycle basically I go I'm going to say negotiated a corner, and that somewhat affected the person who was walking.

[00:04:45]And then the situation reached a point where there was some type of confrontation between those persons. Uh certain words have been said between those persons, and then at some point those persons started to fight with each other or there was a struggle between those persons.
