What is going on with our Family?

[00:00:00]Oh my goodness, stranger, where have you been all my life? I haven't got to talk to you for a few weeks. Feel like we should be hugging and kissing here. I don't know about you.

[00:00:09]You might not have noticed I've been gone, but I've been gone. I took a couple weeks off to recover from my little surgery, >> [music] >> but baby, I'm back. It's nice to not feel lump anymore here. That was driving me crazy. And yeah, my doctor sent away some tissue to be tested, but it can take up to 6 weeks to get results, but I'm feeling good and I've been just trying to really stay up on eating protein to get better. I've been walking every day, which is what I'm going to do right now.

[00:00:37]I'm going to go for a little walk. I just wanted to come on and say thanks for checking checking in on me if you did. If you didn't, well, >> [music] >> why not? No, I'm just kidding. I've got a lot of messages and comments asking how I'm doing, so I thought I would just pop on today. Today's Wednesday, so I'm trying to like not do many edits in this vlog, but we'll see how that goes. Can't be dropping the F-bombs here. And I have to take Rowan over to the hospital because he's been going through some belly issues. How's your belly feeling now?

[00:01:05]Mhm. It really hurts.

[00:01:07]Aw, sweetie. And if you guys have been around for a while, you might remember that a few years ago he was in the hospital because of a belly issue.

[00:01:14]And basically one intestine slipped into the other intestine and they had to go in and get it to come out. It's a very painful thing. It's an emergency and if it's happening again, we kind of have to know why.

[00:01:28]And the thing is is that it can happen, but then it can correct itself, so it's it's a it's a tough one. He had blood work done.

[00:01:35]Sat there perfectly still, didn't move.

[00:01:37]Meanwhile, I was on the floor almost passing out. He wanted to go to school.

[00:01:41]I gave him the option because he's fasting, he can't eat. But he wanted to go for the morning, so he's at school. I also wanted to mention that the reason why I share any information about health stuff is because you just never know who's watching. I know with my mom, we had so many people that were able to help us out with different things that were happening with her. So, this is why I love the power of the internet because there's so many people out there that can help.

[00:02:24]Well, there's there's a one and a seven in it, which means it's lucky cuz it's my favorite number, right?

[00:02:55]And so she let him pick out a sticker and then he asked if he could get one for his sister.

[00:03:05]Um got my lucky earrings in today, my lucky socks, my lucky undies, my lucky shirt. We're looking for anything and everything for luck.

[00:03:13]I'm telling you, you'll look for anything and everything. Sometimes I find that I do that when I'm looking for signs from my mom. The one day when I was feeling pretty stressed about it, I walked by a vehicle and a song by Luke Combs was playing and the lines everything's going to be all right played as I walked by.

[00:03:33]See, I'm telling you, this might sound [music] crazy. Maybe that's a sign from my mom saying everything's going to be okay.

[00:03:43]You'll just you'll search for anything.

[00:03:46]God forbid the dog blinks a certain way, you'll think that's a sign, too. Got a package.

[00:03:51]Rowan's just downstairs having some quiet time and his belly's hurting, so we'll just wait to hear.

[00:04:04]Okay, this is not easy. Working up a sweat. There's nothing like seeing your kid laying on a stretcher. For any of you medical parents out there, my heart goes out to you. It truly truly does. And I got to see some of my old old co-workers, which was really cool and talk to them.
