Candace Owens has repeatedly used her platform to make serious accusations [music] against individuals and organizations without providing sufficient evidence to [music] justify those accusations. She has accused a grieving widow and her husband's organization of corruption. She's [music] promoted theories suggesting that Charlie Kirk's murder was an inside job. She's implied that trusted [music] friends and associates betrayed him. And she's also cast suspicion on respected Christian [music] leaders who were close to Charlie Kirk. So, whether one agrees with Candace Owens politically [music] is ultimately besides the point. As a Christian, our allegiance is to Jesus Christ, who [music] he himself calls himself the truth. That's John chapter 14:6. Scripture repeatedly warns believers [music] against bearing false witness, making slanderous and reckless accusations, divisive speech, and spreading unverified claims. [music] God cares deeply about truth because lies destroy people. Reputations [music] are destroyed by lies. Families are destroyed by lies.
