Lithium battery capacity is measured in amp-hours (Ah), which represents the total energy storage capacity. To calculate how long a battery can power a device, use the formula: Amp-hours = (Watts × Hours) / Voltage. For example, a 10,000-watt load at 12 volts requires 833.33 Ah for one hour of operation, while the same load at 48 volts requires only 208.33 Ah. Battery runtime is affected by age, quality, and temperature, and charging rates must be managed carefully to prevent heat buildup and potential battery damage.

Ionic Lithium Batteries New Sponsorship/Partnership for 1986 Silverado Stereo Build追加:
Capital State, baby. Boys and girls, ladies and gentlemen, wakey wakey hand off Snaky.
Today is Wednesday.
Wednesday, Wednesday, Wednesday, Wednesday.
You passed out yet? The wheels on the bus go round and round, round and round, round and round. The wheels on the bus go round and round all day long.
You still with me? You still with me?
Let me give me a water. Let me give me a water. Let me give me a water.
Let me give me a water. All right. I didn't I didn't know it was uh I didn't know it. It said no service and then all of a sudden it said the service coming back. So, boys and girls, we'll let a few people pop in. Probably not going to be on here very live. I got some I got some information to give you. Um I got some What's up, Janice? What's up, Nathan?
What's up, Craig? I don't know. Kick back on. So, are we good? Are we good?
Are we good, boys and girls? Are we good? Are we good? She said, are we good? Are we good?
Are you good?
What's up, Rich?
What's up, John?
Man, I tell you what, we're gonna let a few people pop on in here about five minutes. Y'all know we do the introduction for about five minutes and then we'll pop in and go ahead and do what we got to do. I don't want to take up too much of your time. But I tell you what, the dag on weather is throwing out numbers like the lotto.
Oh me, I'm Oh me, I'm going to try to spray sealer and pray the Lord that everything goes right.
Uh, and tomorrow is supposed to be a wash out. So if I can get the sealer on today, tomorrow be a wash out. Friday is supposed to be pretty. Spray it Friday and then clear it Saturday. Saturday is the last day of turkey season, I believe. And I still ain't got me a turkey. What's up, Nelson? So, hope everybody's doing good. Um, like I said, we're at the 2 minute mark. We're at 2 minutes. So, we got 3 minutes to chitchat and then I'm going to show you uh I'm going to show you uh a lot of stuff. A lot of stuff. A lot of stuff.
Just living a good life. Bit of breakfast and transmission works great for Hey. Well, that's good John. That's good. Yeah. Um, what's up, Roger? What's up, Nelson? Uh, like I said, excuse me. Like I said, uh, I I checked some stuff yesterday on the C10 C. What's up, Squarebody? Um, what's up, Tulu? Um, like I said, um, not going to take up too much of your time, but I'm going to drop a lot of information, so you you probably want to lock in on this one. Uh, honestly, and if you don't, that's fine, too. It's all good. Um, what I'm about to show you is what I used to do on YouTube. Uh, what I'm about to show you is what I did in the very beginning on YouTube, and I did a I did a monster load of it on Facebook.
Um, I hadn't bagged nothing. I guess I'm gonna have to go to Harris Teter and get me a dag on thing. What's up, Tulu? So, um, we at the 3 minute mark, 4 minute mark. We got 1 minute.
Um, so we're going to go in here after this live. I'm hoping around 12:00 the temperature will warm up just a little bit. I got my sealer on the plate warmer. I got my sealer warming up and I'm going to go down there and wipe the truck down really, really, really good.
Did I say I was going to wipe it down really, really, really good? And then I'm going to wipe it down really, really good. And then I'm going to put my earbuds in. I'm going to lock the gate.
I'm going to turn my phone off. And I'm going to go in there and try to spray some sealer down and hope to good Lord that uh everything goes right. And if it don't go right, you know what? Just turn around, walk away, wait a few days, go back in there and sand it and do it again. Um, so all right, we about Hey, if he clears them, he clears them.
If he don't, he don't. As long as it don't rain if the temperature gets up where I don't have to turn the heat on, that will be amazing. Um, but we'll we'll see. I'm just spraying sealer today. So, I got to spray sealer and then I'm going it's going to rain tomorrow. Um, and then Friday it's supposed to be pretty. Uh, I'm going to paint the base and then maybe do the base and the clear on Friday. I'm not sure. Um, but it is. What's up, Mac? All right, we almost at the five minute mark, boys and girls, ladies and gentlemen. I appreciate everybody tapping into the show. I just want to let you know if you seen the thumbnail.
Um, picked up a lithium battery sponsor yesterday.
Um, it was actually unexpected.
Um it was it was really So let me tell you what yesterday uh pray tale yesterday I talked to build on a budget yesterday for like two hours yesterday with my earbuds. All right. And we were talking about a bunch of stuff and this that whatever. And then I had sent an email out um last week um about some batteries, lithium batteries, right? So, I've been talking to Jerry ain't loud from DS18 a lot. So, we exchange personal cell phone numbers. We talking this and that, whatever. He's telling about this. He's telling about that. I'm telling about this. He says, "No, you can't do that."
So, can you do this? He said, "Absolutely." So, we're back and forth, back and forth, back and forth, back and forth. Right.
So, with that being said, um I reached out to um a battery company and was talking to them about lithium batteries, right? And I know there's uh I know there is a lot of people that's got a lot of question about lithium batteries, right?
So, um what's up Roger? What's up Tucker Tom? Hey, if you're new to the channel and you're in the background, hit that subscribe button, boys and girls, cuz we're on our way to 100,000 subscribers.
When we hit 100,000 subscribers, I'm giving away a I'm giving back.
I'm giving back and going to paint somebody's vehicle.
Uh, so what's up, Mike? So with that being said, so um guy sent me a message back told me actually he sent me a message back and then he says can I get your phone number? So u apparently I didn't put my phone number in the email and I usually put my phone number in email.
So, I call the guy and I talk to the guy on the phone and he's asking me, "What am I doing? What am I trying to do?" And you know, blah blah blah blah blah.
And he says, he said, "Uh, you're trying to do what?"
Um, and I said, "Yes."
He said, "Man, uh, we don't I've been working here for like two decades.
Uh I don't think anybody's ever called and asked us that.
Yeah. Good to see you, too, Trucker Tom.
He said, "I don't believe anybody's ever asked me if we could do that with our Let's Let's Let me Let me look. So, he we was on the phone for a pretty good while. We back and forth. We back and forth. I'm telling him. He said, "How many watts? How many watts are you going to be producing? I said 10,000.
I said 10,000 just in the subs.
10,000 watts and four subs and one amplifier.
I said one amplifier. Uh I said one amplifier. Uh, the sub amplifier, the hooligan sub, the hooligan amp is 8,000 watts RMS 1 ohm.
And he said, "Holy crap." And then I said it's four 10 in subs that are 2,000 watts per sub max RMS 2 468 and a 10,000 watt.
And he said, "Holy crap."
And he said, "And it's a six order blowth through box." I said, "Yes." He said, "I don't even know what that is."
So I said, "Well, you got a fourth order and a sixth order." And then I was explaining it to him and he said, "So what about your charging system?" I said, "I am running at least two 300 three two 390 amp alternators."
No. Uh actually actually the subs are one ohm and then when you wire them up in series uh the way DS18 says to wire them up it drops down to half ohm and then the amp is 10,000 watt one ohm. So, and then probably going to do 20 depending on the frequency of the 60 the probably depending on the frequency of the 3D scan of the sub box, the blowthrough box, it's probably going to be around 24 hertz.
So, with that being said, he says, "You running what?" I said, "Two 390 amp alternators from JS Alternators."
I said they are low RPM alternators. He said okay what does that mean?
And he says low amp. I mean uh I said low idle. So at 250 to 850 RPMs at idle the the uh alternator will produce 390 amps and they are one wire designed LS style amps or they onewire LS style alternators that they have made in the old shell so you can use them on small blocks 350s 57s, LS's, whatever. You just tell them what shape, what casing you want, right?
So, I said, I'm running at least two.
Oh, if you cross-sided yet, Matt, you wait till I go over here and show you something else. So, I said, I can run up to three, but I'm going to run two. He said, good God almighty, man. He said, uh, what's up? So, the lithium batteries that they make is actually for fishermen, ice fishermen, people that live off the grid, and they're lithium batteries, and they're made here on the east coast. They're not that far from me, right? What's up? What's up, uh, Florida?
So he says the best battery that I'm telling you you could run is the 12vt 150 ah that's amp hours. We have a 12vt 200 amp hours lithium battery. They weigh 33 lbs a piece. They're a group 31 battery. You can run I'm he said let me do let me do the figuring right quick. He said if you're going to be running those on alternator to charge the batteries, he says with those two batteries wired up in series, you will be able to play for 45 minutes continuously and not be able to and not have to run the vehicle.
45 minutes to an hour, no problem.
if you run the 200 ah you can probably run for 90 minutes.
I said okay. He says you could get two would be fine. Three would be better.
And I said well three is a odd number.
Three is a odd number.
So we'll have to go four. If we if we run two I can put one on one side, one on one side and we good to go. If you tell me to run three, that's an odd number and it won't it I I I just won't be able to compute it. It has to be even. He said, "Well, you can run four of these batteries and in series and that's the max you can run, right?"
I said, "Okay, great. So, here's the bracket. Here's the bracket to run three alternators on my son's truck.
Okay. So, this bolts up to the block, right? And then one alternator, one alternator goes right here, right?
It goes on there like that. So, one alternator can go Come on now. Stand straight, girl. One alternator can go right there. The second alternator could go right there. And then you just run the belt. This is the tensioner, right?
This is the tensioner. You can run belts. And if I need to run a third alternator, I can go there. And then I just change the belt length. And then there's the other pulley right there. So that is that. Now, boys and girls, let's go to class.
Um, so I know some people's in here about their RVs and stuff like that and living off the grid.
There's a lot of stuff in here too on that, too.
Um, so here we go, boys and girls, ladies and gentlemen. Y'all boys and girls ready? Uh, where's my handy dandy notebook? Oh, there's my notebook right there. So, what I did last night is I went and dug out my phys what I did last night and I went dug out my physics book. I had three years, three and a half years of physics. Um, I only had to have one year, but I did all three years of classes for physics because I just love physics.
Now, some of you's probably gonna say, "Well, that's book smarts. That's not real life smarts." Well, yes and no. Yes and no. Yes and no.
Right?
Yes and no.
So, here's the thing.
Math don't lie. Physics don't lie until it's proved otherwise. So right here, boys and girls, I know this is going to be confusion. I used to do, go back and watch some of my old Facebook videos and some of my old YouTube videos. I used to do this every day. And you want to talk about giving out free knowledge. This is free knowledge. So I set up last night with my physics book. Went through the physics book and I was reading and I said, I be damned. Right there it is.
It's like, oh, if you don't use it, you lose it. So, right here there is a math.
I'm just gonna get to it. Here we go.
So, right here it is, boys and girls.
All right. So, time matters. Continuous load matters.
Um, you got 150 ah which is amp hours and uh you got 200 ah which is amp hours. Okay.
150 ah battery gives you about 1,800 watts. Okay. A 200 ah battery gives you about 22500 260 watt watt hours. Okay.
So w hours equals ah equals voltage. All right.
So you got 12 volts right 200 amp hour battery. That's multiplication. When you put it in two two uh parentheses, that's a big word like mayonnaise. You get two 2400 work hours or watt hours, right?
At 12.8 a 200 amp hour life pot lithium battery, you say 12.8 time 200 uh is 2560 watt hours. All right.
So, with that being said, let's go down here on the other end. So, that right there just tells you what that Now, I'm going to tell you how to figure that out. Okay, right here. Okay, you got amp hours, which is ah, equals watts, which is W * hour time H over voltage. Right?
Then you got w hours which is WH times duration which is the time divided by the system's voltage.
Since watts is instant power and ah is energy capacity you cannot convert them directly without knowing time and voltage. Okay.
So with that being said, so what you do is you put the amp hours equals watts time hours equals voltage, right?
Everybody with me? Let me see. Let me catch up on the comments.
So if everybody with me? All right. So here we go. Power, right? Power. Watts.
10,000 watts. 10,000 watts.
10,000 watts at 12 volts.
The duration for 1 hour, you're going to need 800.833 833.33 amp hours. You're going to need 833.33 amp hours to run 10,000 watts for 1 hour.
So that's amp hours, watts times hour times voltage gives you 12 volts. There's 12 volts, right? There's your voltage. You put your 12 right there. You put your watts right there.
Put your watts right there. You put your duration right there and you do this.
You multiply these and divide it by that and it gives you the amp hours.
Y'all still with me? Y'all still with me?
So, keep listening to your neighborhood.
I can tell you the physics of it and the mechanical part of it, both sides of and show you. All right. So, here we go. At 24 volts, at 10,000 watts for 1 hour, you need 416.67 amp hours.
Okay.
At 48 volts, you need 10 thou at 40 at 10,000 watts at 48 volts at 1 hour, you need 28.33 amp hours.
At 120 volts, 10,000 watts, one hour, you need 83.33 amp hours. Now, a Icon lithium 12volt battery at 150 ah equals 1,600 cold cranking amps. In series, you can only run four max direct optimal discharge.
All right. Now, everybody's still good.
Everybody's still good. So, everybody can say whatever they want to. They They can say what they they can say whatever.
And this right here, boys and girls, this is why they don't like JG.
This is why they don't like me.
because I can back up whatever I say with street knowledge, mechanic knowledge, and physics. So, with that being said, let's turn that joker back around. All right. Now, here we go.
Ah, which is amp hours. So, let's think of it like this. A 5 ah battery can theoretically supply 5 amps of current for one hour or one amp for five hours.
Now you're probably wondering like okay I hear what you're saying but I don't hear what she's saying. I hear what you're saying but I don't hear what you're saying.
I hear what you're saying but I don't hear what she's saying.
Well right here. Look here.
This drill.
This drill 5 amp hours. It's a 20 volt lithium ion battery. I just told y'all 5 ah.
Right. Look at here.
5 ah battery can theoretically supply 5 amps of current for 1 hour or 1 amp for five hours.
So how long does the battery last?
Right.
So right there that tells you how long the battery lasts right there in real world right there. Now you also have to take in consideration you also have to take into consideration the discharge affected by the battery's age, quality and temperature. These are three variables that affect this.
So you if you have a old battery that affects it that's just figure 33% 33% 33%. Cuz 3 into 100 is 33.3 33.3 33.3 right? So if the age of the battery is bad then that's going to affect the theory theorical theorical or theory of the discharge. Right? Everybody with me?
That's right, Mike. None of these numbers mean anything if you're ineffective. And ineffective in a perfect world, you have a brand new battery, the quality of the battery, and the temperature. Right? See, they sell warmers for lithium batteries to keep them at an optimal temperature when you're in cold places like where Mike's at up north, right? So, in this case where I live at, it's it's not theoretically it's not needed because, you know, it's not, but I mean, it it could be fine. All right. So, everybody was that. So the capacity versus power, voltage is power or force. Ah is the capacity. So capacity is the power. Voltage is the power or is the force, right? Is the pressure, right? That's pressure. And the ah is the capacity or the size of the tank, right? Like on this battery right here, the size of the tank is 5 ah and it's a 20 volt. All right, so we could do the math. All right, you could do the math and you could say right here here's the formula, right? Battery at 100 ah.
All right, ah is amp hours, right? So you you take 100 say 100 ah and the amps say you're pulling 25 amps.
These are this is in parentheses. So you say 100 / 25 that gives you 4 hours. So at 100 amps at at 100 ah hours hours amps of hours at 25 amps. So, if you're pulling 25 amps off of this battery, theoretically, you can get four hours plus or minus of run time. Right? Again, this charge is affected by the batteries age, quality, and tempth.
All right? Now, let's go over here.
So, with that being said, right here, time matters, continuous load matters.
And so, right here, I know there was a lady on here that was saying that she lives off the grid and stuff. She wants to buy and says that she's afraid of lithium batteries. And yeah, there's a lot more involved, you know, uh, in batteries, uh, lithium batteries. Uh, there's a lot of pros and cons in any battery, right?
In any battery. But to answer your question that you asked the other day, I'm just going to give you an example.
Right? If you had this battery right here, right? If you had this 150 ah battery, which it which gives out 1,800 watts, right? Which is the batteries that I'm going to run on my son's truck, right? If you took that battery and you hooked it up to a cell phone on low power mode, it will stay charged for decades. Decade, decades, decades, decades.
Plus, these batteries have a 90 to 95% discharge rate, right? On a refrigerator, you could run it for 4 days, right? On a 1000 watts, you could run it for two and a half hours.
So time matters on how long you'll run it. Continuous load looking for the current draw of amps rather than the capacity of ah divided by the watts by the voltage. All right. So right here 10,000 watt load on a 48 volt system draws roughly 208 amps.
Right? So in theory, according to the math, theoretically the math, if I was to take four of these batteries, these ionic lithium 12volt 150 ah batteries, 1600 cold cranking amps, and I wired them up in series, not parallel, but series, right? In series, right?
So, if I went from 12 24 to 48 volts, right? So, if I wired these batteries up in the 48 volts, right, that's 10 and I'm drawing 10,000 watts, then it I need at least to run one hour, I need 28.33 amp hours. But if I got four batteries, that's 150. 150, that's 300.
150 150 that's 300 that's 600. So that's 600 ah and I'm only needing 200.
You see that?
Plus 10,000 watt load on a 48vt system draws roughly 208 amps. So if I'm running the hell's my Sharpie at? If I'm running If I'm running a 390 amp alternator, there it is. It's in my pocket. It's in my pocket. So, if I'm running a 390 amp alternator, right?
390 amp alternator at low idle.
And it's prod excuse me a 370 and at low idle anywhere from 500 to 850 just say 800 RPMs that's idle is producing 390.
But you also have to figure the the charge rate versus like the charging rate versus how much the battery can take. You know it can't take all 390 amps. It's only going to be able to take what it can take. So, you have to look at the recharge. What? You have to look at the recharging rate as well. Also, you don't want to go too crazy.
Yep. So, that's right. Resistance turns into heat. So, you don't want to charge it too fast, too quick, because then you create heat, and then heat is resistance, and then heat and batteries don't res don't mix. And if you try to overcharge it too fast where it can't take it, then you cause a runaway fire with lithium batteries. So, think about it like this. All right? See this battery? See this battery charger right here? I always charge I always charge at 2 amps. I don't never charge fast.
Two amps. See this battery right here?
This is a thousand cold cranking amp uh marine battery that I use for the winch.
This is the battery that I use for the air conditioner system to get the AC working uh in the box truck. I never charge batteries fast. If you see right here, it says a 40 amp boost. Well, when you do a 40 amp boost, if you'll come over here in about 20 minutes and put your hand on the battery, it's hot. And the reason why it's hot is because you're forcing something. Think of it like this.
Think of it like this. You got pressure, right? Yeah. You need a DC toDC charger block. Yep. Yep. That's something else.
But um um that's something else, right? So think about it like this.
Pressure, right? So if you got a straw, if you got a straw and you're drinking water, right? Right. And you can keep up with water, right? You got a you sitting there and you getting you taking care of water, right? You're drinking drop water, but then you take a garden hose and put it in your mouth and you try to drink it, you're not going to be able to you're not going to be able to keep up because of the pressure that's coming. Right? If you take a fire hose, you're not even going to be able to stand it. So that's what they taught us in school or taught us in physics and in life. Pressure right there. See, power is the force. power or the force, right, is what the amp hours are.
So, what's up, Carolina? So, uh I just want to show you just want to tell you that like I said, um so let me finish up with this. So, after the conversation that me and the guy had at the lithium battery company, he said, "Man, um, would you be willing to send us some pictures of this truck that you're would you be willing to send some pictures of this truck that you're building for your son?" And I said, "Yeah."
And uh, you know, now we're talking business, right?
Right. Now we're talking business. So, I just said, now this is literally a phone conversation. I said, 'Well, I'm going to be honest with you, man. U, you want to take the build pictures and you want to put them on your channel on your website and say, "Hey, look that y'all can y'all you guys' batteries is also you can use them for other things, you know, other than so they do a lot of RV camping. They do a lot of fishing, trolling motors, stuff like that. you know, lithium lithium is lithium, right?
And he said, "Absolutely."
I said, "Well, that's all fine and good and everything.
What's in it for Jay?" And he said, "What about a sponsorship?"
He said, "What about a sponsorship?"
And I said, "Uh, what about a sponsorship?" And I said, "Yeah." He said, "Uh, sponsorship on your on your son's truck and then we'll talk about a dealer program moving forward to use lithium batteries on your client's vehicles." I said, "Let's talk about a sponsorship on my son's truck and then we'll talk about a dealer program." And they're right here in North Carolina.
Look, there's my I knew that was you, baby.
>> Yeah.
Hey, this thing ain't supposed to be here this Saturday.
>> Oh, so you came in early today?
>> Yes, sir. You doing good, baby?
>> Yes, sir. I to keep it early for you.
>> Hey, tell them again. Tell them again.
>> Trul Bryant. C H U L O B R Y A N T. I'm on Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube Music, Pandora, Amazon Music, whatever. All platforms. Just dropped the album two weeks ago. It's doing a little numbers.
You know what I'm saying? I'm still trying to promote So you guys check me out.
>> Appreciate you, buddy. Have a good one, man. Be >> Yes, sir. Have a good one, buddy.
He's He's three days early. That's service right there, baby. And ain't supposed to be here on a Friday. Here it is on hump day. See you, buddy.
All right. So So that's that, boys and girls.
When I scroll this chat, I see some of the strongest, smartest men. Hey, hey, hey, Tucker. Tom, there is a lot.
There is a lot There is a lot of good guys in here. A lot of good guys. A lot of good. All right. So, boys and girls, y'all want to I want to show y'all a bonus. What y'all want? What y'all want to see next? You want to see me open this box or you want to see the bottom of this hood? You're going to see both of them, but just which one you want to see first.
Hey, I appreciate that, Mike. I appreciate that. I appreciate it. Which one of y'all want to see first? Y'all want to see what's in this box?
Y'all want to see what's in the box or y'all want to see the Man, I hope it ain't broke. It sounds a little chunky in there, man. Let's see. All right, let's open it up.
So, that's the little information. I mean, there's a lot more information about lithium batteries, but uh sad ain't so. Sad ain't so. Sad ain't so. Look at that right there, boys and girls.
Huh?
What do y'all think about that?
What do y'all think about that?
I'm might have to let my boy know that they came today instead of Friday uh Saturday.
Look at that right there.
So, this can take up this can take up to a five and a quarter, I believe. I believe. Mike, let me get the tape measure. Let me get the tape measure, baby.
Let me get the tape measure. I think it can take up to a five and a quarter and up to a 2 inch tweeter.
Yeah. Yeah.
Yeah. So, that right there measures five or excuse me, that right there measures six and a quarter.
So, it says it could take up to a five and a quarter speaker and that can take up to a 2in tweeter. So, we're going to run he's going to run those DS18s, those five and a quarters here. And then we're going to try to figure out what we're going to do on this panel here. On this panel here, we're going to we're going to try to figure out cuz y'all know we made one of these out of plastic. That plastic uh the other day is the backer. So, we're going to have to lay it out uh to figure out what how many we're going to put on there. But, that's that. Uh and then going to run the the 2-in tweeters. All right. So, here's the other one. And let's see. Driver side trash. But let me show you where these go right quick. And then I'll show you one more thing, boys and girls. Hey, if you're new to the channel, hit that subscribe button. I got another live this afternoon at uh I think it's at 6.
All right, let me go show you where these are.
I need that link.
So, um, these right here, man, them things are nice. So, these, it'd probably help if I got the right one.
Probably help if I got the right one.
Let me show you. And these are going to be wrapped in leather. Orange leather.
Aren't you glad? So, um, so let's see what these look like.
We got to put the hood back on the truck. So, these right here.
So, these right here, take that out.
So that's that's where they go.
This piece comes out. Of course, this piece comes out. It looks like it's nice and molded. See, I was worried. I was concerned that it was going to close up the vent cuz some of them close up the vent. But that's going to go right there.
That's going to go right there.
And then you know the cool thing about the DS18s, they come with the grill covers that go for the speaker and they got hidden screws so you don't see the screws which I really like. Um we're going to talk about more about DS18 this afternoon. But yeah, that looks good right there. That looks good. And then I talked to my guy out in um um Nebraska.
Yeah, Nebraska. He makes 3D light rings.
LED light uh LED light rings. And he 3D prints them. And then uh so when we drop the speaker in, the LED ring light will be underneath it and glow. Man, I am so super stoked. I am super stoked about that. So um yeah. So one last thing, let me show you. Hit the subscribe button. Hit the notification bell, boys and girls. All right. Do y'all want to see? Well, here is the bottom of my hood's here.
Here is the bottom of the hood of my son's truck. Now, it's already been uh laid out with Tampo epoxy. It's been laid out with Tamco paint. It's been laid out with Tampco clear. I wish the big eye in the sky was out so I can let it get some UV love. And once it setits out in the sun for, you know, four or five days curing out, then I'm going to go back over it with 400 grit and then start laying out the graphics. So, with that being said, um, so here we go, boys. Bam. Hold on.
Hold on. Hold on. That that that didn't do you no justice. Hold on. Oh, yeah.
DS18. I've I've known about DS18 for years. Um because uh Baby Leg Barker, I've known about DS18 for years. The reason why is because Donnie Locker, Michael Hunt, and Baby Legs Barker, they're in the Big Wheel Bagger. And Willie Wonka's bike is DS18 and his bike is just unreal. And KB Customs, which is Keith Barker or Baby Legs, they're down in Florence, South Carolina. That's where I went every Saturday for last last July. I went every Saturday for a month to help them get uh Michael Hunt's bike ready for Daytona Bike Week. And they've been running DS18 since day one.
Um Baby Legs Barker is best friends with the guy that owns DS18. Like they're like best friends, like drinking buddies.
So, it's not because I seen it on YouTube that people are running DS18s.
It's because of Baby Legs Barker, Donnie Llear, and Michael Hunt. They took all my paint classes years ago. Um, and that's how I met them. So, I'll show you right here. So, it's not because of the YouTube hype or people talking about DS18 on YouTube. It's because of this guy right here. Let me show you. It's because of this guy right here, Donnie Lleer.
Donnie Lleier took my paint class about five years ago. And then they come back and took my airbrushing class. And Donnie Lleier, a matter of fact, I just talked to him last night about some stuff. And they are uh yeah, he calls me when he's got issues in paint and stuff like that and I help him out. He owns Bear Creek C. Uh, so let me show you. Hey, Willie Rebuild, I'll call you back. Willie Rebuild just calling me. Let me call Let me Let me show y'all this right here, boys and girls. So, here it is, boys and girls.
Bam. Bam. Smoke them if you got them.
I'll call you back in a minute, Willie.
I know you're watching. Willie Rebuild just called me.
I'll call you back. Look at that, boys and girls.
Huh?
Huh? Look at that shine, boy. Man, y'all can't see the metallics. Let me see if I can go get this light. Let me turn the lights out. What's up, Tulu?
Let me show you. Let me show you. Let me show you. Let me show you. Let me show you. I don't know if it'll pick it up.
That's why I wish the sun would come out. Let me get my dag on Star Wars.
Look, y'all know it's flat when you can see the LED lights. Oh, y'all say, "Oh, y'all see that little trash?" It's okay cuz I'm going to sand it and we're going to lay it out. We're going to lay graphics over it. So, it ain't that bad.
Look at that right there. Look at them LED lights.
Yes, sir. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. I ain't worried about that little bit of trash in it because I got three coats of clear on it. I'm going to sand it with 400 and 600 and then lay out the graphics. Boys and girls, I appreciate every single one of you. Hit that subscribe button, notification bell. I remember what I said, boys and girls. Don't worry about the man up the road or down the road.
Sweep off your own front porch while sweeping off anybody else's. Put golfers at loose and dry pingers mount.
