[00:03:53]Uh, back before you were around, Sandy, I did a sub bag where I included an a real opal inside the bag and it was opal themed. And so, I had found them when we moved and I put them in here. So, I'll just use that as my focus so I know where to go with my swatches and everything so I don't lose track of where I am.

So before we start start I'll um for those of you who don't know and I know most of you do know our a mother's glow collection releases tomorrow at noon central. It's our official mother's day collection this year. Normally in May I'll do a mother's day/ anniversary collection but this year I had ideas and I had bought some extra special pigment for the anniversary collection that I didn't want to use for a Mother's Day collection. So, I made two. So, these are going to be all glow, all UV. Most of them are shimmer only. Um, we'll start with Adeline's. She created this one. It's called A Child's Innocence.

[00:05:17]And, um, what I can do is put this in the lamp first so you can see what it's going to look like. And then we'll go ahead and swatch it.

[00:05:28]Um, this one is glitter. I don't believe there's shimmer in it. I think it's just a bunch of different glitters. There we go. That's purple when it's uh in the sun. And it glows.

[00:05:46]Let me think. Blue green. I think we'll see that later. But there it is in the powder form.

[00:05:54]She did a really good job on this one. I have to remind her though that a lot of you guys don't like the chunky glitters.

[00:06:03]So, she said, "Okay, let's do, you know, small glitters, just a little bit of the big ones." Cuz she really wanted to use some big ones. I said, "Okay." It's hard to tell her no because she wants to be creative, you know, but at the same time, I have to remind her that some of you have difficulty using the chunky glitters. So, and of course she went for the bead glitter again. I can't tell you how many times she's done that. And every time I'll say, "Adeline, you know, you keep using that glitter, right?" She said, "But mom, I want to use it." Okay.

[00:06:39]So, she used it. I'm use a little brush here.

[00:06:45]Dusting brush. I'm going to just brush it off into my garbage can right here just so we can keep a clean swatch stick.

[00:07:02]Victoria, this one's your favorite. A, it is really pretty. So, it's got some iridescent um big glitters, not a lot.

[00:07:14]And then it's got those bead glitters.

[00:07:16]And I want to say I want to say there's some tiny glitters in there, too. Pretty sure they're kind of hidden, though. And this is in a uh pink a really light pink uh base powder. So, we did use color when we did this one, not just clear.

[00:07:45]And so those little tiny glitters kind of get lost, but they make up, you know, the uh bulk of the powder.

[00:07:56]There it is.

[00:07:58]I'm just going to cover it. I don't want to dump anything over.

[00:08:03]So, when you're using the UVs, if you use gel, I know I've gone over this before, but I like to just say it again in case somebody forgets or wasn't here when I said it. Um, the most of the hemree gels will interfere with the UV change. So, if you're not getting a change, it's because of the gel. there's an additive in it that resists uh the sun from fading it and it won't allow the UV to penetrate. So, use dip liquids or our original gel liquids will work with these because I've been using them and my hands here's here's my hand first and here's the one that just came out of the lamp. It'll turn back to white. This is um I dipped using the regular gel base and I topped with the regular gel top.

[00:08:59]Same thing on this hand. So it does work.

[00:09:03]All right. So we activated.

[00:09:07]We are not going to top coat that one.

[00:09:10]We are going to show the official swatch here. Child's innocence. I'll go ahead and put these in the lamp. No top coat. And this has got the um regular gel top. So, let's put them in and see if there's any difference. There might be a slight difference because it is gel. So, there might be a slight color difference. Not really too much. I mean, this one is darker now. It probably would be darker again with even with the uh dip top on it, but look at how long that one takes to change back. A lot longer. There's nothing on it, though. So, So, yeah, pretty pretty purple. And I'm going to leave this I'm going to leave the actual swatch in the light so that we can get a good change later while we talk about the other ones.

[00:11:03]I'm just going to shake this up because if you don't know, um UVs, glows, uh thermals, anything with any importance, if you don't mix these up, stir them, whatever, all of that. um heavy dense pigment, which would be the glow and the UV or the thermal, will sink to the bottom eventually. So, you want to make sure you're evenly mixed before you dip.

[00:11:29]Otherwise, you risk not seeing a glow or not getting a good change. I am not sure if you're going to see the shimmers in this because it is very, very light. Wait, where am I at here? I need to go this way.

[00:15:46]And if you dip your dip base over, be careful cuz like I just did that dip base tends to go really quickly up the side of your brush and can get stuck.

[00:18:00]Well, this one doesn't have any gel over it to stop it. So, it's it's in the purest form for the UV.

[00:18:07]Look at how pretty. Even the light purple when it changes back or you're going to go like into a a more dim area outside or um maybe there's cloud cover that day and your UV rays aren't really high. If you don't know, the UV powders will be the most colorful in the highest UV rays. Now, here I'm putting them in a lamp. So, there's a lot of UV rays in this lamp because it's very close, very um close to the source, right? Uh outside, if you you have like a day where you have full sun, you're going to get the best change. And in the middle of summer because the sun is at its highest and just gives off the most rays, right? Technically in the winter because that sun isn't as high, you might not get as good of a change in the winter, even if it's sunny out because the sun the rays aren't as high in the winter. So, um, just in case you did not know, they work off of really, really, really good Oh, good UV rays. Uh, it was cloudy a couple of days ago when I went outside and my nails changed. It must have been a high UV day because even through the clouds, my nails changed.

[00:19:20]So, just rolling this one. This one is a mother's patience.

[00:19:34]And this is so pretty in its pure form.

[00:19:38]It's It's like a light sage.

[00:19:41]No, it's green. Sorry. The next one is the sage. This is like a light green. I forgot I did a green and a sage. I think this one originally was supposed to be a light blue green, but turned out more of a green, which hey, I don't mind. It's beautiful. I love it.

[00:20:01]And this has got the really pretty uh silver shimmers. Not the big ones like in Fizzy Lifting Drink, but a little smaller. And they're just so sparkly.

[00:22:28]And when it changes back to the to the um original color, it's like goes through that periwinkle stage. It's so pretty.

[00:22:41]Oh, Betsy. Yeah, but when uh with thermals, even though your nails are short, if you're like in an air conditioned place in the summer, it's got to change if if I mean your nails get cold, right? Or if you're outside and it's hot, don't don't they get to the hot color?

[00:23:13]or if I'm cold inside or in the car or whatever.

[00:23:37]Now, look at down here. Can you see these green light uh pale pink, peachy, and then um the pink? So, they still there's no UV light here. They're still um in their regular form. So, they do have like a light tint to them. We'll call it a tint since uh it's very very light.

[00:31:30]All right. And there's also some left of the plumeriia cuticle oil. If you missed that, I snuck that in last week. I think there are I don't know a handful or so of the five mil um dropper bottles. If you like plumeriia, it's super shimmery.

[00:31:50]It's um it's one of the most shimmery ones I've done so far in addition to the one that was in the mystery boxes. Um that had a lot of shimmer, too. And there are still some gel mystery boxes if you missed those.

[00:33:49]There you go. All right. So, we've got um this dark one. That's the purple glow. It's always deep. Um this is Adeline's. And then we got red, blue, green. And this one is it's blue green, but it's just so bright. And I think it's because of the combin Look at my nails.

[00:34:13]It's the combination of what's in here that makes the blue green appear a whitish kind of instead of pure blue green cuz I was like I know I used blue green in that but it looks almost white.

[00:34:36]Yeah, I I did the different colors on purpose. I uh I wanted them to be different, you know, different but the same kind of I don't know. Um Oh, I know what the other thing was very importantly. Um, I mean, if if you like this kind of thing, um, the dip the dip and I do have, um, 11 of these dip and, uh, earring sets. So, the dip matches the earrings. The earrings match the dip. It's called Keep on Sparkling.

[00:35:10]It is a beautiful rose gold dip. It's all one size. It's not um, it's not chunky. It's considered small, but it's bigger than the fine. Okay. And I have 11 of these. And then I have 11 pairs of earrings. I have the hearts.

[00:38:58]So, that's how it looks when it's in the sun. It's fading fast here. It's going to fade less fast here because there's no top coat on it. So, so there's another thing. If you want to put these um with no top coat, you'll have your UV a lot longer when you come in the house.

[00:39:38]Um, there's no there's nothing special except candy aurora shimmer. And I'll tell you my reasoning for that because if I would have made them UV or if I would have made them thermal or if I would have put a glow in them, you would not be able to chrome them. So, I chose since we've done a lot of thermals, a lot of UVs, a lot of glows lately, I chose to do just the candy aurora shimmer. So, you can wear them dipped or chrome. Now, me personally, I love the way they look dipped because they just stand out. Um, if you chrome them, they're pretty, but they aren't as eye-catching as if you just dip them.

Now, I know they're posting the photos this week, so you guys can get like a little glimpse and get excited about it, but uh next weekend it will be anniversary um weekend with um release of those. I think Sunday, next a week from Sunday is game day two if I'm not mistaken. I can't believe I'm already saying that we're going to be in the middle of May.

And these candy auroras are okay. Remember Icy Hot? That was our first Candy Aurora. And to me, that was everything. That color was everything. Well, now they're making the candy auroras even better. Um, prettier.

[00:41:27]They stand out even more. Um, they're always improving and every time I ask my supplier, I'm like, "Okay, what do we got that's new?" They're like, "Oh, we got new candy auroras. They're better than last time." I'm like, "How could you be better than last time?" Because those are really good. They're better.

[00:41:48]I know. Icy Hot. That was so good. I can still get Icy Hot pigment, but I can get the upgraded Icy Hot pigment, too. Um, I didn't get it this time because I wanted to try something else. So, the one of them that I got was more purple than blue. You're gonna love it. Anyway, geometric um uh Oh gosh, I want to say yes. I believe those were um I'd have to look back, but I believe so.

[00:42:23]I know that was a good one because that was a sub color. So technically Icy Hot can never be remade, but but we could always pop out a a new color with a new pigment that looks better, I guess.

Uh, it will have resin earrings that I don't have up on the store. It'll have different ones and eventually I will put any from our store on there that are there um that I want to um make available in Etsy. Um, I decided to do that because even though the Etsy fees are killer, they really are killer, there's just a different it Etsy is a different animal. I would have to market myself and pay for ads to show any of my stuff.

[00:44:02]Okay. So, I I try to do a lot of the stuff where I just post on Facebook Public and I'll do YouTube and stuff like that. Um because advertising is a killer. It's it's expensive. So, on Etsy, the reason their fees are so high is because they do all that marketing for you. They show people your stuff.

[00:44:22]So, I decided with my um resin earrings to put them there. So, we'll see how they go. But, you can pop in there and check it out. I am making and adding more to put in there. And I do have some really pretty ones. Um I did make some Alakazam earrings.

[00:46:37]Um I back then I didn't do well, let me think. I did UV at first and then I I did epoxy and I was looking for a moon. I wanted a moon to hold like, you know, 5 inch moon or something. Couldn't find one anywhere. So, I said, "Okay, I'm just going to buy a mold and I'm going to do it." Well, here I am, what, seven years later, and I've done just about everything in resin and now just the small things with the UV resin because I don't have the space. I don't have the ventilation for the regular resin. Um, so I mean I have I'm enjoying doing the little things that I'm doing. I It helps me with creativity. I just think of something and I do it.

Um, but yeah, I I do that and I know I'm not supposed to, but I've got so many of them in this drawer. I guess I don't care anymore. So, uh, the rose mold, I don't anymore. You know, I threw away all of my molds except the ones that I thought I might possibly use at one time or another, and this was one I kept. So, so yeah, I used to have the rose mold.

They do have a button for you to add your website, but they don't want you to advertise it. Uh because I do have some dips on Etsy. I have um dips that are in our store here, but some that I have a lot of or some of the magic ones um that'll grab people's attention like, "Hey, um which is mostly what has sold." They don't want you to advertise your website, but if you have two Etsy shops, they want you to mention that you have another shop and this is what it is. So, they want you to let everyone know you have two shops and this is one and this is one. It's kind of strange. Anyway, um All right, let's I did throw them away. I know. I didn't have You know what? We moved. It was so quickly like I had to be out of there and I'm like I don't know what to do with these. I'm just going to get rid of them. So I threw them all away. I know. Bad on me. And I had a lot. I mean seven years worth. A lot of them I had never used. It it was sad. I know. But I had to I had to get rid of them. I I don't have the room. They would have taken up such a big spot in my garage.
