[00:00:08]They called it the Kaiten, a torpedo just big enough for one man. He'd climb in, lock the hatch, and guide it directly into an enemy ship. No eject, no escape, no way out.

[00:00:22]The pilots were volunteers, some just 17 years old. They wrote farewell letters, bowed to the emperor, and climbed inside knowing they'd never come back out.
