[00:00:00]We fundamentally believe that enterprise service now is a company that's going to be uh it's a tailwind for us. AI is a tailwind for us. It's not it's not a we love it. We can take advantage of it just like other other companies can.

[00:00:12]>> Um I maybe there's other companies that it's a huge problem for >> uh maybe there u but we have really >> So that's always if there's new innovation some will thrive and some won't.

[00:00:23]>> That's right. So we view this as a moment that um makes us more important.

[00:00:27]We also think that we have a unique combination of we can take advantage of any AI. So we're open.

[00:00:33]>> But we also blend it with this determinism. So if you think about, you know, you talk to a um financial services company, credit card company, and um there's a um you might have gotten this before. You get a notice on your phone saying there's a fraud uh detected on your credit card.

[00:00:50]>> Um maybe it was a normal charge. It shouldn't have been fraud.

[00:00:53]>> And so now you have to dispute this fraud claim. That dispute process is a deterministic governed business process that has regulations, compliance. We we already solve that.

[00:01:03]>> It's awesome. We have that solution. AI trying to do that probabilistically will hallucinate and make up steps if it's doing that on the fly. Customers don't want that. They want that to be a governed deterministic business process that runs the same time somebody wants to dispute that fraud. So we really think that the kind of the AI that thinks and the workflows are what acts as like the right combination and it's here to stay. Um, I will add that um what customers are want right now is like in
