This 30-minute guided hypnosis session teaches a systematic approach to releasing stress by combining progressive body relaxation techniques, visualization exercises, and subconscious reprogramming. The method involves systematically relaxing body parts from feet to head, visualizing a peaceful garden with symbolic elements like slow-running clocks and a river for releasing burdens, and using affirmations to reprogram stress responses. The unconscious mind is trained to recognize and release stress patterns, allowing the body to adopt calmer responses to daily pressures. This approach helps listeners develop a new baseline of calm that can be accessed at any time, promoting better sleep and emotional resilience.

Release Stress in 30 Minutes | Deep Sleep Hypnosis for Instant Calm追加:
Hello, and welcome to Mind Rest.
I'm Chris, your host.
In this new hypnosis for falling asleep, you will be able to release [music] stress both in the short term and in the long term.
With this hypnosis, I would like to invite you to relax deeply, to let go, and then later on to take in positive suggestions that will make you more resilient to stress.
[music] Hypnotic [music] trance is not the same as sleep.
And yet, you will relax [music] very deeply while your subconscious mind precisely [music] absorbs the impulses that are good for you.
Some people hear every word.
Others let the words [music] drift by like a gentle surf on the shore.
Both are completely right.
If you haven't already, I'd like to invite [music] you now to make yourself comfortable.
And then, whenever you are ready, and it feels good and right, to gently close your eyes.
If for any reason you need to wake up, you would immediately be fully [music] back here in the present moment.
But for now, you may allow yourself to drift [music] and to let go.
In this hypnosis, I will use [music] the word sleep.
And every time you hear it or remember it later in your mind, you will drift twice as deep into a safe, >> [music] >> cozy relaxation.
Only as deep [music] as is good and right for you.
Feel the [music] surface that reliably supports you.
Allow your breath [music] to flow naturally without changing it.
Breathing in, breathing out.
In, out.
And now, [music] very gently, you begin to lengthen each exhale just a little, as if your body finds a quiet sigh on every outbreath, [music] a signal to your nervous system, everything is [music] all right.
You are safe.
Now, guide your attention down to your feet.
Notice your toes, the soles [music] of your feet, and your heels.
Imagine gravity [music] drawing everything unnecessary downward out through the soles of your feet into the surface, into the ground.
With every exhale, your feet become pleasantly heavy and pleasantly [music] warm.
Now, move on [music] into your calves and shins.
Some muscles had a lot to do today.
They are allowed to become softer now.
Your breath [music] does the work.
You simply observe.
Move to your knees, then to your [music] thighs.
The large muscle groups begin to release, like a strap loosening once the load has been set down.
Feel your pelvis and hips.
You hand your weight over to a surface that wants [music] to carry it.
It is no longer your job to hold everything up.
Bring your attention [music] to your lower back.
If anything is gripping there, it is allowed to let go.
Move to your belly.
As you [music] breathe in, it rises gently.
As you breathe out, it sinks back in a friendly way.
This is where your [music] bodily sense of safety lives.
Allow that feeling to grow on its own.
Your chest, your heart area, becomes spacious.
[music] You don't need to speed anything up, and you don't need to hold on to anything.
Your shoulders sink down a millimeter and another and another, as if you were setting down invisible weights.
Move to your arms, forearms, and hands.
Sometimes hands hold on to invisible things, tasks, worries, expectations.
Now, you let them become empty.
The palms can gently [music] open.
The fingers be loose and relaxed.
The forehead [music] smooths out.
Your eyes rest heavy and relaxed in their sockets. [music] The jaw releases. [music] The tongue lies softly in the mouth.
And while this pleasant letting go [music] happens in the body, you begin in your mind to count backward from 300, 299, 298, entirely at your own pace.
It is completely okay to lose track.
If your attention [music] drifts off without you noticing, you simply register the moment of returning and sink even deeper.
Everything [music] you should be doing is handled by your unconscious.
You are allowed to just be.
In a moment, I will say a word.
And this word is sleep.
When you hear it, what is already happening [music] inside you becomes stronger.
A new calm and depth [music] spreads through you every time I say this word.
And now, sleep.
You sink twice [music] as deep as if a warm, soft wave carries you a little further, pleasantly and safely.
In this trance, [music] your unconscious is especially attentive.
It sorts things by usefulness.
Everything [music] that serves you is strengthened and woven in more deeply.
Everything that is [music] no longer needed can fade like writing in the rain.
And now, turn your attention to your breath.
Imagine you are breathing in calm and breathing out tension.
In, calm and spaciousness.
Out, letting go and depth.
Your body [music] takes exactly the amount it needs.
Nothing has to be perfect.
Good enough is [music] more than enough tonight.
And good enough is wonderful.
Now, I invite you to imagine how you would look if you were twice [music] as relaxed as you feel right now.
See that version [music] of yourself in front of you.
Shoulders free.
Forehead soft. [music] Eyes kind.
When that image feels stable, float into [music] it.
And see through those eyes.
Hear with those ears.
And feel [music] this new deep calm from the inside.
Your system [music] learns very quickly.
This posture.
This breath. [music] This inner tone.
This is your new standard.
The state you can return to [music] at any time.
Silently say a friendly sentence to yourself.
Such as, I'm allowed [music] to let go now.
Or there is calm [music] here.
Or I am held.
Choose the words [music] that fit.
And allow them to anchor in your body.
And now sleep.
Sink twice as deep.
Twice as safe.
Into a [music] sense of comfort that is twice as deep.
From here, the relearning begins.
Old stress patterns are recoded.
You don't [music] have to consciously understand this.
Your unconscious understands [music] change extremely well.
Stress often has a positive intention.
It wanted to protect you.
Push you. Or warn you.
Thank this old [music] program.
And now give it better [music] tools.
To the protector part.
Thank you for warning me.
You are allowed to become quieter.
To signal earlier [music] and more gently.
More like a warm light than a siren.
[music] To the controller [music] part.
Thank you for your structure.
From now on, you can act more from the background.
With kind boundaries and [snorts] enough pauses.
And to the driver or perfectionist.
Thank you for your high standards.
You can become encouraging instead of strict.
Quality [music] through care, not through pressure.
Your unconscious [music] checks whether these new strategies are healthy and right.
And integrates them at exactly [music] the pace that is good for you now.
Now imagine a typical stress scene as small gray and far away.
Breathe in.
And with a soft [music] whoosh you swap it for a bright, close, colorful scene.
In which you are pleasant clear and kind with yourself. [music] Your body is loose.
Your breath deep.
Your gaze soft.
Very good.
Now imagine walking along a narrow [music] path at dusk.
Above you a sky that is just [music] turning into warm shades of blue.
Around you the gentle rustling of leaves.
Ahead a gate of wrought [music] iron vines opens.
On it in flowing script the garden of [music] quiet clocks.
You step inside.
The ground is [music] soft mossy and pleasant to walk on.
In the garden stand numerous [music] clocks.
Large grandfather clocks.
Delicate pocket [music] watches on pedestals.
Wall clocks on old stone walls.
Some have plain [music] faces.
Others are decorated with leaves and flowers.
The special thing here all of the clocks run more slowly.
And in sync with your breath. [music] When you inhale the second [music] hands lift just a bit.
When you exhale [music] the hands seem to sink into a friendly heaviness.
Here time loses its pressure.
And becomes a wide [music] space in which you can stretch out.
You walk up to a large grandfather [music] clock.
In its body [music] there is a small door.
Just big enough to place your hand inside.
Next to [music] the door hangs a simple card.
Set down a [music] burden here.
You immediately sense which one it is.
A thought that made you feel tight today.
An expectation that was too heavy.
Something you do not have to decide [music] tonight.
Imagine you lift this [music] burden like a weight out of your shoulders.
And place it [music] inside the clock's compartment.
The clock closes softly.
Its pendulum finds a calm unhurried [music] rhythm.
Tick.
Tick.
Tick.
And with each swing you feel the [music] pressure inside you turning into spaciousness.
Farther ahead there is a low wall covered in wild vine.
On the wall lies small packages of fine paper.
Each labeled with a word.
Hurry.
Comparing.
Pleasing everyone. [music] Always reachable.
Everything now.
You may choose one.
The one that was most present [music] today.
And place it on a small scale.
On the other side of the scale lie counterweights.
What is essential? [music] Enough.
A calmer pace.
Breathing.
A no that protects me.
Gently [music] place two of these counterweights on the scale.
Feel how the balance shifts.
Not against you.
But for you.
You don't need to decide anything with your head.
Your body receives the message.
At the edge of the path you see lanterns glowing from within.
You lift one up.
It is light in your hand.
On the glass [music] a delicate sentence is engraved.
I move slowly enough to take myself with me.
You smile and walk on.
The lantern in your hand.
Its light falls onto a stretch of water.
Glimmering between the trees.
You reach a river. [music] The bank is shallow.
The water [music] clear.
A narrow bridge leads to a small island in the middle.
You cross it.
The wood beneath your [music] feet feels warm.
On the island lies a circle of stones.
And in its center a bowl filled with smooth pebbles.
An inscription invites you.
Name what [music] burdens you.
Give it to the river.
Take one pebble.
On its surface, as if by itself, a word or an image appears.
Perhaps >> [music] >> too much.
Perhaps a face.
Perhaps a clock [music] ticking too fast.
Hold the stone in your warm palm.
Breathe in.
And as you breathe out, throw the stone into the river.
Plop.
Circles [music] spread outward.
Grow larger then calmer.
The stone sinks.
Just as thoughts are allowed to sink when they no longer have to float on the surface.
Take a second [music] pebble.
Again, breathe.
Again, let go.
Plop.
Some pebbles are small.
Little restlessness.
Others are larger.
Issues that have accompanied you for a long time.
You don't have to resolve everything tonight.
You are allowed to begin.
Each pebble [music] is permission to your system.
You are allowed to become lighter.
On the edge of the [music] stone circle lie thin, pale wooden leaves like tiny boats.
On each leaf, you may write an intention.
I breathe [music] before I answer.
I do one thing less today.
I drink water and sit for five quiet breaths.
I am allowed to be unreachable.
I treat myself kindly.
Place one leaf on the water's surface.
It floats.
The river [music] carries it.
Place another leaf and another.
Some drift [music] under the bridge where a shaft of light breaks through the canopy and paints a golden stripe on the water.
On the island, there is also a wooden bench.
Sit down.
You hear water gliding [music] over stones.
The soft knocking of drops against the bridge's beams.
A distant call of a bird.
In this combination of sounds, a musical stillness appears.
Your shoulders sink a little deeper.
Your breath finds [music] a spacious rhythm.
In two three.
Out two three.
Perhaps you feel a warm wave flowing from your scalp down over [music] your neck and along your back.
Inside [music] your lantern a warmer light pulses for a moment.
You look inside and see an image [music] of yourself tomorrow morning.
You wake up without rush.
Before your phone lights up, you sit for a moment and breathe.
In and out.
Your shoulders are free.
Your jaw relaxed.
Your gaze at ease.
You choose one thing that really matters [music] today.
And allow two other things to be smaller.
You move at your own pace.
And that pace is kind.
The day does not become perfect.
But humanly good.
Enough space.
Enough pauses.
Enough you.
Now, on the opposite bank, a glass hall rises like a winter [music] garden.
You cross the bridge back and step inside.
Hanging there is a screen.
It shows your day under pressure.
And here [music] you are allowed to re-edit it.
You shorten the scene in which you agree to too many expectations.
You insert a calm breathing pause.
You change your posture to an open chest.
You erase [music] two unnecessary obligations.
You add a no that protects you.
And a yes [music] to yourself.
You click on export.
And within you, a new template is saved.
In front of the hall stands a slate wall written on with chalk.
I am allowed to move [music] slowly enough to take myself with me.
Who needs me gets a better version of me when I don't burn out.
Breaks are [music] productive for what truly matters.
You touch the sentence that carries you [music] today.
It becomes warm and moves into your right hand like a small anchor.
Whenever you later briefly open [music] and close that hand, your system remembers this sentence and gently turns the inner dials toward calmer.
Outside, dusk [music] deepens.
The clocks in the garden tick evenly in the rhythm [music] of your breath.
You walk toward the gate and turn back one more time.
For a moment, you see yourself [music] from the outside.
A person [music] who doesn't rush, but chooses.
A person who [music] doesn't just push through, but takes good care.
A person [music] who doesn't carry everything, but sets things down in time.
The gate does not close [music] because you can return here at any time.
And with [music] every time you return, the changes you take with you become stronger [music] and more positive.
And as you walk back down the path, you feel [music] a gap inside you disappearing.
The calm now [music] belongs to you.
Not just at this place.
The [music] place was only the translator.
Your nervous system has learned [music] this language.
And now, for one last [music] time, sleep.
Twice as deep.
Twice as safe. [music] Twice as free.
Feel your body heavy and [music] warm on the surface.
Everything important has been [music] installed.
Everything unimportant is allowed to fade.
I will count [music] from 14 down to 1.
At 1, you glide into deep, healing sleep.
While you sleep, your unconscious organizes your day tomorrow with a friendly rhythm.
14, you are safe.
13, your breath rocks you gently.
12, your shoulders release.
11, your forehead [music] is smooth.
10, your heart beats calmly.
9, your thoughts grow soft.
8, your body regenerates.
7, your inner voice is kind.
6, you carry [music] only what needs to be carried today.
5, everything else is put down.
4, your system [music] is shifting into rest.
3, waking up will be easy tomorrow at the right [music] time.
2, now only sleep matters.
