The Platinum Rule is a higher degree of care than the Golden Rule. While the Golden Rule states 'do unto others as you would have them do unto you' (which assumes others need what you need), the Platinum Rule takes the extra degree of care to ask what others like and need, and do unto them the way they want to be done unto. This principle emphasizes that effective ministry and relationships require taking the time to understand individual needs rather than making assumptions, which is particularly important when serving reactive people who try to control their circumstances.

To our returning delegates and visitors, welcome back and thank you for continuing to be a part of this conference. We also take this opportunity to acknowledge and sincerely thank our suffocan bishops, pastors, leaders and we thank you for being a member of supportive teams from our musicians and praise and worship team to our ushers to our media team, sound technicians and all those who are working diligently behind the scenes.

[00:17:58]means thank you. We thank God for each of you and for your commitment to advancing his kingdom. As the apostle Paul reminds us in Colossians 3 verse 23- 24 the new living translation it reads work willingly at whatever you do as though you are working for the Lord rather than for people. Hallelujah.

[00:18:23]>> Remember that the Lord will give you an inheritance as your reward and that the master you are serving is Christ. Last night was phenomenal. We were richly blessed. Amen. Richly blessed by a dynamic anointed and spiritfilled speaker in the person of Bishop Dr. Laveveltton Daniel of Cincinnati, Ohio, USA. Through the power of God's word, he challenged and inspired us. If we were to summarize the message >> in a single word, that word would be go.

[00:37:15]He is an accomplished singer, an artist in his own right.

[00:37:22]He is a worshipper and he believes in evangelism.

[00:37:28]He served under his father-in-law, the former presiding bishop of the Pentecostal Assembly of the World, Bishop Paul Alexander Bowers. He is also the ardent worker and chair of a project focused on the year 2033, [music] the 2000 anniversary of Pentecost.

[00:59:43]Most times when I have done this demonstration, I say here and and I don't go through all of this. I just said here and they look at me and say what? And I say here and they look at me and said why? I said here. And then they said what is this for? I didn't do anything to get this.

[01:00:07][applause] Even in the islands, we have the same culture that when someone tries to get us something, we check ourselves out to see if we're worthy of it.

[01:00:32]When I was a child, my grandparents and parents would tell me, "I will give you something if you for Christmas if you're good."

And some of these little wonderful ones, they'll take everything you got whether you going to give it to them or not. I do understand that. But I'm not talking I'm trying to talk about foundational things that that is embedded in the great commission. When God sent them out, he sent them out full of gifts to give gifts to the world so that the world could become one again.

[01:01:29]And these children are our witness that we've been getting this wrong for ages because they are the result. They are the product of what we've taught them.

So that now you are taking that same energy that >> I made God a promise. I used to be the party and I was the mixed drink maker in the family.

[01:46:41]We come in the world being an egotist.

[01:46:49]When we learn things, we get possessive for them.

[01:46:57]>> That that that's how we come. As we progress, if we progress, then we become reactive. It is a major phase in our life but it is not nearly the best phase to be in.

[01:47:17]>> The reactive phase carries a whole lot of the egotistical stage with it because of the things that comes up from it. Now look at the bottom it says heart will head.

[01:47:33]Once we start in our lives, glory to God, once we get out of being so egotistical and some folk get stuck there, hello, they're grown and still think mine, mine, mine.

[01:47:46]They are grown and even they come to the Lord. They come to church and they still want it mine, my way or the highway.

[01:47:55]Hallelujah. They want look look [clears throat] the heart. Uh these are the three phases here uh of of of the reactive mindset.

[01:48:04]And I'm going to go quick. Praise the Lord.

[01:48:08]It is your heart, your will, and your head. Your heart is the complying part of you. Hallelujah. It it it it lacks relationships.

[01:48:19]It moves toward other people. God almighty. It deals with somebody say feelings.

[01:48:27]>> Uhhuh. The will is the controlling part of that reactive personality.

[01:48:32]Hallelujah. It deals with results. It'll move against you because Hallelujah.

[01:48:39]Whereas one deals with the feelings. Uh this one sort of deals with the the fears.

[01:48:54]I I I I I see the possibilities of getting hurt. I don't want to get hurt, so I'm going to control the situations.

[01:49:03]Now, all of these are necessary. Glory to God. Uh stay with me. Uh-huh. The next one is the head. The head is protecting. It is something like the will, but the will control it by moving against it. The head will protect it by moving away from it.

[01:51:38]Uh the flights were delayed and all of that and and when I finally got to the boy, they were cussing up a storm up there in Atlanta. This one guy was saying terrible words and he just done got on my nerve. So then here he come to me with all this stuff and I said, "Oh, bless God. It's a wonderful day. If the plane gets up and comes down, I'm going." He said, "Oh, thank God.

[01:53:21]So, open up your paper. Y'all can study this lady for those look at the creative. The creative is a higher degree of communication.

[01:53:51]Take the sea out of the middle of your mess. Take the sea out of the middle of what you're doing. Don't He already knows about your mess. When you put him in the middle, you are trying to use him and manipulate him to get what you want.

[01:54:09]Hallelujah. You're not that smart to tell God how to bless you, how to help you, how to deliver you. If you take the sea out and put it in the front of your reactive self, you'll become creative.

[01:54:23]And now he's he's he's in charge. He's the number one. He's calling the shots. He's telling you how to go, where to go, when to go.

[01:54:41]>> If you're going to fulfill the great commission, You've got to become creative.

[01:54:51]>> I had a friend from Jamaica, Brother David. He's gone from labor to reward now. And he just said, "Man, you paint everybody with the same brush."

[01:54:58]Hallelujah. Don't you paint people with this. Everybody's not going through what you went through. Everybody doesn't have a a demon the way you did.

[01:56:50]Tulsa really described it. Awtoer in in in some of his writings, he talks about God being a unified being that does not make mistakes, that is eternal, that was not created and all of that. And he talks about him, hallelujah, from the standpoint of his attributes that Attributes are not things that he has.

[01:57:28]Attributes are things that he is.

[01:57:32]He doesn't have love or give love. He is love.

[01:57:40]And from that standpoint, if you were to look at all of the attributes, we seem to try to limit him that if he's being kind, then he's not he has to hold back his strength or his wrath. God is God.

[01:57:57]He's so awesome that whenever he does something for me, he's doing everything for me with all of him. He doesn't have to hold back one thing in order to do another thing for me. Good God almighty.

[01:58:10]I if he's helping me, he doesn't have to hold back the fact that he's a god of wrath, that he can correct me. If if if he is correcting me, he doesn't have to hold back his love, that he still loves me in the correction. When we understand that God uses all of God to bless us in all of our ways. Hallelujah. He does it in spite of us. He does it because of him. And he does it because we need him to be that. We need him to have all of that working in our behalf or on our behalf so that when we're going through, we won't give up and throw in the towel.

I'm going to call him to find out what he did say because I believe that what I heard is an answer for you." Now, I believe that this is confirmation for your life.
