Trust law operates on the principle that a trust is an agreement where a settler places property in the care of another person for the benefit of another person, and a trust cannot exist if the same person holds both legal and equitable title (trust merger doctrine). Asset protection strategies must consider that domestic trusts are not bulletproof and offshore structures may be necessary for complete protection. The distinction between public law (constitutional, administrative, criminal, tax law) and private law (contract, tort, property law) is fundamental, as administrative agencies serve to protect public interest rather than vindicate private rights. Understanding these principles requires studying contracts and equity rather than just statutory provisions.

Peace. Peace. Peace.
What's going on? What's going on?
I ain't want nothing. Just doing a little question and answer. Getting ready for tonight's trust class.
I'm just sitting here looking over some CA cases and I was just wondering peace. Peace.
There we go.
Peace be upon you. Good afternoon.
What's going on? How y'all doing?
Offshore.
Let me see.
Adapt.
Looking at some DAPs right now. Anybody know what adapt is?
Adapt.
Oh, this look is good. SEC versus Brennan. This appeal requires us to interpret the automatic state provision of the bankruptcy code and exception to that provision.
Such the question presented as a matter of first impression is whether an order obtained by the Securities and Exchange Commission from the United States District Court requiring defender to repatriate assets of an offshore asset.
Huh. This is a good case right here.
This is about bankruptcy and whether a bankruptcy order can have an effect on a repatriation order of assets back to the United States from an offshore trust.
That looks very interesting.
Let me see. Let me get let me get a breakdown of this case. Good afternoon.
Good afternoon.
Good afternoon.
Good afternoon.
I'm just working uh in my living room.
Break down this case and give me all the equitable principles used to.
This is a good case right here. My students are going to love this tonight.
dealing with bankruptcy and asset protection trust.
Okay, here's the case.
Crap. I got to get this juristp prudence books in the mail. Oh well, yeah, I would appreciate it. The case is one of the leading federal appellet cases deal with all of bankruptcy jurisdiction and limits of equitable remedies once a money judgment exists.
Wow, this is nice. Okay, this is a nice strategy. See, people don't understand how bankruptcy can be used for something. They think everything, they think, you know, like people were talking about Trump, they think, "Oh, you know, Trump, you're not a good businessman." You know, that Damian Dash interview when he was on that show when uh Charlemagne the guy was talking about, you know, Trump is not a good businessman because he filed bankruptcy.
It did only show just how ignorant he was about different strategies. You know, here you are talking about a man that's worth about $3 billion, 750 million liquid, only paid $700 on his income taxes, but he's not a smart businessman.
Charlemagne God, he sounds ridiculous at times. You know, Damon Dash was absolutely 100% right about him. Like, man, you sound [ __ ] man. What you saying? You don't understand. It's a game, man. We playing Monopoly. You didn't read the instructions. You didn't even read the instruction booklet.
Playing the game Monopoly, man.
You didn't read the instructions to the game.
You didn't read the instructions to the game.
Oh, Cliff checking in. We got cliffhers in the house.
All my cliffhers.
Got cliffhers in the house.
What's up? What's up? What's up?
Old Oak Cliff. Only in Oak Cliff and you'll never find another place like this cuz it's a old cliff. Only here in Oak Cliff where you can tell the wrath from the riv down with the S.
Only Only True O Cliff person know what I'm talking about right there. You ain't from O Cliff. You don't know. You don't know an Anthem song. Snake Vic Allen Castanova Rock. Shout out. Shout out.
Oh yeah, my art pieces. Yeah, I collect art. I got nice art pieces.
We'll show you my house, but I don't feel like giving a tour right now. It's nice. So, uh, that's a Bibs right there behind me. I had a couple of Bibs pieces, Charles Bibs.
You know, my family, they owned a black art uh store in Atlanta for like 30 years. So, I got like a ton of artwork.
Very nice artwork.
Lone Star State, what's happening?
What's happening? Living in luxury.
You're supposed to live in luxury. If you had come to our class on Sunday, you know, like one book that really inspired me was uh the science of get getting rich by Wallace Waddles when he said surround yourself in beauty. You know, you should be feeding your senses beauty at all times. If you want to remain in beauty, if you want to remain in luxury, you have to, you know, immerse yourself into it. You know, you got to leave all the poverty stuff alone and just start hanging around wealth. And eventually they'll start rubbing off on you.
Eventually you will start to feel like you belong around wealth. You know there's no there is nothing um there is nothing uh to be said in favor of you know people try to make like living in poverty if it's some kind of virtue or some [ __ ] like that.
No it's not a virtue. you know, like it's a virtue to be poor.
The uh uh what what they what they like to say? Oh, the uh the love of money is the root of all evil. Now, they say money is the root of all, you know, I always quote it wrong.
They'll say money is the root of all evil. It don't say that. It say the love of money, but it doesn't mean that all money is evil. It's just that usually if you find some evil, there will be some money behind it. usually. But that doesn't mean that money is evil.
It just means that there are people that a lot of times when you find evil, there is money associated with it.
Let's talk about money, man. Y'all want to talk about some money?
Y'all had a shop out there. That's where the civil rights movement initiated.
Well, yeah. I mean, yeah. and Atlanta.
Atlanta was like that back in the uh in the early 90s. It's not like that anymore. Atlanta was a black mecca and definitely a mecca for like knowledge and things like that. It was nothing like it. But today, in my opinion, Atlanta's it, you know, it's been so many people move there from so many different places. It's like any other city to me now. You know, you might as well go to Houston, Texas. I mean, you know, people like Atlanta cuz they think that, you know, it's they want to party. They want to have a good time and they think got excellent night life. It's night life everywhere you go, man. If you're about your business and every time and everything, you ain't got time for that [ __ ] No way.
You got things you got to do.
You got things you got to do.
A lot of things you got to do. One of them is ain't trying to spend all day trying to chase down women and [ __ ] like that, you know, trying to make some money, man.
What y'all got for me today? I'm waiting for I'm waiting. Somebody ask me a good question. What y'all got for me today?
And said, uh, money or promisary notes?
Why y'all? Money is not promisary notes.
You know, I You can't use promisary notes for anything anyway. We don't I don't we don't use promisary notes for nothing. Not even in discharge.
IRS then told you they don't take promisary notes. Treasury Department don't take it. So I don't know why y'all be trying to use promisary notes.
Promisary notes is a two-party instrument.
You can't convert a promisary note into a bill of exchange. What you talking about?
Cannot convert a promise. You can you can make a promisary note into a security.
Let me see. Equity among creditors, substance over form. That just keeps coming up. Equity regards as done with all to be done. That pops up a lot.
Equity requires clean procedural administration. And equity does not reward strategic evasion.
Equity important trust law retain control defeats asset protection narratives.
Yeah. Flight clauses create suspicion.
Yeah, I like that. Yeah, that's going to be a good case tonight. You know, that's going to be a good ca it's going to be a good class tonight. I got found another great case for us to read tonight.
Very good case.
It's an asset protection case.
So for all everybody's going to be there tonight, it's going to be a good asset protection case.
What is this, man?
I got another logo, man. Let's see.
Say I have to learn first time coming here. Okay. If they accept it, they reserve. Yeah. I mean, you know, Yeah. If they accept it, how do you feel about someone paying themselves from their trust so they can build an SS uh retirement fund? You can't pay yourself from your trust. You don't understand trust law. A trust is set up for the benefit of someone else. Do y'all understand that? You can be a beneficiary, but you can't be the sole beneficiary. And you can't pay yourself.
You have to have instructions. Okay? A trust is uh is a is an agreement where a settler places property in the care of another person for the benefit of another person. That's the definition of a trust. Y'all try to change [ __ ] into some other [ __ ] that just don't exist.
You know, like that's the doctrine of merger. You think you're going to be the only person in a trust that don't even exist. It's called trust merger doctrine. Equitable and legal title merge in the trust doesn't even exist.
There are control factors that you have to take into account. A lot of y'all only thing y'all know about is like revocable grantor trust or some [ __ ] like that. You know, very simplistic uh very simple trust. They're just real real simple and they don't provide very much protection at all. They're just like conveyance tools. That's all they are. It's almost like in a corporate soul in the in the corporation world.
piece of to be the holder in due course.
Do you have to be a secure party? Uh go and read UC 3-302 and come back and tell me first of all secure uh security uh security agreements is article 9 of the UCCC or secure transactions. Okay, that's article 9 of the UCCC. Negotiable is in article three holder due course.
What do the two have to do with each other? I'm really not sure. Why don't you read UCCC 3-302? And you come back and ask me, do you need to be a secure party in order to be a holder of due course? Because it tells you the requirements to be a hold of due course in UCCc 3-302.
You can read the instructions. I can tell you. I know what it says, but I'm going to see if you're going to read it.
Let's see if you read it. Somebody said you have to be a secure party to be I mean they that just go show me they don't even understand what a secure party is. They act like secure party is some sort of status correction or something. It's like a secure party is an individual that has a priority security interest in collateral. That's what a secure party is. A holder of due course is dealing with negotiable instruments. A secure party is dealing with securities. You know, they're two separate things. You know, they don't even they're not even the same thing.
Read UCCC 3-302 and tell me what it says. What does UCCC 3-302 say? Does it say you have to be a secure party in order to be a holder in due course? What does it say? You know, they don't want to read the instructions to the game.
They don't want to read the instructions to the game, y'all.
They want to play Monopoly. They keep asking me what the instructions to the monopoly. know you when when you play Monopoly it come with instructions right in the box right some people never want to read the instructions to the game I don't know what it is I can't understand it nobody want to read the instructions to the game this is not this 12 point oh man it's 10.5 points this is too small man it's way too Oh, has some descending opinions in here.
They got some descending opinions. This must been a very controversial case right here. Boy, tonight we're going to read this tonight.
It's kind of It's not long, but it's not short either.
It's going to take up the whole class to uh read this obviously.
There we go.
All right, that's better.
All right.
With the trust, can you have the assignment or construction to the blank endorsement and hold the negotiable instrument making it contract? You I don't even understand nothing what you just said that you just made all of that up out of your mind.
You You're just looking at something and trying to make sense of it through your own mind. I You don't know anything about trust. You don't seem to know anything about negotiable instruments.
It says with the trust, can you have the assignment or construction to blank endorsement and hold the negotiable instrument making it a contract? Negotiable instruments are contracts. If you read uh if you read bills and notes very first sentence in American Jewish prudence tells you negotiable instruments in their many forms are all contracts.
I'm not I'm not understand I you say now you see understand why I don't understand your question. I do not understand your question. That's why they're called negotiable. You're negotiating. You're forming a contract.
It's an agreement. When you use debt paper it's based off agreements.
Contracts. I'm not really understanding that question at all. I don't understand it. Securities and exchange commission.
Let's see. Roberty Brennan.
Let's see. The appeal requires us to interpret the automatic state provision of the bankruptcy code. An exception to that provision and an exception to the exception. Specifically, the question presented as a matter of first impression is whether an order obtained by the Securities and Exchange Commission from the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Richard Owen Judge, requiring defendant Robert E. Brennan, a debtor in bankruptcy to repatriate the assets of an offshore asset protection trust, violates the automatic state provision. The SEC argues that the order fits within an exception to the automatic state provision for an action of proceeding by a government unit to enforce such government units police and regulatory power. This a nice ass case right here. See this right here going to add to your storehouse. And you know this is another brick in the wall. All my students know what I'm talking about.
This is another brick in the wall of your expertise of trust right here because now we're getting into some bankruptcy provisions and whether or not uh bankruptcy proceeding can force a repatriation of assets from an offshore short an offshore asset protection trust. Interesting. You know, yesterday, last time we read, we were reading about spinthrough provisions and um discretionary uh clauses that are placed in there to empower the trustee because, you know, you don't want a beneficiary able to force a distribution from the trust if you're going to have a spin clause or spin trust. That was some good information. But this is equally as good, too.
Get into some testamentary wheels. Um, hey, asset protection. This is what you want to learn.
Holding due course status does not apply.
Dors don't have nothing to do with being a secure party. Man, I don't know what you're talking about.
You have to give notice of a claim to the instrument. That holding due course ties into UCCc 3-306, which is claims to an instrument, and UCCC 3-305, which is claim and recruitment. It tells you that right in UCCC 3-302 what you have to do to become a holder of due course and it deals with notices which is UCCC 1-202.
This is a good case right here. This is going to be a good case tonight y'all.
We let me see if I can add Let me see if I can find another one. They have some good principles.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. We can do this one right here. Let me save this. Save this to Brandon.
Let's see. Save as Okay, I think that's Is that it? Oh, no, that's not it.
There we go.
Oh, yeah. I got this right here. I just deleted that, didn't I? Oh, no. I got All right.
Nice. Okay. What we got? Holding due course status does not apply on the A for V. Can you create your own process?
Of course you can. Let me ask you, where are the where are the formal instructions for any of this?
That's all I want to know. Is there some sort of formal you talking as if there's some formal instructions written down somewhere? No formal instructions written. Why do you think you got all these people out here making up all this [ __ ] Everybody pulling processes out of their ass, but nobody's reading anything.
A forb is a claim against the taking of the gold. is not it it it can constitute the counter offer, but it's a claim. You forming a claim against the taking of the gold. That's what you're really doing because you're trying to discharge the debt. You're trying to set off a debt and you're setting it off of what?
You're claiming that that an obligation is owed to you for the taking of the gold. So, that's a claim that you're making. It's not a it's not just a counter. It could be classified, I guess, as a counter offer, but it's not just a counter offer.
It's rooted in a claim.
This is a good case. I can't wait to read this tonight. Y'all need to come to the trust class tonight from 9 to 11:00 p.m. where we read the cases. We actually read the cases, have a discussion about the cases. This case right here, this is an asset protection case. I was trying to find I was looking for domestic asset protection trust.
That's what ADAP is, a domestic asset protection trust. Um, but I came across this one. A lot of people use domestic asset protection trust with like usually with a decanter provision in it in case some sort of a um duress clause gets triggered, they start shipping the assets overseas. However, there's a lot of dangers in that because um you know, if it's over here in the United States, they got they got a possible way of stopping it. See, anything domestic can't be bulletproof like that. You know, that's why you have offshore uh accounts. You know, that's the true bulletproof is offshore. It's not in on the domestic level.
I haven't seen it. You want something bulletproof, it's going to be offshore.
It's not going to be domestic.
Imagine people claiming sovereign when they are actually foreign.
Foreign or what? Not foreign. See that's that bull that's that [ __ ] sovereign citizenship.
That's sovereign citizenship. You know what you're saying? You are sovereign.
What are you talking about? Didn't you read chis versus Georgia? Imagine someone coming into my chat saying that you're really foreign, not sovereign.
When we got hundreds years of case law saying the people are sovereign. Imagine people saying that, man. The first very first Supreme Court case in the United States of America said that we're sovereign. So, what the hell are you talking about? You just you're just regurgitating some [ __ ] you heard somebody else say. You know how long I've been doing this 20 years. You know how many time how many years I've been here and said we're foreign to the United States and then they don't even know what that means. When you say you're foreign to the United they don't know what that means. What you say mean? All you're saying is that you're not you're not operating within a regulatory space.
That would be the proper way of saying it. Not saying I'm foreign to the United States. Some some vague ass [ __ ] that barely anybody understands. Nobody even understands that [ __ ] Yeah. Chief Justice John J. They didn't like John J either.
Every state has it so yeah well yeah you are a king and a priest. I appreciate that. I've learned more from you than anyone but the Treasury has domestic and foreign reporters and we are foreign.
Now that's not it. A that's not it at all. A no that's not you don't know what you're talking about. You don't know what you're talking about. They are foreign. Like for instance, you can get a foreign EIN number uh from the Philadelphia IRS campus, but that didn't mean you're foreign. You're either See, we don't they don't use terminology like that. They use either you are tax exempt or you have a tax liability. Everything in there is about taxes. They don't give a [ __ ] about what you claim to be. They don't care about you can call yourself whatever the [ __ ] you want to call yourself because in law, actions speak louder than words. You thinking you can declare yourself out of something. All that [ __ ] you talking about doesn't mean anything because the courts look at form. I I'm sorry. Substance over form.
You can Google this.
You can Google this. You talking about you goddamn You don't know what you're talking about. I read the cases every day, man. Y'all in y'all in the goddamn echo chambers debating each other over [ __ ] that y'all think y'all understand.
It's like, nah, do you see me in those echo chambers? You don't see me in those echo chambers.
You don't ever see me over there in those echo chambers.
And they're saying [ __ ] like, you know, put your house in a trust. It can stop a foreclosure. I'm a trust expert.
Uh, facts. That's all that matters. If your organization or whatever you're under is tax exempt or not. That's why they have tax evasion and tax avoidance. Okay? It doesn't matter what you can say you're foreign or whatever. I want to know either you structured yourself to avoid taxes or you are engaged in contact that makes you a tax liability. That's all they care about in the public, not what you call yourself. You can call yourself whatever the [ __ ] you want to call yourself. That means absolutely positively nothing. And when I say nothing, I mean nothing. like no thing, nothing.
They don't want to address conduct. They think they can declare themselves in the sovereignty. I just said it and now I'm sovereign.
They keep doing the same [ __ ] they always did. I filed my paperwork. They paperwork bandits. They think paperwork saves them.
They really think that. You don't find no example of that in law anywhere.
All the law is based off. Law is put together to regulate conduct. That's what law is for, to regulate conduct.
Now you saying you can that you can declare something and now your conduct can't be regulated.
Let me see.
Voluntary, involuntary don't mean nothing either. What they looking at is the conduct that you engaged in.
Don't forget magic words. Yeah, they think they got the magic words. Listen, all that [ __ ] is over with. Listen, that era of of this status correction and sovereign citizenship, that [ __ ] is over with. As soon as AI lit up, that all that old [ __ ] y'all just need to leave it alone. If I were you, I would do what Jesus said and be born again. You cannot see the kingdom of heaven until you become his little children. In other words, everything that you have learned has been wrong. Throw that [ __ ] in the trash and it's time to rebuild an entire different structure. All right? Because that [ __ ] is over with. Is all that [ __ ] y'all saying, y'all going to be getting rebutted on it left and right. You see more and more people using AI.
Eventually, people are going to learn how to use it. A lot of people still don't know how to use it. But once they start figuring out how to use it, all this [ __ ] that y'all talking about, it's dead, man. Come back to this video and watch out ages. Come back to this video and watch out ages. In six months, it ain't going to be long. 6 months, brother. For clarification, when dealing with the public, we should only use the constitution as the guideline.
And we're trying to discharge public obligation. Use the pro. No, the constit when you're dealing with the public, you got to follow the rules of the public.
You you you're under regulatory. Public and private don't mix. You don't have no power in the public. None.
None.
Not to make rules up. You don't make no rules up in the public. You don't declare things in the public. None.
What about the gold clause?
SEC versus Brennan.
Peace to the gods and goddesses. Don't God teach him international law just to I don't know if it has anything you know the UCCC is international law the law merchant is international law merchant is international law AI dispelled many things however to find the deeper truth you still have to do your own research first of all AI is doing your own research AI is an amplifier AI doesn't give you anything that's just shows me people don't know how to use AI AI is only as good as you are. You use AI to conduct your research with. It is a it's a fascinating tool. And I and I can see that people they really don't understand what AI is. They don't have any. They think it's something like Google or some [ __ ] like that. It's like y'all think it's Google or something, don't you?
You don't know what it is. Wealthy people are getting wealthier with AI.
Poor people, nothing's going to happen for you because you don't have no information. You don't have no knowledge. AI can help you. It It's not going any It's not going to help you if you don't already have some knowledge.
It's not helping you. AI is not a crutch for stupidity and ignorance.
It's not.
Can your private business accept coins of choice? Not on the internet. My business is on the internet. Do you see when you go over to my website, I got PayPal and Stripe. this PayPal or Stripe accept coins of choice. Now, if you want to mail me something, someone has mailed me a gold coin in the mail and given me a gold coin and paid for a lifetime membership. You want to do that, I'll be glad to give you a lifetime membership.
You want to give me a gold coin, I have any problem with that whatsoever. I will put you in the system as a lifetime member for a gold coin.
But if you don't have a gold coin, there's no other kind of coin you can give me. I only accept. If you want to talk about coins, you're talking about gold. If you're not talking about gold, we have nothing to discuss.
Nothing.
We can't. We have nothing to negotiate.
You have nothing to negotiate. If you want to talk about uh coins, we talking about gold coins. Right now, it's value has a valuation of $4,300 an ounce.
Yeah. They can't get out of that Google mentality. That is absolutely correct.
This guy right here, he said AI is a tool that people don't really know because they can't get out of the Google mentality. That's exactly right. They don't even understand it. You every time you see him talk, you immediately know that [ __ ] do not know what AI is. You know, AI, you still got to do your own research. AI is a research tool. What are you talking about? AI is single-handedly dismantling 75% of law firms. Don't you understand that? 75% of law firms are going out of business.
You don't understand that? Y'all think that's Google?
Why do they need another Google?
You think that the the the articles I post are just I just asked AI just to make an article on something, huh? And usually I spend about two or three hours researching with AI before I come to a conclusion on something. It's not no thing you just put in a question and get an answer and roll with it.
I don't know how to use that. I don't know how to use it. Maybe I should teach a class. You know what? I'll do this.
Y'all want me to teach a AI class on research? Y'all want me to do that? It's going to I'm going to charge you for it.
It's going to be It's going to be $49.
I'll charge $49. I'm going to do a AI research class because I don't do [ __ ] for free. All right. Don't do [ __ ] for free.
I don't want no bombs. Bombs some piss me off. Bombs and [ __ ] It's a lot of bums in this space right here. A lot of bombs. They wonder why they broke. You broke because you're a bum. You got a When I mean when I say bum, you got a poverty mentality.
The service provider government utilizing private non-government entities to deliver entitlements and services, private public partnerships. Where'd you get that from? There's some [ __ ] you made up. You made that [ __ ] up. I ain't never heard no [ __ ] like that ever. You made that [ __ ] up. You got quasi corporations. Go research quasi corporations. That sound like what you trying to talk about? Quasi corporations. That's what the reporter is, isn't it? Reporting to the IRS as domestic or foreign.
That's what some Treasury No, they're not. They're not looking at that at all.
They're looking at did you use a social security number or an EIN number to do business effectively connected with a trade or business within the United States? That's what comes out of the IRS code. Don't make up your own [ __ ] Okay?
Read what the people say and interpret that and stop making up [ __ ] in your own words cuz all y'all doing is that all that is just taking you into fantasy land and [ __ ] like that. I've been using AI for my docs and past flying. Oh, man. I don't even listen. When they start talking about AI, all only thing I see is I said, "This is a dumb [ __ ] right here." Like, "Oh, you using that AI? I'm going to get out of here cuz all I do is AI responses."
Like, he's going to change the world.
The world is headed into AI. We're in a new era. Okay, man. I wrote a discrimination letter. So cool. I put back into AI. Uh it told me it was just a as professional as my attorney letter. It is going to be a can write any man. AI do anything they can do. I said you still have to do your own re. You're doing your own research with AI. What you don't understand. What is it that you don't understand? You're doing your own. First of all, if you don't have any knowledge already, you what are you using AI for? You don't know what to ask it.
You don't know what to ask it if you don't understand basic principles of law and things. You'll never get an answer out of AI. You already have to have some information. What are you talking about?
You know, you you can't get any you'll never get out of AI the information I get out of it because you don't know as much as I do. It's not AI is a research.
It is how you do independent research.
That is the tool that you use for that doing your own research.
I appreciate the $5. Is the private ordering class with the SBC membership?
No, it's with the SBC membership. We'd have it every Monday and Wednesday. We have trust classes on Tuesday and Thursday and private ordering classes on Monday and Wednesday. And both of them are equally as good or know if it's telling the truth is that most of the time 998% of the time AI is giving you the truth of what you give it is given back. that a AI doesn't lie. It's impossible for an artificial intelligence to lie. It's only telling you based off of information and it's pulling the parameters parameters that you give it. It doesn't lie. It's not human. It's not capable of lying.
Your videos of using a public defender as a private attorney is very powerful and it changed my life. Yes, that is a very good uh that is a very good video and the people who have criminal cases really need to study that v video intently.
I mess with FR edit and debt collections and I have to correct AI on some things. I ain't never had to correct. Well, I mean, you have to correct it on some things or I don't really correct it. I really just, you know, you can see like where it is reaching its limits and you got it in a corner and once you get it in a corner, if you just keep hitting it, hitting it, it'll relent and it'll give you some additional information. But it doesn't lie. It doesn't lie. If it gave you something incorrect, it's because that's what it pulled from something incorrect.
You have to feed it information. See, I don't ask it to pull information from disparate sources. I give it the information to pull from and then I tell it to synthesize the information. See, that's what y'all haven't graduated to that level of understanding. Once you start doing that, you everything it spits out is going to be accurate. But y'all asking it to you still trying to use it like Google. That's why you saying that because you're still trying to use it like Google.
Chad GPT is not the worst version of AI.
That's a damn lie, too. Me and my party, he use um my party use that uh party use that other one and I use Chad GPT and we bounce [ __ ] off. Chad GPT is good for some things and other AIs are good for other things. That's a damn lie. Chad B Chad GBT is a beast. That's a lie, too.
There are other AIs that are good for other things, though.
That's a goddamn lie. Somebody ch TPT ain't good. [ __ ] That's [ __ ] Once again, somebody don't know how to use AI.
Chad JPT is as good as you are. CEO certification and non-governmental status definition of a CDE. A CD is a domestic corporation or partnership that has a primary mission of serving low-income communities. mandates and accountability. Okay. So what? It's in the public. I mean, what is what does that have to do with us? What does that have to do with us? I don't understand.
What does that have to do with us?
Please explain what that has to do with us.
Uh, new age won't save you. It's deception. Faith in Jesus Christ. [ __ ] Get out of here with this [ __ ] God God make everything all the creations in the world come from God. God makes things in the world for you to utilize.
All right? It's that crazy zealot [ __ ] You think everything is evil. Everything nothing would exist if Allah had not created it.
Like like you say in Isaiah, I create dark and light and I create evil.
God creates good and evil. Nothing would exist if God had not created it. And you don't worship Jesus Christ. That right there is blasphemy. All these worshippers of Jesus Christ. Jesus. Let me tell you what G Jesus Let's read.
Let's see what did Jesus tell you to worship him. Let's see what Jesus said.
Jesus never said that.
Did Jesus ever say worship me? Jesus said to them, "Away from me, Satan.
Worship the Lord your God and serve him only. Matthew 4:10.
Matthew 4:10. Go read it. All you All you uh all you heathen Christians who be uh committing blasphemy, trying to worship Jesus, not worshiping Jesus, Jesus came. God sent Jesus to be an example to you, not for you to get on start prostrating to the man.
And and then some of y'all try to make him into God. So y'all can say the white man killed God. Huh? Put him on the cross, killed him. Then when God was on the cross, he screamed out in Matthew 27:46, "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?" So Jesus Christ is God, but he getting crucified and he's on the cross hollering to God up in heaven, "Why have you left me?" See how stupid y'all sound? Y'all just really sound stupid. And you come on here this with this religious zealot rhetoric and everything, and you're not even properly educated in your belief.
And then you want to come in here and try to shame people and make, you know, that's what I like about them, too. You know, they try to come in and make it seem like they better than everybody else. Like they got a better relationship with God than you have.
Like they just so holy, you know, the holier than thou individuals.
They the worst ones. Jesus Christ warns you about them, too. When you get to Matthew uh 245, chapter 24 is about the signs of the end of the world. When Jesus was talking to him, he said, "Make sure that no one fool you. Many shall come in my name saying I am Christ and deceive many. The first person that Jesus Christ told us to warn about is the people coming in his name like these people right here in this damn in this damn chat. They don't even open up the gospels read none of Jesus' words. They just use his word. Like he said in Matthew, he said, "These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me." Uh what what he said Jesus he said these people these people honor me with their lips.
What is that? What what verse is that in the Bible? Matthew 15:8.
These people draw nigh unto me with their lips but their heart is far from me. And let me get to nine. Nine is good too. Matthew let me let me do 8 through nine. Matthew 15:8-9.
This next time somebody come to you, always use this on them. Always use Jesus' words on religious zealots because they don't really they not really students of the Bible. They just like to use Jesus' name a lot. So right here it says, "The people draw nigh to me with their mouth, but honor me with their lips, but their heart is far from me, but in vain they do worship me, teaching the doctrines, the commandments of men."
That's what happened right now with like you know with the uh with the uh these human beings trying God said I created male and female. God said that but you got men coming and saying you can identify as something else just spitting in the face of God. Heathens.
Heathens.
Heathens.
Straight heathens. Y'all follow them too, don't you? Everybody in that Democratic party. Y'all heathens. The religious people are the red flag. They are. Religious people are the worst ones. I ain't gonna say all of them, but you got to watch them. They very judgmental. They think they right. They think they know God better than you do.
You know, hypocrite is a draw you or drive you.
It said the religious. Let me see what he say. Peace. Peace. What's happening?
Y'all hit the y'all hit the like button for me. Let get my analytics up, man.
M uh Meek Mill got a song called Don't Follow the He the Heathens.
You shouldn't. There's a lot of heathens in the world today. It's a lot of people denouncing uh religion and denouncing the existence of God. We have a lot of atheists. Communism is one of the pillars of communism and Marxism is atheism. So that's why they are victims.
Only a victim doesn't believe in God because if God is with you, who can be against you? So people who have a victim consciousness, they they are they heathens. They'll have no faith in God whatsoever or in themselves. They want to be victims, claim uh talk about white supremacy and things like that. They heathens and they don't have any inner power. They they're not in contact with their inner power. They don't know what their inner power is.
How are you sitting here talking about Listen to this dude. He said he he said this how you know that they knew when they quote statutes, codes and rules and regulations. They don't know anything about the private side. That's how you know they knew. They still in beginning stages. Yo, the guy uh the guy told me in New York they are going to come in the name.
That is the first sign of deceit.
I I I wouldn't say it's deceit, but I would say it's definitely a red flag.
You got to scrutinize them because they try to use that as a cover like like like you don't need like like you can just sit around and wait for something to fall out the sky for you.
That's why they bums. They sitting around waiting on Jesus. They want you to they preaching this doctrine of sitting around and waiting on They've been waiting on Jesus 2,000 years.
2,000 years they've been waiting on Jesus to come back.
The helping hand you're looking for is the end is at the end of your arm. God helps those who help themselves.
You see, I understand that God helps those who help themselves because God is in me. And that's why knowledge of self is the key and the only truth that makes you free. You see, fame and fortune are temporary and hard times are necessary.
And I know my final resting place is a long way beyond the cemetery. I know that hell is just a state and willpower decides fate. That life is just a classroom and death is just a gate. So never will I believe when I know that I can achieve anything in this world. My mind can conceive and that knowing is the goal and having faith in what I believe. So while you seek to deceive, causing every heart to grieve, I'm my brother's keeper when in need. Cuz I was brought here to give and not just to receive.
It say it said uh procedure section.
Yeah, he's still on his statute. I ain't paying no attention to you. You still a beginner talking about I don't even feel like going through all you don't even understand public and private.
You need to be looking at contracts, not code sections. You need to be studying contracts, not code sections, not code sections.
Your remedy is in equity, not in a statutory, not in a statutory venue.
Yousef, I've established my own private order and I think it's brilliant. I'd like to review it and hear your Okay, I will. That's good. Hey, I'm all for that. You're the first Let me tell you something. You're the first person to say that to me and I'm honored that you actually took the attempt and went in and delved in and started researching it. I I will be more than happy to review it. Are you in class?
You said, "I made it up. Now you won't correct yourself." You did make it up because you don't understand what you're reading. You did make it up. You don't know what you're reading. That's why I'm not responding to it. You don't. You made it up. Your comprehension of it is made up. I just said you don't understand public and private. And I'm not going to waste my time. I talked to it too much. I'm I'm exhausted trying to explain it. I'm not coming back off anything. You put the definition up and you don't know what it's saying because you don't know its application or what it applies to.
Run it through chat GPT and see do they agree with your interpretation of it.
You don't understand. You don't understand the sense that it's using in private. When you have something private and it's purely private, it'll never touch a a statutory venue.
Like if I say a private corporation, does that mean I'm talking about the private?
Do you think when I say a private corporation that I'm talking about private?
I don't know. I don't know if it's talking about them or not. All I know is that the constitution forms government and limits government. And that's all I need to know. I don't care what we the people is referring to. I understand the purpose of the constitution. It creates government and restrains government. And in the private, the constitution has nothing about the regulation of the private because the constitution is public law. It has nothing to do with the private.
Yeah, private does have different meanings. Now, private has different meanings. Private has always had different meanings. You can go Google private corporation and read the definition. Ask GBT is a private corporation private or does it just mean it has no public offerings?
Yeah, words have different senses. They definitely do. You don't understand. Why don't you go read administrative law on the public and private? Get in American juristprudence. Go to administrative law. Right there in the second paragraph, they tell you, they start explaining the distinction between public and private law and how that term is used in the administrative sense and see whether or not you understand what they're talking about and then come back and talk to me. But don't get on my Now, if you really want me to start making you look ignorant, I will. I'm trying to spare you right now.
But I'm about to clown you and just show you how Yeah. You don't know who you [ __ ] with and you don't know what you're talking about. So, if I were you, I would reserve my comments, sit down and listen because I'm telling you, you don't know what you're talking about and get you a little bit more information.
They've been doing this [ __ ] about two, three years. I've been doing it 20. They think they got more knowledge than you got or they found something that you ain't never saw or some [ __ ] like that.
It said you king SBC University were accepted in my G J GBT research as legit sources. You're not the first person.
Appreciate what you do. You're not the first person to tell me that Chad GBT does recognize me as uh legitimate. One of a few legitimate people in this space.
Hey, laughing at you. Who laughing at me? Ain't nobody laughing at me. Who laughing at me for what?
I usually make people laugh. I'm a funny guy like that. You know, when I start clowning, you know, like idiots and [ __ ] who come in my chat who think they know something. You sitting here, you know, talking about code sections and [ __ ] You don't know what the [ __ ] you're talking about.
You don't know what you're talking about.
Uh, my email is hfrn gmgmail.com.
Send it to me. I'll look at it right now. hfrn gmgmail.com.
Hit the like button for me.
And I always say something they think you don't know. They're stupid. You know, it's like like last night somebody asked me, "I want to know about EFTs."
I'm like, "Dude, I know all about EFTs." You know what I'm saying? Electronic funds transfer on closed accounts. You know, he asked me that question. Fred and Nina Guerrera, they're the ones who sprayed all that [ __ ] You know, back in about 2013, came out with that. You said private has multiple meanings. Private do. No, I said private has different senses. It does. What do you mean? It does have different senses of the word. It tells you that right in American juristprudence.
I'm laughing at your dumb ass. Let me read let me read it to you since you think I'm lying. Let me pull it up because obviously you don't you don't see me. I'm on a computer right now.
But I know you won't do it.
What is this, man? Is this 26?
Damn. I can't Oh, I can do it from my I I can do it through my Dropbox.
I'm on another computer.
American juristprudence.
Administrative law. Administrative law.
Business trust. Clerks of court.
Uh let's see. Proof of facts.
Uh, administrative law. Where's administrative law? Attorneys, business trust, proof of facts, bills and notes, birth certificate. Damn, they got a birth certificate. I need to read that.
I ain't know American jurisdictions on birth certificates, evidence, proof of fact, recordings, doicile, and elections. Got to go through that. We need to go through doicile and elections in class.
Administrative law. Here it is right here. So, let's download this.
Administrative law for the administrative agencies.
All right. And let's see. And we go right here.
Got it.
Okay, look at this right here.
Okay, this says concerning private and public rights. Sometimes the language of private rights is used in the administrative context. However, this language may simply signify a policy relevant to administrative law encompassing both public and private rights. Because administrative agencies serve in part to affectuate the constitutional obligation of the executive branch to see that the laws are faithfully executed, the public interest is an added dimension in every administrative proceeding. In addition, the public rights doctrine impacts administrative agencies in certain areas. The principle applies that particular administrative agencies are created to protect the public interest and not vindicate private rights.
So my thing is this. My question to you is this. Why are you spending anything reading administrative law or administrative policies when nothing in there is to vindicate private rights?
That's what these people just told you.
That's why I say you're a beginner because you should be studying contracts and equity, not hunting through uh uh uh statutes and everything looking for some remedy or something like that.
Once again, you'll know what you're talking about.
Blog Talk Radio went out of business.
I'm a blog going to come back and Blog Talk ain't in existence anymore.
What do you mean that's not con? That is constitutional law. What are you talking about? That is purely constitutional.
The constitution is public. Look, everybody right now go look up public law and see do you see constitutional law, administrative law, criminal law, tax law, and public international law.
Go right now on go to Wikipedia and pull up public law and go read it so y'all can see this person on what he's talking about. A non-governmental entity that is not organized under the laws of the United States shall be subject to the review procedures.
Yeah, if you coming into court, it probably is because if you private, what are you doing in an administrative agency?
I understand what that's saying. I did I proved everything. I prove you don't know what the [ __ ] you're talking about.
Matter of fact, let me get you off here.
You don't know what you're talking about. Well, I'll leave you in there.
You could keep on. Let me see. Uh, can I get some donations?
Yeah, you did the tree thing on private and public. I mean, you can go Google it. Ain't nothing I ain't tell you nothing. You can't use Google, right?
Y'all talk about AI. You don't even need it. Just get Google. Pull up public law and read what it is and then pull up private law. Private law is contract law, tort law, status law, property law, contract law, private international law.
See, you got to understand P. See, he don't understand public and private. He uses those words, but he don't understand the domains. He just uses the words. They try to sound like he knows what he's talking about, which most of them do.
And so now I'm checking him on it and his ego is just going to get in the way.
When I tell you like God told me when I first came in, he said, "I he said I was smart, but I don't know any law." And I'm telling you the same thing that you can take it or you can reject it, but I'm not going to waste any time trying to go back and forth with you.
You Thank you so much for going over the Dread Scott decision. I truly appreciate you. Thank go uh we're going to actually read it because it is an interesting read. That was just a cliff note, you know, that I went over. But it is an interesting read. You know, the Dread Scott decision is a very interesting read.
It's a very interesting read, but it's a long ass decision. We ain't going to get through it in one in one class. You know, it probably take about three classes to go through the entire thing.
Now, I got the master teacher. Yep. I went through the that trying to remember a couple of times. Yeah. Greetings and thank you, brother. Each time I listen to you, I I'm a sponge. I appreciate it.
Yeah. Like this for me real quick.
Like it for me.
Give me some like. Oh, I appreciate the likes. I appreciate that. I appreciate trying to get my analytics up. I appreciate the donation, too. Thank you for the $10. I got $10 right now.
Donate. I've been on an hour. I had one person donate to me. Who donated? I appreciate that. How much? Who donated that to me? I I appreciate that donation. Thank you so much. Thank you so much. I appreciate it. Honors for the big ballers out there. The people know how to give.
Jehovah's Witness was at the door. Y'all spoke them up.
peace. I'm working on the funds. Okay.
You're giving bad information. Oh, I'm giving bad information. Okay.
Ain't none of my students said that.
Cutting my Well, you're welcome. Would you like to debate me? You want to you want to you want to come on? You want to come in live and debate me and and see if I'm getting bad information so I can go ahead and just destroy you and get you on out of the way?
I just going to destroy you and get you out of the way. You want to come on live debate?
I'm trying to give giving bad information. I don't need to h you. I am humble, but you're not the person to humble me. You're an inferior. An inferior can't humble me. You're an inferior intellect.
You're an inferior intellect. You barely know how to read and write.
And honor you from Huntsville, Alabama.
I was at work when I saw your live on YouTube this morning. I'll do the replay and I'll catch you uh when you uh go back over the Dread Sky case. Okay.
going to do that tonight.
Okay, that's fine. We can do it because I can already see where you're at because I'm seeing what you're posting.
You don't understand public and private.
You are concerned with statutory provisions and code sections. You don't understand anything about contract law and you don't understand jurisdiction and you don't understand the application of the constitution because you just said that wasn't constitutional.
I'll be glad to embarrass you in front of the world.
I know. I said the same thing. Wow. I can't believe this idiot is in my chat.
If you're so intelligent, let me uh riddle me. Riddle me this. Why don't you have a channel? And why aren't people over there listening to you?
Cuz you don't know [ __ ] That's why. And you coming over here trying to make a name for yourself and you're going to lose. See, this is the wrong place to come first. You don't come You don't come see to get to the heavyweight fight, you got to, you know, take out some other people first. You got to work your way up to a heavyweight bout. Okay? If you have a good trainer, your trainer will tell you, "You're not ready yet. You're not ready for for this guy." Okay? You're not ready. This guy's a killer. Okay? This guy's a killer. All right? He can s seriously injure you and put you in the hospital. We need to do about two more years of training before you go at this guy. All right? That's what you got to do. You got to think like that. All right.
When and where we can do it right here on YouTube.
I don't even know who you are. Well, first of all, who are you? Tell everybody who you are. I don't even know who the [ __ ] you are.
Who are you? Somebody giving bad information. I appreciate that $27.
Samuel 96369. Whoop. Hating.
Yeah. Yeah. hater, man. That [ __ ] be hating. These [ __ ] be hating like hoes and [ __ ] For real. I don't even understand where these [ __ ] came from.
Like, [ __ ] how where was you raised at? Why is you over here [ __ ] with me? Trying to get me to recognize something. I'm not making assumptions on anything. I'm looking at what you're telling me. I'm not assuming anything.
I'm looking at what you're what you're posting. What you're posting.
Okay, whatever.
I just read this straight out of American juristprudence. I don't have no facts. What are you talking about?
This what you do to them. You make them go get a uh you make them go get you make them go get another profile. See how I just did that? See, that's power right there. You see how See how I'm the god of this channel. I just removed you from my domain and nobody knows who you are and you'll be just nobody nobody will ever see or hear from you ever again. You don't have a channel. You're not Nobody's listening to you or anything like that. See how when you just came and disrespected the God, I just dismissed you from my kingdom.
Now I don't even know who you are. I I didn't know your name or nothing. I'm just moving on.
I'm just moving on. You know, I don't even know who you are. I don't know who you are.
You don't have a name. You haven't done anything.
I I don't I You're just gone. You're just gone. You know, it's like nobody knows who you are. You have no name. You haven't made an impression on anything.
And you came over here [ __ ] with me.
And now I don't even care anymore. I don't know who you are. I don't know who you are.
On to the next.
He don't know who he We don't know who you are. They ought to overstand accounting and law. Well, if they would start studying trust.
What did he say? Let me go back up here and look at what where where is his stuff at? Where he Let me go back. Oh, I I I I think I deleted all this stuff off.
