This video compilation demonstrates that domestic violence perpetrators, regardless of their social status or personal circumstances, face legal consequences when they physically harm others. The footage shows multiple cases where individuals who abused family members (including a mother attacking her daughter, an ex-girlfriend assaulting a man, and a teenage mother endangering her child) were arrested and charged with crimes such as battery, DUI, and assault. The key lesson is that no one is above the law, and emotional volatility or personal circumstances do not justify violence against others.

>> She wouldn't get in on the golf course.
She was with these random people I've never seen before.
>> On March 5th, 2026 officers were dispatched following a report from a 17-year-old girl regarding a domestic incident. But when they approached her, they quickly realized how emotionally volatile the situation really was.
>> So she was with these random ass people.
I was trying to get her to go. I even called an Uber because she wouldn't let me drive her home and then I was I called the Uber.
>> She wouldn't get it. And then she was like, "You drive home." I was on the phone with my brother.
She slapped me in the face. I couldn't see. And then she threw my phone and then she just took off in the car.
>> She broke down emotionally while talking to her brother and fully described the assault to police. Her reaction showed how difficult it was for her to come to terms with the heartbreaking behavior of her own mother.
>> What happened?
>> Mom slapped the out of me.
>> Mom. Mom.
>> Mom, >> this is my brother.
>> Okay, you can hang out now. Okay, let us like figure out this first.
>> I'm with the cops.
>> Do you guys live together?
>> Yeah.
>> Where where are you staying?
>> Uh what's the address to the place?
It's somewhere.
>> Okay. Is it like at a tall building?
>> Yeah, a tall building.
>> Yeah, it's an absor.
>> It's right next to the bright pink building.
>> Okay. What's the um do you know the the room number or unit number?
>> Did mom take off towards the house?
>> Yeah. She just slapped me, Brady, and then she chucked my phone out of the golf cart.
>> Jesus Christ. What the >> ma'am? Do you need Do you need medical help? Medical ambulance.
>> Oh, I I went black for a second. I'm fine now.
>> Look, >> my eyes hurt really bad.
>> Okay.
>> And said it's the third floor. But do do you know the you you know the unit number?
>> Uhhuh.
>> You mean the unit number?
>> What's the unit number, Brady?
>> I don't know. I have to ask Tom.
>> He doesn't know. Wake up, Tom now. Okay.
Is mom going to go to jail?
>> If she goes to jail, then she's >> they said in the floor she's not sure about the unit number. We're probably going to go there shortly.
>> Um I'm sorry. Let me just So this on the nose, that's from your mom.
>> Yeah.
>> Okay.
Did she hit you like once or more than once? No, >> she just slapped me once in the face and then chucked my phone out.
>> All right, let's do that. So, do you have your ID with you then?
>> No, it's at the place.
>> Okay, no worries. We'll figure out >> How old are you?
>> 17.
>> 17? Okay.
>> She acts really crazy when she drinks.
>> Do Do we know why she got slapped?
>> Yeah, she slapped me in the face.
>> No, but do we know why?
>> Because she was with random people.
And I tried to get her to go away. I trolled an Uber because she wouldn't ride with me in the golf cart.
>> What color is the golf cart now?
>> It's blue.
>> Blue. Is it a four passenger? Six passenger.
>> Four.
>> Four. Okay.
>> Is it the rental, right?
>> No, it's ours. We live here. Like this is our vacation house.
>> Okay. Do you know the tag for the golf cart?
>> What direction did it go?
>> She went down.
>> She probably went home twice and hollered. We're going to >> It's 303. I can take you there.
>> Okay. Yeah. Um, let's go there. Let's go to >> She's going to act.
>> Who's that on the phone?
>> That's my brother.
>> Your brother? Okay.
>> Officers brought the girl back to the apartment complex to continue the investigation. Throughout the patrol car ride, her constant crying showed how deeply shaken she was by her mother's actions.
>> Just let me see here.
child.
>> And she tried to have these random ass people take us home. I ordered an Uber.
She wouldn't get in the Uber. I tried dragging her. And then she finally let me drive the golf cart and then slap me in the face and threw my phone at. She slapped me. Do you guys hear me?
My I my eyes went black and I couldn't see.
She did go this way, but she's probably gone by now.
>> She's not going to hide. She took off in the golf cart.
Well, there's two cops looking or at least a cop looking for her.
>> Do we have the keys?
>> She has the keys. I the the apartment's open.
>> Oh, it's up again.
>> I can get in there.
>> Where's going to go there? Yeah, I'm in the back of the car taking me to the place and she's talking to this random homeless person on the road. Like, what was she doing?
She's going to And you guys aren't failing her out either. She's going to sit there.
Yes, I was driving when she slapped me and then she Brady, you didn't hear her chuck the phone. No, I was hurting. I was on the phone with you and she threw it. If you pull in, I'll be able to see if the golf cart's there. It's the next golf cart.
>> Um, no, not that golf cart. Keep going.
>> It's uh to the left, right behind that back cop.
>> There's four cops here.
303.
Ma'am, just wait. Ma'am. Ma'am. Ma'am.
>> This is going to be room 303.
>> Okay. So, let's start from the beginning. Um, >> the officers and the daughter kept knocking in an effort to contact the mother. The complete silence from inside only strengthened their suspicion that she was deliberately refusing to come out.
>> Can you call your brother later, please?
So we can figure all this.
>> I'll call you later. Bye.
>> Um >> I don't know. We're trying to get him.
She locked it.
>> Just tell him you're going to call him later. Let's just >> Yeah. figure out this part first.
>> All right. Bye.
>> Okay. So you guys were both on the golf cart, right? Yeah.
>> Or no.
>> Wait, what' you say?
>> You were You were both sitting on the golf cart or no?
>> Yeah. I tried to call on Uber because she wouldn't get in on the golf cart.
She was with these random people I've never seen before. She was trying to have them driving. I was like, "These people are not knowing where we live. I don't know them." So, I called an Uber.
She didn't want to do the Uber. I tried dragging her to the Uber. She didn't want to do it. And she wouldn't let me drive around the golf cart here. And then she was finally after the random people left like you can drive the golf cart. So then I get on it. There's this homeless person talking to her and it was like when we finally drove away, he was like and then she just went slapped me in the face and threw my phone and I just jumped off and got my phone.
>> So then she's sitting behind the wheel, right? Basically that's what saying because you were behind the wheel, right?
>> Yeah.
No, not just >> QS police.
>> QS police, open up, please.
>> Where's the >> ma'am? We just want to talk to you.
You're not having any trouble.
>> I'm going to get the key from downstairs.
>> Okay, do that. Thank you.
Let me see.
>> Still not opening.
Shocker.
It looks like they're 15 to She's old enough to stay by herself for tomorrow. I don't know if she's 17, but she's not like 10, right?
>> Yeah. They don't even have curs.
>> Yeah.
to call this just to be sure.
Thank you, buddy.
>> Yeah. I mean, she's scared to stay with her mom. She's She's not tell.
>> Yeah, >> cuz she didn't want to drive.
>> Yeah, >> she could have crashed.
So, how many?
>> Huh?
>> How many?
>> Two.
No, don't.
The mother was arrested and only then did she shed tears of regret. Her pleas for officers to watch over her daughter while she was alone felt meaningless and far too late. after the horrible way she had treated her own child.
>> Ma'am, stop doing that.
>> We're not We're not doing this.
>> All right. So, where's the elevator?
>> Elevator.
>> Yes.
>> Right here.
>> Yes.
>> Yeah. Again, it's uh it's not like your daughter pressing charges.
>> Yes.
>> It's a state of it's just part of the job. There's nothing personal, but this what it is.
>> It is.
>> So, we're going to be in Monro County Jail in less than 10 minutes, and they will remove handcuffs immediately, right? But until we get there, it must be in handcuffs.
>> And just policy, but there uh and thank you for being cooperative and nice, you know. Yeah. It just unfortunately other side just our our hands are tight. It's >> no >> because we don't know. We don't want to come back. Who knows why we might have naps. You know if you're both going to stay there.
>> Yeah. I got you.
You want to just sit first and then I could just >> It's not very comfortable, but it's literally less than 10 minutes. Okay.
Okay.
How do you know if she's there alone, she won't try to kill herself or something?
I know I don't want her alone. She's threatening yourself a lot. Can you I I when she realizes like kind of what has happened, I I I'm afraid. Can you please have somebody there for her?
>> The mother was charged with battery for physically assaulting her daughter.
Lesson learned. Losing control is one of the main causes of violence. Learn to manage emotions before they lead to regrettable consequences. Continuing with women who lose control of their emotions, the next woman escalated further by attacking her ex-boyfriend while intoxicated.
>> Mhm.
>> Found my location and pulled up talking [ __ ] as I was trying to get in my car and then push the door, threatening me, and then proceeded and pushed my car.

>> Okay.
>> She was pissed off about something that happened previous.
>> Okay.
>> Found my location and pulled up talking [ __ ] as I was trying to get in my car and then pushed the door shut in her car. I was in the passenger and was threatening >> threatening her, threatening me, and then she had to t-bone and push my car.
Like I backed in perfectly straight, >> honestly. I know the I know the owner of this I can get the [ __ ] I can get the video.
>> Yeah. Were you parked right here?
>> Yeah.
>> Okay.
>> Yeah.
>> So, >> I took video her pushing this.
>> I saw her driving away. I heard it.
[ __ ] >> [ __ ] >> Uh, yeah.
>> That's crazy.
>> I don't know his last name, but his name's Trevor and he lives.
>> She was She was >> [ __ ] up%.
>> Yeah. She's been drinking over at um the jetty in Fort Pierce.
>> Okay.
>> Like, >> you tried to get in your car when she hit the car?
>> Yeah.
>> I was trying to get in and then she pushed her car up to mine, >> closing the door so I couldn't get in.
>> I was getting in the passenger to get my phone out to call y'all.
figure out that she was starting to beat my ass.
>> Yeah.
>> Oh, no.
>> And I' I've seen her put hands on men in the past, too.
>> You both have IDs on you?
>> I do. Give me two seconds. Let me get it out.
>> I just put mine.
>> As officers pieced the story together with witnesses at the scene, it was hard to believe the man still hesitated to press charges against the woman who had targeted him after everything she had caused.
>> Where were you?
>> I was right in front of there. I didn't see the impact. I saw her driving away >> one >> and we all heard it too. It was very loud.
>> Uh like there's minimal damage to the car. It's just like I don't want this [ __ ] happening again.
>> She knows where I live. Like >> I have family visiting me right now and I just don't want to deal with it.
>> This is like the fourth time I'm probably selling people here.
>> Okay. Do you want to press charges?
>> I don't know what that entails. All I know is I don't want my insurance going up because of this. Oh, >> that's Eric. He's the owner.
>> Okay. So, with pursuing charges.
>> Okay. So, she wasn't letting you get into your car. You were a passenger in the It appears to be like an aggravated matter.
>> Honestly, if >> and if convicted, what would like jail time usually? I can advise someone.
>> If his insurance would go up with pressing charges, then I would prefer to press charges on it. Then if that would be the case, >> I think as long as I have a police report, I can file through my insurance under her insurance. Right.
>> What are you worried about? Your car or like >> Well, I'm worried about her and both my car.
>> Okay.
>> In the same sense. Um I don't want her to serve time over something like this.
But in the same sense, it's like you can't just go around doing that.
>> Uh, no. Okay, >> that was crazy.
>> I totally >> Yeah, that that was some crazy [ __ ] She followed my location to come all the way down here through four perspective.
>> The fact that you're going to not know me like that. Yeah, I'm going to go ahead and block her on everything right this second.
>> I would that >> How did she get your location?
>> Uh, through Snapchat.
>> Okay. So, you still had her on Snap?
>> Yeah.
>> Okay. Hi.
>> How's it going?
>> Great. Did any of you guys witness what happened?
>> I mean, we heard it. I don't I can't say we like >> All these cars were in front of us, >> but we heard it and we heard the aftermath.
>> Okay.
>> We saw her like red bombing and pulling out. You know what I mean? We didn't actually see it anyway.
>> Yeah. Yeah.
>> Okay. Did you hear anything she said?
>> Uh, something something. [ __ ] you.
Something. That's about it. Really? Not much, but >> Okay.
>> Not too much, but >> yeah, a lot of [ __ ] That was really mainly what we heard.
>> Okay. All right. Well, thank you.
>> No problem. Thank you.
>> Officers approached the suspect's vehicle and asked her to cooperate with the investigation. Her silence and lack of resistance suggested she fully understood the seriousness of the situation.
>> Hello.
you okay?
>> Yeah, we're okay.
>> Any reason why when I pulled up you guys just turned off the car and the lights?
>> Uh, I've been sitting here and I just turned it off.
>> Okay, gotcha. Well, so the reason why I'm out here is cuz we got a call about someone hitting into a car and it's the same vehicle description. So, >> you guys all okay? I see you. Yeah.
>> Got watery eyes and stuff.
>> No, I'm okay.
>> No, no, no. I'm saying him drink a little bit.
>> No, I'm just asking if you're okay. That's it.
>> You're okay.
>> Phone number.
>> There was a male passenger in the vehicle as well.
>> Figure out if we have PC for aggravated battery so I can pass the info along to surrounding jurisdictions, please.
Yo.
>> Hey. I think I'm out with him.
>> All right. I'm coming.
>> Yeah.
Bye. Bye.
>> Bye.
>> Hi.
>> Hi.
>> Okay. So, my name is Officer Muchi and um let's do this first. I'm going to have you both step out of the vehicle.
>> Okay.
>> Right now.
>> What?
You just leave your phone and stuff >> like behind my car. This is my car.
>> Officers confronted the ex-girlfriend about the vehicle collision and requested that she perform DUI tests.
The request came after officers began suspecting she had been driving under the influence. on this side.
So, I have an incident that occurred over there with your vehicle, correct?
>> Do you know anything about that?
>> Yeah.
>> Okay.
>> Um I'm sure it is.
>> Okay. So, I video your car crashing into his >> Yeah.
>> Do you want to explain that?
>> Um >> I went to back up.
>> My car was not in reverse.
I said, "Sorry, I drove away."
>> And you guys were going into it.
>> So, I was getting into the vehicle. As soon as I saw her drive up, I was grabbing my [ __ ] phone to >> Yeah.
>> be ready.
>> Yeah. So, I don't like driving stick with the boots that I have.
>> Got Yeah.
>> So, I took them off, went to put them in the trunk, and then as I came up, her car was right here. I went to open the door, and she pushed it shut >> with Yeah. Got out, was talking [ __ ] >> threatened me, then threatened her.
>> How old does she look about? Uh, she's 28.
>> You know who they are?
>> Yeah.
>> Oh, okay.
>> Oh, I don't know them. I don't know them from Adam.
>> Hey, get out of the car. Move.
>> Dumb ass.
>> Just grab her.
>> He said the owner did.
>> Okay.
>> So, where were you coming from before you got here today?
Um, I was at the jetty >> in Fort Pierce or Jupiter >> Fort Pierce.
>> Okay.
>> So, have you been drinking >> earlier?
>> Okay. About how much have you had?
>> I had one rum right now.
>> Okay. Cuz I can smell it off of you.
>> Yes. So, if you don't mind, I would like to do some exercises with you.
>> Oh, no. If you're trying to like I don't know how strong the drink was.
>> No.
>> Okay. So, you refuse to do the feel so exercises?
>> Yeah. I had one drink. I've I've seen videos of this [ __ ] No.
>> Okay. So, you don't want to be >> No.
Um >> Okay.
Do you have your information with me?
>> Um, I have my driver's license.
>> She's tell her that she could be arrested right now for based off of what you have.
Did you see the car running when you pulled up?
>> Ranga.
>> She initially refused and claimed the tests were ridiculous. But under mounting pressure and the officer's firm reasoning, she reluctantly and helplessly agreed to perform them.
No, you just leave it outside.
>> Put it in the car.
>> Why?
>> Because at this point, since you don't want to do my test based off of based off of what I have already, you are under arrest for DUI. So, I'm going to need you to put your hands behind your back.
>> Okay. Um, >> if you refuse to do the field of variety test, you'll be arrested cuz we're going to have to base off our investigation off of what we have right now. You smell like alcohol. You're you're behind the wheel. Your car was on and running. So, >> uh, wait, hold on. Wait. It was on and running. It was off when y'all pulled up. Like, I already had my car off. It was already been off. I have video.
>> Yeah. Over there. But I had parked my car. Okay. Well, he also saw your vehicle running while it was parked. And then the second time you pulled around, then it was off. So, >> so will you do them or not? Cuz we're not going to keep doing this back and forth.
Everything looks good. We'll get you out of here. But if you don't do field test, we have to arrest you. That's how it is because we're basing our investigation off what we have right now. Your eyes are watery, glossy. You smell like alcohol.
>> Um because >> you have slurred speech >> because you're bit all over the place.
So >> this is your chance to prove us otherwise pretty much.
>> So will you do them or not?
Yes or no?
What's going on?
>> What are you thinking about?
>> Complain ridiculous about 20 cars >> cuz we're trying to work with you here, you know.
>> No.
>> So, >> okay. So, you going to do them or not?
>> Don't do them. I mean, do I have no other choice but but to do it? Like, it's either >> you do. I'm telling you right now, you have a choice. You don't do them, you go to jail. You do them, we'll go from there. We'll figure it out, you know?
So, this is your chance to prove that you're not intoxicated. You're saying that you're crying and you're upset and that's the reason why. Okay. Well, field test would help prove that that's that case.
>> That's why we do them.
>> You'll do them.
The results of the tests matched exactly what officers had already suspected.
Although she continued trying to defend herself, the evidence against her had become impossible to deny.
I've never I've only seen them in videos. I don't know.
>> Okay, the first one. All you All I need you to do is just stand still.
>> Do I take my shoes off? Like >> if you want to. You don't have to. Right now, I'm going to check your eyes first.
>> Okay.
>> So, I just need you to stand still, feet together, hands by your side. That's all. Okay.
So, I need you to stare at this.
>> Okay.
>> The top of my pen >> and just follow it. Okay.
Just turn with your eyes.
>> Am I not supposed to look at you? Sorry.
>> You know, only follow with your eyes.
Don't move your head. So, we'll try that again. You good? Yeah.
>> Okay.
For this one, I'm going to have you start with your left leg in front of you.
>> Right.
>> Yeah. Your left foot in front and your right foot behind it.
>> Okay.
>> Your hands down by your side the whole time.
>> Okay. So, while I'm explaining it to you, this is the this is the position that I want you in. Okay. All right. So, what you're going to do is take nine heel to heel to toe steps, >> and then you'll turn around and do it back >> with your arms by your side at the whole time.
>> Three, four, five, 6 7 8 bend.
One, two, three.
>> Okay.
>> I don't know if yall was supposed to look down or straight or >> Oh, I'm sorry. Looking down, but >> Okay.
>> You did you did fine.
>> Okay.
>> Okay. So the next one, like the same as the first one, just stand still, arms down, feet together.
Yep. So for this one, you're just going to raise whatever foot you feel more comfortable with about 6 in off the ground. And then you're going to count like 1,00 1,002 1,00 3 1,004 1,005 and so forth. And the whole time you're going to stare at your foot that's raised.
>> Okay?
>> You'll just count until I tell you to stop. So just keep counting. But as in 1,00.
So 1001 10002 >> 1001.
Did you want to start?
>> Oh, sorry.
>> No, whatever you want to start. 100,002 1003 1004 1005 1006 1007 1009 uh I don't I don't know how to count past that.
>> You don't know how to count past 9.
>> I was I'm sorry.
Okay.
>> 1001 100200 1004 1005 1006 1007 1008 1009 1000.
Come in. 1001,002 1003 100,004 1005 10067 1009 1,00 1,002 1,003 1,004 1,00 Okay, that's okay.
Okay.
>> What are you sorry for?
I I don't I don't know how to count >> that >> like past nine or doing the 1000s >> like >> doing just doing that like I have trouble counting the money. So it it's in it's embarrassing to sign up.
>> No worries. Okay.
>> She was eventually handcuffed and taken into custody. By the time shame and regret finally surfaced, the consequences of her reckless actions could no longer be undone.
>> So, you are under arrest for the aggravated battery.
>> Wait, wait, hold on.
>> Uh, yeah, I have a video.
>> Wait, no. I never hit your person.
>> You don't have to. He tried to get into his car and there was a passenger in the vehicle >> and for DUI.
You have a seat.
>> Can Can I have my vape one more time?
>> No.
>> Yeah, me too. Right.
>> Yeah.
>> Just I mean there's no point to you do all that.
>> Hi Trevor.
>> Hi. How are you?
>> Great. Um, do you want to tell me what happened over there before you guys ended up here?
>> Uh, I'd prefer to plead the dead.
>> Okay, that's fine.
>> Okay. Have you ever been charged with a DUI before? Have you ever had a refusal to submit?
Okay. So, I am now requesting that you submit to a lawful test of your breath for the purpose of determining its alcohol content. Will you take the test?
>> I What? What do you mean?
>> I It's a breath test to determine your alcohol content in your system.
>> I I mean, I already did the the field test. Why do I need to do another one?
>> It's to see if you above or below the legal limit.
>> I mean, I I had one drink from the jetty.
>> Okay. So, do >> I I don't feel like I should do two.
>> Okay.
>> Test. I mean, I'm already here. Why should I do two?
>> Okay. Well, let me read this. If you refuse to take the test, I have requested of you. Your driving privilege will be suspended for a period of 1 year for a first refusal or 18 months if your driving privilege has been previously suspended or if you have been previously fined under Florida State statute 327.3 35215 for refusing to submit to a lawful test of your breath, you are blood.
Additionally, if you refuse to take the test, I have requested of you and if your driving privilege has been previously suspended or if you have been previously fined under the same Florida statute for refusal to submit to a lawful test of your breath, you run a blood, you will be committing a misdemeanor in addition to any other penalties which can be imposed by law.
Refusal to submit to the test I have requested is admissible into evidence in any criminal proceeding. Do you still refuse to submit the test?
>> You still refuse to submit?
>> Yeah. Okay. So, just >> the woman was charged with aggravated battery and driving under the influence DUI. Lesson learned. Turn off location sharing with untrusted contacts to prevent unauthorized tracking and potential harm during conflicts. The next woman is even more scandalous due to her chaotic lifestyle as a teenage mother.
>> What is Abel into?
>> What's what's he into?
>> What does he have trouble with?
just guns and stuff.
>> On August 18th, 2025, a family dispute over an allegedly drunk 18-year-old girl involving a newborn baby and gunshots at 3:00 a.m. Behind her unclear accounts lay a deeper, much more complicated story that was about to unravel.
>> I will call the will be calling CPS, Child Protective Services. It's not a bad thing. It's just an extra layer of protection for your kid. And if you need help, they're there to help you. But the fact that there's people shooting where you are with >> the 18-year-old girl insisted she wasn't unsober and explained what happened to her. The girl looked completely drunk and her story was messy and hard to follow.
>> My mom thinks I'm drunk, so she took away my son.
>> She thinks you're drunk?
>> Yes.
>> What would you Why would you think that?
>> Well, because she's drunk.
>> Oh, really? Oh, really?
>> Mom didn't tell you to car yourself or what? Hey, >> mom going to tell you to kill yourself or what?
>> Where's that? Walk to my car. I don't I don't need that right now.
>> She doesn't care about you.
>> She told you to kill yourself.
>> She's on here. What's going on?
>> Obviously, there's two people telling me the same thing. So me and my friend, we were smoking outside and we heard like gunshots outside and I guess they did the same things to my baby daddy's house while the baby was there and everything and they came this morning and they were just trying to take my So they took him.
>> He's trying to take your son.
>> My baby daddy. They took him.
>> You have a parenting plan?
>> But he's not on the birth certificate or nothing.
>> Doesn't matter. He's a dad, right? You don't have to be on paper. He's a dad and I can smell it.
Yeah.
>> So, you water drunk?
>> No, I'm not drunk.
>> Okay. Well, I can smell it probably >> because my mom had a far loco and she let me taste it, but that's it.
>> I wasn't like drunk. Like, I'm not drunk.
>> So, what's going on? Who's this? Who's this dude?
>> That's my brother.
>> What's going on over between your mom?
>> She thinks I'm drunk.
And she's trying She She kicked me out.
>> You live here?
>> Yes.
>> Where's your friend?
>> She lives here, too.
Everybody lives here.
>> Yes.
>> So, where's she going?
>> We live here.
>> Yeah. Know where'd she go?
>> Well, that's what I'm saying.
>> She just walked cuz I was just going to get my stuff and we were going to walk cuz she told me to get out. She told me to get my stuff.
>> Where were you last night?
>> You're talking about yesterday.
>> Last night.
>> Some gunshots.
>> I was here.
>> That was yesterday.
>> Yes. That was like last night like at 3:00 in the morning.
>> And then what happened after 3:00 in the morning?
>> We heard gunshots. We hear like five bullet shots going next to my house and then we ran back in the house and that's called police.
>> We tried and I don't know they were like talking about like where is your location and then our phone died. That's why I tried getting the charger from my mom.
>> Did they come last night?
>> No.
>> All right. And then what happened after that?
>> We just went back inside and then my mom was trying to say that there was a boy inside and there was no boy inside.
It was just me and my friend and we were trying to get the child and trying to get our stuff cuz she said that she didn't want to kick us out. And then I got my baby. I fed him and everything. I changed his diaper and then his daddy came saying that someone shot his house up too. And it's >> What does he look 15 mista?
>> All right then.
>> And they just took it.
>> So your dad your >> boyfriend I don't >> boyfriend. Who? Who is he?
>> That one right there. Your ex? Is it your ex-boyfriend? Ex-cin?
>> No, that's my brother.
>> I'm not talking about him. I'm talking about the dude from >> Oh, that's my ex-boyfriend.
>> Ex-boyfriend. He came over here from Mon Vista.
>> Yeah.
>> At 3:00 in the morning.
>> No, he came like right now. Like he just left like a minute ago and he took the baby.
>> Why did he take the baby?
>> I don't know. Because I have nowhere to go. Because my mom came out. I don't know.
>> Did you call him or who called? How did he come over here? They explained that because someone shot his house up so he came over >> in the morning and he waited till 10:00 at night.
>> I don't know. I don't know.
>> So, well, that's what makes no sense to me.
>> Something happened at 3:00 in the morning. It's almost 10:00 and he barely come over here to pick up the kids.
>> I called him like at like 5:00 in the morning. He was not answering me. And I was like, I need you I need you to come.
I was like, someone just did something to my house. He was like, me too. And he came over here and he his mom was talking to my mom and they just took the baby.
>> All right. And then what else?
>> That's it. They just took the baby in my mom's head for me to get all my stuff and then I should leave because I don't I don't have the baby from >> the mother's story completely contradicts the young girls. She recounted the events, especially the gunshots. The officer recognized this is a serious issue that must be investigated.
>> Can you make some sense of all this?
What's going on here?
>> Um, okay. So, I left last night and she was here and then my who lives here. Uh, I do my son and my my daughter. She has been staying.
>> That one was talking.
>> My little one. No, my 15-year-old.
>> She stays here. She's been staying here for a couple of weeks. So, um, but she's back and forth. She's like at other people's houses, this and that. She was living with her dad and then she didn't want to live there no more. So, she's been out. She just had a baby. He's 2 months. Um, she took off, whatever. And then I told her to stay here for a little bit till she can like try to get her stuff together. and she's been out of control. Um, so anyways, last night she told me that or so my daughter calls me last night. She's like, "Mom," or at 7:00 this morning, not last night, 7 this morning that somebody shot up over here last night. And I'm like, "Well, who was?" And she's like, "I don't know." So whatever. And I'm like, "Well, who's here?" And then she's like, "Amoris, her friend." And then some boy was here, whatever. Some guy named Ruben. And then I'm like, "Okay, so what happened?" And she's like, "I don't know, but she's all drunk and she's over here yelling and blah blah blah." So that she was trying to threaten to take the baby away and all this stuff. So, I call the baby's dad, whatever. He comes to get the baby and then I told her she needs to leave. She's already 18. She's drunk. She's over here bringing problems. Like, she's already had people breaking in my windows, like just constant constant stuff with her. And I told her she needs to go. She's already 18. She just wants to get drunk and act stupid and yell at everybody. And the gunfire had been verified. It was connected to the baby's father who took that baby. Making sense of a story from the mouth of an intoxicated mess like her is nearly impossible.
>> So, what's your plan? Obviously, mom don't want you here. Where are you guys?
Where are you guys going to go?
>> I don't know.
>> Cuz she's telling me you don't live here and maybe that [ __ ] Y'all just y'all just bounce around.
>> Bouncing is crazy. That's my [ __ ] mom. All she does is [ __ ] drink.
>> So, you were living with your dad and then left.
>> I was living with my dad and my mom wanted me to come back so I came back.
with my son.
>> Well, she said you left, Dad, and she told you you can stay here until you get your stuff together.
>> No, that's >> And then now you've been just causing problems.
>> No.
>> I don't know. That's what she said. I'm just trying to figure out what's going on.
>> I don't know.
>> Hey, when you heard the shots last night, how like did they sound close?
>> They sounded like >> And what makes you think it was towards your house or your mom?
When I when I called when I called my baby daddy, he said the same thing happened to his house. So, I just like assumed, but I don't know if it was like directly towards my house.
>> What is Able into?
>> What's what's he into?
>> What does he have trouble with?
>> Just guns and stuff.
>> She was described as heavily intoxicated and unstable, but officers were more surprised to find she had an active warrant. The discovery marked a turning point and raised serious concerns for the child's safety in such unsafe conditions.
>> She's over there yelling yelling at me cuz cussing me out, acting stupid, yelling at her brother, yelling at her sister, just acting dumb. And then her and her little friend are both drunk, just all acting dumb, yelling at us. And I told her she needs to go. I don't know. I don't know what to do with her.
She just keeps causing me problems over here. Like I said, uh just like two weeks ago, somebody broke my back window. and she had people hiding in the closet and she just doesn't listen. She doesn't respect over here. You know what I mean? And I'm on housing. I can't have all this crazy [ __ ] going on. And she just doesn't listen to me. I don't know.
I don't know if she can go to her friend's house. I don't know if she can do something. But I I I don't want her here. Honestly, she's causing too much [ __ ] And then just being disrespectful to me. Like I I tell her I don't want nobody here. Just be here with the baby. And I know she brings the kids and everybody over here and they're smoking and drinking and doing whatever and then she's she doesn't listen. So, I don't know. She needs to just go somewhere.
>> Well, I'm trying to get into We could tell her to leave right now if she going to come back later, right? Or like what what's what's going to be the end goal here cuz Yeah. You You're saying she needs to go?
>> Yeah.
>> Where is she going to go?
>> Right.
>> Well, so I say she she >> she's 18. That's something she needs to figure out.
>> True. So, she has a 2-month old kid.
>> Yes.
>> It's not with her right now. He's with the other dude.
>> Which I'm going to have to have CPS involved now.
>> Okay.
>> Just because of the allegation, whatever she just told me, it was into >> all kinds of crazy stuff.
>> Oh my god.
>> So, the kid is my priority, not your daughter, not him.
>> It's the kid.
>> Yeah. And mine, too. Like, he's been mine. That's why I tell her I don't want nobody here. But she called and she's acting dumb. And I just called the dad.
I was like, "You know what? Just come pick him up because she's trying to take him." like she's and where is she gonna go? You know what I mean? Like >> did he say anything about his house or where he lives getting shot at?
>> No.
>> Well, apparently that happens. Okay.
>> You see where I'm getting shot?
>> Yes.
>> So, I get it. She's 18. She could I mean she has a kid.
>> Yeah, >> obviously. But I'm just trying to figure out what's going to happen here.
>> I know. I don't I don't know what to do with her. Like it I don't know if she can go to like Msia Valley. like I don't know if she needs to, you know, like detox or I don't know what her problem is, but like she just it's constant like constant stuff and constantly I have to fight with her and just she's um got the what is it the postpartum thing but she doesn't take the pills. She's not like >> Yeah. I don't know >> the >> the postpartum pills. Yeah, she doesn't take them. She doesn't >> She breast >> she's she cuts herself. She's Yeah.
>> When was the last time she did something like that?
>> Um Oh, this was years ago. She was like 17 probably like 2 years ago.
>> Okay. But anything after the >> Well, cuz you're mentioning postpartum.
Anything?
>> Oh, after that? No, just her like just >> Oh, so it's past history and it kind of carried on.
>> Yes.
>> Okay.
>> Yeah.
>> How long was she staying over here?
>> Uh, they just came last night. So, >> okay. Do you know where she's been staying before that?
>> Oh, so I say they kind of been together.
So, I don't know where like >> Finally, the police arrested the young mother. Now, those remaining must locate the address and work with CPS to give this child a safe life.
>> Do you have a warrant for arrest?
>> I have a warrant.
>> We have we have to take care of that today.
>> What does that mean?
>> Have to go to county today. Probably going to get released tomorrow or the next day. It's just for something happened between you and probably Ael. I don't know when. I'm not too sure about what happened then.
>> When was this?
>> But you have an arrest. I have no idea.
I'll let you know as soon as I see the paperwork. But >> so why didn't he tell me that when he came?
>> You probably didn't even know. I don't know.
>> But we have to serve it today. Okay.
Grandma's coming to pick her up. I already talked to your mom. We have to document everything. I'm going to put on here. There's some shots fired at some point that you heard. We don't really know where he came from or if he was towards here, but I can confirm that somebody shot somewhere off of Manava last night around 3:00 in the morning.
>> So, I don't know what that's going on with Ael or what he's into or who he has beef with, but it's something that we need to protect your kid from. So, right now, I don't have a lot of information as to where he he is or anything like that.
>> So, why do I have a warrant for my race?
>> I have no idea. I'll I'll tell you when I see the big word, but there's an order for the arrest. That's all I have to I will call the I will be calling CVS, Child Protective Services. It's not a bad thing. It's just an extra layer of protection for your kid. And if you need help, they're there to help you. But the fact that there's people shooting where you are with this kid or where dad is with the kid >> and he has his other kid over there, too. That's what I'm saying.
>> You see where the problem comes in? You know what I'm saying? Yeah.
>> And it's not like so the kid and your warrant are two different things, >> right? Yeah.
>> Whatever you got going on with David, if you guys fought or something happened, I don't know when down here squash that.
But the legal system came in and then when it comes to your kid, we'll proceed with the civil aspect of making sure your kid is safe. And then if you need resources, we they can probably provide it.
And then after that, if things cannot get fixed, then the kid the kid will probably be if Abel can't take care of it. And if he's into gangs or whatever crazy [ __ ] he's doing, >> it's not safe for this kid.
>> And then you can't get your stuff together, then we have to come in, but we're starting low. Does that make sense?
>> Yeah. Do >> you have anything in your pockets you want to put in that bag? Cuz I probably have anything in your pockets. No.
Do you need any type of medical assistance right now?
>> How much have you had to drink?
>> Um, >> be honest cuz I have to let them know that you have to be seen by a nurse and if you're >> just one shot.
>> One shot.
>> Um, nine. That's it.
>> I have no idea.
>> The 18-year-old girl was taken to the county jail because of the active warranty. Lesson learned. Never let your reckless youth strip your child of their safety. Being a parent means growing up before your child does. Our next video takes a bloody turn when a mother is brutally attacked with brass knuckles outside a kid's dentist. Things hurt so bad.
>> It hurts. I can't even pull. My teeth are about to fall out.
>> He was like cuz she's right there and she walks up and she jumps in the seat and she's like, Trace, I'm about to beat the [ __ ] out of her. D. On October 9th, 2024, police responded to a pediatric dentist office regarding a violent dispute between a mother and the father's girlfriend. They were met with a scene of absolute chaos the moment they arrived.
>> We've been here all day. Our son had a dentist appointment at 11:00. 11:30.
>> Okay.
>> He showed up, >> the dad, >> he had been here. She followed us all the way to Waco on Sunday. And there's a cold where I try to get my kid. She held up.
>> He showed up. We came. We left. After the dentist appointment, we went to what's that seafood place?
>> Yeah. I I forget the name. So 11:30 you came here.
>> Yes. I can show you all the text messages >> for a kid.
>> I pediatrics.
>> Okay.
>> He showed up. We went >> He's your boyfriend.
>> He's my son's dad.
>> Son's dad.
>> And he showed up. Whatever. We left. We went and had lunch. We did an interview with some girl that we're trying to hire to be uh my son's nanny. My things hurt so bad.
>> It hurts. I can't even swallow. My cheeks about to fall out.
>> Oh, before you know, do you mind if I take pictures and stuff? Yeah, >> my arm hurts.
>> She hit you on your arm, too?
>> She had brass knuckles on. I can show you pictures.
She showed up in his other vehicle.
She's been blowing me up.
And he let her and let her leave. He told she told him to walk away with our son so she could beat the out of me. And he let her. That turn right there. She jumped in the car cuz she parked over there. She jumped in his truck and started beating the [ __ ] out of me.
Right here. You can see the brass knuckles.
>> While the mother recounted the entire attack and presented evidence of her injuries, the man appeared evasive and claimed ignorance. This aroused suspicion among the police. My girlfriend said she said something and she turned around.
She pulled my girlfriend out and then they start obviously you hit somebody. They expect to get so pinched. She hit her and then she defended herself. So >> can I get these pictures real quick?
>> Yes.
>> Before they do anything.
>> I'm insane.
>> Okay.
>> My tooth is like literally jiggling out.
>> Yeah. Okay. I'm so sorry this happened to you, but let me just get these pictures real quick. Okay.
>> Do y'all have a custody agreement or what's the >> Yes.
>> What do you What's y'all custo?
>> Um I mean it doesn't matter because she breaks all the time.
>> Is there anything under the lip?
>> My cheek hurts like I >> How many times do you think she punched you?
>> She punched me a lot and he let her >> I walked away with herself.
>> You You're let me get Let me get some pictures at you. Let me get some pictures on this side of your of your arm.
>> She even tried to grab his gun out of his truck and shoot me.
>> Is there anywhere else that hurts?
>> Cheek.
>> Okay. Uh, go let let them take a look at you and then I'll talk to you again.
>> Trying to grab that gun right there. Can I take out pictures in the grass?
>> You just showed me. I I'll talk to you after they're done checking you out.
>> Got the water out of your truck, please.
[ __ ] Take yourself piece of [ __ ] >> What? Tensions escalated when the girl's relatives arrived to support her. After a heated argument with the man, the girl presented new facts, revealing details beyond just that day's dispute, surprising the police.
>> I didn't see this.
>> Hey, hey, hey.
>> You better ask her for the tree. That's not how that went.
>> You let her. She told you to walk away so she can be >> She came in your car. We're not going to >> Hold on.
>> Daddy, calm down.
>> I just need you to know the picture.
>> Hi, Daddy.
>> Shut up.
>> We're just We're trying to figure out what all happened. Okay, we're just >> They got footage.
>> Yeah, but we have But again, we'll get that in a minute.
>> Let her leave. He told her to leave in his vehicle. And why is she not getting stopped?
>> She's She's She was 10 minutes ahead of us. We have We have no idea where she is right now. Okay. Are you going to let the emails check you out?
calm down right now.
>> I'm just trying to get his mind off of what's going >> Hi, Bubba. What you doing? Hi.
>> I want to go look at my kid.
>> Hey, just don't just don't call the scene. Okay.
>> It's my day. I have the court ordered paperwork.
>> This is why I held the child from him the other day because of that girl. And she came in a soul to feed today. Y'all see why I kept my kid now? I don't want that on the order. I can give you the document, number, and this is why I held my child and he's protecting the girl that just assaulted me. I'm the one that came here with my son today. Invited him.
Invited here.
And I'm the one that gets assaulted because he hung out with me for too long. The girl has to show up and beat the hell out of me and then leave. And he tells her to leave. He told her to hurry up and leave.
>> Will you talk Will you talk to me about what happened before then? So, I have police reports from the other day where I withheld him from having his son. It's because of that girl. She's been threatening me. She's not in our orders.
I can chew our court orders where nobody's supposed to live in the house.
Um, her and another guy's living there.
The guy that lives there has assault charges. I held him. He called the cops.
The cops let me keep him. I have the report number. This was just Sunday.
>> Mhm.
>> Um, so then I told him the other day, I was like, "Hey, I'll allow you supervised visits. Like, I don't want to hold your son from you." Like, and then anyways, today's my day though. And so I was like, "He has a dentist appointment.
I'd love for you to come. This is what time it's at." Oh my god, I'm in a lot of pain. I was like, "This is what time it's at." He's like, "Okay, well, he shows up late." I asked the dentist, "Hey, can you please hold him?" Like whatever. And I can show you all the text messages like of me telling him like, "Hurry, like the dentist said they'll wait on you." He's like, "Okay."
So he gets here. We do the dentist appointment with my son. We leave the dentist appointment. I sat right here.
Uh when we leave, we go and eat at um >> seafood place right here.
>> Seafood, whatever that seafood place is.
>> Fish City Grill.
>> Fish City Grill. We ate there. We did an interview with a girl. He has the text messages from her. I have him too where we met her there cuz he wants to take our son out of daycare.
>> What happened here?
>> I'm trying to tell you what happened.
Obviously, we were gone for too long.
She has his location. I don't know what she has. Well, we went to Atwoods and we sat in the parking lot at Atwoods for a while just talking. Well, we come back here. We talked for a while and then she started blowing me up on all kinds of different numbers. And I can show you.
>> She texted me and she said, "Why don't y'all just come over here and we all hang out?" And then she texted me on like different like, "Why don't you just come over here and we all hang out?" So, I sent her a picture. Said, "We're having a great time without you." Like, he's talking to me. He's trying to love on me. He's like, "It's okay. Like, I'm going to handle this. I'm not going to let her disrespect you. Like, you are the mother of my child." And I'm like, "Okay. And I'm like, "Well, let let us go with you." He's like, "No, no, no."
Well, then next thing I know, I was like, "Why?" And then he goes, "She's right there." And she parked right there. She comes out. He unlocks the truck for her. She gets in that seat cuz I was in the driver's side cuz we were about I was about to get out and I was about to leave cuz he was going to go handle that situation with her.
>> The victim shuddered as she accurately described the moment the suspect lunged at the truck with a deadly weapon.
Clearly, this was a planned ambush. as everything unfolded so quickly and smoothly.
>> What did he sit?
>> He was standing like in the middle of his doorway and had my son cuz he was about to put he opened. If you look on the cameras, you'll see he had the door open. He just put my son's diaper bag in my keys and my son's car seat. He was like cuz she's right there. And she walks up and she jumps in the seat and she's like, "Trace, I'm about to beat the [ __ ] out of her. Duh. Can I beat her ass?" He was like, "Not in front of my kid. Let me walk away." So he walks away with a baby. And next thing I know, she just starts beating the out of me with brass knuckles. I was like, I'm calling the cops. I decide to like act like I'm about to call the cops.
And that's when she hauls ass. I try to get a picture of the brass knuckles.
Thank god I did. And she hauled ass and she goes that way and she's headed back to his house. Can y'all call a deputy there? Like how come she can just get away with >> She's not getting away with it. You're following charges right now.
>> This [ __ ] hurts, man. This [ __ ] hurts.
>> Uh and I agree with you. It looks >> my cheek top for a second. No, >> just come here.
>> No. Mom, get away. No. Get away from me.
>> Like, can you leave?
>> Tessa, you called me here. Stop.
>> I want my dad.
>> Are you willing to fill a written statement right now about what happened or >> I can't even think. Can I record it?
Don't body cam me like >> No, I mean, we are we are recording, but I'm just wondering if >> my elbow >> How many times did he hit you? She hit me a lot. I don't know. She just started punching me.
>> This is the one hand that she kept using over and over again. Did you uh hit her back in any way?
>> I grabbed her hair to try to push her away.
>> I never even touched her. Like you can see like this is after the fact she took off. Like you see I never got her.
>> That's her after the fact. She had >> inside the inside.
>> She dropped his truck every picture to her.
>> Can I get my kid please?
>> Uh if it's your Do you have the court with you? I'll grab him. Right.
>> Yeah. Okay.
>> Can I get >> Can we put him in the car to get him away from >> So, same thing same thing. I told him, "Okay, if y'all don't give him back, we you can still get filed on for infantry child custody."
>> Okay.
>> We weren't even I just invited him to our son's dentist appointment today.
>> I know. I know. I know.
>> And then we went and ate and that's when we were sitting here. He wanted me to We were talking. She started blowing me up.
>> She got in the car. She said, "Thrace, can I beat the [ __ ] out of her?" yada yada yada. She said, "Step away." He said, "Not in front of my kid." So then he stepped away. And that's when she got those were his brass knuckles. His car.
Those are your brass knuckles out of your duffel bag in your house, Trace.
>> But she brought them here.
>> Yes. And she was in his vehicle and he unlocked the truck for her cuz I locked it when he said she's right there.
>> Can someone get camera footage from Atwood and City?
>> We're right now. What? Did it happen here or over there?
>> Well, I'm just saying so y'all see evidence of us all day here together.
>> Yeah, I can't I can't try to get that.
>> Put this in the >> Okay.
>> We sat in the truck for a while and I can show you.
>> Yeah. You show me whenever you show me >> and she got pissed off cuz I told her I was going to I told him I was going to show her >> what exactly happened when Morgan showed up.
>> That's when [ __ ] hit the fan and went down past Morgan got in the truck and she was like, "Are you going to get out of the truck? This man told you to get out of the truck." She said, "You [ __ ] can't ain't nothing to do with you just going off with each other." Organ said something to me. And then Tesa turned around and >> the police continued to gather evidence and questioned both individuals at the scene. Although the father tried to explain himself, his empty words did not inspire any confidence in the police.
>> Me and this was at 4:34. And that's my car parked right there. Well, >> okay. I think you're >> I'm going to the hospital. I hurt. I'm hurting. I'm hurting so bad and I feel dizzy and lightheaded like I just want to pass out. This is where her car was or his car. That's his car. And she ran back over there. This is when she came into the car with brass knuckles and you see her hiding them.
>> No, there was another picture that you had. You could clearly see her with brass knuckles. Go back. See what that first one. Yeah. Right there. Make sure you send me these pictures. Okay.
>> Can you do I can't think I can't see what I don't know. I don't even know what it is.
>> You just have to know her and see all the reports of this non-stop. It's every time I got to call the cops in order to to leave in situations. Uh she's just emotional. She wanted me to tell Morgan to leave like a turkey. She wanted me to tell Morgan to leave and build up over there. When she hadn't get her way, she hasn't met.
>> My tooth is loose.
>> Don't touch it. And there was a gun right here that she she actually tried to grab it when he walked off and I started saying I was going to call the cops.
>> I grabbed it.
>> No, she grabbed it. I watched her hand.
>> Did she grab it or try to grab it?
>> She like literally reached over me and she grabbed it and she like I even texted him too that I wasn't allowing my son to go to his house because she's been threatening to assault me. I even and then there's a guy that lives in his house that has assault charges from why I wouldn't let my kid go to his house and in the report she was the main reason.
>> Ultimately, her desperate lies crumble when the suspect finally confesses to wielding the brass knuckles. The intense investigation concludes with the girlfriend booked for aggravated assault. I'll >> take care of you.
>> Yeah. Just turn off your phone so you have battery when you get out.
>> I got to call somebody.
>> They'll let you, won't you?

Heavily charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Lesson learned. Hey. Escalating relationship drama in public places only leaves innocent children traumatized by the chaos. Keeping your personal conflicts away from their world is the greatest protection you can give them.

>> The daughter's violent outburst landed her straight in jail. She is now facing serious criminal charges, including assault, resisting arrest, and assaulting a police officer. Lesson learned: lashing out at the people who raised you only exposes deep emotional immaturity and breaks sacred bonds, no matter how intense the family drama.
Letting rage dictate your behavior always ends in regret. Leaving this chaotic meltdown behind, we dive straight into another toxic household where a veteran mother attacked her daughter.
>> I got my nails done today. When I grabbed her to get her to come to me, it scratched her. That's literally it. He's saying that I punched her.
>> On February 8th, 2026, police responded to a female veteran's private residence regarding a heated confrontation. Upon arrival, they quickly realized this was not just a simple argument.
>> Okay, >> so here's the video.
>> What's going on?
>> Uh, basically, long story short, had a whole bunch of food and crap in her room. I She ran from me. I tried to grab her. I didn't strike her. He lied on the phone and said I tried to strike her.
Here's the video right here.
>> Pushed me. I get onto the couch.
>> Okay.
It didn't show all of it for some reason. Hold on. once I find it. I just got my nails done today. When I grabbed her to get her to come to me, it scratched her. That's literally it. He's saying that I punched her in the face and uh so basically all this started today is cuz he had he was upset because I didn't want her to come over. So I'm trying to reach and grab her to me. That's literally my arm is over by her head if you can see that.
>> But that's literally the crease of my arm. So I didn't strike her with my I would never do that.
>> I understand. I Okay.
>> Okay. Either way, um, so I'll continue it, but that's literally where my arm is. He was mad that his from my previous relationship.
>> He didn't He didn't It was basically all domestic [ __ ] >> And I told him, I'm like, "That's fine.
You want her to come over? That's fine.
I'm getting ready to go to work in the morning.
>> I'm not going to be here. If you're going to do all this, then I'm going to leave." He's like, "No, I want you to stay. I want you here for the whole little Super Bowl thing. Um he he I don't know if he drank or not cuz I wasn't here for more than half of the day cuz I was pissed off at him.
I kept my I kept my distance. All that's all that's on video obviously too. Kept my distance from me. Kept trying to come on to me and kiss me and hug me and cuz I kept ignoring his advances he got pissed off. So then when I go upstairs separate from him again he's pissed.
pop cans, whole bunch of just other stupid [ __ ] in her room. I said, "Clean your room up." And she's like, "No, no, no. I'm scared." I'm like, "No, cannot pick your cuz you're on punishment.
You're on punishment. You can go. You guys can check her room to see all that." Whatever. There's >> The conversation started as the defensive mother blames her current partner for inflating the entire situation. She fiercely argues that his lies are a calculated attempt to destroy her military career out of spite.
>> You guys can come in. Actually, we're going now. Okay. Uh, actually, we're just going to stay separated for right now.
>> Okay.
>> Um, just until I talk to my partner here.
>> Okay.
>> But do you have your ID on you?
>> I don't. It's in the house.
>> Okay, I got you. Just cuz, you know, we will have to take a report on this just because it does involve a child.
>> That's fine. There's no My thing is that he just sat there and tried to lie and tried to He's done this before trying to ruin my career.
>> So, I don't know why you guys don't start again.
>> I mean, >> it's called leaving.
>> Yep.
Uh, what's your first thing?
>> You said you said I'm complaining.
>> Yep.
>> He's trying to ruin your career. Yet you're still here.
>> This is my house.
>> He won't leave.
>> Right. But this is my house. So, who's going to leave?
>> That.
>> All right. Just talk to >> Right. So, please don't be rude and don't be disrespectful cuz there's a camera right there as well.
>> I got you, ma'am. What's your first name?
>> I understand that. I know you do, sir.
>> What's your first name?
>> Shaqula. S E >> Q U >> Q >> I L A >> I L A All right. And was there anything else that happened today besides just this incident?
>> No, cuz it I wasn't here all day till I left at 10:00 this morning before he woke up >> and I got back like a little bit before I could check that camera, too. I got back like 4 maybe 4:00 4:30.
>> I gotcha.
and on the camera. When did that first start?
>> Just so I can kind of get a timeline.
>> That's him pacing. So, a little bit. Uh, let me I can get you exact. That's him pacing cuz I'm upstairs playing the room and he was mad. He told me to come back downstairs cuz he wanted to talk to me, >> right?
>> So, then he goes upstairs >> and I don't have my cameras upstairs from the girl's rooms. But that's when he went upstairs and started getting in my face >> and then told her to go downstairs. I told her to come here. She runs off and she'll come up.
>> I told her, "Come here. Come here." He's like, "No, go downstairs." No, she's cleaning her room.
>> Come here.
So, it must be this next clip.
Yeah. Nice. The officers focused intently on the obvious scratches and swelling on the little girl's body.
Although the mother vehemently denied hitting her child, this clear evidence made the police highly vigilant.
>> 50 talk to you, sir. That you were being really rude and I'm I'm sorry. Just ask him.
>> Actually, so you're talking to me, >> sir. Can you please have him? I would rather speak with you. He's really aggressive. I'd rather just listen to his question.
>> Please, sir. I'd rather not cuz >> he's in training, so I'm officer in charge.
>> Okay. Let's just call a supervisor. Sir, you were really rude to me. I don't When did she hit your earring allegedly?
>> Cuz all I saw was you smacking her in the face.
>> So when did she allegedly got scratched by your ear or your nose piercing?
>> I never said that.
>> Or how did she >> Please talk for a supervisor. I'll talk to a supervisor.
>> How did she get the scratch?
>> I'll talk to a supervisor cuz I already told that to him.
>> How did she get this scratched?
>> I told him already my nails.
>> You can answer. Yeah.
>> So it was just the nail. It was just my nails that I just got done today. Yes, sir.
I do have a dog, sir.
>> Okay.
>> So, I already know how this goes.
>> And I think well, not bark, cuz the other >> Hernandez, >> he's extremely rude and unprofessional extraneous, but that's besides the point. I just did want to say that this is this isn't the first time that this has happened with him.
>> He is a truck driver. He's >> because I'm >> um he doesn't want me working. I don't know if he showed you the video, but he pushed me on the couch. He did push me up on the I don't have cameras up on the stairs. All the cameras are owned and operated by me. He is a shared party.
>> It doesn't show him putting his hands on me upstairs. I don't want press charges or anything like that. I and I showed them on the camera how it was literally the crease tomorrow when I'm trying.
>> I got my nails done and it was a whole >> previous relationship when I came over here. He was upset because I didn't want her to come over here and I could show you those messages where everything is stemming from.
>> He was basically pissed off cuz I ignored him all day here. This is my house. I'm also a veteran. Um there he was mad because I wasn't engaging with him even from when I probably could pull up my driver camera. He came to the side of my door. I was sitting in my car >> and he's pulling my door trying to get me to come in and give me a kiss. I'm like no like don't >> he's been doing this all day >> and everything was fine cuz obviously I'm not I'm still not going to talk to you. I'm going to be cordial.
I'm be cordial but we don't have anything to talk about. So when I go upstairs I let them have their long time down.
that pissed off cuz I went upstairs and left the area.
>> I'm seeing pop cans just whatever. Like it's like >> I don't understand why he's trying to ruin my career and then knowing that I'm in the state that I am in right now, >> he's like, "Oh, that's the last time you're going to I hit her." It's because I'm disciplining her. It's not >> And I don't know if you went upstairs to see her room. There's no abuse. Mhm.
>> No, I didn't go upstairs to see her room or anything like that, but like how did the bruising come on her?
>> I literally scratched her with my nails.
That's And she she's like that. Any type of anything is going to is going to happen. He said he telling him on the phone that I punched her in the face. I would never face.
>> Attempting to express her frustration, the tense veteran detailed heated disagreements over parenting to bolster her earlier argument, but she seemed to be beginning to worry about her actions.
like he doesn't want me to touch her at all. He doesn't do any type of I I don't want to say corporal punishment because that's really not what it is. But I spank her. I do.
>> Yeah. I mean, you're entitled to just >> That's literally it. But he's trying to make it more than what it is. Cuz long story short, he doesn't want me to do this anymore.
>> So, I mean, we've been together I don't know how what 10 years now.
>> Mhm.
>> No, I did not call her address.
>> Yeah, we just called. She's a minor. I mean, the bruising, it's swelling up a lot. I'm not going to lie.
>> Um, it's pretty bad.
>> But you can see it's it was a scratch and not a hit.
>> It It looks like a knot. I'm going to be completely honest with you. Like, it's a ball on her.
>> Did you see Did you see the same like from the same angle? Cuz there's two different angles >> for the cameras. I literally It was this part of my arm. There was no hand contact besides my nail when I got her to me.
>> You were in the living room.
>> Yeah. Okay.
>> If you Yeah. If you want to show me again, that you're more than welcome to.
I don't know what angle.
I didn't know there were different angles. I'm not going to lie to you.
So, this is when I'm upstairs and he's following me upstairs room. And then it's a two set of stairs.
At the second step is when he tried to grab me and I shook off at him. She went down the stairs. He was telling her, "No, go back. Go downstairs." But I'm like, "No, don't walk away." You can hear me telling her, "Don't walk away from me." He's saying, "I chased her."
I'm literally walking.
All right.
And like I literally got these done today. These are sharp. That's it.
That's all I want to go to the point where you could literally see it's my it's right here at no point in time. My hand is way She's right here and it's I'm all the way like this. I'm try to stop it.
And that was that that was literally it.
>> And it's not you can see my hand.
There's no punch. He said I'm punching her. I'm It's literally not.
>> Yeah.
>> So I mean I don't know.
>> We have a supervisor coming on scene. So >> yeah, >> literally because of my nail. So is this going is I'm going to get arrested because for scratch again. I'm not the I'm just the I'm not the officer making the decision.
>> Okay.
>> Cuz I need to I just want to be able to call them to let them know I won't be able to be there Monday.
>> Yeah. Like I said, I don't know. I don't know yet. I'm just company.
>> I think I'll just text them anyway to let them know I won't I possibly won't be showing up.
>> What uh branch were you in Army?
>> Yeah. I wanted to but I just ended up furthering my education.
So that's a regret.
>> No, >> a big regret. Ah, >> what would have been four four years and been done?
>> Yeah, that's actually what I was just there's so many benefits to it. Like I get it. You're scared. But especially for school, you got to just do it. Just do the little contract.
>> She's like, yeah. Despite the suspect's continuous attempts to manipulate the narrative and blame her partner, time quickly ran out. The intensive police investigation successfully uncovered the truth.
>> It's so he's so shitty. Like I can be I attitude, but you and I are still on bad terms.
>> Right. Right. Sorry. Like >> how was a girl towards you?
>> She was nice. Yeah, she was, you know, she was a little awkward at first, but I mean it was the first time meeting.
>> Yeah. Yeah.
>> Yeah. But I get it that she asked her.
We had already talked about you need to you're okay with her.
>> Was such a like I would feel awkward like whatever.
I went to freaking where I go to get those canvases. I went to Five Below and give them their canvases so they can paint together. I took pictures and like >> I feel like I did so much and then he's just so pissed. Like don't be mad because I'm upset at you. That's lit.
That's literally what it is. Like if I can even I can even go back further, but it's not it's not relevant.
I go back further. We're all just literally sitting chilling.
>> And then once I remove myself, that's when he got pissed.
cuz when she was leaving, I'm going to be upstairs and I'm going to be in the same room with you. We don't even sleep in the same room and we haven't for like the last >> we don't sleep in the same room.
>> Like I sleep in my guest room and he sleeps upstairs.
>> Yeah. Like >> do you think that's cuz of your guys' work schedules? it. That's a big part of it cuz on all throughout the week I come home on the weekends.
I'll stay here with you. Can you bring your squat closer? That way you're not going down the hill.
>> Yeah.
