Uh so dear friends uh just now or just now a few days ago ago arrived this I must say legendary uh Supra phone or we can say Tesla speaker boxes but on the labels are Suprahone RK10 but equipped with Tesla speakers and this is the next case when I must buy. Why? Because I think that I don't have video here on my YouTube channel with these speaker box boxes. Yes, I had but uh the video was deleted regarding the copyright on the on the music. So why I must buy them? So um because they are equipped uh with professional full range oval speakers uh Tesla A 667 A O are are round and A E are the oval and these are really professional Finance speakers which were mounted originally for example in the legendary uh legendary cinema speaker boxes. The types of cinema Tesla speaker boxes uh begins usually a KR and for example there were three or six pieces in the legendary type AKR 153. There was three pieces of these incredible good full speakers as a mid-range or uh they were mounted also in the ARS 631 uh with vacuum tube amplifier. They were used also in the Czech Opra hall. Uh, incredible, incredible fullrange speakers, full range. But if they are mounted in huge uh enclosure, uh they they are sounding also from the bot also the base. Uh these speaker boxes were produced in 70s up to from early '7s from the year 1970 up to uh beginning of the 80s if I say it correctly. 1983 I did 19845.

[00:02:52]But at the beginning there were mounted uh such a AR E667 uh with white or light gray paint and then from 70 uh 1970 up to 73 and then from the 73 later they were prod were mounted with blue paint. uh so uh I will open them and we'll see uh from which year it's uh when it was uh produced and usually uh but I don't have it in my head uh there are two letters and this is the Tesla production code here is RB if I read it correctly it's printed with violet violet paint and uh from this uh letters you can find uh the exact months and year of production but I have it in my computer or you can find it on my website Angelica Audio CZ if you click on the Tesla uh Tesla TVM there is also this uh list of alphabetical codes uh so and as as a tweeters uh this ARV261 also very interesting tweeters I must say I prefer prefer more the smaller ones ARV 3161. But uh these are also not bad. Originally mounted for example in the legendary uh Suprahone RK60.

[00:04:26]Uh they were so huge and so uh good sounding uh Suprahone speaker boxes which were uh delivered originally in the in the set studio one. that were produced as a set only 100 pieces and uh of sets and uh for export. So uh usually or the front plate with textile is this front grill or textile grill is not dismountable. This is sealed but when I touch here I feel that it's not sealed.

[00:05:04]Uh normally you must go inside to dismount this screws from the backside and this wire should not be here. Uh as you can see they are flat. So in German flu uh in your living room for example if you don't have enough space there. Uh but uh the sound is um not bad. But I must say the enclosure is too small for such a uh such a huge full speakers because I had here uh about maybe 30 years ago do it yourself speaker boxes. Uh and when I huge huge huge and uh when I connected them to an amplifier the sound was uh incredible and I didn't cannot uh cannot say which bass speakers are inside and I have opened them and I found this exactly this time with one tweeter and the sound was huge they they had in a volume about 60 liters and uh the sound was uh pretty pretty uh pretty nice. Uh here uh I have connected this uh right box only uh now because the wires are too short. You can uh see about uh 3 4 cm and uh here it was possible that it will be a little difficult and when I put uh down or put in the front this front plate uh it must go also with the cable. So now it's connected only this one. Let's try some base track.
