Imagine tracking your periods, your acne, your hair growth, your mood, your you know, your cravings, your energy, everything just to prove something is off. And then someone still says maybe it's just stress. Girl, at some point stress is not diagnosis. It's a side effect of nobody listening to you. That's why PCOS being renamed as PMOS matters. The old name made it sound like cysts were the whole story. The new name [music] says no, it can be endocrine, metabolic, ovarian, emotional, physical, everything. A whole body issue deserves a whole body care, not neglect.
