You know, very simplistic uh very simple trust. They're just real real simple and they don't provide very much protection at all. They're just like conveyance tools. That's all they are. You know, yesterday, last time we read, we were reading about spinthrough provisions and um discretionary uh clauses that are placed in there to empower the trustee because, you know, you don't want a beneficiary able to force a distribution from the trust if you're going to have a spin clause or spin trust. That was some good information. But this is equally as good, too.
