I'm here at 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference in Shanghai and today is the weekend so we can see the host is very crowded and this year's conference is being We have already see the China's human robot have been applied in different scenarios in China. But for the personal human robot for the family scenario, it's more complicated. So how uh this this robot will play in the family? Uh uh it can be uh your friend, it can be the companion. It it's just like your uh robot dog.

>> And it can also uh teach children uh for example uh English and u uh uh uh AI coding.
>> Okay.
>> Yes. And it uh it can also uh uh when you and your family uh members go out uh it can uh uh be the photographer for you.
>> Yeah. And we can see uh in there is uh a place and we can actually put like the pocket 3.
>> Yes.
>> In the insta.
>> Yeah. Insta inside and the robot can shooting you in the daily life. That's very cool.
>> And and this one is our requester one.
Yes. And uh uh it's a world first uh personal robot.

Actually uh we know that for the humanoid robots and when when we talking about when the humano robots will go into the family it's still need to spend few years but in China we can see the little one will be on the market in the late of this year right >> yes >> okay >> that's correct uh uh uh it will be published soon and the customers can uh can be communicate and play with them uh uh uh in the lar.

And it can have all the human interactions. Uh it can do some performance here but right now there are too many people.

>> The police just come said you cannot do all the performance. You just standing here and just to have the talking with the each other.

>> We can feel that so proud with this year's eyes.

We I also didn't expect it to have so many people.
It's so crowded. Yeah. And I actually we have the four family products. We have our humanoid. We have our half size. We have also have our G series which is for the manufacturing series and also have the quer for the for other. Yeah. And uh right now uh this year uh we have uh we have been rolled out 15,000 units in in uh June.
>> So I think it's the fastest uh real humanoid robots production global wide right now. Yeah. And this year we are pro providing from the development phase NTO to the real production phase uh which which we so called deployment scenario.
>> Yeah. And uh based on all our uh three body uh three intelligence and one body policy. Yeah. On right side we have our uh hi both interactive intelligence w actually is our own large language model to have all the interaction uh capabilities. Yeah. And all the robots that for all the communication it's based on this uh WTA library model.
Yeah. Uhhuh. Uh here are on that side this here is some real uh use cases. Uh this is for the Guangjo metro. uh we have been using our G series robots have have all the uh guidance and the metro station for the for the tourists whether you need to go to the security or you need to have the back tag and also using this for the petrol in around the metro station. Yeah.
>> Okay. So how many have been applyed in the subway? right now already have more than 80 robots in the real in the metro station in a real life running there. Yeah, if anyone going to Bondo, you can experience it and talking with him.
>> Okay.
>> Yeah.
>> So, hi guys. We are heading to Chandu now.
>> Yeah. From city to city. Right now we can move to the Chandu uh Chundu Boo. Uh in Chundu Boo, we are using our X series robots that are trying to do all the uh tourist guidance there. You know, Chandu is famous with all their uh que actually.
>> Yeah, it's a very famous uh a very famous tourist site for all the people. Yeah, they he can do all the introduce about this side and have the communication with all the tourist can uh and also you can see behind this robot can also handling you all the uh svenians if you want to buy. Yeah, if you can. Yeah. Many many familiar with the Chinese panda. So this these robots actually dress up with the panda bag and panda.
>> Yeah.
>> And also you can see he's picking up the uh so many the panda which is the typically uh uh animal in such province.
>> Okay.
>> Yeah.
And also on left side you can using the robots for all the petrol petrol near the this this cameras. Yeah. And because this year we are trying to putting all these entertainment robots into the real production. So we can setting up all the production line here. These are all some references we have been with our uh with our customers. This is for all the loading and unloading uh production line. Yeah. You can see he he's putting picking up all the uh m all the uh pads from the loading area and then go to there to to configure it together and then downloading it. Yeah.
>> Okay. Actually uh this year for the cumino robot who work in the factories very popular world in early this year we have already seen the figure three have been applied in the factory overseas and this year we also can see the boats gen 2 have been working in nan factory of long yeah and and we have been uh doing the six day live streams broadcasting the whole process of the uh robots working in that factory. So today we can see the scenario have been uh moved here.
>> Yeah.
>> So that's that's very cool. So could you give us briefly introduction about uh we know that the auto automation like the um the robot app is be already used in the factories. Why we still need to use embodied intelligence robots like TD2?
>> Yeah, this a very good question because uh this arm robots actually in the in the industry for many years. Yeah. And when we doing all this investigation and we found out that there are some products like if you putting all the arms you need to set in one point 1.1 point every everybody you need to set to set up all the arms and also you still need to have all the human people to monitoring everything for that and we are using this G2 series robots that trying to replacing some flexible scenarios. Yeah. And also he can control from not only one site you he can go to few the nearby sites that are working together and yeah replacing more people.
Yeah. And saving cost. Yeah.
>> And also this one G2 series I think is the first one first robots going to be the real production site in China. Yeah.
Global wide.
Yeah, that's that's very cool >> and we are looking forward to see more and more humano robots like D2 working in factory in the future.
on the right side on left side actually is all our uh other uh sub company capability like many info is our data set data collection uh sub company you can we can do all the simulation and data data collection and simulations we are that our sets and also we have our link that who doing all the omni hand we have the four series of omni hand yeah we move on.
>> Here is another uh product uh reference for our production. Here is for all the electrical uh items for the configuration for the loading unloading and for the uh boxing. Yeah.
>> And and I going to introduce you a new new robot here.

>> Yeah. Is this uh the global debut for the WIC?
>> Yeah, this will this robot will be announced during the WIC. This is our latest uh AI boat G2 Max.
>> Yeah, we call it a Max. You can see he is very powerful and muscle. Yeah, this is used for all the factory uh moving box moving scenario and it's maximum uh on the both arm it can go to 50 kil kilogram support. Yeah, >> that's cool. What kind of scenario will this robot find in in the future?
>> Uh we want to him to work in some uh supermarket like the warehouse. Uh yeah and we can go to in the uh factories that can move in big large large boxes and with heavy stuff that this is what we want to to use it. Yeah.

>> Yeah. We move on. Actually there are so many people. Yeah.
>> Here is for our article is for our uh called robots that we have the references that go to the some campus.
We can using the robots uh trying to uh to to do the all the petrol and also some security check. Yeah. In some dangerous scenarios we prefer to use them instead of human people working on that. Yeah. Here is our president of a he introducing the the the robot by himself. You can see there Mr. L.
Yeah.
And we can see these kinds of human robots can also be used in some dangerous scenarios like the um what we can see on the screen.

>> That's working in the factories and also for the five work for five workers.
>> Yeah. Here is our IMA platform. Our software platform is all fully open source that can use for all the developers and customer to do it. Based on that from us, we want to build up a ecosystem not only for RC for us but we want to have all the humanoid robotic industry have all the system build up that which can pushing all the industry moving on and we can getting more benefits. Yeah.
>> Okay. That's cool. So in this exhibition we can see different scenarios for China's role to be blind in. Thank you.

>> Okay. And previously we have been seeing uh the pub robot have been applied in the industrial scenario. But in China we can also see robots working in the hotels. So now we will uh go into the boots of king arm and to see more technologies.

>> Yes. This one's for you. Could you please um give us a brief introduction about you and also about King?
>> Okay. Uh in fact, we established 2010 and we have already 16 years in Shanghai. So we are the first one the first one to reh sell 100,000 pieces robot to the market. So now we have two uh two kind of robot. One is specialized robot. Another one is the human and model robot. So let me uh lead you to have a take a look.
>> Okay.
>> So first this one uh we uh simulate the coffee shop. So our uh human embody robot uh will receive the recommend from the pad or uh from the uh our customer and uh it will take the cup uh choose uh coffee type and give to the customer. So it can well uh decrease the labor cost.
>> So could you give uh show us the whole process?
>> Okay. Can see uh this scenario simulates a coffee shop. So uh the customer will give the order from the pad and our uh robot will receive this command then it will take a cup choose uh the coffee type and then give to our customer.
So you can see now uh it will press a button to choose a different cup coffee type.
So how long it will take to finish a whole coffee?
>> Uh normally the whole of working flow will be 6 minutes.
>> Okay.
>> Yes.
>> So uh where which kind of scenarian have this robots been lined in?
>> Yes. We in fact we cooperate with Noa coffee. So we have already uh planned our robot in uh the lower shop offline.
>> Ah yeah actually we can see uh quite a lot of the robotic coffee shop in the streets in Shanghai. So uh they normally use the human robots like this.
>> Yes. Yes. So for for for the future we will uh try to plant more our human body robot to for example coffee or drink shop.
>> Okay.

>> So, so you can see here we uh so you can see we uh simul simulate uh the cleaning room in hotel. Now we have already used it in uh the parking uh the parking in a hotel in Shanghai.
So you can see from our T9 to deliver uh the dirty clothes to our human body robot that and and then it take it to our uh cleaning machine and after cleaning we will give another one to floating the clothes. So the whole working flow is already used in our real life uh real uh scenario.
>> Okay. So the two robots will work together. Yes, we watch together. It will uh will uh decrease labor cost.
>> Okay. So guys, you can see the robots is doing the laundry >> and this one can put the clothes inside, right?
So now our robot will take the clothes out of the clean machine.
>> Okay.
Okay, now can take the pros out.
>> So he gave it to another one.
>> Okay.
>> So a robot will identify the clothes and start to uh fold the clothes. So we in fact we uh integrate our world uh model to V uh model. So V means uh uh visual language and action.
>> Yeah.
>> Yes.
>> So it means can see then it will uh send the message to his its brain and then do do the action.
>> So how many steps will the robots do?
Like the first stage uh the robots shall figure out there is a close with um move handing over and then you will close the clothes.
>> Yes. So the whole flow working flow will be five to six different actions.
>> Okay.
>> So pick and uh sand and then ch another one then same flow and uh finally to put in the this lab.
>> [music] >> And we can see the robots were doing very carefully.
>> Yes.
>> So uh to finish this task average will be four to 5 minutes.
>> Okay.
>> So first we will let it complete the task but so the in the future we will uh uh increase its its efficiency.
>> Yes. Yeah.
>> And also we can always see the uh robots from Pingong working in the hotel.
>> Yes.
>> Like a deliver thing.
>> Yes. Please see that. Yeah.
>> I So you can see here here is our spliced uh robots. You can see our deliver one and our uh popular ones. The most popular one cleaning one. So for the deliverant it uh it can use in the hotel in a restaurant uh in uh in many different scenario and uh to send the uh merchandise from A to B and then for the cleaning one here we do the uh floor cleaning so it can 4 in one scrime vacuum wash and dust push. So now we uh we have already sent it to many different scenario like hotel uh like exhibition hall like school uh at museum. Yes.
>> Yeah. So how many hotels have you used in this uh robots?
>> Uh already exceeded to uh uh 5,000.
>> Okay. Okay guys, we are now here at the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference and we can still feel that physical AI is still at an early stage and many technical and practical challenges remain including reliability, energy consumption, cost safety and data protection and the ability to adapt the unpredictated environment. But here at WIC and we can see one direction is becoming clear. Robots are moving from controlled demonstration to real world applications and from the uh performing to working and perhaps one day from exhibition hall into our everyday lives.
