[00:00:17]Verbatim, [snorts] it says, "Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

[00:00:38]Congress shall have the power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

[00:00:42]There is already a caveat within the United States Constitution for involuntary servitude, we'll say, yeah, for punishment of a crime in which you have been duly convicted.
