Parkinson’s versus walking and talking | pick one😝

[00:00:00]Most people, they walk and they talk, no problem. With Parkinson's, you need to pick one. You want a conversation, I'm stopping. You want me walking, you're getting one-word answers. I try to do both, now I stop mid-sentence, mid-step, and nobody knows what's happening.

[00:00:14]Someone asked me a question while I'm walking, and I either answer it or I arrive, but not both. So yeah, if I suddenly stop talking or stop moving, it's not awkward, it's Parkinson's saying, "Choose your adventure."
