One of the things I've been arguing though for people in America is we have a social credit system. It's called the tax code. It's 75,000 pages, 16 million words of what? Incentives and penalties telling you you'll get rewarded if you do this, you'll get penalized if you'll do that. If But we don't have an app.
And if you don't follow the rules, then you can go to prison, right? I would argue in some ways we have a less transparent social credit system than even China.
