In today's video we will talk about Sony 65 inches latest Google TV no picture problem repair cases strategy. Here you can see its model number and it is a latest 4K Google TV. If we talk about the problem, here you can see that as soon as the TV is powered on, it shows no picture. The backlight at the back remains stable. So here you can see that the backlight is on but there is a problem of no picture.
Today we will analyze this problem and then solve it. Here you can see that the back cover has been removed.
Now let us check. The sections we see here are Power Supply, Motherboard and Ticon Board. Here you can see this is its motherboard. The problem of no display is basically a display related problem.
So we will analyze that only.
Here you can see that these are its panel sections. The panel we see installed here is a 4K panel from Be company which is of 60 Hz. If we look at the version number of this panel, here you can see this is its version number. Now let us move towards the analysis of the problems that are there in it. If we have to repair the BOE panel, what should we do about each section that is installed inside the tick on board? There should be knowledge. If you want to understand the details about BOE panel then I have explained it in videos which are many years old.
You can see it here. Now what will we do to analyze the problem? First we will measure the input voltage of the level shifter IC installed inside it.
First I am checking whether the supply of VGS is present or not.
So here you can see this is the VGS supply present. If the input voltage of the level shifter is OK then what do we do now? We will check the output signals and supply of the level shifter. So here you can see this is a CKB line which is showing 11 watts. If the signal and supply are being output from the level shifter, it means that the level shifter IC is correct. This signal is indicating to us that all the voltage and signals of the ticker are OK. But still there are problems of no picture.
What could be the reason for that? All the signals and supplies that should be made inside this Ticon board are present. But still the problem of no picture is visible.
For example, we understand that there is a problem with the motherboard inside it. So we checked the panel separately with a panel tester but still the same problems are there. It is assumed that there may be some problem in the CKB line.
So what will we do? One side CKB will block the line. After that we will verify.
So even after blocking the CKV line here, the same situation is there. It is also possible that there is some problem on the other side, so we tried blocking the other side here and even after that the situation is the same. If there is a situation where all the voltages and signals are present and still there is a problem of no picture, then the fault can also be responsible for it. So here we will analyze the problems of coffee. When I was analyzing the problem of COFF, I noticed that one of the capacitors here had been tampered with. This person who appears to be the number one trainer on social media, if you go to him, your condition will be like this.

All the voltages were ok on the ticket board but still it is cut and fitted here.

First bring it to its original condition.
I have now brought it back to its original condition. So now we will do the main analysis.
What I will explain now is my nine years of bonding experience and the analysis is my self-study. The cuff you see here plays an important role in the panel. What is it, now I will explain. Just look here where the location of the cough is.
1.8 volts will enter inside this cup. If the function of this coff is ok then it will pass 1.8 watts further to coff number two. Pin number 23 of this COFF will be 1.8 watt input. Here you can clearly see that this is the testing point of pin number 23.
Here, when 1.8 volts are entered, an output will also come out from the opposite side of the COFF. That too will be PIN number 23.
Ok? And the name of that testing point will become Locku One. Here you can see that this is the opposite side of the coffee where its tasting point is present. Here you can see that the testing point of the output is present here. But no name has been mentioned here. But wherever this input is there, Pay Mention will definitely be there.
Now look carefully here. This is coffee number two. Where it is written xd2. Ok? The pin number 23 on the left side of this coff, which is visible as testing point, is mentioned by lock one and where did it come from, which was the output of our number one coff, the output of number one coff has become the input of the second coff.
Here you can see that this is pin number 23 where Lock One is mentioned. Now when these two numbers are output from the cough, its name will become LockU2.
So here you can see that the testing points of both are visible.
what shall we do now? We will measure the voltage inside it. In this way we can analyze the problem if there is any cough problem. Now we will measure the voltage at the input of the first cuff.
So, here you can see this is the testing point of the input. And here we are measuring the voltage. Here you can see that it is visible according to 1.8 volts.
What do you have to do with this method? We have to measure the cough one by one.
I'm measuring the number four cuff here right now.
1.8 watt is present here also. You can see it here.
Now I am measuring the output of the number six cuff.
1.8 watts is present here. If the output of number six coff is OK, that means it is indicating to us that the half side picture is OK. When I disconnected the right side FFC cable then I got half side picture ok. If we disconnect the FFC cable of this side then half picture is ok. If we block here and connect the FFC cable then the picture is not formed.
Now let's move on to coffee number seven.
Here you can see that this is a coffee of number seven. This coff will have lock six input and the output from this coff will be lock seven output. Okay, here you can see this is its input testing point. The lockout six that we measured was present. Here you can see that this seven number coffee is getting lock six input inside it. Where 1.8 watts is present. Now we will measure Lockdown 7. Here you can see the testing point of the lockout intake. If we look at this testing point from the lock, we do not see any voltage here.
So here 1.8 volts is seen missing.
If there is no lock down output, the next sequence will break down. This missing supply is indicating to us that this cuff is not working.
To confirm this problem, we will apply 1.8 watts to the input line of the cuff number 8, pin number 23.
Here you can see that this 1.8 watt track is right next to this FFC connector.
So I've basically transferred 1.8 watts from here.
What will happen after transferring this 1.8 watts? The picture will be activated from the eight number coffee and the further sequence will be completed. This number seven cough is bad cough. That's why the next sequence was broken down. So, what do we need to do to solve this now? This cuff will need to be replaced.
