[00:00:00]And today the governor signed a law that's already being taken to court. The Fair Rx Act keeps pharmacy benefit managers from owning or operating pharmacies. This directly affects CVS, which plans to file a lawsuit later this afternoon. In a statement, they say in part the new law, quote, is designed to target CVS Health, not to protect patients. Tennessee lawmakers crafted the law to exclude CVS Health's pharmacy operations while protecting in-state pharmacy businesses. Attorneys argued the act discriminates against out-of-state business. Supporters of the law say it will lower costs for consumers.
