This video is a classic example of using high-minded legalism to sanitize social disorder, prioritizing abstract rights over the practical reality of public safety. It’s easy to champion the First Amendment as a "protected exercise" when you are documenting the chaos rather than living with its consequences.

All right, greetings everyone. This is Jeff with Honor Civil Rights Investigations. Today is Monday, May 4th, 2026. I am here in Klay County, Florida on this public sidewalk outside of this beautiful neighborhood called Rolling Hills neighborhood where I am an invited guest. a person reached out to me that lives in here and invited me to come out here and spread this message of God bless homeless veterans and and please pray for our homeless veterans and um also to hold my magic cardboard mirror up to society out here and see what's reflected in people's hearts.
>> Hey, how are you doing?
>> Not bad. I got some bars in the bars breakfast bars in the back.
>> Oh, thanks man. I am not homeless myself. God put in my heart to come out and spread this message of compassion, love for the homeless vets.
>> But uh you know what I say about this sign? It's my magic cardboard mirror and it reflects what's in people's hearts.
And God bless you. You have kindness in your hearts, man. God bless you so much.
>> You have a blessed day. You >> How's it going?
>> Good, man.
Hey. Hey. I'm not homeless.
>> I'm not homeless. I just come out and spread this message.
>> I'm not asking for money or anything, but God bless you, bro. It's very kind of you. Thank you.
>> So, if it looks like if it looks like they're going to arrest you, I got Bill Money and you got my number. I'm right here.
>> God bless.
Hey, how are you?
>> Hi.
>> How you doing?
>> I'm good. How are you?
>> I'm good, thank you.
>> Where do you Where are you living?
>> I'm sorry. I don't like to answer personal questions.
>> Where were you before?
>> I I'm hard of hearing. I'm sorry.
Where were you living before you were homeless?
>> Um, I like I said, I don't like to answer personal questions or anything like that.
>> What?
>> I don't like to answer personal questions or anything like that.
>> Oh, I'm sorry. I thought you were asking for help. I'm sorry.
>> No, no, no, no. That's all right.
>> Hey, I'm sorry. You can't be up here doing that.
>> Why is that?
>> Can't be on Private property.
>> That's the public property right here.
>> You can't be panhandling right here.
>> Um, I disagree with you, bud.
>> All right. I just I'll call I'm done operations first, so I'll call the sheriff's office.
>> Why would you call the sheriff's on me?
>> Because I got four people complaining that you're up here.
>> So what? Why would you call the sheriff's problems on somebody for for doing what I'm doing? That's not very nice.
>> I Listen, I I have to do this my job.
>> Could you just not call the cops on me, please?
>> Can you go up to the front of the property and do that?
>> I like it here.
>> Well, then I that's what I'll have to do. Can you go up to the front of the property and stay there >> instead?
>> Communications on a recorded line. This is Jessica. How may I help you?
>> Hey, Jessica. This is the operations manager for Rolling Hills >> in Lake Ass.
So, this is the first time I had to deal with this. We have a pan handler when you turn down rolling View Boulevard in the middle of our pulling into the neighborhood. And I asked him to leave.
I said, "Look, you're not trespassing, but you're not allowed to panhandle."
And so he doesn't want to leave. And I said, "Okay, well, if you don't want to leave, then I'm going to call the sheriff's office."
>> See if you can get relocated somewhere else. I don't know how that is handled, though.
>> Yeah. Let me have um a deputy swing by and u see if he is violating any kind of uh laws and um go talk to him about that.
>> Just standing there with a sign and stuff and I'm It's kind of weird. I've never seen that before in our subdivision. So, >> but >> Okay. So, he's not on stand. He's more inside of the subdivision.
>> Yes.
>> Oh, yeah. That is that's not a very large one according to my map.
>> No, he's and I've had four people complain about it. So, I went out there and he's combative and I'm like, "Okay, well, I'm just going to call the sheriff's office."
>> Okay. And does he have a sign or anything else with him? Bags, animals?
>> He has a he has a sign and he's parked.
I guess he has a truck or the truck to the right hand side off into the the uh the side road that's not paved.
>> Okay.
His truck. What kind of truck is it?
It's like a gray gray Toyota maybe.
>> Um, let's see. He said he's being combative. Is that verbally or is he approaching people?
>> No. No. He didn't want to leave. He was like, "You can't be here, man. You can't pan handle here." And I said, "This is a community CBD property." And he's technically on the sidewalk, so he's not trespassing, but you I think the law is you can't panhandle.
Okay. And I'm sorry, did he have a sign with him?
>> He did. Yes.
>> All right. Do you know what it said?
>> Uh something about God, God bless you, this and that or something like that.
He's definitely begging for money though.
>> I feel like you got to have my phone number on speed since I call about teenagers at the pool.
>> Well, we appreciate you keeping an eye out. We're going to have a unit swing by. Okay.
>> 1321 101 rolling view in Woodbridge.
>> Good. How are you doing?
>> I'm enjoying the sun after a few days of gloomy weather.
>> Yeah, we needed that weather though, didn't we?
>> Florida.
>> Did you get called out here?
>> You know I did.
>> Okay. I didn't know if you live here.
>> I came in because I just wanted to drive through.
>> Yeah.
>> Um but then I said I know somebody's going to call. Sure enough. That's somebody, dude. Well, thank you for uh checking out. Uh I I didn't know if you lived in here or if you're just coming home.
>> I wish, man.
>> Yeah.
But so, how's everything been going?
>> Everything's been great. I'm blessed.
Bless be on my uh worthiness, that's for sure.
>> Amen.
>> How about you?
>> I agree. Can I say ditto?
>> Ditto. Yeah, there you go.
>> All right. Well, my name is Jeff.
>> Jeff, that's what I was like racking my brain. I kept saying James. I was like, I couldn't remember your name. I apologize.
>> That's all right. I don't expect everybody to remember my name. It's probably a good thing that most cops, you know, don't know my name right off the bat. So, you're uh are you deputy sergeant or >> No, I'm Well, here. Let me park. Let me get out of the way and I'll turn around and chat with you for a minute.
>> All right. All right.
>> God bless vets.
That thing is still >> I know. I'm sure these people love that, huh?
>> Who would have ever thought that that was going to be running through here one day?
>> Yep.
>> It is what it is.
>> So, no. To answer your question, Jeff, I am not a sergeant. I'm just a deputy.
>> Oh, deputy. Okay.
>> So, working, make a living, doing a grind.
>> Gotcha. Gotcha. Deputy. You what?
>> Wilson.
>> Deputy Wilson. Okay. Deputy Wilson. I thought you might have been somebody else when I first saw you.
>> No, I'm sorry.
>> I'm sorry.
>> Are you looking for somebody in particular?
>> No, no, no. Not at all. Not at all.
Yeah. My name is Jeff and uh I just come out. I'm actually invited guests in here. The uh what's happening a lot now, I don't know if you're familiar with what I do with the God bless veteran signs or anything, but uh uh lot of just on public sidewalks and different places. And what people have started doing is I get messages and they'll invite me to come to their neighborhood.
I'm going to invite a guest and say, "Hey, come stand out in front of my neighborhood and spread the message of good goodwill and compassion." And that so that's what I'm doing out here today.
>> Right.
>> So >> Okay. So then Rolling Hills invited you.
>> Uh not Rolling Hills, but a resident.
>> Oh, a resident. Yeah. Okay.
>> Yeah. Somebody that watches my channel and subscribes to my YouTube channel.
They invited me out here to uh do this in front of their neighborhood. So that makes me like an invited guest. So, and I I know you're not here to trespass me or mess with me anything, but that would make it where I I have every right to be in there just like anybody else does, you know? So, >> Right. And I think you know some of the care and concern that people first of all they see somebody they don't know right I mean I think we all in our neighborhoods are like who is that because they're not familiar we don't normally see this guy around we're not familiar with him etc. So it it raises some care and concern and I think you can appreciate that.
>> I appreciate that. Yeah.
>> And then some people do notice that you are carrying a weapon and that even heightens their concern sometimes. So >> you know but the law is what the law is and you can do that. So >> Yep. Yep. And uh yeah I get that. that I get that you get get a call and you would respond to the call and uh it's just the response to the call is a lot of times that's where the problem is, you know, with some law enforcement agencies. They uh they don't do what you're doing and respect the rights, you know, to free speech on public property.
So, but I appreciate you doing that.
>> No worries. I think it's just about education. I mean, some people know, some people don't know, you know, we're all learning as we go in life.
>> Yep.
>> But anyway, >> God bless you. Nice to meet you.
>> Good day.
>> God bless. Stay safe. if I can say anything. So, who knew they're going to have?
>> Yeah, I do.
>> All right. Well, I'm just going to at least go put your tag number in the call so I know I cuz they talk about your vehicle and then >> I'll do that.
>> Enjoy your day.
>> All right. You, too. You, too.
>> Okay.
>> Just be be mindful not to step out the road and keep traffic, >> right? Yeah. I have no no to do anything with that.
>> No worries.
>> Cause any problems.
>> All right. You take care.
>> All right. You too. Have a blessed day.
Stay safe.
>> All right. Well, there you have it, folks. Somebody did call the police on me. No big surprise. And I just want to send a message to anybody who has ever been in my videos and you hear yourself on a 911 calling the cops on somebody that you perceive to be less fortunate than you are or down on their luck and asking for help and your reaction is to call the police on them or actually get out of your truck and threaten me with violence and things like that. Uh hopefully you will see these videos and hear yourself on these 911 calls and it will have a change of your heart and uh soften your heart up a little bit.
That's that's my goal.
with people that are meanie pants is maybe it'll soften your heart and change your mind and change the way you think about people that are less fortunate than you. So anyway, from here in Klay County, Florida in front of Rolling Hills neighborhood where I'm invited guests and by the way, thank you to the person who invited me. God bless our homeless vets and please pray for our homeless veterans.
