[00:00:00]For example, the book of Ephesians warns us not to harbor anger.

[00:00:05]I know we know this scripture 4:26, do not let the sun go down while you are still angry.

[00:00:14]Because then the devil gets a foothold.

[00:00:17]I got to you know I just got to say a little word about that. How many times have we gone to bed angry?

[00:00:23]And then you wake up at like 1:00 in the morning and the anger is like 70 times worse than when you went to bed.

[00:00:31]It's like the devil just came in and sprinkled fertilizer on it and it was like woo.
