>> All right. Can I have your phone number, please? at 606654 2281.
>> 2281. Alrighty. Sounds good. Thank you very much.
>> Thank you.
>> We buy, sell, trade, and give away a bunch of stuff. Uh it's your stuff, not our stuff. But if we had stuff, uh you could buy our stuff or have our stuff.
It's stuff is what I'm saying. Uh tonight, uh and did you have a good weekend? Yes, I did, too. Uh the grandkids were in and it was Luke's.
Last month it was Lincoln's birthday.
seven. Luc is turning six. Charlotte uh had one earlier this year. So, they're all they're all changing that up too fast.
And then um you've got uh graduation for Luke tomorrow night. Graduation for Luke. He is graduating from um preschool. No, kindergarten.
Kindergarten. So, there we go. Uh we got uh got a house full today. Got Ben Barnett coming through the front door.
And um will this cord work, sir?
>> Is that going to be long enough?
>> No.
>> How long do you need the cord?
>> I need I need the big I mean the quarter inch on one side, the small inch on the >> other.
>> So you you need some That's what you sent me. You sent me You needed that.
>> All right. So you need quarter inch to auxiliary.

3371063.
Never know what you're going to experience when you come through the front door here. Good morning. Good morning. And uh good morning. All right.
Buy, sell, trade, and give away. That's what we do here. And we try and help out folks uh best we can in the community.
All right.
Let's see who's online right now. Who is online? uh when it comes to our Facebook feed and then we'll check in with our YouTube folks. All right, Sher Matthews is checking in. Johnny Goins, Paul Michelle Napier, James Whitaker, Carolyn Whitehead, and uh there's a plethora of other humans on there. Plethora is one of my favorite f favorite words. One of Okay, if you want to be a part of the show, it's 663371063.
663371063 on our YouTube. We got Bong Stoy, Noric, we got Tony Lawson, and uh Missy England. Yep. In a good m good mood this morning. It's going to be a slam-packed week. Slampacked week. Everything from um government uh meetings tonight, tomorrow, a talent show on Wednesday, getting ready for the Daniel uh Daniel Boone. I am getting ready for the the Mountain Laurel Festival that's next week. Um, we've got our list out of everyone uh for the downtown entertainment. I put that together last night and I finished um there may still be one or two that comes in at the last minute. Um, then we got graduations this week. So, it goes Bell graduation on Friday at 7 and we'll be broadcasting.
It's Middlesboro graduation on Saturday at 6:00 p.m. And then we do project graduation um for Cumberland Gap High School and that's from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 in the morning. Then it's Pineville graduation on Sunday 2:00 p.m. and then church on Sunday morning of course. So, it's uh it's going to be a big day. And [clears throat] then next week, next week, a week and a day is election day. Okay? Election.
And we have election results that we're we're going to be bringing you. So, if I'm still alive, by this time next week, I will be setting up for the election results.
Who else is online with us? KG Hazel Green Exotic Jeran I said Noro already. Um Brady 180 what's up? And we're not trading used mattresses. Um Richie Folultz, anybody else? Dr. Chattanooga, what's up?
And I think that's it.
Bong stogy 3371063.
Okay, so tonight we have got a couple of different things that we're covering there's a bunch of athletic events we're going to try and get to taking pictures.
But it's the Pineville City Council meeting. And I noticed on the agenda, oh, let me say this real quick.
Middlesboro Elementary School.
And by now you should you should know it was put out two hours ago, but the uh the field day because of the rain. Field day because of the rain. And I am seeing a little bit of blue sky coming through, but field day because of the rain has been moved to the gym for Middlesborough Elementary School. Um, just a minute here, got a lot of stuff I put out last night.
Where is it?
I'm getting there. Didn't realize how much I had put out last night. Well, I know that I did.
Anyway, it's Pineville City Council meeting. I wanted to to highlight something that was on the city council.
There it is. Like I know I put this out.
So tonight at 6 p.m. the Bell Theater will be covering this live.
Um proclamation naming May two thou try it again. Proclamation naming May this year as historic preservation month. Second reading of the amended fiscal court or fiscal budget fiscal year budget. Uh and then the first reading, this is something I didn't know about.
Um, the first reading creating an ordinance for a utility department. A utility department. So, I'm not sure how that's going to be defined.
And then you got a Main Street update and then new business. So, that's at 6 PM tonight. So, if you're a citizen of Pineville, probably if you can't make it, I would suggest tuning in to our uh our stream.
If if they're creating, and I may be reading this wrong, but first reading of an ordinance creating a utility department, that's kind of a a broad statement. Not sure which way they're going with that.
Tomorrow at 11, we will have the Bell County um fiscal court meeting.
Um, the Department of Transportation will be there presenting the court with the rural and secondary road program recommendations. They'll be paying bills, accepting claim sheets, opening bids. Um, there's another thing I want to talk about. Oh, um, approving a resolution adopting and approving the execution of a county road aid co-op program between the fiscal court and the Commonwealth of Kentucky Transportation Cabinet beginning July 1st.
Uh there'll be individuals hired. Um got a couple of dispatchers being hired, several others that are going to the telecommunications academy uh and paying bills. So there you go.
And this time next week, you would think that um Middlesboro City Council will be getting ready for a um a meeting, but it's election um election results, so I don't think they're going to be having that. It's election day. Pretty sure they're not having that. I'll find out more about that. Um very quickly, to the best of my ability here, there was an accident last night.
Someone ran into a bridge while on the bridge. And I've got a little information on that we'll put out. Um, do I want to wait?
Hang on. Do I think I want to talk about the KMLF right now? We came in at 36 37.
No, let me let me just keep going for a little bit here. Okay. So, I put up a couple more pieces of information about the Kentucky Mount Laurel Festival. We will have some tickets that we're giving away. Now, when I say giving away, when I say giving away, here's what I mean.
That there aren't going to be any physical tickets that we're giving away to the Kentucky Mount Laurel Festival opening ceremonies. And Diamond Rio will be there and uh Colton Bowen will be there, the Queen candidates, the princess candidates.
We're not giving away physical tickets.
We're giving away will call. I will say who has won. They'll have it on a list.
You show up, you're in. Okay. So, we're getting six t either six or eight tickets for that. Uh during today's trivia question, we will have two of those tickets to give away. During today's trivia question, we will have two of those tickets to give away. Now, folks are asking about um the entertainers that I put out last night, or was it early this morning? Um, it was last night. It was right before midnight.
There are no tickets for these. This is a free concert stage.
There are one, two, three, four, five events. Five events. I may add a fourth one. I mean, a fifth, sixth. God almighty. Um, I may add a sixth one if I would learn how to count. Uh, but starting Friday, May 22nd at 5:00 pm, we've got Michael Jones. 6 PM is Dalton Daily. 7 PM is Adam Brock of Kudsu Killers and uh Chris Bentley from Sunday Best.
Eric Bolander is at 8:15. Then we have a lipsync contest and you sign up about an hour before and we'll have that.
Saturday at 10:00 a.m. is the parade.
Saturday at 10:00 a.m. is the parade.
Okay. So, with that said, that goes till roughly 12. There is an hour or so of downtime. And then at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 23rd, downtown um stage, you've got Dakota Sailor.
3 p.m. is Bra Blake Brans.
4 PM is Daniel Chumley. Somewhere between 400 p. p.m. and 5 is the Pine Mountain Dancers.
Then Tennessee 90 at 5. Cody Fusen and several other great um artists within his band. Uh he's at 6. Dalton Mills will be at 7:30. The Turner Collective will be at 8:30. And then we'll have the Kentucky Mount Laurel Festival talent show.
Now, I am looking for three individuals.
You will be paid as judges. I'm not asking for volunteers for Saturday night at the talent show. I need three folks.
It is a paid gig and I would appreciate it if you did have some, you know, some singing background or entertainment background.
Get in touch with me here at the station at 6063021442.
I need three individuals to act as judges and you will be judging the talent show.
We will have three chairs and a table in front of the stage and you will be judging them, for the lack of a better phrase, which is what a judge does. um on performance, presentation, knowing your material, whether it be singing, juggling, dancing, um singing, juggling, dancing, um magicians, whatever it may be that you claim as a talent.
hog calling.
We will have an a children's uh group for 17 and under and we will have adults 18 and up.
This is the first time that there's been a talent show basically as a part of what we're doing.
So, if it starts out slow and grows, so be it.
If it doesn't go as expected, so be it.
We're going to work through it.
But I've hosted multiple talent shows around the area. Um, most recently, one at um, Daniel Boone Festival every year, going on 14 years I've been doing that.
So, it's about it's about participation.
All right. So, Friday night, you don't have to have any talent. Just know the song for lip sync. And then Saturday night it's the talent show and you do have to have talent for that. So, um I guess that's it.
Concerts are free downtown. Concerts are free downtown. Okay.
663371063 3371063.
Okay. So, I'm going to read something to you.
uh someone not happy.
So instead of the street dance, it's replaced with a talent show. All my life it's seen a street dance. Sucks. That's getting took too.
um with let's see we simply decided to go a different direction.
No one is forced to be there.
Not going to make everybody happy.
There's reasons that I've decided to go different. Okay.
One of them is lack of participation in the street dance.
It's dwindled down and dwindled down and dwindled down. That's one of the biggest reasons. [snorts] If you don't like it, just don't go.
Like I said, no one's forced to be there. 3371063.
And we do enough dances at the schools.
I mean, good grief.
[sighs] I guess that's going to be it for me for this particular um segment. We got some folks coming back in and um if you are someone running for office and you're wanting to get some last minute ads in, no problem. We'll do that. It's trade.
And now the pledge of allegiance brought to [music] you by our friends at Bell County, Florest, Pine Street in Pineville, 3378803.
I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

All right. There was today a individual running for the Senate who came to Pineville and he was greeted by other people running for other offices and I know that the county courier covered it and I've been asked why I didn't cover it. Um, it just boils down to I don't want to be in the even though we're doing election results and we're running ads. I just did not want to have a um I know if I cover that anybody who's running against the individuals would want equal time and I just I didn't want to get in the middle of that. So, I can tell you that Andy Bar was in town. Okay. Nobody locally is running as far as our area running for the same spot he is. So, in the essence of equal time, hang on just a second. Where is my birthday box?
Uhoh.
Has the birthday box gone away? I'll have to figure this out here. What is going on? I made the mistake and I'll tell you here in just a second. Let's just go ahead and go to the Secretary of State website.
In the essence of equal time by mentioning his name. Okay, hang on just a second please.

>> You've just been pranked by the prank caller app.
>> I know, but you didn't prank me. Because listen, if you're going to do a prank, wait until set the prank app to wait until it hears someone talking to it, not just Hang on a second.
Got to teach them everything, don't I?
3371063 3371063.
It is trade. Thank you for being here on this Monday.
Um, as I said a little while ago, if I make it through this week to get to next week, I I think we'll be fine. Then if I make it next week, Kentucky Mount Laurel Festival, I think we'll be fine.
Probably not.
6063371063 towards the end of the week. um for Knox County, Harland County, maybe Whitley County, definitely Bell.
I'll go over who's running again. I'll do it towards the end of the week. Okay, once again, I'll do it towards the end of the week. Not going to bombard you with stuff like that immediately. And um also got a question over the weekend.
How come you're not allowing any um ads on trade for campaigns? because I've done that the last couple of weeks and the brakes are already a bit lengthy. It would really increase the brakes a great deal. So, I'm not I just didn't feel like doing that this time.
It's about as simple as I can get.
3371063 3371063.
Uh if you have birthdays or anniversaries, you're more than welcome to um um put them on our page, put them on our feed, send it in an email, or call it in like the lady just did a moment ago.
Or you can just I've had several people just walk up to the front door and just say, "Hey, u my my child's got a birthday." People have come in and done that before.
So anyway, 3371063 3371063 buy, sell, trade, and giveaway. Let's take a peek and make sure I'm not missing anything on Facebook for the folks who are tuning in. We will have again Diamond Rio, Colton Bowen, and the opening ceremony of the Kentucky Mount Laurel Festival next Thursday at the Pineville Gymnasium. We will have all of that in a ticket, but it's it's a when I say it's a ticket, it'll be will call. You show up, your name will be on a list, you and your plus one. Okay? All right. So, give me just a second here.
Uh, couple of very quick PSAs and then we'll take our next break. Very quick PSAs and we'll take our next break. Um, but yeah, we'll have those tickets. um fugitive caught and um I'll just say he was he was caught in Tazwell and um he violated parole out of Hamilton County, Tennessee. And um he probably will not see the light of day anytime soon because he had a lot of meth on him and he tried to hide in a car wash.
What? Yeah, you tried to hide in a car wash. Doesn't work that way. 6063371063.
Big Mother's Day. Did everybody enjoy Mother's Day? Hopefully, you did. Uh there's a rally coming up on Friday. A rally coming up on Friday. It's a recovery rally. The speakers will be Derek Patterson, Layman, Tampa, Foya, and you can bring your own chair or blanket to where is this going to be?
Barberville, Kentucky at the Thompson Park and RV camping area, 603 South Main Street. Food and drinks will be provided by East Barberville Baptist. Um, let's see.
If there's rain, they'll relocate to East Barberville Baptist Church. All right.
And there is also, let's see, that was this past weekend. There's one other thing I want to tell you about, and then we'll take our next break.
Uh this is not it, but congratulations to the new school record holders. Um the girls for Pineville ran a 53.14 tonight when it comes to track and um what's the thing with the baton relay.
Yeah.
So, uh, several accidents over the weekend and, um, we put more information out about, um, people who really should not, in my opinion, see the light of day. They've been, um, convicted by a jury of their peers for, I'll just say, offenses involving juveniles.
Three, as a matter of fact. [snorts] And there's a spring cleanup coming up next Monday. Next Monday, it will be the Pineville Spring Cleanup. It is being put on um by Kentucky Wildlands, the Center for Rural Development, Kentucky Pride, and Main Street Pineville.
10:00 a.m. to 2 next Monday. Small acts, big impact. Let's take one more call before we go to break. Trade.
