Urban exploration reveals how architectural quality and neighborhood character vary significantly across London, with some areas featuring beautiful Victorian architecture and charming streets while others contain visually unappealing structures from the 1960s-70s that lack aesthetic consideration, demonstrating the importance of architectural preservation and thoughtful urban planning in maintaining neighborhood identity.

Random Walk: Earl's Court, London追加:
Hello.
Another day, another London exploration.
We are at West Bromton, one of the my favorite stations.
As you can hear, Noisy. Yeah.
So, this is interesting because all of this It's a plan to build um basically new neighborhoods, right? A lot of new buildings, flats, offices, retail.
So, it used to be very industrial. I guess there was some factories maybe or some warehouses around here.
It never looked good even though it's very close to sport and then we've got beautiful cemetery but I guess within 10 years here it will be very cool.
Oh, look at those houses.
Beautiful. Charming.
You know you're in London, right?
Air Court is very popular um with little host, small hotels for people who visit London on a budget.
Even Dav is quite nice area.
You can find very cheap accommodation here in those quite stunning buildings.
Heat.
Heat.
How do I feel around the main station over there?
Uneasy.
The atmosphere is like you you you know you're in London, right? You you know there's a a lot of people from different cultures uh with different financial situations.
Um there's a lot of people who are businessmans uh professionals but at the same time you've got that feeling that something bad happened can happen to you here as well. So, I'm holding my camera very tight.
We still be here.
This station is absolutely fantastic.
Beautiful architecture.
District line, piccadilli line very often very frustrating if there are delays.
So look, we are here.
So from here you can go here, you can go there, here and obviously central London.
But anyway, Right. Sentimental fact.
So on the first floor in the on that building in that building over there back in 2006 when I came here for the first time there was an internet cafe on the first floor and I was there many times to print my CV when I was looking for a job.
A and it was like £150 per hour or something.
What can I tell about early sport after couple of minutes that is very international?
You can see that almost every other restaurant is different cuisine.
And obviously very familiar noise typical for London. Construction everywhere.
Construction on every single day.
Right. I'm going to show you an example of how to ruin everything. So, we've got all of those right behind me and here. And look at this.
I mean, how ugly is that? I guess it was built in 60s, I guess, 17s.
It was the time when no one really cared about keeping all the beauty.
Judging from the outside, I can tell already it's not good.
I mean, it's kind of actually shocking how bad I'm not really sure, but I think that school was very bohemian back in probably like 70s or 80s.
I need to check that. But it's kind of the vibe I'm getting from here.
Wow. There's nothing more satisfying than walk around the city and explore London architecture and, you know, discover the examples of how they ruin everything. Cuz look how beautiful is everything around me. Right there. There you go. And then boom, that's beautiful. That's ugly. That's beautiful. And the question is why?
Oh gosh, there is so much character around this area. And you cannot argue with me that this building there is no character at all.
Oh gosh, that looks pretty bad.
It's like nothing happened here since 1917s.
Okay, if the waitress is here, it means we entered the better part of the neighborhood.
Yeah, it's going to be more organized, clean, safe.
Oh gosh, I love London.
Glustester Road station and completely different vibe than Court.
Court station was uneasy, you know, on edge.
You could feel it here.
It's much much nicer.
Better.
>> I'm going upstairs. Oh my god.
Absolutely >> beautiful architecture around here.
>> Once again, you know, beautiful architecture around me, everything stunning. And then what they did there Oh gosh, what a crime. What a crime.
Anyway, thank you for joining me for this random work.
I hope you enjoy it and well, see you next time.
Oh my god.
higher and then Yeah.
This is Cluster Road.
This is a district line train to Wendle.
The next station is Elcort.
