Korean red ginseng, when at least 6 years old, may help alleviate cancer-related fatigue by providing sustained energy without the crash associated with caffeine, though individuals should consult healthcare providers before use to avoid medication interactions.

My Cancer Fatigue SolutionAjouté :
Korean red ginseng, change my cancer related fatigue. I've been suffering from this for about 3 years now, going into the fourth year. I want to tell you that this has been a game-changer for me. I cannot begin to tell you how amazing it's been for me and how different it's been just moving like I normally would move and doing stuff like I would normally do. However, again, talk to your medical professional first.
You want to make sure that this doesn't mix with any of your medications or is going to cause you any issues, right?
Because you don't want to fix one thing and cause three other issues. So, you need to be mindful. Now, the thing with Korean red ginseng that makes it amazing is that it is not like caffeine.
You're not going to get dropped off.
It's based on your metabolism on how long this will last in your system. I've been on it for about a month and a half and I was like, "I'm going to be on it before I share with all of you."
It has changed everything for me.
Everything. Now, when I first took Korean red ginseng, before we get to some of the other stuff, I'm going to tell you what happened.
It was not a spike. I did not know it was working.
But I went outside and I cut the grass.
I tell this story all the time cuz then I came in the house, swept the floor, then I washed the dishes.
Then, after I washed the dishes, I came back outside and sprayed the cars off.
Then I went back in the house and took shower and watched the movies and I was up all night.
And I never got tired, never took a nap.
The golden rule with Korean red ginseng is if it's not at least 6 years old, don't buy it.
The gold standard for that is 6 years old. Now, remember, I am not talking about ginseng.
I know what that is. I don't know where all of that comes from. It is specific to Korean red ginseng. It is great for if you're having like issues in your legs and your legs are tight or something like that. Well, add my pumpkin seed to that, my pomegranate to kind of open up my blood vessels and then push some of that stuff out to allow myself to get up and be able to move. This is not medical advice. It's not from a doctor.
I'm here to tell you my story as somebody who's been going through cancer-related fatigue, who understands that in our community in in in our community, this is something that really causes us issue and causes mental fatigue and other issues because we are tired and I'm hoping and praying that this works for you the way it's worked for me. Hope this finds you well. Peace and blessing.
