And as soon as we started collecting signatures, First Nation started to file court case complaints, right? So, there was an they filed an injunction to try and stop the whole process, declaring it unconstitutional, a violation of treaty rights, they weren't consulted, blah blah blah. The judge basically said that it's unconstitu- it's not unconstitutional, it's illegal, it doesn't consult the First Nations adequately, blah blah blah. And basically, uh the petition's dead in the water right now.
